Our visit to ray catena Edison was a wonderful experience. Our salesman Joe L. , was knowledgeable, personable and courteous. Joe knew every aspect of the Land Rover we were interested in and his assistant Gus, provided additional exceptional tutorial .Ray Catena Land Rover treated us with great respect. We bought a pre owned vehicle and were treated as if we bought their most expensive model. We have bought many cars ever the years and we have never had an experience comparable to this.

I have never experienced such an incredibly high level of customer service when purchasing a car ever before. Alan Burnside made the process extremely painless and quite enjoyable. He gave me exactly what I was looking for and I was in and out within an hour. The car was delivered to my place of employment, where I signed all necessary paperwork and was given a tutorial of how everything in the vehicle worked, and Alan even arranged to have my old Land Rover shipped to Florida...new car delivered, old car taken away! On top of which, FedEx lost the title which I was shipping to my father in Florida and Alan even made arrangements to get me a new title. I literally did nothing at all, except for driving and enjoying the car. Superior customer service aside, there were a few issues with the pre-owned car I purchased which I am not at all happy with, but once again, Alan is taking care of getting everything fixed this week. I couldn't be any happier with the level of customer service provided by Alan...he is the reason I purchased a Range Rover vs. a Porsche. End of story :-)

Mike definitely was the best salesman I have ever come across, in all honesty. No games, No xxxxxxxx, No nonsense! I told him what I wanted, my price range and he got it done for me in a day. I walked in on a Saturday and drove home my LR4 on a Monday. He's honest, friendly and understanding. Definitely not your "typical" car dealership type of guy! A++ He's the BEST!!

Purchased a used Range Rover from Frank Norarse. I found the car over the Land Rover web site, called the dealer and worked with Frank. I asked Frank one main question and that was....... is there any issues with the car and is the interior and exterior as described. He said they were perfect. Two weeks later the car was shipped to me and it was exactly as described by Frank, perfect condition. It was such a relief to spend the money I did without seeing the car and working with an honest, responsive salesperson. Frank did an excellent job and I would work with him again. He was fair, honest, polite and fun. We are really thrilled with our purchase. J

Mike Zaintz was my dealer.... not only was the dealership phenomenal, courteous and friendly but he was truly professional! Nothing I hate more than a pushy salesman. I called him ahead of time to make him aware of my arrival, he was ready to go on a test drive with us immediately. I wasnt satisfied with the first car choice so we went on a test drive with us again with a different vehicle. I've been leasing cars for the past 9 years and never have I had such a smooth and drama-free experience. My husband and I could not be happier with our new Range Rover Evoque and we credit that entirely to James Mull. As and entrepreneur, my schedule tends to get hectic. With very little time to shop for a new vehicle, Frank Nodarse made the process seamless. I received top notch concierge service at its best. I conveyed my wants and needs to my sales rep and he totally got it. Finally a sales rep that listens!!!Frank sent me pictures of the vehicle and a list of the features that it included and when I picked up my new 2016 Range Rover it was all that I had asked for and more. The only time that I actually went into the dealer, was to sign the papers and pick up my truck. From the time I walked into the door till the time I left with a purchased vehicle was 1 hour! We've spent hours upon hours at dealerships in the past and have never had this pleasant and seamless of an experience before. After a bad experience with lease negotiation with one of the Land Rover dealer in my resident state, I approached the Edison Land Rover dealer (Ray Catena). I was assigned to a Sales professional named James S Mull who was very courteous, knowledgeable and above all VERY patient to clarify all my queries with respect to leasing a Land Rover Evoque. Within 24 hours, James was able to get me a vehicle that met all my preferences. The best part is that everything was done over phone and I went to the Ray Catena showroom just to drop my trade-in car and take delivery of the new one. James took care of literally everything. He made arrangements for the registration transfer from old vehicle to new one. He also worked with my auto insurance company and transferred the insurance. James also got me a decent price for my trade-in car. I was also extremely pleased with another gentleman Rio Wisbert, who very patiently explained all the vehicle controls and features to me. While explaining the stuff, he configured all the basic settings that I needed. I never thought that car buying could be so hassle-free wherein I had couple of phone interactions, walked-in with my trade-in car, signed a bunch of documents and took off with the new vehicle. My lease was coming to and end and was looking for a new vehicle. I currently was driving a Mercedes but was interested in the Discovery by Land Rover. I got a referral from Joe Scribellito the GM at Infinity to speak with Craig Sirota the sales manager at Land Rover. Craig was very welcoming and assured me that I would be in great hands and will assist with anything I needed. Craig turned me over to the sales consultant Paul Ebner. Paul was great! Listen to us and to what our needs were. Went over all of our options and very honest about what we were getting and what would be the best route to take. Craig also came over to make sure things were going well. Not pushy and didn't feel pressured into getting into a vehicle we were not completely happy with. Happy to say I was able to get into a new Discovery!

