I drove about 45 minutes each way and past 8 Ford dealerships(yes I counted) to come here and it was so worth it! I was greeted by Jackson Morgan at the door and I informed him I was there to see the Bronco and in about a minute we were ready to see the car. He was extremely knowledgeable and has been hands down the best Ford Salesman I’ve ever dealt with. Not pushy, honest, and straight to the point; exactly what everyone needs. If every sales guy was like him the general public would enjoy the car buying process a lot more. Test drive was honestly a pretty good length which also impressed me. I attached pics of the Bronco which they have. I will make sure Jackson Morgan earns both of my Bronco sales and make sure every person I know orders from him he deserves the sale! They don’t charge a markup on the Bronco either (MSRP) + the normal charge that’s on every car they sell that includes a National Lifetime warranty just do regular maintenance to keep it in tact, pretty simple if you ask me. After I get my Jeep I’ll probably trade it in for a Bronco down the road after the hype dies down, the kinks are worked out and there isn’t so long of a wait. Also if you come here for any Ford ask for Jackson Morgan you won’t regret it! Very impressed with this dealer compared to Elder Ford.

I went in there to reserve a maverick. After I had my cars appraisals done at other dealership. One car was worth 10,200 other 800. This salesman came back and offered me 4k for both. Complete bull. This place is trying to rip people off to the fullest. This happened on 10/4/21

Let's start with the salesman first. Cory was an honest no pressure salesman that listened to my needs. He gave me his honest opinion of what would be best for me due to my special set circumstances ( choosing between new and used ). He worked all evening trying to get the deal I needed but ultimately had to come back the next morning. When I showed up he had everything in motion and I was in and out in no time. He was very upfront and honest and easy to talk with unlike salespersons I've dealt with years prior at other dealerships. There was really no pressure at all. Then I met the finance manager Lance and he had an approval ready for me at not the greatest interest rate. Of course I said before I have a special set of circumstances. He told me to give them a day or two and he may have a better deal for me and sure enough my interest rate lowered by more than 50%. The new car buying experience at Lakeland Ford was different from anything I've experienced in the past thanks to Cory and La different from anything I've experienced in the past thanks to Cory.

I received a direct mail flyer and the prices were too good to be true. I compared prices at other Ford dealerships (I'll only buy American) and found that Lakeland Ford had the lowest prices around. I spoke with several people, and met with James Wrinkle. He worked with me to find me a new car that would fit my budget. He was professional, friendly and patient with a great sense of humor. Then the finance manager found me a great deal with 0.0% interest! The dealership also provided a 5 year full Bumper-to-Bumper which will offset the cost of the payment I bought a new 2017 Ford Focus Hatchback that I love. I am happy to recommend this dealership and especially this sales man.

I was sent a flyer in the mail stating a saving sales on new vehicles. I called and made an appointment to meet with a sales man named Matthew Gould. He really didn't have a chance in selling me a new car because I fell in love with a beautiful Mustang in the used car lot. He called my old salesperson Eric Walker that worked with me almost a year ago to let him know that I was there looking at cars. So now I had two sales people working with me. They both bend over backwards listening to my wants and needs. They were both informative and sensitive to my wants. I highly recommended both sales persons. Buying a new vehicle is often a stressful, day-long experience. Thanks to Matthew and Kris, I was blown away! From start to finish, it took less than 2 hours. I went in knowing I wanted a 2017 Escape. Matthew took the time to explain all of the features that were available, and he never pressured me into any type of up-sell on features. The car I test drove is the one I purchased. Also, Kris in finance worked absolute miracles, getting me a deal I would have never thought possible. He could have settled with the first deal he found, but he kept digging and found me an amazing deal that I couldn't pass up. This is my second new Ford, and when the time comes to get another one, Lakeland Ford will be my first, and only stop.

My husband and I pulled into the dealership to just look at the available trucks. We are just here on vacation from Western New York. Corey took us down to the lot to show us a gas truck we thought was close to what we wanted. My husband spotted a diesel truck that really was perfect for our needs. Corey took us back to the dealership to talk about the truck. After a little deliberation we were able to come to an agreement on a price! Corey worked hard for this sale, as we are New York residents it was a little more complicated than your average sale. He was sweating, running up and down steps trying to get us taken care of. We really appreciate the hard work he put in to get us taken care of! We are hard working people and we really respect someone who works hard for us. Kris was able to help us get squared away for the financing and he made the process as painless as possible, considering we are out of state. We are very happy with the whole Lakeland Ford experience!

