I bought my Land Rover in the Hyannis dealership, my sales agent was Len Giatas, I highly recommend him. Very knowledgeable, very professional. Being a smaller dealership you get a personal touch sometimes lost at larger dealerships. Love the vehicle, my only regret is I didn't buy one sooner..

I have now owned my Land Rover Range Rover for 4 months and am still very happy with the car and the buying experience at Land Rover of Hanover. My salesperson was Mellyssa C and she was extremely knowledgeable about the car's capabilities, the dealership services, which made the purchasing process extremely easy. From the road test to the off-road test, she was able to demonstrate the car's impressive capabilities. I found the dealership's pricing to be very fair when compared to other dealers in the area. I have yet to have to bring the car in for service but would expect the positive experience to continue.

Mellyssa was so great to work with. She was very well experienced and knew so much about the Range Rover Evoque. She made the process so easy with no strings attached. It was an absolute pleasure working with Glenn Presutti from Land Rover Hanover from the very moment we stepped through the door. He was courteous, efficient, confident, concise and knowledgeable every step of the way throughout the buying process. We had purchased our LR2 from Hanover in 2008 and have always had a great experience with the dealership for all routine service needs. We were unsure if we would purchase a certified pre-owned vehicle or a new one and Glenn assisted us with a brand new 2016 LR4 for less than some of the pre-owned ones because we did not need the Luxe version. We visited the Norwood location and had the exact opposite interaction with their salesman. We would have purchased from Glenn/Hanover even if it meant that the vehicle was slightly more expensive, solely because of the incredible customer service experience. I cannot recommend Glenn Presutti and Land Rover Hanover enough if you are looking for an excellent vehicle and a stellar buying experience.

Last July, my Rover was in for service. Mike the General Manager and his assistant Glenn took me around and introduced me to what would be my new car, a LR4 HSE. Before ending up at Land Rover of Hanover I checked out several dealerships in the area that all felt like factories. At Land Rover of Hanover I received excellent personal attention and was pleased with everyones high level of professionalism. When I bought my 2015 Range Rover Sport back in December 2014, I felt that the dealer truly had my best interest. When we built the car on the computer, Mike Feit, the manager, was NOT trying to over-sell me. He listened to my needs and we built a great car together!! When I took ownership of the car I had no idea what or where anything was in the car. Mike made sure that I fully understood the car from the inside out..Since I am quite busy with my work, I have not called to make my 7500 mile service appointment and the service department called to remind me!!! They were helpful in setting up the appointment and will be picking my car up in a few weeks. The dealership has followed up on several phone calls to make sure that I am still happy and to see if there is anything that I need. I must say that when I buy a car, it is a very stressful experience, but Mike Feit made me feel at ease and did NOT push the car on me. He was respectful and for that reason alone, I would highly recommend Hanover Land Rover to a friend.

I drove every SUV/crossover currently being offered between 50,000 - 100,000. The new Range Rover Sport worked the best for me (ironically trading in a 2008 Sport). There are several dealers in my area. One time during a terrible winter storm, I stopped at Range Rover of Hanover and they changed my wiper blades on the fly without hesitation so I could continue on my way. I never forgot that great customer service, and I was not even a customer yet! Then I met my sales associate, Melissa. Professional beyond words and took care of every little thing. Looking forward to buying my next car from her!

I bought an LR4 from Hanover Land Rover and the sales person Mellyssa made what could be a nerve wracking experience a very comfortable/pleasant experience. The feeling I was left with was that the primary interest of Mellyssa is that we got exactly what we needed as opposed to over selling me. I never felt pressured and I was never harassed with phone calls as we were working through our decision. I would definitely buy another car from this dealer. We have now had the car for about a month now and am very happy with everything about the car.

I talked to Craig Shumer over the phone about purchasing a Suv from there he told me what I needed to purchase a car told him I would be there the next day to look at the suv and purchase one when.I got there he told me that I had to own a home to purchase a car there and also had to see me to see if I could purchase a car there which I think that was discriminating..