James gives me very comprehensive explanation about my Discovery Sport. The first time we met, I arrived very late (about 7:30PM). He stayed with me until almost 9:00PM helping me picking among different models, even through almost everyone has left. He was very very patient. Paul Ebner was assigned to us when we first visited the dealership. At the time we were deciding between a Range Rover as well as two other brands. Paul was extremely knowledgeable as well as patient with us as we went through the decision making process over a two week period which included three visits to test drive and a couple of calls and emails. Paul went out of his way to answer the questions we didn't even know to ask. He not only made the entire car leasing experience enjoyable but we can honestly say we enjoyed his company and just talking with him. In the end we leased the car we wanted and at a great price which he worked with us on. It's not very often unfortunately one can say that the car buying process was pressure free, and actually very positive. If you are in the market for a Range Rover, not only go to Ray Catena, but ask for Paul!

I was shopping around for a new SUV, when after a few days of considering all my options I decided on a new Range Rover Evoque. I've always loved them since I was young so now was my chance to finally get in one. I've always heard good things about Ray Catena and being that it was the closest Land Rover dealer to my house, I wanted to go check them out. From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted by the receptionist who then sent me over to my Sales/Leasing Consultant Paul Ebner to further help me out. My first impression of Paul was that he seemed very friendly, helpful, honest, easy going and professional. He then preceded to show me different models of the SUV I was looking for, that fit what I was looking for, when I finally decided on a silver model. He definitely made the car buying experience very pleasant for me and easy as possible. From the first time meeting him in the showroom, all the way up until finalizing the deal, I always knew my best interests were always the main priority with him. He was very accommodating and was always honest and upfront with me from the beginning, no sales pitch like the other dealerships I've been to in the past. After just a few short days I was finally ready to sign the papers and get into my new truck. When I finshed going over the paperwork, I was then greeted by Product Specialist Rio Wisbert, who answered all my questions about my new Evoque. Rio was extremely knowledgable and helpful in showing me how to work all of the new features and in just a few short minutes I knew everything I needed to know. The service I recieved at at Ray Catena Land Rover is unmatched and I cannot say enough great things about Paul Ebner and Rio Wisbert. This was an extraordinary experience and I would highly recommend this dealership to anybody who is shopping around for a Land Rover/Range Rover. You won't regret it. By far the best dealership I've ever been to.

