Just so we are clear...I never write reviews, but too upset this time not to. This is the 3rd time in a month I have been in the service department. Each time they write me down as a drop off. Hey idiots, I said I am bringing it in and waiting with it like 5 times. What happens? When i get there, they say......oh, well I have you down as a drop off, it will be at least 2 hours. Thanks for nothing! I have a 2013 Altima. The shift assembly needs replaced, what?! This is ridiculous! I asked a service person, how often does that usually need replaced, and they tell me it should last the life of the car. Sounds like a recall/defect to me! Wow! And then they charge me for it. My car is only 3 years old! I have liked my car, even with all the recalls, but I most likely won't buy another one. I am going to stop using the service department. Ugh, so disappointed!

The search for my first new car seemed dismal. That was until I found the staff at Lancaster Nissan. They were very helpful and listening to my needs and wants in buying my first new car. JV and Don Lesher were very helpful in finding the car that was perfect for me. They found the options I wanted and the color I wanted at a price that fit my budget. The dealership was very clean and the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I guess all I can say is I'm more than thrilled with the whole buying experience. I will definitely be going back for service.

I was looking to purchase my first brand new car. I've had many other brands of vehicles in the past but was looking to purchase my first brand new car. After about a month of shopping and nothing really "WOWing" me, the new Nissan models really caught my eye. The refresh on almost all the 2016 models is beautiful and so is the dealership at Lancaster Nissan. The sales staff accommodated me and helped me find the right fit and got me everything I wanted at the price I was looking for. JV did an amazing job and the sales manager Don Lesher was very helpful as well. I got the color and trim package that fit my need and wants and they didn't push me to buy something I didn't want. The service department was very clean and the whole dealership is very organized. I can definitely say I will be only going back there to service me new Nissan. Thanks again JV for all your help and big thanks to all the staff!

This dealership is amazing. The facility is always spotless, the staff is courteous and very knowledgable. I've never been talked down to or been told one thing and another was done to my car. I recently had body work done to my 2014 Nissan Altima and the end results were amazing! The amount of work that needed done was a lot, and the price I paid far exceeded my expectations! The price was beyond fair and they kept me very informed and updated on when my car would be ready. When I went to pick up my car, they had washed it and vacuumed it and it looked as beautiful as it did the day I drive it off the lot brand new! I am so happy! Way to go Lancaster Nissan!

Lancaster Nissan has the best customer service. The service department is up-to-date and very clean. The staff is very knowledgeable, honest, and kind. I recently had auto body work done to my car. The price I paid for the amount of work that was done far exceeded my expectations! The staff kept me informed when my car would be finished. When I came to pick up my car to my surprise it was washed vacuumed and cleaned out! It looked as brand-new as the day I bought it two years ago! Thank you Lancaster Nissan! We went in to look at the Rogue's in 2012 when they were running an incentive on leasing! Have to say wasn't thrilled with the 2012 Rogue once we leased it but our experience with Jason Vozzella was amazing! He was not pushy or arrogant(like some salesmen are) He was very accommodating. We went in there knowing how much we could afford a month. We passed that on to Jason and he really worked with us. We walked out of there with a new Rogue in our monthly range. We've never leased before and he explained everything wonderfully. Since we were nor really thrilled with the 2012 Rogue we went back in earlier than our lease was up and we looked at the 2015 Rogue. Fell in love. The only thing was the monthly cost went up pretty good so we weren't sure. Jason again went to bat for us and got our monthly payment only 8 dollars above the precious 3 years. He really takes into consideration what a middle class family can afford. That means a lot!! 2015 Rogue is amazing! They've definitely worked out all the kinks from the 2012 Rogue. We then sent our son in and he got a great deal on a Sentra and a college graduation insentive! Also a great monthly payment for someone just getting out of college! Jason V is the best! Besides, He's a Philadelphia Eagles fan...How can you possibly go wrong??? Thank you Jason. We'll see you again in about 2 years. :-)

I was nearing the end of the lease on the first car I ever leased. I didn't know what to expect when I returned it. I did not lease this car from Lancaster Nissan. I talked with the dealer I leased it from and they made me an offer on a new lease vehicle. I thought the price was on the high side. So I filled out a request for quote to Lancaster Nissan. The next day I recieved a return e-mail from Jason Vozzella. I called him on the phone and told him what I was looking to do he put some prices together that sounded to good to be true. We set up an appointment for me to stop and take a test drive, the car was great, Jason was a great person to do business with and the prices he quoted were true. He made my first lease return experience easy!

