I ordered from Parts Dept. Excellent telephone service and follow up. Went extra mile in coordinating a credit Card Payment with their cashier. Handled direct shipping of the parts to a local service shop (I would have used LR but my daughters friends father had offered to do the install). Parts were delivered direct the following day! Follow up info resulted in unexpected need to program the vehicle for the parts. (This was a Trailer Hitch Install on a 2019 Velar. No one Online has any input as it’s not an offered after market part. Encino has never installed one, nor my local dealer.). I went back to Encino LR the day after the install and met with parts and service. Service was booking a week out. I had a need to use the hitch for a cross country drive in 2-days. Chris in Service said if I could bring the car in the following morning at opening he would find a way to fit me in. Didn’t have to do that for me. Didn’t buy car there, just parts. And I didn’t have them install the parts. At 7:15 the next morning Chris had the Velar and even offers me a ride anywhere I needed. Said it could be noon before it’s down. I chose to walk to Starbucks down the street. He called me at 9:03. Car was ready! Everyone I dealt with at this dealership was friendly and helpful. Everyone. Frankly I didn’t expect it in the city especially when I didn’t buy the vehicle there. Fantastic people and service. If I needed a Range Rover right now I would buy from these folks. Very impressive Land Rover Encino and Land Rover Corporate for such dedication to customer service. This is my 3rd Range Rover in 4 years. There will definitely be more.

This is the best Land Rover dealership in Southern California. Plenty of vehicles in stock and great sales people. I originally went to the West Hollywood and Pasadena dealerships, but they wouldn't do test drives on the new Defender. They also didn't have much in stock (even before the chip shortages). I highly recommend working with Min who was transparent about the process for ordering my custom Defender and kept me in the loop every step of the way. He didn't try pushing existing inventory and made the process quite enjoyable. He also continues to follow up to ensure everything is going well with my vehicle. I highly recommend working with this dealership.

I've always brought my Discovery to Land Rover Encino for regular maintenance and service and have worked with a couple of different service managers, but my most recent visit with Chris and his colleague were top notch. Chris was very prompt and helpful in explaining the process and estimated time frame for the repair work I needed. In fact he was able to over deliver and get my car back to me earlier than expected. I want to give special thanks to his colleague (unfortunately his name escapes me) who Chris was training to be a service manager. This individual really went out of his way to ensure I was comfortable and attended to the second I walked in. He had the foresight to get my car ready for intake while Chris was getting ready, so that I could get in and out as quick as possible. Great job all around.

The service took longer than expected and then wasn't a very good job. The cover to the cup holder area slides rather strangely, different from a year ago when I purchased the car and the back of the driver's side rear seat was skuffed up with black marks. The service rep didn't tell me what the software upgrades were going to do or how I had to reset a number of settings. - That would have been nice to know. I left the dealer with only enough gas to make it around the corner, whereas when I came in I had 1/4 of a tank.

Got my Range Rover from Bijan last year in 2015. A lease. I feel in love with a car that had in stock only it had decals I didn't care for. Bijan had them removed with no problem. When I drove the car home it had a windshield heater that had weird lines through the window. Some folks like that to warm the window, I hated it. I called Bijan that night and the next day he had me bring the car in. I got a loaner while they switched out the window free of charge. Bijan is awesome and my experience with Land Rover Encino was excellent. I love the car and I will be loyal to the dealership for as long as I like Range Rovers which will be for a very long time.B.Pollack

I had a good experience having my car repaired at Range Rover Encino. My air conditioner pump had gone out and the dealership repair where I had leased my car could not get me in for an appointment for two weeks. Armando at Range Rover Encino got me in the next day and worked quickly to solve the problem. Five stars for all, except the part was on back-order and took a few days to receive so I'd give that a 4 star. They were able to provide me with a loaner car in the meantime at no extra charge. I will use Range Rover Encino for all my car repairs moving forward.

Great service. The only complaint is that the gentleman who cleaned my car didn't take out the plastic that they put inside the car and left the dirty rags they used to dry car on my leather seats. They were wet and dirty.