We had just stop in with our neighbors. My friend wanted his wife to see the Ford Edge he found there. We looked around and talked with Corey Borah and Bill Raynor. Told them not interested in buying just looking. They helped our neighbors who drove out in that new Edge when we left. Bill and Corey are two of the nicest and easy going car sales people I have ever seen. When we left we both felt that that was where we would purchase our next car.

I recently stopped in at Lakeland Ford after receiving a mailer about the current 0% financing promotion. James greated my friendly and quickly as I was walking in the showroom. I explained that I wasn't really in the purchasing mindset but figured I would come in and see what all of the offers were. He listened to my concerns and what I needed in a vehicle. He was spot on with what he showed me and didn't use the typical high-pressure techniques that I've experienced so many times before and didn't try to sell me more car than what I could afford or needed. It was a pleasure working with James and the entire Lakeland Ford team. They've definitely earned my future business as well!

This day was not my favorite. However, we all are human and we make mistakes and although I was in tears becouse things changed multiple times without my acknowledgement and was placed on me by suprise. Eric and the other guys name in finance ( sorry forgot his name) they admited to the faults we worked through them and the purchase was a go. I would defintly recommend some changes on the finance side to avoid future clients unhappiness.Even though the friend I bought the car for cussed me out in parking lot and has not spoke to me sense was very unhappy with the whole process. I apoligize for others who just don't understand morals, ethics and respect.Thank you for everything.Please ask Eric not to beat himself up to just take it as a lesson to learn from and become a stronger and tge best sales rep. If you are looking for pushy car salesmen, false promises, poor customer service, and a general lack of what you want then Lakeland Ford is the place for you. Shopping at Lakeland Ford turned into the biggest mistake I made during the new car process. I should have known when they called 4 times to get me back in the store to turn the other way. However they were promising numbers I wanted to hear and the car I wanted said it was on their lot. So I went back. We had to send paperwork back several times because the rebates and prices were wrong, they would fix one send it back and then it was still wrong, finally after getting to the right promises I filled out paperwork. While waiting for a decision they gave me a loaner car to drive for the weekend. I was at work so there was no real way to contact me due to the circumstances of my job. Saturday morning I get several texts saying the sales man was coming to my work to trade cars out because he wanted to sell the one I was driving. This was not an option seeing that the car was in a secured lot and it is not my problem that he loaned me that car. After having my boyfriend contact them and they were very rude on the phone he decided that we would no longer do business with them and I used my lunch break to bring the car back to him so he could return it to the dealer. After going back to Lakeland Ford to return the car the manager Jason proceeded to say my boyfriend was wrong and lying. After explaining this behavior to the owner he had his general manager contact me to set up a conference call. Still waiting on that response and call. After talking to another dealership and several other people searching for cars, this is common business practice for Lakeland Ford. They add "dealer add ons" that add $2000 to the msrp of the car and that is standard. So just be prepared for that. This dealership does not care about your needs, wants, or have any kind of customer service the salesmen all the way to the owner.

Damon Nielsen effectively communicated right from the start. We set up a time to test drive both the Edge and the Explorer. Corresponded via e-mail and text so when I walked into the dealership-usually a stressful experience, it was like I was walking into my favorite store. He confirmed what exactly was important to me, trim levels, features, options, price range I wanted to stay in, just top to bottom expectations. We test drove both vehicles and in the meantime they valued my trade in. Wow. So easy, no haggling, fair pricing for trade and for purchase. I can honestly say no regrets. No buyers remorse. I am so very pleased with the entire experience. I would trust sending my 18 year old daughter to Damon knowing he would treat her with the same respect and care. The salesman covered all aspects of the vehicle I was looking at before we test drove it. Finance covered all my options, and got me a really good rate. Vehicle delivery was smooth and again the salesman Corey Borah, covered the features of the radio and set up my phone to be linked up. He even picked radio stations based on what I had in my old car. Took my GT in for routine service on 06/21. Tim was my service advisor for this visit. He was great to work with and kept me informed during service. I had complained about the AC not cooling properly. They checked it out and found out it has a bad evaporator coil. He had they recharge the system and was very apologic about that happening. The problem is Ford is backordered on the coil till 07/05.He said how sorry he4 was that it was backordered from ford but will call when it's in and have it replaced. During that time a replacement vehicle will be given for my use. He's great and kept me informed about the situation. All in all I am very pleased with how he handeled it even thought it took longer that a normal service visit but now have cold air again.