My wife and I had one thing in mind when we stopped in at Nissan. Buy a Nissan Rogue. One vehicle. Yet, we left Nissan without a Rogue but with 2 vehicles. I attribute that to Jason's foresight. He asked the personal questions about our lives before "selling" us what we were fixated on buying. He understood that my career required me to spend a lot of time on the road which is why I purchased an Altima and we traded in our Audi not for an SUV (Rogue) like we were set on, but the Nissan Quest minivan. He understood our family was growing and we'd outgrow the Rogue. We currently have 4 children and the Quest was the best investment we made. I strongly recommend Jason Vozzella for any vehicle in your future.

We had a great experience at Nissan car shopping, not just for 1 but 2 vehicles. JV was extremely friendly and patient with us as we tried to decide what would work for us with our price range. He helped us understand more about how leasing cars worked and we chose to go that route with one of our vehicles which worked out really well and helped keep the payments down. Also, the free car washes with owning a Nissan is a nice perk as well!

The whole experience was just wonderful. From the first time I meant Jason down to finally closing the deal everyone was very helpful and understanding. I had finally picked out the vehicle I wanted, but it was a bit out of my price range, Jason went back and fourth with management to get me the price that I wanted. I ended up leaving the dealership not purchasing the vehicle I wanted. The very next day Jason called and said you got it. I felt like Jason really cared about the whole experience I was getting and only wanted the best deal for me. Thanks Jason for the best car buying experience I have ever had and being a salesperson that wasn't trying to get the best deal for your pay check!

Shopping for a big, financial, decision such as a vehicle is never easy. With the amount of information, options, features to comb through it can get overwhelming. I tend to investigate and educate myself as much as possible before making a decision. Sure, knowledge is power, but am I making the right decision? Just because I studied up on a vehicles' specs, doesn't make an expert. This is where Nic Diaz comes in, his level of expertise really played a great deal in my decision making. Nic made sure he understood what my concerns were and really made me feel as though his recommendations were in my best interest, not his. Not once did he make feel pressured or intimidated. My biggest concerns revolved around the safety of my family and that whatever model, color, or year I drove away with, I could rest assure that I'd be safe. That my family would be safe. Nic himself expressed that he has a family of his own and that he understood where I was coming from. I recommend Nic Diaz, if you are someone that is looking for more than just a transaction and instead are looking for a relationship, someone you can rely on before, during and after purchasing the car. It's an investment that hopefully lasts for many years, and I look forward to coming back to Nic whenever I have any questions about my current and any future vehicles. Because I know, Nic Diaz, is more than just a salesman, he's someone I am able to trust.

Well I came in looking for a car because I had a problem and many problems with my old one. Jason Vozzella approached me and showed me some cars and I was really drawn to a 6 speed sentra. I am currently on my third Nissan Altima. I bought my first one in 2008 and have leased my last two. Jason Vozella has been my sales guy for the past two Nissan's I have leased. I purchased my Nissan Altima in October of 2015. J.V. was my salesman. There was no pressure, he was knowledgable and made the whole experience fun and worthwhile. Since my purchase I have gone to the service center at Nissan for my free oil changes and for an inspection. The service there is 5 Star!!! So kind, helpful, and thorough. I had a nail in my tire (and didn't even realize it). They caught it, fixed it, and I was on my way to driving safely again. Kudos to the entire team at Lancaster Nissan!!