My wife and I were interested in a luxury SUV, but were not sure which one. After visiting a few dealerships we got connected to Jonathan at Ray Catena Land Rover Edison. We met him at the dealership he greeted us, and asked if we needed anything (water, coffee, etc) and then he introduced to Paul. Right after meeting Paul he also offered us beverages, and asked if there was anything he could get for us. No other dealership was so courteous without even talking about selling cars. Then he spoke about the different models and allowed us to test drive the Range Rover Evoque and Discovery. He was very knowledgeable about both vehicles, and did not try to push into one or the other. After going through available inventory he found us our perfect car!!! It was the color we wanted,and had all the features my wife and I desired! Car buying comes with a lot of anxiety and pressure, but NONE of that is felt at this dealership. There is a reason people put their trust in this dealership and we hope we are clients for a long time. To finalize the deal, Paul helped me get all of our paperwork in order, and him and Jonathan worked with the banks tirelessly until my wife and I got approved for the vehicle of our dreams! We can not be happier with their persistent effort in making this happen. Paul was always answering my emails even late at night and early in the morning, it really shows how much he cared about our purchasing experience. My husband and I have owned many cars through our 30 years of marriage. My husband wanted a Range Rover Sport but to be honest we weren't sure we could swing it with 2 kids in college. We came to the Land Rover in Edison and were greeted by Tom. There was no pressure to buy rather he took us through the features of the Rover and the differences between all the models. He was so kind. We asked to take a drive in several of the models and he allowed us to do that again without any pressure. During the road tests or drives he explained the trucks and their features and we talked about our children. It was like a taking a ride with someone in our family. When we returned for the last time to the dealership after driving the Range Rover Sport, we knew that was the truck for us. Tom didn't have one in the color we wanted but promised to find one. At 9:00 AM the next morning he texted us and had the vehicle. We brought our trade in truck down and were treated with respect and given a fair price for our trade. When I came in today (Saturday) I was afraid I would be there for hours filling out paperwork and fighting off the pressure from the Finance guys to buy more add ons. Instead Tom had everything completed and it literally took 30 minutes. The truck was waiting for us ...all shiny and beautiful. Tom explained everything I was signing so I didn't need to ask many questions. This honestly is one of the best experiences I think I have ever had in my life buying a vehicle. Your staff in Edison are all wonderful. The Manager (whose name I have forgotten...sorry) also came to congratulate on us our purchase. He was very cordial and polite. Quite a nice person as well. Tom is obviously well educated and well trained. I wanted to thank you for hiring Tom and for providing a well trained staff to help us learn about our new vehicle. Also, the gentleman that showed us the technology features (again...bad with names) was so helpful and polite. I felt like I really had a good grasp on the technology before I left the lot. Overall, I want you to know that I am grateful for such a wonderful experience and I hope that Tom and your other staff get a chance to read my review. I had been looking around for a Landrover Evoque or Discovery for a few months. We have been to Cherry Hill and Monmouth Landrover multiple times and they couldn't find us what we wanted or didn't take us seriously. I just want to say that my experience at Land Rover in Edison was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. I was looking to lease a Range Rover Evoque. From the moment I requested a price quote online, someone from the dealership was readily answering all my questions. I was given price quotes on the car I wanted within minutes! James Mull was the sales person that reached out to me, and he was absolutely professional and courteous throughout my entire experience. Not only did he beat my asking price, but he took the time out to see if my bank offered any discounts, and provided me with all the fine details pertaining to my car. Also, I didn't feel as in some other luxury car dealerships, that I was judged by my appearance. My husband has a Land Rover that he bought a few months ago from a different dealership, and his experience was anything but pleasant. Because him and I were both dressed in casual clothes, representatives from that other dealership automatically assumed that he was not a serious buyer, despite the fact that we are both physicians. He was literally handed the keys, and not given any instructions or short sessions to answer any of his questions about the car. Moreover, when the car was given to him, it was still dripping wet and by the time we got home it had collected so much dust from the road. He was not even told that there was a phone application that came with the car, or shown how to use it. That was not the case with Ray Catena Land Rover in Edison. From the moment I stepped foot through the door, someone was there every step of the way to cater to my needs. James Mull and the rest of the staff were very professional and made sure that we were pleased with our car. They even made several follow-up phone calls and emails to a sure that I was pleased with the car. I give James Mull and the rest of the staff at Ray Catena land rover in Edison, my highest recommendation. I will surely be referring my friends and family there, without a doubt! High quality customer service is irreplaceable!