This is my second Range Rover Sport from Land Rover Encino. Though they are not the closest dealership, their customer service far outweighs Hornberg on Sunset which is much closer to me. I was able to handle most of the negotiation over the phone. While the actual transaction took way too long it was mostly because of the two other customers buying cars on Christmas Eve. David Schmidt was patient as I weighed two different models - a Supercharged V8 (which is what I was trading in) and a TD6 Diesel. The Diesel was not something I considered going in, but ultimately purchased as David made me feel comfortable with the decision.

I purchased a pre-owned VW Touareg TDI from Berj (aka Bijan) Albarian at Land Rover Encino. It was a very smooth process. Berj was a total gentlemen, very relaxed, not pushy at all. I wasn't sure about the drive quality of the Touareg after one short test drive, and Berj was very patient and let me take a second longer test drive including the freeway to get a better sense of how the car drives in different conditions. Land Rover Encino was flexible on pricing and worked with me. When and if I'm ever ready to go upmarket with a Land Rover product, I will definitely go to Berj and Land Rover Encino. They really know how to take care of their customers! The showroom is very beautiful too, and spacious. Top notch buying experience.

My last car buying experience with BMW was pretty bad. Pushy sales guy, 9 hours in the dealership, and a lot of run around and "haggling". When I decided to make the switch to a Range Rover and started working with Mary Ann at Land Rover Encino, I could never have anticipated how pleasant or easy my experience would be. I have been an owner of Land Rovers for over two decades. I am very familiar with the various local dealerships and purchasing/leasing options. While we purchased our last vehicle from this dealership, the lease return process has been a nightmare. Our vehicle was returned over two months ago. While we were in perfect communication with both the dealer and the financial institution, the dealership never informed the leasing company of its return. The manager, Gary, was contacted by said financial institution over twenty times without EVER returning their phone call. Fortunately, we have proof of its return, otherwise my credit would have been severely damaged. It is with this experience that I share the irresponsibility and complete incompetence of Land Rover Encino and its manager Gary. I advise anyone who values customer service and their personal finances/credit to avoid Land Rover Encino. After reading the reviews, it seems as though I am not the first to experience the gross negligence and the dealership's poor management. In addition, it seems as though the responses on previous reviews from the dealer take zero responsibility and show continued consumer disappointment. It is owned by AUTO NATIONS and I will be writing a letter naming all the individuals associated with this event.

I had interest in the 2015 Evoque. Walked in the door and was immediately greeted by Eric Sabre who offered help if I needed. He went on to fully explain the attributes of the model I was interested in and we went for a test drive. Once I purchased the Evoque I realized I had mistakenly selected the wrong trim level. I called Eric and he helped me to exchange the car for the trim level I wanted in such a way that made the whole process seem simple although it was not. Land Rover Encino is a wonderful dealership that I would highly recommend. Also the Evoque is spectacular. Love it.

I leased a 2015 Rang Rover Evoque Pure Plus in Encio. The staff was very patient and explained full detail about the car. At first they don't have the color I want, they requested express shipping from Oxnard to get the exactly car that I want, no extra charge. He also made me good deal and I am very happy with the price. Compared to my experience in West Hollywood, Encio dealer provided me really really good service, they never let you down. The car works super good, I love it! They cleaned and put full tank gas for me, even provided me a nice gift (ask your sale guy, they will give you surprise) This is the best new year gift I got. Even after the purchase was complete he contacted me several times to inquire how I am doing and if I had any questions about my new LR4. While at the dealership, Alex was explaining majority of the features of the LR4. The LR4, I eventually purchased was at the showroom, and Alex had no problem with me driving it. It took few minutes to maneuvers LR4 out of the showroom. During all this time Alex was very friendly and didn't even inquire if I will be purchasing this LR4. This is a very high quality service, because it was a hassle to get this LR4 out of the showroom, even though Dealer was not sure yet that I will buy it. Buying my first Range Rover was a completely different experience than what I am use to (mercedes, lexus). The dealer required so much information from us just to get some pricing for the car it was crazy. I guess the cars are being shipped out of country for a premium price $ and they want to make sure buyers are local. As a Female buyer the sales staff usually does give you equal attention as they would give a male buyer. But this was not the case with Eric Sabre. Eric Sabre provided me with excellent service and answered all my questions and concerns regarding buying a 2014 Ranger Rover Sport HSE. He stayed in contact with me for 2 months answer questions, filling me in on inventory etc, until I was ready to purchase. The gentleman who took care of me, DC, was incredibly competent, informative, helpful, and attentive. There was nothing "fake" or "used-car-salesman" about him. He was a service representative who was just about as professional as a person could be. My experience with the head mechanic, Raffi, the cashier lady, and the car/rental/loaner woman was great. It's nice knowing I can send my wife over there and be confident that she will e treated with patience and respect. Bravo!