I have been trying to buy a truck from Hanover for 3 days.After communicating with them, they decided they would not sell the truck to me because I am out of state.They are saying there is a legal issue with their "No Export" document.I am not sure what their issues is because they can't back up any of their claims with documents.I am buying the truck with cash. I guess that isn't a good enough deal for them.My only question is why advertise on the internet if you will not sell to customers out of state.If you are an out of state customer don't waste your time!

Land Rover Hanover is over 30 miles from where I live and there are couple of Land Rover dealerships closer to me but I'm glad I went that far. The sales guides are very courteous and professional. By my second visit almost everyone knew my name. Mellyssa never pushed me to buy anything I didn't want. She's very knowledgeable of the cars and inventory and she focused more on meeting my budget. She was very transparent with the prices and showed me what each line item even before I made my final decision. Other dealerships I visited focused more on increasing the finance terms to reduce monthly payment (which will end up costing more) than showing me what I'm paying for and how much incentive they're providing. I changed my mind several times about the color, but Mellyssa was accommodating and also made me aware of the various incentives. Although, I didn't show her my rates from other banks, she managed to beat them all. I highly recommend Mellyssa and Land Rover Hanover to anyone looking for a great car buying experience. I'm very excited about my new Evoque and how it turns heads

I had been car shopping for months and tested several comparable makes and models. I was extremely satisfied that throughout the entire process Craig (and Glenn) were very open regarding pricing and availability of LR4s in the area. It was on the last of my 3 test drives, that I came across a model that was just perfect for me and my family. I went in to the dealer with their internet advertising and Glenn was very helpful in showing me the cars I was interested in. Although the final price was slightly higher than I expected, I do enjoy my low-mileage pre-owned LR2 with extended warranty. Glenn worked out all the paper works and helped with the inspection. I brought my Range Rover in for Service. When I drove home from a $250 oil change (new car) The check engine light went on. I have been in the dealership twice now, had to leave the car and the light comes on immediately after I leave. In May I have had to leave my vehicle 3 times at this dealership. I comes back dirty each time and after each appointment the check engine light(s) go on like a Christmas tree lighting. I brought the car back in on May 21 2014 and they kept it for 2 days. When I went to find out what was wrong (after no call back) they told me to expect the lights to come back on. They were laughing and shaking their head when describing this and saying they have not see this before. The car was perfect before I had it serviced. Now the check engine lights keep going on and they tell me to go ahead and drive it. I have a 19 year old and a 17 year old. Not the car you want to put your kids in. This dealer is the worst high end dealer I have ever dealt with. Several of the best are right in their neighborhood. Prime, BMW of Norwell, and Prime/Delany GMC. All three spoiled us with excellent customer service. I would not purchase another car from Land Rover of Hanover. They are rude, arrogant, and have no idea how to fix a car. They encouraged me to use a car that was sending safety messages out that said not to drive the car, but because they were busy, they told me to "Drive it ANYWAY" I think GM did that and it cost people their lives. That was the recommendation from the service professionals at Land Rover of Hanover.They don't care about their customers safety!!!