I've had great customer service experience with other dealerships but these group of people has outclassed them in many aspects. James Mull is more than just a nice guy in a suit. He was very hospitable and proficient in his knowledge about the vehicle. Despite my assiduous work schedule, we managed to conclude the transaction smoothly through text and email. Not to mention, he also stayed after hours to accommodate us. Lastly, he was able to make an arrangement to deliver the truck to my wife's place of work in Jersey City all the way from Edison. I have never heard or experienced a car dealership who does that! Overall, I rate our experience a 10 out of 10. If you're in Land Rover Edison, ask for James Mull. Craig's impromptu friendly pitches also helped us ease the nerves and made our buying experience very pleasant.

I knew exactly which car I wanted, with which options, and at what price. I did research for about 2 months. I hit a few pretty bad dealerships (ie Princeton Land Rover Dealership). Then Paul Ebner made it happen in one day If you do decide to get a Land Rover, talk to Paul, and save yourself some time, as some of the other sales reps arent exactly as sharp. Paul was great, fast, and told me exactly what had to be done to get to the car I wanted, and at the right price point. Paul works with a sense of urgency, which matches my style. Once we closed the deal, it got better 1. The car was custom built and shipped in about 6 weeks (instead of the original estimated 11 weeks) 2. The wheels were customized upon arrival in just 2 days 3. At singing, Paul closed all the paperwork in 33 minutes (this has always taken me 2 hours minimum with all sorts of additional sales pitches) Long story short... Talk to Paul

Ask for Mike Zaintz he was beyond amazing to work with and went above and beyond every step of thae way. Buying a car could not have been any easier. My sister and I went to the dealership and we felt comfortable. We were able to look around for a bit on our own. Then a young lady asked if we needed help, despite it being close to closing time. Mike came to us with open smiles and greetings, even with our young looking faces which we later found out He thought we were in our early 20s ( although we are 33 & 38 respectively hey what can I say we have great genes lol ) he was super friendly and took us seriously and even showed us the car I was interested in. He went as far to take us back to the lot to show us the car!!! He was kind, friendly, patient, honest, straightforward, not overbearing, not pushy, and most of all took us seriously. Unfortunately, I have gone to other dealerships for other types of car and because of my young face they took me as a joke without knowing they were speaking to a 38 yr old professional who wanted and could afford a nice car. So I would just walk away. But not with Mike without knowing my background and age he treated me with such kindnesses and friendless which is absolutely priceless that now he has a customer for life. Just got a new range rover sport from ray catena edison. Michael Burnside was my sales person who handled my sale. Must say haven't come across a professional and knowledgeable salesman than him though I change car every 1 year across Merc, Audi and even had a range earlier from manhattan dealership. Michael made it worthwhile in being to the point, getting me the best deal and then managing the entire processing with bank single handedly. He was proactive to determine bumps if any in the process and provided solutions ahead of time. Most importantly he was very transparent and honest in the entire deal and I never got any feeling that he would make me pay more than required. I paid more than my price due to some challenges with bank and also still have my old car which will take 2 weeks to transfer. Still half the reason I bought this truck today itself from Mike irrespective of price was because of his professionalism. Would recommend him to any of my colleagues. His manager Jonathan was very supportive of the entire process in background and was equally courteous. Great experience at dealership and enjoying every bit of my new range.

I had an idea of what I wanted and the sales staff was amazing at delivering exactly that and more. My sales representative went above and beyond the call. I had an issue with timing and he actually came to my home to work out all the details, sign all the paperwork and deliver my "fabulous" new car! He spent time going over the vehicle and offered follow-up assistance any time, giving me his contact information at the office and on cell. (Who does that???) I had a hiccup with the car that turned out to be nothing, but I called at an early hour and he called me right back. He actually brought a loaner vehicle to my home and checked out the car. When the hiccup turned out to be "a hiccup" and nothing needing further maintenance, he simply smiled and said it was no problem. My last vehicle had great service, but nothing like this. I truly feel that the entire process so far, has been nothing short of amazing and I would highly recommend; Land Rover, Ray Catena in Edison and of course my sales rep, James Mull.