My experience with Lakeland Ford was one I wasn't expecting. Within minutes of walking in the door, I was greeted. Charlie was very nice and listened to my concerns about buying another Ford. I haven't had the best of luck in the past, but Charlie convinced me to give them another shot. Before going on a test drive, I was given a bumper to bumper (literally!) tour of the Ford Escape, something I have never experienced previously. That will stick with me for sure. Being shown the all of the features, including safety features goes a long way. I feel very confident in my purchase, and will recommend Lakeland Ford to others.

- vehicle advertised on line for over one week was not actually same vehicle as presented upon arrival. I was told by the salesman "that is a mistake on the Internet; they know about it but haven't changed it yet". Quite misleading.- used car salesman Bob M. was unprofessional, at best. Flannel shirt and dirty ball cap. Complained about the number of hours he worked. Used foul language. Clearly tried to hurry me along.- I liked the vehicle, so I bought it. No regrets in vehicle. Price a little high, but fair. Trade in value for my car was fair.- despite spending $26k on a vehicle and driving an hkur, the salesman was gracious enough to to put 1/2 a tank of fuel in the car. First car in 25 vehicles that the car didn't come with a full tank.- salesman forgot to give me a required item for car. I called and spoke with him four times. Each time he blamed another department and assured me that he would call me back the next day. I never received a single returned phone call from him.- car was not washed upon delivery; another disappointing first experience in 25 cars.- I left a message for two managers regarding forgotten item and absence of basic courtesy of a returned call. No one returned my call.- I called the general manager and his secretary was wonderful. She solved the concern immediately and I ended up finally receiving a phone call after two weeks of trying. The manager was great. Lesson learned for me: next time I get an unprofessional used car salesman, ask for someone else, or just leave. My experience with my salesman was clearly not something the owners of this dealership would want representing them.

Our purpose in going to the dealership today was to convert our lease to a purchase. Since they were not the original leasing dealer and we planned to buy the car with cash and not finance it, the dealership would not be making any money from our transaction. Despite the fact that they were only acting as a go between for us with Ford Credit, they were unfailingly courteous and helpful. From the back office to the salesman tasked with walking us through the process (for no commission!), everyone was so helpful and nice. I walked in with a 2015 Chevy Camaro and a hefty amount of negative equity on my hands. Prior to visiting this dealership i had been denied 4 times for trading in my car due to the amount of negative equity i had. I work a full time job and was very limited on time to stop by physically to make the memorial day sale they were having. John the internet sales man and Pierre proceeded to text me quickly to crunch numbers as well as give me as many option as they could. Damon was finally able to work around the numbers better then anyone had before and was able to get me into a 2016 Ford Mustang ecoboost for cheaper then my camaro originally was. With the help of all three guys i was able to work my full time job and still get the car i wanted on the sale i wanted all while having that negative equity lessened in the end of the deal. They treated me with the utmost respect even though i was just a 21 year old guy looking for a faster car. Best dealership i have ever had the pleasure to work with and those 3 guys are 100% the guys you need to have when looking for car. Well I stopped by Lakeland ford this past weekend (to look at mustangs) with no intention of purchasing a vehicle but wound up buying one anyways. I would just like to give a huge shout to James Wrinkle of Lakeland ford for being such a knowledgable, straight forward, and all around good guy. He was very quick to help my grandmother and I look at cars and test drive them and to get a sense of what I was looking for. In fact I think he knew what I wanted before I did. If it wasn't for him I probably wouldn't have got a car but because of how knowledgable, straight forward and nice he was I got what I wanted! We came in because we have been loyal Ford owners for years. With our growing family, our Ford Ranger no longer suited our needs. Corey greeted us and from the very beginning was courteous and knowledgeable. He really listened to us and what we needed. After speaking to him he took us and showed us a few vehicles he felt would not just meet our needs and our budget but something we really liked! He showed us all the features and benefits of the vehicle and how they worked. He didn't play the games that most car salesmen play. He gave us a fair trade value and purchase price the very first time. There was NO going back and forth! Within a couple hours we were sitting in our brand new Escape that was detailed and gassed up for us. He made sure to go over the vehicle one more time to make sure we were comfortable and paired my phone to the Bluetooth. About an hour later, he called to make sure we made it home safe and to see if we had any more questions. This was by far the best car buying experience we ever had!