Absolutely unacceptable customer service! My husband and I are looking for a small size SUVs for me. We test drove cars from BMW, Audi, and Lexus last weekend, there were some nice cars but haven't found "the one yet". This weekend we plan to test drive Range Rover, Mercedes and Volvo. This afternoon I was looking forward to test drive the Range Rover Evoque. I did a lot of research and was certain this is the car for me.We drove to Land Rover in Hanover - it was rainy and there were no customers in the dealership except me and my husband. We walked into the dealership, no one greet us. Nada. We stood there for good several minutes. All the salesman seems to be too busy chatting with each other. My husband finally said "Hello, we're looking for a small size SUV and would like to test drive the Evoque." A salesman finally came up to us and said "Ok, this is a $50k car, are you sure this car is in your price range?" --- My husband answered him nicely that "Yes we are". But I was thinking "Excuse me?? ALL the cars we test drove were at or higher than $50k. I wouldn't be looking at cars at this price range unless we intend to buy one." Is this how Land Rover greet their customer?? Totally rude and unacceptable. OK, we test drove the Evoque, as much as I hate the customer service, I really like the car, even more than the Q5. We went back to the dealer and that salesman had no intention to sale us the car, he did not invite us back to his desk, he just left us in the lobby. He did not even ask for our name or contact information. I had to ask him "I like the car, can we talk about options and price?" --- Then, finally we sat down and I asked him for his name. Craig Schuman, he said he's a 'silver' salesman and that he's been working at this dealer for 10+ years and how great he is... I want to throw up.Anyway, I told him I wanted an Evoque in white, premium with navigation, black leather interior, cold weather and park assist package -- he said don't have any in stock. He only has one 2014, with a lighter color interior. We took a look at that car. Nope...I still prefer the black. Craig pretty much said "Come back when you decide to buy" --- Again, are you serious? It is a 2014 Evoque, you could have easily asked us to build one ON THE SPOT. But no.... Nothing. My husband and I decided to leave. Land Rover Hanover does NOT want our business....Fine. We'll buy our car elsewhere. I told my sister this story, she said she was going to look at Land Rover but after my experience, she'll look at Lexus instead. And I will also tell my friends and family about my experience at Land Rover Hanover.Land Rover Hanover - this is NOT how you treat your customers. You just lost our business to bad customer service.

Craig is a long-time member of Land Rover Hanover. His many years of experience gives his customers advanced knowledge of how each Land Rover/ Range Rover vehicles work, inside and out. On Saturday, October 5th, 2013, Craig came out of the dealership and introduced us to a Range Rover Evoque Coupe 2013. He went through the interior details of the car and showed me the ins and outs of the vehicle. I went to the dealership with the intention of leasing the vehicle and Craig assisted us brilliantly in the leasing approval process. Craig was never pushy on the finance option, did not force me to "buy" the car and went out of his way to find me different lease options for me to decide. On the day of pick-up, he patiently guided me through the lease signing and paperwork to be filled. The process was very fast due to his knowledge and expertise at the dealership. He showed me around the car and introduced me to even more functions of the vehicle; all clear and precise under one hour of timing. This experience is exactly what I am looking for from a luxury car dealership: sincere, helpfulness, and not pushy. We are very satisfied with the vehicle and definitely highly recommend Craig Schuman as the sales person to do business with.

I had been interested in the new 2014 Range Rover Sport and was one of the first to test drive the new vehicle. Mellyssa Coutinho brought me out for a test drive and went through the lengthly list of improvements from performance to fit and finish. She was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and passionate about the new model. As a current owner of a 2010 Range Rover Sport, I had a good baseline to compare this new vehicle and was not disappointed. The Sport drove extremely well and was very comfortable. Mellyssa had me take it through it's paces including speed off the line, cornering and the new econo mode. I was so impressed with the Sport, we agreed to a deal on that exact vehicle right away. Mr. Schulman provided excellent, outstanding sales service. We had used his services before and he is the prime reason we returned to the Hanover dealership. They also have a competent and pleasant service department and staff.Most importantly, we trust Mr. Sherman and thus the dealership and he answered all questions to our satisfaction.. The lease option was explained fully. We accepted the 3 year lease with the trade-in of our 2008 Land Rover Discovery that we fully owned. We have had the new leased 2013 LR4 for a month and are completely satisfied.In all aspects my wife and I rate the car, Mr. Schuman (salesman), the dealership and its staff, and the financing options as "excellent". I can only tell you of my experience here as a customer who bought his LR2 from another dealership and had it serviced here. First off I bought an extended warranty through Ford, which this Land Rover dealership honored all the way until it expired and that was unexpected! Secondly even though I own the entry level Land Rover, they treat you like you own the high end Range Rover no matter what. I have always been treated with such courtesy by everyone in this dealership from the service department to the sales department. Rachel is by far my favorite person and I always ask to talk to her when I set up my service. Tom is usually the guy who helps me through services and has always helped me out.Third I would usually need a ride to the train and they were always accommodating in dropping me off and picking me up. Fourth and probably the most important is that this service center in this dealership is HONEST. How do I know you ask? I was referred to another dealership(Peabody) and individual shop(Southie) in between services and neither provided excellent service nor were they honest when it came to reccommending services to be done based on wear. I had the Hanover dealership check what the other shops said and they were completely wrong when it came to brake usage and other servicable issues.I might pay more than at an individual mom and pops shop but I get the peace of mind that I won't be ripped off and the job is done right. Nobody likes feeling cheated and that's why I get my car serviced here. Thank you to everyone at this dealership for exceptional service!