I live in Atlanta, GA but ended up purchasing my Land Rover LR4 from Ray Catena Land Rover for many reasons. Alan Banjany, on the sales team, immediately responded by text to all of my questions(on a Sunday!). Alan then followed up with me on Monday regarding some of my other questions. The purchase of this vehicle became unexpectedly complicated due to FedEx losing the certified check I sent. Alan continued to hold the vehicle for me over the course of another week while we both attempted to track the check down. Alan was ready to drive to the FedEx office but, unfortunately, FedEx confirmed that the check was a "loss". After obtaining a replacement check, I continued to experienced excellent service from Alan. After the new check was cut, I was ready to ship the vehicle to Atlanta via the simplest carrier. Alan again went "above and beyond" by finding a reputable carrier who had better rates than the carrier I was prepared to use. In short, I love my new LR4! Alan and his team went above and beyond in helping me to purchase this vehicle and to get it shipped to Atlanta. Alan was always professional, patient, responsive and knowledgeable thoughout this process. I am only sorry that I cannot take my new vehicle to them for service! Tina Manning

I drove down from another state to get an f type because someone had recommended me to go here and said that the dealership experience was excellent so I was expecting a lot when I entered the dealership. But when I entered I was terribly by the salesperson he barely talked or tried to make a conversation with me. I was really excited to get the car but after the service I received I would never put foot in that dealership again. I hardly recommend people to not go to this dealership although there's great review the experience I had was absolutely terrible. After the whole experience I was more upset about the dealership experience rather than not getting the deal I wanted!

Knew what I wanted walking into the dealership, but had been put off for almost a year at the process of shopping for cars. All of the sterotypes of car salesmen and how to buy a car is exactly how most dealerships are. All of that bs that typically goes into a car buying experience, the going back and forth on numbers...the sales rep getting up to go into the back room to talk with the sales manager, coming back with pieces of paper, winding their way to numbers you dont like...all of that did not exist with Paul.He was extremely straightforward, approachable, knew his stuff and most of all very little pressure from start to finish. I knew very early on that if I pulled the trigger on a deal it'd be with him and he made the entire experience comfortable and not what you typically think of when purchasing a car.

This review is to state exactly why Ray Catena gets mixed reviews on service - particularly by the management.I originally called after the Thanksgiving holiday and I was in luck that this dealership had the exact truck that I was looking to buy. The salesman was helpful regarding the paperwork and ensuring the car would be ours if we left the deposit on it (over the phone) - now here is where the shadiness begins.We were suppose to pick up the truck on the following Saturday - 10 minutes before I was scheduled to arrive (and after a 45 minute drive), the salesman calls and says that the engine is making some sort of clicking noise and that they would not be able to release the car. What ??? Shouldn't this have been checked out much sooner than right before our arrival ? The salesman gave me the runaround stating that they want the car to be perfect before we drive it off the lot for safety reasons - ok, but this is a BRAND NEW truck that should not have any issues to begins with !!!! So after I had to call every single day to know the status, they finally gave the OK that the car was in good condition and there was supposedly nothing wrong with it. We made an appointment that Friday to pick up the car - and this is where everything just got worse.Let's forget about the fact that I was there for literally 4 HOURS for the finance paperwork (one full hour for insurance that should have been taken care of before we arrived), the original documentation was not provided to me - in fact, they flat out refused to even SHOW me the window sticker of the car, only the copy. Now, this is not my first car purchase by any means, and considering this is a very expensive vehicle, I found it rather odd that they did not want to show this important piece of paper to me. Was I overcharged ? Was this even the vehicle that I was supposed to get ? Does it include all of the extras that were supposed to be in the truck ? I don't know because the manager basically said that he will not give it me no matter what. Are you kidding me ?? That piece of paper is the only thing proving on what the car actually has and I must be crazy to want to know what I am getting ? Real classy boys - maybe the management should go to a customer service course because it is clearly lacking here.I left with the truck at the end of this whole ordeal, mainly because I was just too exhausted. I called the following Monday voicing my concern and still NO ONE has gotten back to me. I did my research, and what they are doing is clearly illegal. The sticker was not even on the car when I saw it for the first time. I gave them a chance to right their wrong and the fact that I haven't received a call back says that either they are thinking of something else they can accuse me of or they will come back with another excuse. Either way, I would NOT recommend this dealership to anyone that wants good service and original documentation - because they will just refuse to provide it. I still don't know if I overpaid for this car because I did not even receive a copy of the window sticker.-Ahmet Emrah Ozturk