I've purchased 3 Range Rovers for them but what has truely kept me coming back has been the service department - specifically my service guy. he is a true professionals always with a "can-do" attitude. Emailed facility to inquire about a website special for the Evoque (base model). I was informed that this model was in shortage. I was asked to come in for a test drive and view their options of a certified dealer owned Evoque. I was very hesitant because I felt the website special was a way to lure clients in and sell them a more expensive vehicle. After talking with the sales person, I was able to get a 2013 Evoque dealer owned with all the bells/whistles for the same price/monthly payments of a 2014 base model that had no bells/whistles. I was very happy with the overall deal I was given.

I just purchased a 2014 Range Rover Sport and I actually felt like I got a great deal. From the time I came in to the time I picked up the vehicle (I had upgraded wheels installed), salesman Eric Sabre made me feel like I was purchasing a high end car at a high end store. It wasn't the typical high pressure sales tactics, it was more like buying a nice pair of shoes from a nice boutique on Rodeo Drive. Kudos on great service!

Horrible, miserable experience and most likely they tried repeated attempts at bait-and-switch. This is not a recounting of remembered conversations. Absolutely everything I summarized here is in writing. After having a car dealership/salesman steal my identity three years ago, I am very wary of dealing with dealerships so I made sure absolutely everything was in email and text, verifiable and written and saved forever. I am more than willing to publish the string of deceptions for the world to see. I will certainly be sharing this with the DMV complaint department and civil authorities.Bijan Albarian is a salesman there, and he has tortured me for almost 6 weeks. I did a test drive based on a good internet price, and then he and I negotiated a deal - all in writing - for the car. But when I am literally on the way there he says the car is not available. He wants to sell me a more expensive car, though. I insist he get a car to fulfill the deal and legal obligation he made. So for a month, he promises one is coming but not arrived yet, even twice giving me dates it will show up. I made obligations to sell my current car TWICE so I can pay for the new Range Rover all in cash, based on his assurances he will have the car he freely negotiated for in hand soon. But then the dates he gives me come and go and there is no car. I had to back out of the deals to sell my car because Bijan Albarian deceived me. This cost me money and damaged reputation.Then he finally says he cannot get one and suggests a more expensive car at the Encino lot or the sister dealership in South Bay - he even sent me copies of the dealer invoice (if it was a real invoice; I now have my doubts) to prove what a good deal I was getting. He even told me to go to the South Bay dealership - 30 miles away - to look at the car and gave me very explicit instructions to NOT give anyone there my phone number or even my name.I accept the price he gives me and make arrangements to buy the car... then he says that one is not available because it is being used in a movie. I tell him I will wait two weeks for it then, and then he says that it is not available either and again suggests I buy a more expensive car off the lot. When I get angry at his dishonesty, he blames ME for being upset at his dishonesty (or maybe just incompetence). When I demand to talk to his boss, he informs me that he IS the boss and there is no one above him to talk to. That is a lie.I cannot believe this was just a few mistakes. This is a pattern. If it was one error, I can see that... but this was a pronounced, recurring pattern and Bijan Albarian did it again and again. If it is not purposeful and deliberate bait-and-switch, then it is gross and chronic incompetence. Either way, I would warn anyone anywhere against doing business with Bijan Albarian and Land Rover Encino.I think Land Rover Encino and Bijan Albarian engage in bait-and-switch as a rule. Horrible experience. No one should ever go there.

