Shana was our sales representative! She was awesome! No pressure or that car dealership awkwardness!! Very personable and easy to talk to. From the moment we walked on the car lot to the time we left was maybe 2 hours which was great! You didn’t feel like you were spending your whole day at a dealership! Everyone has been super to deal with! I highly recommend Lake City Buick GMC and Shana!

Best car buying experience I've ever had. Ask for Jeremy specifically. He worked with me over the phone, unlike other dealers who simply want to get you in to waste enough of your time to wear you down. Price negotiation was straightforward, and the closing process was quick. Jeremy has been attentive long after the sale, checking on us periodically, and helping us complete the setup. My son will be 16 this year, and I intend to buy from Jeremy again for his vehicle.

I recently purchased a 2021 GMC Acadia from Lake City Buick GMC. When I first arrived, I was only looking at used vehicles. Jeremy Ring was my sales associate helping me and he asked if I would be interested in brand new. My first thought was brand new would probably be out of my price range. However once I test drove the Acadia, I loved it. Jeremy and his co-workers worked with me on my trade in and getting the monthly payments in my price range. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Jeremy was excellent, understanding, and patient during my experience. He went above and beyond to get the deal for me! 10 out of 10 would trade with them again.

This review is overdue but very necessary. Jeremy was absolutely the best. My email inquiry was answered in a timely manner, he provided directions to the dealership and completely understood what I wanted and nothing else. I left with exactly what I wanted fresh off the showroom floor!!! I LOVE my 2021 Terrain!!! Thank you for all you help, Jeremy!

The Service Department is amazing..They are so friendly. Mitch and Robby are awesome to work with. They will explain everything to you, before the work even begins. The servicemen are fast. They are so accommodating. I was most impressed with the clean lobby, they have for you to wait in. They have clean restrooms they serve coffee if you like. They serve bottles of water if you like.. this place is so awesome. All of their work is guaranteed..They will also discuss with you anything they are going to do, even before they perform the service, so there will be no surprises..I was completely satisfied with their work .
