I could have chosen to buy my vehicle from a number of dealerships. I chose Lake shore Toyota because of the professional service and the knowledge of the sales staff. From start to finish it was a no pressure approach and patiently answered all my questions. When the deal was done they even delivered it to my house and assisted me with learned all the technical ins and outs. I would definitely buy another car from them. My salesman Eric Stamper was great.

It is always a great experience to work with Lake Shore Toyota. They are trustworthy, they work quickly, and the prices are competitive. I would never go any where else.

I had an appointment set at 9:30am and got there just a bit early. The service consisted of an oil change and tire rotation. In addition, a recall notice was being checked. Everything was done by 11am.

id def. recommend your dealership, John Jippers was very knowledgeable and helpful but not pushy at all. He was also friendly and personable and an absolute great guy to deal with.

The Toyota service is always done promptly, correctly and within the cost estimate. As a result, I take both my Toyota vehicles to this facility for regular and recall work. I have never felt that unnecessary services were being recommended or performed to increase the billed amount. This practice has been encountered at other service shops.

IM GLAD I CAME TO LAKE SHORE TOYOTA I NEVER OWNED ONE BEFORE AND MY SALESMAN MIKE STONE ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS AND TOOK CARE OF MAKING ALL MY SET UP APPOINTMENTS FOR EXTRAS AND TOOK CARE OF EVERYTHING HE IS A PLEASURE TO WORK WITH HES MY GO TO GUY. I BOUGHT A NEW 2013 4 RUNNER ITS GREAT. THE DEALER SHIP WAS CLEAN AND VERY FRIENDLY. ERIC WAS GREAT FUNNY AND EASY TO WORK WITH ALSO AND I CAN ASK HIM QUSTIONS ALSO AND HE ANSWERS WITH NO PROBLEM. For probably 8+ years, we have been using LakeShore Toyota service. I have always been treated nicely, and have been explained every thing that they have done, allowing me to decline the service (which I never have). I would highly recommend them to anybody.

Found your dealership on the internet. Had the vehicles in stock that I wanted to look at or purchase. Never felt pressured to purchase a vehicle. Both salesperson(Mark), used car appraiser(John), and financial person who did the loan were all great to work with. You had a good product to sell, and I had a good product to trade which made things easier. Not sure of the price I got on the no hassle price, but was happy with trade-in price and only a hundred or so bucks of dealer prep/transportation cost add on to final price. Hope to continue positive experience with any work and or routine maintenance required in future. Dave Bailey

Buying a new truck at Lakeshore Toyota was a pleasant experience. "Your way pricing" provided a reasonable price with no negotiation. Staff went out of their way to evaluate my non-operational tradein. Overall, I was very pleased with my experience.

Mike Hebda has been an excellent, customer focused service contact for me. I purchased my vehicle new at a different dealer 7 years ago although I live in close proximity to this dealer. I am looking to purchase a 2014 and given the excellent service and attention that Mike has provided I am seriously considering making my next purchase at Lakeshore Toyota.

I called your dealership service department at noon. I needed a driverside headlight installed on my 2007 prius.Mike was very friendly and got me in the same day. The work was performed and I was on my way in 45 minutes.I was really impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of everyone I met. Always fast and friendly service. Lake Shore Toyota may be the smaller Toyota dealer in NW Indiana, but they are the friendliest dealership in NWI.

I basically went in for my 2 year free maintenance on my 2013 Avalon. I was under the impression that I was getting and oil change but turned out to be tire rotation and something else. They told me that that the oil changecame at 10000 miles and when I went in I was at 5000 miles.Suggestion: On the paperwork that they give you it would be nice to see what they actually did.

I appreciated the extra service Tom provided. As I pulled in to have a headlight bulb replaced, my left front tire went flat. Not only did they put on my spare, but put the spare on the rear and rotated the good tire to the front, so that I would be safe getting my family home until the bad tire could be replaced or repaired. Tom always does an outstanding job going beyond the line of duty. It's nice to know my family will be safe!

We have purchased a few cars from Lake Shore and will always come back! Always a good experience with Lake Shore. I would have given a "GREAT" price review if a car wash had come hand in hand with the oil change! Other dealerships offer that perk, too... :) However, we will be back!

Chris was excellent in the way that he handled the test drive and paperwork. He was no pressure but very informative and worked every question I had until I had all the information that I needed. FIVE STAR SALES!

This was my first issue in 6 years of owning two different Toyotas. Things happen to mechanical devices. They could not get the part right away and set me up with the loaner. The car was returned spotless inside and out and running great. Tom the service manager could not have been more pleasant. Overall the best experiance I have had with car service.

It was only an oil change, but the staff continues to be friendly and courteous as they have been in the past. The service department representative was new to me, but explained the condition of my Camry very thoroughly.

All those my wife and I dealt with were very knowledgable, helpful and informed. All of our questions were answered. We were shown how to use the Toyota.Entune. We now have it on our smartphone. We feel quite modern, not bad for two "old" folks!

Everyone was very friendly and courteous. The job did not take too long and the environment was fine. it allowed me to do some paperwork while waiting. The service team is very solid and I would have no issues with recommending them to anyone.

after sale found out they put one just like mine on sales floor but at a lease price 150 a month less. sales man rich very unhelpful after sale in getting my plates for new prius. took over a month with lame excuses but no explanation. my leather seat developed a problem with wear or discoloration. took 4 months and 2 hours at dealership while they took pictures for toyota. service mgr finally after several call said was a dye transfer problem not toyota problem will not fix. took it to toyota and they said service mgr stated it was something i had done and he recommended they do nothing. well after buyng two cars from them i expected more. beware they will not help you in any way with any problems. owner never there and never returns calls!!!!

These guys are as shady as they come. Lure you with one offer online, then you come in and it's all that you hate about buying cars and why you wanted to do it online...So, lots of promises, lots of under-delivery. Oh, and don't rate them poorly on the sales survey because when you come back for service later, you are held accountable. Funny, I thought the survey was to hold them accountable!There are reputable Toyota dealers. I've had Toyotas since the mid 80s and never had a dealer problem (in Illinois and Oregon). Find a good one. Lakeshore is not it.
