I just leased a 2021 Jeep very nice, and had the best car leasing experience ever. Never had to sit very long at all and Mark M is the man. Also my finance guy was great and he found me the best interest rate. Their large inventory was very useful in getting me what I wanted. I'm giving a BIG shout out to all employees and service crew for your compassion to help me and others get the car we want to enjoy and payment we can afford. This is the 4th vehicle I have purchased or leased!

I recently had a truly amazing experience purchasing a used vehicle from Lake Norman Chrysler. From the start, I was in good hands with Stephanie, who was accommodating to my set of circumstances, explained every step of the process and tried to help in anyway that she could. I am very pleased with her and all that she did. I also would like to mention that John in finance was great to work with and also very accommodating. Just all around a great experience from the team and somewhere I will keep in mind for future transactions. Thank you!

Honest, and straight forward. That's very rare in my experience of purchasing vehicles. Did I get the vehicle of my dreams, or even a vehicle that I had to settle for? I did not. The salesperson was honest with me about my situation. He didn't waste my time and I left with valuable information. That was in 2018 , and I've since established my credit. When it's time to get my Durango RT, I'll be back to this dealership..

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! This is the second time we’ve purchased from Maggie Carrigan and the finance manager was Tim! I don’t think we will ever purchase a car anywhere else after the excellent customer service and the consistent hard work these folks have displayed. They don’t have a ton of inventory right now, and they could have tried to take advantage of us like any other dealer would have done. Instead, they worked hard to find us an SUV we loved, gave us a fair price for our trade, and had us through financing in record time.

David was absolutely amazing from the very first time we established communication and was extremely knowledgeable. He was not only able to give us exactly what we wanted, but even more within our budget. We drove 2.5 hours to work with him specifically.