Had a horrible experience here twice and felt compelled to share my story to save others' some time. The sales team completely wasted my time! I called looking for a specific color, make, and model, which they claimed to have. When I arrived, they did not have the vehicle in stock but could get it. Groan! So they tried to talk me into a different package and color. Felt like bait and switch because it was! I explained if the price were fantastic, I would consider another color and package and they were adamant they could make me a deal. Well after wasting most of my day, they offered me a deal of full MSRP. REALLY!?!

This dealership is a scam dealership that used illegal "bait and switch" tactics to lurer people in. They advertise cars on the internet and when you show up to buy the car, guess what? A computer must have made a mistake and now the price is $10,000 more.I made a complaint to the FL Attorney Generals Office and when I pointed out the law they were breaking, the dealer called me back and said I have to find another dealership because I told them they were breaking the law.This is not the only thing. They offer you free tinting, pin stripes and warrantee and after the deal is done, guess what? That e-mail you got with all those promises, Oh, that was a mistake too.

Hands down best buying experience ever! Between my fiance and I we have purchased 5 new and 4 used vehicles over the last 12 years and Brian Hanks is the best salesman we've ever work with. He is an extremely down to earth nice and pleasant family man who has a wonderful personality, and is very knowledgable about ford trucks and many other vehicles. It seemed more like our friend was showing us the truck, not a salesman. We had a great scenic test drive that really showed off the capabilities of the tuck. He even had the perfect spot to test out the four wheel drive on the truck! We explain to Brian that we Weren't expecting to stop at Lakeland auto mall and were running late for my sisters birthday party and he worked his fastest to get the paper work moving and he even gave us a great idea to pick up a unique present to get my sister which she loved! Brain was very helpful in explaining the paper work and financing options we had and help us get the most reasonable payments we asked for. HE WORKS FOR YOU! All the staff was courteous and a pleasure to work with. Damian Ireton was extremely helpful as well. He had us threw the paper work and out the door in our cpo truck in no time at all! We drove three hours to bill currie ford in tampa to buy a truck and they sold it before we could get there and didn't bother to let us know. So so glad we found Lakeland Auto mall! Upon Lakeland Fords recommendation for a mechanic the outcome was less than desirable and we are now considering legal action. While on the phone with Mike ( Commercial Sales Rep ) the mechanic was quoted a price of $4800.00 and the short block would be complete. Upon mechanics inspection of the short block it was not complete. No front cover and no gaskets. To make the short block complete and have a warranty it would now be an approximately $700.00 more. We contacted Mike the (CSR) about this and never heard anything back. Talked with Chris (Parts Manager) and nothing was accomplished. Then spoke with Tom Holloway (Parts and Service Manager) and again nothing was accomplished. We were quoted a price and a product and didn't receive what we were quoted. We have dealt with Lakeland Ford previously and have been less than thrilled. We will definitely make the drive to Bartow Ford for any future needs.

I bought a used car from this dealer and it had no floor mats. I asked about them and was told that they didn't come with the car. I asked if they would included them in the purchase price and was told no !! After I got the car home I saw on the window sticker that came with the car that it had carpeted floor mats. I called back and spoke the the used car mamager whose name is Tony D that hesaid he would send me a used set of floor mats if and when another car like mine came in. I was shocked !! Had the car had mats in it when I bought it I would have taken the USED mats. But when the window sticker said they came with mats I would have never thought they would have the gumption to tell me they would send me USED masts and not just get me a set of new mats. I will never recommend this dealer and will never buy there again. I also plan on thking them to small claims court as a matter of principal. Buyer Beware !!!