I just bought a Land Rover LR4 and my experience at Land Rover Hanover was excellent. Nobody jumped me as I entered the dealership. I asked to speak with a sales rep and was introduced to Craig Schuman. Craig was totally "no pressure". He let me ask my questions without "leading the witness" and showed me around without the typical hype that I have come to expect from sales people. On a test drive, he would answer any questions that I had succiently and would then revert to silence to let me experience the car without distractions. He was very polite and knowledgable and a pleasure to work with. He even came in on his day off when this was the only day that worked for me to pick up the vehicle.

They were unbelievably kind when we first stopped in a few months back despite telling them that we wouldn't be buying for sometime. A few months later as a birthday suprise my finace purchased a 2012 Range Rover Sport and the dealership couldn't have been any nicer. Not only did the manager call and leave a vm for my finace saying how amazing what he was doing for me was but the whole dealership called me the next day on my birthday and sang Happy Birthday to me in a vm. Based on our amazing experience it feels like this dealership is a home away from home or that "friend or family member" that you have that works in the auto industry. I can't say enough how genuine each and every employee at the dealership was and for that they will have our business if these people continue to do what they are doing!

When I started to look at the new Evoque I popped into the Hanover location and met Anthony. He took me for a test drive right away and was very informative and knowledgeable about the Evoque. After I drove it I knew I wanted to purchase it. I went to another dealer but they were high pressure, and Anthony took his time and explain how everything works on ordering. There was no sales pitch, and he was very professional to me at all times. I got the Evoque a month early, and I am driving it now. Upon visiting on that Wednesday my wife and I were greeted promptly from your front desk attendant and I was told to ask for your Sales Manager, Michael Feit. Michael came right out of his office and greeted me with a welcoming smile and asked me into his office. My wife and I felt very comfortable in our discussion of the available Lexus you had. We went over up front figures and had a good honest discussion which I had lacked in my previous visits to other dealerships. Michael made me and my wife feel very comfortable in our discussions. I then asked if I could take a test drive and that is when Michael turned me over to your Sales Guide Anthony Elliott. Anthony greeted us with a warm welcome as well. He walked us out to look at the vehicle, and came on the test drive with us. A true gentleman and very courteous as he answered all our questions about the vehicle. Very knowledgeable, very polite and once again made me and my wife very comfortable during the test drive. Finally ending back at the dealership, we knew that this was the car we were interested in. We ended up getting a very fair price for the Lexus, a very fair price for my trade and a very good experience on the entire process. Agreeing on the deal, turned out excellent and I couldnt be happier. I picked up my very clean, detailed Lexus 2 days later and smoothly went over all the closing paperwork with Anthony. I know Anthony went out of his way to find the best possible finance options for me. Once again, first class service. I very rarely take the time to express my gratitude, but thought in this case I would do so. I had one of the most relaxing and pleasant experiences buying my new Evoque premium plus!!! I chose Land Rover of Hanover based on their comprhensive website. I received a very pleasant, non pressuring, e-mail from Mellyssa Coutinho. We communicated over e-mail throughout the entire process and I was able to finalize the deal all over internet and a few phone calls. When I arrived to sign the papers and do the trade in of my old vehicle, Mellyssa and Sales manager were awesome. Mellyssa was very knowlegable, patient, and respectful. When I picked up my vehicle Mellyssa introduced