This is the 2nd new Land Rover I've purchased here ans although the 1st one was 11 years ago I had the same great experience. The salesman was very professional and courteous. I actually looked at the vehicle a few weeks prior and left undecided, Saturday I called back and told Ross I'm ready. He located a car for me and had it at his place at the exact time he promised. When I arrived it was the easiest buying experience I've ever had, and I've bought many new cars and walked ut of many dealers. The finace guy was also great, he was able to match my credit unions rate and saved me a trip there! I definitely recommend these guys!

Do yourself a favor go to another dealership!!! (unless you like to be patronized, lied to, told nothing is wrong with your vehicle until the warranty is over)I have an 06 LR3, the worst car I ever bought. it breaks down on it's own, in the driveway!!!!! to make matters worse, the dealer and LRNA does not even stand behind their brand. I'm about to take the car back to LR of encino. They worked on it two weeks ago and $700 cost later, the warning re-appeared again on the "i" dashboard. The only reason it's going back to that excuse of a dealership is to rub it in their face on how pathetic of a bunch they are.I'm still surprised that that dealership or LR in general still in business..... few of my friends wanted to buy a LR, word of mouth is very powerful.... I advise them against it and explain to them the headache and money wasted.99% of them change their mind and go for MBZ or even Japanese SUVs.....Last word of advise....DO NOT BUY A LAND ROVER....IT IS A MONEY PIT

the reason i give RR Encino a terrible score is i have been lied to and received terrible service over warranty work that i had to fight to get done , i had a wobbly drivers seat which i was told by the service manger was a safety feature !!! and was also told by the RR rep it didnt move .the service manager told me this was the first she knew about the seats wobbling nobody elae had this problem ..... i spoke to a mechanic on the forecourt and he said it was common .... who was telling the truth the mechanic or the service manager? you choose ... I could bore on about this dealership but i wont ... they will smile ans take your money for sure but if you expect a quality service ... go else where as they are very busy down there talking to attorneys about lemon law ...

I had been working with the salesman for over 1 week. We agreed a price on the car. I filled up their online application (to secure the sale). I told the salesman I would be paying cash but needed 3 business days to get the cash to him. He even told me that he would drive the car some 300 miles to personally deliver it to me. I found out on the day I thought the car was being delivered that it had been sold to someone else a few days earlier. The management of this dealership is unethical. They are liars. This is the 4th vehicle I've purchased from this awesome dealership. The sales team and service team feel more like family than a "car dealer." I've never had any issues that weren't quickly resolved. This is the first used car I've purchased from them, and this was without a doubt the best used car buying experience I've ever had!!! I have to say this was the best car buying experience I have ever had. The response time was very fast as I had inquired online and received a return phone call rather quickly. They found the exact car I wanted, price was good and the whole process went smoothly. The customer service was great and Christine personally delivered the car to my home, something almost unheard of these days. I very much recommend this dealer and if you can, deal with Christine.

I was so disappointed with LR Encino that's why I am writing a review. I purchased my 1st LR with them and the CS is poor! Reg maintenance appts usually return the car clean (at least with other dealers)-they only wash the interior! Gary in particular was very rude. Sales reps didn't give proper intro of the car (lazy!). I tried to purchase another RR Sport from them and the sales rep totaly forgot my specifications. A total waste of time! So I went with another dealership where I was given attention and VIP treatment (and I am not celeb)! LR Encino used to be Terry York and was much better then. Please train your people to be more courteous and informative and not be a typical 'used car' salesman! You can do better than that!

His unpleasant demeanor made me decide to not purchase yet another vehicle from the Land Rover Encino. He belongs in a Chevy truck dealership rather than a Land Rover dealership.

Land Rover Encino has a great location; close to celebreties & if you happen to be one, you will be treated well, as I have witnessed. I am amazed that anyone would continue to deal with this dealership, but for convenience. They attempted to fix the little door that covers the gas tank 3 times, and the same with the horn - the small spring poppd out 5 times; these issues were NEVER resolved by LRE, but by a very competant local mechanic. WELL WORTH THE DRIVE TO GO TO THOUSAND OAKS, IF YOU WANT TO HAVE A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE.