My name is Lawson Nichols, on Dec.31, New years eve, I bought a 2004 Ford Ranger Edge. I paid cash.It had an oil leak and and so I couldn't take it home at the time. On January the 3 I got upset and called to demand my money back. A manger(I don't remember his name) talked me into taking the truck and they would fix the oil leak. The next day they called and told me the oil leak was fixed and I could pick up the truck. The oil leak was not fixed There were also two other things they were going to fixed. The steering wheel was off about 1/8 turn and there was only one key and promised to have me another one made they cost about $60.00, which I never got. I had the oil leak fixed at the cost of $150.00 and I was so disturbed i didn't take the truck back until today (9-20-12). I wouldn't have gone back then but I had 2 free services. Today I talked with Jim Hancock. He is the manger of the service department, a very nice guy to talk with. He told I should not have waited so long to bring the truck back,about 9 months, but he would see what he could do. He fixed all the things and had me another key made. Yes I would buy off Lakeland Ford again, but the people I deal with would have to be LIKE JIM HANDCOCK. He is a trufull man. A credit to Lakeland Ford. Thank you Jim.

Avoid, particularly if you have to drive more than a few miles to get there. Don't believe anything they tell you over the phone.I was considering a car they had and, knowing it would be a 45-minute drive each way, negotiated everything up front, including the value of my trade-in. I described the car in detail including flaws, gave the VIN, and even told the person I talked with (John Richardson) its KBB value was about $4,000. As part of the deal, he had his GSM (Robert) run a Carfax and told me he would give me above-market value on the trade in, or $6,000 ("plus or minus a nickle depending on condition") for the car. I made it very clear I didn't want to drive out that far without a clear deal, and he told me that was what I'd get.The total deal was enough to convince me to choose this car over the other one I was considering, and I drove out, only to have the used car manager (Scott - who looked exactly like what you'd expect from a used-car: someone well-practiced in lying with a straight face) tell me it had poor "paintwork" and "wasn't all there" and he could only give me $4,000. These problems were apparently invisible, because he couldn't point out anything you wouldn't expect in an average-condition 2003 car with 115k miles on it - exactly what I described. Another dealer there looked at it and admitted it was in "average" condition and worth $4,000-4,500, as I hold told John from the beginning, but which I was promised $6,000 for.They agreed to up it to $4,500 and then refused to move from there, despite a call to John Richardson, who had no explanation for his earlier $6,000 number. Evidently they assumed that after driving out there I would just shell out the extra $1,500, but I refused to deal with someone with those ethics and left. Altogether this wasted about 3 1/2 hours of my time, when I'm already working 14 hours/day at my job.Overall I guess I approached the situation a little naively and didn't realize they'd blatantly lie like that to get me in the door, but I'm not prepared for this level of deception... in my job all I deal with on a daily basis are real estate brokers and lawyers.

Watch yourself dealing with these folks. I purchased a Ford F150 from Bob, who seemed like a really nice guy. Dealt with Chris, the finance guy, who worked up paperwork pretty much for the deal that I wanted. Left happy. However THREE WEEKS LATER, get a call from Bob that I need to "come in and sign a piece of paper that got missed." When I asked what specifically, he had to hang up and talk to Chris. When he called me back, he said it was because "they had to change banks," but didn't know any of the details. I asked for Chris to call me and he said they did have to change banks, but the rate was only "slightly higher," but wouldn't give any details over the phone (like I'm really going to go in and let him con me into a crappier deal). I'm taking my trade back and my business elsewhere. I suggest you do the same.

While I would definately recommend this dealership for purchases, I would recommend against using the service department except for warranty work. Our experience in December of 2010 with the sales (used), finance, and document departments, as well as with the General Manager, were good. Everyone made us feel appreciated even though we were buying a used vehicle. But the new personnel in the Service Department during 2011 did not seem as friendly as those who were there in December when we purchased our vehicle. I just felt as if I were a problem to them rather than a valued customer. The only one that made me feel welcome was the cashier in Service. Later, when I returned for service Patrick seemed more friendly and most recently (12/19/2011) I dealt with Stacey in the Service Department and in the future he is the one I will seek out when I need Service. He was very friendly and attentive to my needs and questions. My reson for not recommending the Service Department except for covered warranty work is the excessive cost of repairs. Shortly after purchasing our 2002 Focus, it developed a roar while driving. The Service Department (Patrick) determined it was a front right wheel bearing and a left rear wheel bearing. As my wife was taking the car to NC we had the front right bearing (which we were told was the worst and unsafe) repaired at a cost of just over $300. We were given a quote on the repair of the left rear wheel bearing of over $400. When my wife returned from NC the left rear was much louder and as I was at a repair and tire shop I have used for over ten years for all our tires, I asked about the cost of repairing the left rear wheel bearing. It was $115.00 and I had it done the following morning. It was only 45 minutes from the time I entered their front door, until I had paid my bill and was leaving. Due to this large difference in cost, the dealership is not competative and we instead send all our friends and family to All American Discount Tire and Muffler on north 98 in Lakeland and we will continue to do so in the future. Again, we do recommend this dealership for purchases, but at leass than half the cost for repairs we cannot recommend them for repairs.