me to staff and gave me a tour of the facility, gave me comprehensive overview of the Evoque, and answered all of my questions. I am now a very happy owner of the 2012 Range Rover Evoque!!! I initially looked at the BMW X3 (being a BMW owner in the past) and the Audi Q5. I chose the Evoque because of all the options and positive reviews on handling, etc. Comparing price it was similiar to the BMW and Audi. The body of the Evoque has a lot of beautiful detail and is, in my opinion, a lot classier looking!! I also liked the fact that I would be driving a car that not everyone else was driving. If your looking for a mid-sized SUV, you MUST test drive the Evoque. Call Mellyssa and she will take very good care of you.My first day of owning the Evoque we got over 5inches of snow. The car handled beautifully. I felt very safe. A+!!!I rate the dealership at the highest level. I give Mellyssa Coutinho an A+!! The pricing negotiation was fair and open with the dealership being aggressive in offering a very attractive price and terms. My dealings with Land Rover of Hanover have been outstanding! I test drove many vehicles (BMW, Mercedes, Audi) before deciding that the Range Rover was, in fact, my top choice. I went to a dealer closer to me, and unfortunately the not so knowledgeable sales woman lost my trust when she couldn't answer many key questions for me. I did want the car though, so I told her my first 2 color and model choices and she could not deliver. It took one phone call to Tim, and he said he was on it. Well, boy was he!! He found me my dream truck in my dream color. I wanted to make sure, so we trekked all the way down to Hanover (after closing time) where the sales manager Vincent was more than happy to show me my beautiful new car. Not only did he spend a lot of time going over the vehicle with us and showing us around the dealership and service area, BUT he insisted that we take it on the off road course. Well, needless to say, that thrilled us and our 11 year old daredevil! Tim delivered the car a few days later and spent all the time we needed to learn every detail about the car. I have even emailed him a few times with more questions. He knows EVERY detail about that vehicle. He is amazing!!!

I bought used jeep wrangler they said it came with soft top as well as hard top which was on jeep got home noticed I did not have windows for soft top I called they said they had windsows come in drove down from NH they were wrong color to match soft top I took them home to show wife as it is here jeep and she is right why put mismatched windows and roof on something we paid over 24000 for I called them back vince said bring it in so he could see problem drove down from NH again this time they tried to give me an older soft and wrong color I SAID JUST BUY ME A WINDOW KIT THAT MATCHES they cost 287 dollars they did not want to do that so I took back soft and went and bought my own window kit I dont feel they lived up to contract so now I am out 287 bucks plus two round trips of gas. I would like to respond to Hanover Land Rover that is below,There response shows what type of dealship they are instead of trying to make custumer happy they choose to try to distort facts and make custumor look bad.Lets set facts straight when I picked up jeep they loaded my truck with soft top while I was looking at jeep with my wife. I went to my truck and paul said there is all of your soft top it was the black soft top so if the tan one came with trade why did they give me the black top.When I got home and unloaded top I noticed there was no windows I called back with in a couple of days and then that is when tan top came into play as he wanted me to use tan windows with black soft top I have black hard top which should have black soft top.DONT TRUST THEM THEY DISTORT THINGS AND DONT HONOR CONTRACT.

Tim along w/Vince made me feel like if this wasnt the exact car I wanted then wait and they'd find the one I wanted. When the located the car I was looking for, My experience got even better. The tutorial of the car by Tim has to be unmatched. I left the dealer thinking Tim my pssibly be the best saleman I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with.
