Ricardo needs a 100 not a 10. We stopped by LR FL to just see the Range Rover before we went to Mercedes. He was so nice and relaxed. We wanted to drive one and even though there was no inventory he found a pre-owned we could drive. Well, we ended up buying it, trading in our existing car. It was so natural. He was AMAZING guiding us through the process. But that isn't the point. We were leaving the next day to head to New England, with a 4,000 pound trailer. HE GOT THE SERVICE DEPT (which had dozens of cars waiting) TO ATTACH A TRAILER HITCH TO THE Range Rover IN ONE DAY. We picked it up and were on our way with minimal delay. he did not need to do this but he did it and we are so grateful. This whole dealership is a really wonderful happy relaxed place. Selfless. We feel so fortunate to have found it. Thanks to Ricardo!!! He is just amazing.

I never complain or go out of my way to cause problems. Unfortunately, I am completely disappointed with the lack of service, quality and professionalism I’ve received. Range Rover Pompano facility’s servcice department has been going down for years. I know because I’ve been a long time customer of Pompano Beach. I've purchased 4 Range Rovers from this store over the years. I'm well aware of how the service was and how it is now. First off you never ever get a service advisor to answer your call or even call you back. After I placed numerous calls, I ask to speak to the service manager and I was informed I can only reach him by leaving a voicemail or sending an email. I've read other reviews on google and I see I'm not the only one having an issue getting someone to answer or call back. Am I to assume for what I spend to drive this truck I can't get a person on the phone to assist me when I need service? Not even management? Customer service tells me that they are really backed up due to the pandemic. I understand the pandemic and all, but this service has been horrible for years. Range Rover use to have enterprise rent a car at the dealership to give us a car to drive during service . Then they got rid of that and decided to use the Land Rover's as loaners. Well they must only have two Land Rover's in rotation because they NEVER have Land Rovers to give as a loaner. So they suggest that you sit there and wait for service all day. You have got to be kidding me, I don't think so. I don't know who's in charge there but they have to got to do better with their service . I'm hoping with the the merge with Jaguar they will take notes from them and do better. I'll be purchasing a new vehicle soon and I'm seriously reconsidering this dealership, with this type of horrible service. I can take my business somewhere else, there are plenty of choices. Amanda & Alan from Jaguar are a exception, they both provided excellent customer service. But again there from Jaguar!!!!

I had such a great experience purchasing my car from Land Rover Ft. Lauderdale. This was my first time buying a car out of state and was a little worried but Peter made the process very easy and stress free from the start. He was quick to respond and answer all of my questions I had about the car. My Range Rover arrived just as expected, I couldn't be happier with it. Jessica from the finance department was also extremely helpful with the entire finance process. Thank you guys so much I will definitely be back in the future!

Great buying experience! Great communication! Ricardo (Ricky), our salesman, was super helpful. He responded to emails quickly, was patient in answering numerous of questions I had (due to the distance, I was unable to physically see the vehicle) and worked with me regarding the time it took to make our decision. Robert, the Finance Manager was super nice also and made sure everything was finalized to our expectations. Thanks again! :)