I went in to the dealership to buy a used 2015 Range Rover Evoque. The salesman Allan never suggested other cars, he never pressured in into anything but what I wanted. While looking through the vehicles I saw a 2016 Range Rover Sport HSE diese. He spent about an hour searching for the specific color that I wanted and got me approved to the payments I wanted. Allan was unbelievable. The service is top notch. I would recommend Allan to anyone who is looking for a vehicle no matter your price range. Right from the start, James Mull promptly returned my inquiry, and set the tone that he would be responsive, but never pushy. James was extremely knowledgeable about the new model, he walked me through the features, and we went for a long test drive. He just educated me on the car, with no sales pitch. We ended the appointment with talking about some possible models and cars they had available. James offered to work up some figures and get back to me the next day, which is exactly what he did. I returned a few days later, we worked out the details and I drove home that afternoon in my new car. I have been leasing and buying cars for over 30 years, this was one of my best experiences.

I live in Manhattan I knew exactly the type of range rover sport that I wanted, but it was not a well stocked color. Mike called dealers all over the east coast for me until he found a dealer that was willing to make a trade in order for me to get the exact car I wanted. I work in a business where exceptional level of service is the normal day to day way of doing business. It blew me away how slow and unprofessional a lot of dealers are considering they are servicing a high end market. I haven't bought a car in many years and was surprised there's still so much red tape, forms to fill. etc. and it can be daunting. Gene was very knowledgeable, professional, and helpful through the entire process. He provided clear and honest information and guidance and was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Gene and would gladly buy from him again.Everyone else at the dealership was very courteous and seems very focused good service, from the receptionist who welcomed me to the chasers who helped me get the car to Manhattan. You still need to do your homework to make sure they have the car you want and that you get a good deal, especially if leasing or financing. I have bought several Range Rovers and my lease was coming due. I received a call from my previous dealership to come in and trade my old car for a new one at the same leased amount. This was not the case when I went in to visit with the dealership. I was extremely frustrated and totally disheartened by the dealership and the service I received.I Remembered running into a women that had mentioned that I should call the Ray Catena dealership that they were wonderful to work with. I called over there and was transferred to Michael Burnside. I have to say no more.... Literally the best car-buying experience I have ever had. I had been looking at a LandRover V6 for quite some time, but the dealerships I had visited prior had left a very bad taste in my mouth. I had all but given up when a friend of mine who had accompanied someone to look at a Jaguar at Ray Catena said while there she witnessed a LandRover salesman working with another customer and was so impressed that she had jotted down his name, Gene. My friend is not easily impressed, so I decided to give him a call and I am so glad I did. Gene Bonnell was an absolute delight to work with from the moment we spoke on the phone. He made me feel comfortable and valued as a customer and when I left the dealership that first day, I looked forward to our next meeting. Gene is friendly, has a great sense of humor and a charming personality without being a (snake) charmer. I dont know how he ranks among their entire sales staff, but in my book, hes the best car salesman ever. I drove away in my new car with a huge smile on my face. I applaud the entire staff at Ray Catena for the way they treat their customers and for hiring salespeople like Gene Bonnell. I would definitely recommend this dealership and especially Gene Bonnell to anyone looking for a LandRover.