He truly has the customer satisfaction as his #1 priority.Only negative, as with any dealership service department, their prices on non-Nissan parts are higher than normal. To be perfectly honest, dropping 10s of thousands of dollars is going to be a scary or intimidating experience. With the staff at Lancaster Nissan, they really welcome you. They will try to find the right car for you, but also keep it in your budget while meeting all your needs. I was a first time car buyer and Jason was my dealer. He walked me thru each step. It didn't feel forced and he was able to answer all my question (and there were a lot of them). I would recommend him as well as any one from this dealership when looking for a vehicle.

Stay away from here for service on your Nissan. I had a tire pressure sensor replaced that took slightly less than 1 hour. I was charged $181.95 for labor and $110.50 for the sensor. When I asked the hourly rate I was told it is $101.00 per hour. When I questioned the labor charge, I was told it is pro rated and that is what they charge for that particular job "If it takes 1/2 hour or 3 hours to complete". This comment was from the service manager, who by the way lacks the skills of dealing with customers. I recently talked with a friend that had the same work done a another Nissan dealer for more than $100.00. The sensor was $68.00 and 1/2 hour labor was $35.00. When I brought this to the service manager, our discussion ended. CUSTOMER BEWARE!

Very, very shady practices at this place! We purchased a $32,000. vehicle that we later learned was damaged underneath to the tune of $2,000. for repair. The sales manager admitted they knew about the damage but didn't fix it and didn't disclose that information to us. They did not adjust the price of the vehicle to reflect the repairs that would be needed, we paid top dollar! They did offer to "negotiate" to have it fixed, but we would have to get at least one more estimate and be without a car during the time the repairs were being done. When I asked for rental reimbursement, the sales manager informed me that he couldn't promise that ...as "the repair may take some time and a rental could get expensive!" Yah, Mr. Manager, I know.

I had done research on the car that I wanted, it was a used car. Called to inquire about a car that was advertised on the website with no price. I questioned the price because it was grossly overpriced compared to what I had received from other dealerships. Instead of addressing the price, the salesman proceeds to talk about the trade. After my questioning, he hung up. I had the intention of buying this car cash. I would not even consider them for further business. Maybe it was the young man who handled the call. But they lost my business although I am in the local community.

Went to Lancaster Nissan last Saturday(5/2/15) and was interested in a certified pre owned Nissan Rogue. I made it very clear several times to the salesman that I was only at the shopping around stage and not quite ready to buy yet. When we went to his office to discuss pricing and payments he asked if he could get the monthly payment I was looking for would I be interested in walking away with this vehicle. I told him once more that I still intended to visit other dealers to see what else was out there, you know be a smart consumer. He then told us that he would not be "bidding" for my business and told me and my wife that he wasn't going to give us any figures. Unhappy with their services I got in contact with Nissan USA and shared my displeasure with Lancaster Nissan, nissan then got in contact with another local Nissan dealership and I will be going there tomorrow. Lancaster Nissan must be doing very well because they had no interest in doing business with me just because I wanted to see what else was out there.

I received a recall letter for my car. I stopped in at Lancaster Nissan to find out what I needed to do. They told me it was to replace something with my air bags. They were able to do the repair on the spot. They took me to the mall in their shuttle and about an hour later they called and said they were done. They picked me up and I was on my way. came in for some basic repair, oil change and wiper blades, and a light bulb out, Caleib was a good guy at the counter, explained what needed to be done to the car, and suggested a few things i didnt know, which i will be getting done when i bring it in for inspection next month, i dont know everyhting that needs to be done to my car, but they do have me and my car in the best interest of keeping it serviced and informing me what needs done, so i can plan accordingly.

