I purchased a 2014 RAM 1500 from LR Knoxville. I stopped in on our way to Pigeon Forge, TN to take a quick look at the truck and Keith Connatser was very helpful. I did not have a lot of time to look and he gave me his card and we began working the deal out via emails and phone calls. LR Knoxville was able to appraise my truck through pictures and descriptions and offered a very fair trade-in price for it. They gave me all the information I needed to secure financing and once I had the check in hand I was able to go to the dealership and pick up the truck no questions asked. All staff I dealt with were very friendly and accommodating. I also did not have to wait long at any point and was in the dealership a total of less than an hour. I highly recommend LR Knoxville.

This was the smoothest, easiest, quickest car buying experience I have ever had in my life! Rocky responded to questions via email then was low pressure, efficient, and honest in person. No runaround, no bickering. Not the typical car buying experience. I would highly recommend giving Rocky the opportunity!

Without a doubt...the best car buying experience I have ever had. Rocky was extremely easy to deal with and help us get the car we wanted. Financing was a breeze and we never felt anything less than that we were their most important customer. Highly recommend!!

I have bought cars from every high end dealer that there is. ONE stands above the rest Land Rover of Knoxville very friendly staff from sales associates to receptionists, what a terrific experience I have had. It wasn't even like buying a car, it was fair numbers quick responses and the knowledge of product that made my experience second to none. I would recommend Land Rover of Knoxville to anyone. Thanks to the staff at landrover especially rocky smith and anthony Pelletier great people

Best experience ever. I would like to preface my comments by saying I have owned over 30 vehicles in my lifetime and this was hands down the BEST experience I've ever had. We live in the Atlanta burbs and traveled to Knoxville to make our purchase and boy was it worth it. Rocky was outstanding! He was HONEST, down to earth and wanted our buying experience to be a positive one. Additionally, Anthony was so enjoyable I didn't even mind giving him $$$$$$ for our new ride. You don't have to be buying a Rover either to get this impeccable service. Looking to buy? Give them your business. We are happy campers.

Rocky and the staff of Land Rover Knoxville are excellent. Rocky arranged a quote with me via email and stuck by it when I got to the dealership. None of the typical car dealer games such as holding your trade key, asking for more money once you get there, making you wait for hours while the salesman makes multiple trips to the sales manager's office, etc. Even if you're not interested in a Land Rover visit them for a hassle free experience on a used car. If they don't have what you're looking for they'll help you find it.
