My husband and I purchased a vehicle here this past weekend. Our salesperson was Kobe. Let me just say we had an amazing experience from start to finish. The finance lady was very pleasant to deal with as well. Their service to customers is phenomenal. The overall atmosphere there is pleasant and everyone is so friendly. I cannot say enough good things about Lake Norman Infiniti. Service department is not only top notch, they go well beyond expectations to please customers. I was able to do a night drop off, they kept me in the loop during the entire process, they were reasonable and Jan in the service department was unbeatable. Excellent experience and we will definitely be back.

My boyfriend and I came here to look at a used car for him to buy. Although we didn't end up buying, we had a great experience! Depre, our salesman, was great at answering all of our questions and kept a great conversation. Joel, our finance manger, worked with us on pricing and financing options. They both were key factors in making our experience great and helping us get what worked for us. I highly recommend coming here for a good car buying experience!

The sales person (Rudy) was great to deal with. Purchased a used BMW, when doing the paperwork with finance we were told that they would have to get back with us on an extended warranty and never did. Less than two months later the engine has locked up and the company is telling us they can do nothing for us. Thanks for the reply as I said during the paperwork the extended warranty was not offered because it would not work with this car for some reason and we were told that we would be contacted about one when she found one for us and never got back with us.