I have never had a worse experience buying a car than I did on the used lot at Lancaster Nissan. I got nudged into buying a vehicle I was unsure of (my fault, I should have left instead of buying.) They offered me an insane amount of money for my trade, which was not worth anywhere near what they were offering. When I questioned the reason they would give me so much money for such a junker car, I was told, "I've got a buyer, don't worry about it!" After 2 weeks of driving the purchased vehicle, I was extremely disappointed. I called the salesman back and explained my concerns. The car was rattling all over, being blown all over the road by the wind, not even coming close to the suggested gas mileage, and I was uncomfortable in the vehicle. After a week of "working with me" and "trying to help me out," I realized what was going on. The car I bought wasn't worth anything. It was over-priced by $8,000 on the lot (hence the reason for the huge amount of trade in value I received for my junker vehicle.) All of the available options on the lot that I was offered "for the same price" we're not the same price! They were twice as much money. They kept fudging numbers and trying to go back on what they said, we finally returned the vehicle and we were told we would get back the amount we owed on the loan, plus cash back for the warranty we had purchased. What about the first car I traded in??? I completely lost that. Then they tried to go back on the deal of taking the car back and repaying us for the warranty. The sales person also suggested that I "borrow money from my daddy" and "don't tell my husband" so I could get into the overpriced vehicle that was on their lot. Are you kidding me??? Disgusting. Don't go. They also tried to make us wait 6-8 weeks for the money back from the warranty. Via phone, we were told "come in tonight or tomorrow for the check." When we went in the next day, we were told to wait 6-8 weeks. Ridiculous. I will be writing the Better Business Bureau also. What a poor way to conduct business,

We saw a vehicle which I really liked and made an appointment for 4:00 PM on a Saturday afternoon. We arrived and the salesman showed us the vehicle in the rain. Sorry Kevin for that. I asked for the bottom line on the vehicle and he drew up the paperwork and then asked if there was anything else he could do to get our business. He was giving us suggestions of asking for a big trade-in, etc. but assured us that it would not help. So, over the weekend we talked it over and Monday morning Kevin called to see what we were thinking by now. I was unable to take the first call and called him back within the hour. I then proceeded to tell Kevin that he may not be able to do the deal that I was thinking of but would ask anyway. He stammered a bit and said I was miles away from what he could do. He said: "Seriously, dude, you are being totally unrealistic"... and click, he hung up on me, his customer. I could not believe it. He did not even extend the courtesy of trying to negotiate or tell me what his absolute bottom line was. He doesn't deserve my business or the business of any honest hard working individual. I am sorry, but I will be going elsewhere to shop as I would not feel comfortable buying from him or the dealership, after being treated with such disrespect. Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this Dealership!!

I've worked with this dealership in the past and even then wasn't impressed but after my last visit there I called it quits with this dealership and went to apple Nissan which rocked at they're service and deals! I even told our sales associate in a polite way that we went somewhere else to which I received a rude, unprofessional response and I've considered contacting the owner because of it! I've purchased two new vehicles here and my daughter had purchased 2 or 3 vehicles here. Our sales person was Donna Beam on all purchases. She went above and beyond to get us what we wanred. She was very upfront and honest with us. She obviously had to take our situation to a manager. I do not know who the manager was each time, but Donna kept us up to date where the process was. She did not try to sugarcoat anything. However, she was excited for us. She is so friendly and honest!! She is a true gem!! Service: all my services were nothing but exceptional! sales person donna was great and to her thank you so much and the fellow that helped with the paper work was very good at his job as for Brandon the sales manger he DID NOT impress me at all I found few marks on the car and told him I would like them cleaned off he had one fixed and told me (we don't have the to get in to that and its to costly ) I think for what we just spent you could have found the time maybe there would have been time in the one and a half weeks we waited for the title so to make it ok we got a full tank of gas and an oil change WOW THANKS I will give Lancaster Nissan a second chance when i get a truck next year but Brandon will not be involved in my purchase or there will be no sale hopefully the service dept is as good as donna and not like Brandon i understand that this is a used suv and most car dealer don't care about the people buying used. but my girlfriend and i are still paying for it and i think we will for years to come

So I decided to go get a second opinion from another mechanic who told me they were crazy! There was and is NOTHING wrong with my car at all. Watch out they're very friendly but will try to rob you. I also noticed sitting in the waiting room that alot of people were having problems with brand new cars they just purchased there. And they would always say "your car seems to be the only one having problems." STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