This was the best car buying experience we've had in a very long time. We were greeted promptly, we explained what we wanted (Michelle listened) and had a deal in 90 minutes. The car we drove exceeded our expectaions and we feel we received a fair trade-in value for our old car. The people (Mr. Grove)in the parts department seem friendly enough. I purchased a pre-owned (nice way of saying: "USED") Isuzu SUV a little over two years ago from another local dealer. The vehicle was in perfect condition when I bought it but in very good condition none-the-less.I'm the type of person who follows "the manufacturer's" recommendation(s) as to the service and upkeep of the product, in this case a motor vehicle.Typical of most automobiles purchased second or third hand is existing issue(s), and most reasonable people expect to have some parts in need of repair or replacement.I expected to find problems as I got to know the vehicle and I did. Nothing I couldn't take care of myself with my own tools and a subscription to www.alldata.com.However, even though I am no stranger to getting greasy, I know which tasks I am comfortable with and those I am not. Replacing the water pump and timing belt components went off without a hitch. Here is my gripe with Lakeland AutoMall:(1) Parts Stocked = Nothing so far(2) Parts Pricing = Outragously high (one little light bulb for the instrument cluster at $ 7.89 each, I needed 5), the water pump I picked up from a local "import parts" store because the dealer price was 6.547 times higher for the same "Aisin" pump, Dealer stocked (see number 1), Other source in stock, (Y). (3) Parts, Dealer Only = Parts that are a DEALER ONLY ITEM are not only not stocked but must be ordered from some place on the other side of the planet. Getting parts takes a while!(4) SERVICE DEPARTMENT = Remember the mention of task(s) not comfortable with? I guess Lakeland AutoMall's Service Department is uncomfortable with performing a manfacturer recommended maintenance proceedure beyond most owner's ability.Isuzu recommends engine valve service (adjustments to clearances and lash) at 60,000 miles. I was able to contact the original owner and of course no such maintenance had been performed. I took the vehicle to Lakeland AutoMall to have an Isuzu certified mechanic handle this particular job, as I do not feel at home with setting valve tolerances.On arrival I spoke with a young lady in the service writer's booth who asked an older gentleman in the room: "We don't do valve maintenance do we?" and "Nope, they don't need it unless there's something wrong with 'em."I explained what I had read from Isuzu and was nicely advised to find a "small shop that does stuff like that."Thanks folks! Nothing like customer service.

I bought my Sonata from Lakeland Auto Mall a few years ago. This Sonata was the 1st new car I've ever owned that I NEVER had to return to the dealer for any adjustments or warranty repairs! So, I fell in love with Hyundai products! However, when I decided I wanted a Genesis coupe my bad feelings resurfaced and I went to every Hyundai dealer in Central Florida...other then this dealer very close to me. The salesman, Paul, played so many games...years later, I'm still bitter. This is a shame 'cause my mom bought a Sonata from a different salesman, Travis, who was straight forward and honest. She will not go back there either 'cause an HONEST employee she had befriended whispered to her on her last visit that she did not need the things done to her car that the service manager was trying to get her to come back for...before a "break down on a lonely road". Well, she did return once to take the HONEST employee some home made cookies! My recent gripe with Lakeland Auto Mall is that, in my opinion, there website was full of LIES! When I was trying to locate the perfect Genesis coupe I used the Hyundai site to search the inventory of dealers in central FL. They had listed EVERY COLOR, EVERY MODEL, etc. that's possible for a dealer to sell as in their inventory! I believe...no...I KNOW this dealership speaks with forked tongue!