I worked closely with Frank Nordase and he was very efficient and helped me with the entire process, He sourced a highly optioned LR4 that I requested. A friend referred me to RC LR and specifically told me to work with Frank. Not only did he source me the car, but he delivered it within a week. He handled all the financing and coordinated insurance.The Truck was delivered flawless. Probably the cleanest car I've ever gotten from any Lux dealer.Frank also introduced me to his manager Johnathan, he was very at tentative and eager to accommodate. I've leased many vehicles in the past and this by far has been my best experience ever. My experience at Ray Catena with Alan Burnside was the best car buying experience I've ever had. Alan was friendly, fair and straight forward. A true gentlemen. I looked at a CPO range Rover Evoque on a Thursday afternoon. Alan contacted me Thursday evening having already secured financing. I returned on Friday afternoon, my trade- in was handled very fairly, actually at the high end of what KBB said to expect. All told , from start to finish , I was in my new car about 28 hours after I first saw it. I have a feeling if I was ready on Thursday, I would have left in the new car that day. Hopefully I'll be seeing Alan again when it's my wifes turn for a new car.

I runout already my temp tag. From few days I am not able to use my vehicle. 09/16--After my review I got call from the dealer representative, He is trying to argue about my review. They said they haven't make any money on this deal.

I dealt with Ralph Gallina and this was hands down the least painful car experience I have ever had in my life. For this particular car I had went to 2 other dealerships before this where the 1st one would take hours or even days to get back to me each time (as I type this it has been 4 days that I am waiting to see if a certain car is in stock; so that dealership is taking so long that I am already in the car). Place number 2 went through the whole game of going back to the office and back to the desk a number of times flashing papers in front of me, keeping me there for over 2 hours telling me why they can not help me because of this, that and the other thing. Ralph was the exact opposite; no nonsense and no games. He cared enough to actually do some work and find me something that would suit me instead of pushing me in all sorts of directions. Being that I am only 31 years old I foresee myself doing a lot more business with Ralph.

I wanted to take a moment to bring to your attention my recent purchase experience. Tuesday I concluded the purchase of my LandRover LR2. This is the second vehicle purchased from this dealership, the first was my wife's XF 1 year ago. I am sure you are keenly aware of the competition amongst dealers on new car purchases. But, you need to know the reason I decided to make my purchase from this dealership. And that reason is Gus Dimitropoulos. He is the reason we came back. First of all what a gentleman. He treats a customer with respect and works with you to address your needs. They say a good product will itself; and that is true. I could have chosen to make my purchase of this vehicle from other dealerships, one 15 minutes from my home. Instead I chose to drive 1 hour to see Gus with whom I have the relationship, confidence and trust.

I brought in my 4 wk old Land Rover, the plate covering the tow hook on the back bumper fell off...and they charged me to replace it; because and I quote; "you don't have the part that fell off so how do we know you didn't cause it to fall off and we have nothing to send back to Land Rover" ? I explained my position that this should be covered by warranty, since there was clearly no damage to the bumper so it must have either been installed incorrectly at the factory or loosened in transit.They stood firm, so I paid and left.I received a call a couple hours later and they credited my account.There is justice in the world, even if it took a little while.I

This was by far my most enjoyable car buying experiencing.. It was quick and painless without any aggravation what so ever. I reached out to Landrover by email and was contacted back by Alan Roth. He was very helpful and answered my many many emails without hesitation. AFter a day or two of telling him exactly what I was looking for and how much I wanted to spend the deal was done and I just needed to go in and sign the papers, thats when I met Ed. He was great. Explained everything to me and in less than an hour I was driving away in my new Range Rover Evoque.They are without a doubt the best dealership I have ever dealt with.. Normally I dread having to go lease a new vehicle but this was a pleasure and I will definitely be seeing them again in 3 years for my next truck.

I am not one to waste time or want my time wasted. I called in gave all details for my car and the values were not satisfactory. Allen persuades me that it would make a big difference to come in. Besides waiting I was pawned off to a talking head of sales man and not even a penny of difference, the sad thing is that even he said he does not know why I came. This is the third time they lost my business. One for a porsche second a mercedes and third a land rover. I reccomend any other dealer. For mercedes go down the street for a good deal. For porsche Paul miller.