Out of all of the dealerships I dealt with during my car search, I found Lancaster Nissan to be the least enjoyable experience. The sales rep that I dealt with was rather friendly, but his sales manager was pushy, rude, and it was apparent that he was simply in it for the sale (I understand that most if not all sales reps only care about the sale, but he made no attempt at hiding it). The vehicle I was considering was extremely overpriced, and they were unwilling negotiate to even a semi-reasonable level. When I ultimately decided not to make a purchase, the sales manager became pushy and clearly irritated, stating we had a verbal agreement by having him "achieve" my desired monthly payment (by underhandedly stretching out the length of the loan, not adjusting the price, mind you) and implying that I was now obligated to make the purchase. If you are looking for a Nissan, either new or used, I HIGHLY recommend driving the 25 miles to Wernersburg and purchasing one from Eisenhauer Nissan. I found a newer vehicle there with a better warranty, fewer miles, more feature, and a higher trim than the one Lancaster Nissan was attempting to coerce me into purchasing. Buying something from Lancaster Nissan would have been a mistake, and I recommend AVOIDING the dealership at all costs....unless you enjoy overpaying for your cars and leaving places with a terrible taste in your mouth.

Great sales team. Poor quality of repair service and terrible customer service by Sales Manager. Regret buying from this dealership. Requested no tags, plates, or decals on the new vehicle. They put on anyway and defaced the front bumper with two holes to hold a vanity plate. PA does not require front plates, so no other reason for this accept free advertisement for them. Unhappy customer who paid for a new car only to be defaced by idiots.

Salesman was excellent. Very helpful and made the buying experience a good one. However,our new car already needs a few repairs, 2 of which have been attempted to be fixed by service and not done to customer satisfaction. Store Manager was rude and disrespectful on the telephone when he was called to see about fixing the problems in a timely manner. Was even told to take my business else where and then said he was done talking and hung up the phone. Again the sales team are great, friendly, and helpful BUT they certainly did not learn from the Store Manager who has no personal relation skills and should not be in the position he is in.

They are quick to come out and sell you a vehicle that needs lots of repairs and is close to a Lemon. They do not stand by there 3 month 3000 warrantys. They listed that the brakes suspenison steering systems were covered but when I had brake fade with excessive steering pull on the steering wheel due to brake moderately at 50 to45 mph they did not want to replace it. Not a good experience. I would not recommend buying any new nor used vehicles.

I've been to Lancaster Nissan several times. I'll start off by saying their service department is top-notch. I've had a Maxima, Altima, and Z all worked on by the shop. They're professional and get the job done. Prices are dealership prices, so I went for warranty repairs and things I really couldn't do myself. My experiences with the sales staff have been less than stellar. My first experience was helping my mother shop for a new car. The salesman clearly thought my mother was a push-over. Well, she's not, and I'm a Nissan enthusiast, so I know the majority of their cars inside and out. In her case, she was looking for an Altima. The salesman, while cordial, gave a lot of half-truths and misinformation. She bought a Fusion. The second shot I gave them was when my wife and I were looking for a pre-owned car for her. Their pre-owned prices are typically high. We've dealt with the same pre-owned salesman a few times. He's nice, and honest, but a little abrasive. I'll give him decent marks for trying. I also dealt with him again when I was shopping for my Z. I was looking either new or used, and they only had one used one. I didn't end up buying because it wasn't quite what I wanted. Also, the price was high again. On the same visit, I was also considering a NEW Altima Coupe 3.5 or a Z. We (my wife and I) actually went to the new lot first, and we dealt with the sales manager, or who ever the boss is. (The guy that's in the local commercials) We were pretty disappointed in him. Because he didn't have exactly what we were looking for on the lot, he seemed totally disinterested in helping us. He didn't even offer us any information regarding the two cars I was investigating. So we walked off with zero interest in returning. Again, service department: A Sales Department: D

I had to use Lancaster Nissan service department for a minor accident with my brand new 2011 car the I bought there. I was given the run around by managers and given really crappy customer service. After needing to get a rental car for the almost 3 weeks in and out of the shop, they refused to pay for any rental costs due to their errors. Now leaving my family out all that money with only a canned apology that means NOTHING!
