The car buying process can be a bit nerve wracking at times, but the team at Land Rover Mt. Kisco delivered a very positive experience, as the entire staff was friendly and professional at all times. During our first visit they were a bit short staffed due to illness however, the staff acknowledged us early, explained the situation and attended to us in a timely manner. We worked with Dave Welton to purchase a 2014 Evoque and it was a pleasure. His sense of humor was refreshing but his professionalism and integrity stood out even more. Even though we live more than an hour away, I'd visit Land Rover Mt. Kisco to purchase another vehicle in the future.

I've ordered Land Rover Sport (2014 model) on Nov 2013. As I've been told, there was a big demand, so my car will arrive in March/April of 2014. I agreed to this term and pay deposit..Later I realized that it was Huge Mistake.In April 2014, after several attempts to find out the status, I've been told that there is delay, and my car will arrive at Sep 2014. Of course, I've got no car in September, , but they promised that November will be the date. After Thanksgiving Day, I realized that nobody called me to notify about my car. It took another week to get somebody on the phone. But at this time they told me that "we cannot sell car to you, because you don't live in our area of service"Does anybody have anything similar to that? This is Ridiculous!And now I am trying to get my deposit back. Looks like it might take another year.Save time and money, shop somewhere else.

We just bought out third Land Rover (the first was the LR2 and my wife now drives an LR4 and we just bought the Evoque for me) and Joe and Christine demonstrated great patience with us each step of the way. Whether we are there to buy a new car or to have a car serviced, the Land Rover Mt. Kisco team always treats us like family and provide excellent service and support. I especially appreciated the time Christine spent with us helping set up the car and for Chris's great explanations of the extended warranty options. The car is beautiful and we are looking forward to seeing the team again when we are next in for service in about a year.

We were very pleased with Christine and Mt Kisco Rover. She was thorough and professional, without being pushy. We were able to get to a price we found acceptable quickly, and the entire sales process was quick, efficient, and painless. You can't ask for much more than that. We have yet to go back for any service or maintenance, so I can't comment on that yet, but if you're looking to buy, highly recommended.

Eric and the staff at Mt Kisco Land Rover tended to all of my concerns and beyond. The technician was thorough in his diagnosis of the problems and even took the time to show me the issues personally. I have had some negative experiences with previous service centers at another dealership (not Land Rover) whereby I would be approached in the waiting area with a laundry list of problems. Unfortunately, they were not aware that I have some mechanical abilities and perform some work on my own cars. In short, I've caught them trying to charge me for problems that didn't exist.The staff at Mt. Kisco Land Rover went over every detail with me and even suggested not tending to certain matters because they weren't an issue; while also pointing out more important issues that should be repaired. I couldn't have been more pleased with the level of service offered there. When I was informed I would have to leave the car for a few days, they made every accommodation necessary as to not inconvenience me. I drove just over an hour away to service my '08 LR2 in Mt Kisco and I'll do it again for future services. Many thanks to the technician and Eric in service for making the entire experience happen with ease. I am not one to easily offer an overwhelming positive review, but they deserve the acknowledgment. Thank you!

My husband and I recently purchased our third Land Rover Supercharged Sport from Land Rover Mt. Kisco and the experience we have had with Land Rover Mt. Kisco has always been a positive one. RJ Dawani was responsive, friendly and kept us informed. RJ made sure all the t's were crossed and i's dotted. Chris Frissora presented us with thorough information about possible financing and extra programs and took the extra step to make us happy. The service I have received at Land Rover Mt. Kisco has always been exceptional and Eric Czumble has always made sure the car was serviced promptly and thoroughly. If there is to be a 4th Range Rover Sport in our future, we will certainly be going back to Land Rover Mt. Kisco.

I own two 2010 Land Rover LR4s and have continuously serviced them at Land Rover Mt. Kisco for the past four years. Without a doubt the best service department I have ever dealt with at any dealership. Always go out of their way to provide superior convenience, service, and follow up and I feel they recognize the lifetime value of the customer. Definitely one of the primary reasons I will look to Land Rover again when it is time to purchase a new car.

Too many salesman give you that phony, " Your so amazing, I am your best friend" line.....RJ was very professional , remembered our names , and exceeded all of our expectations.

Peter Studwell is a great service manager. He took my call and answered my questions and I got to come in the same day I called for him to look at the car. He ordered the parts right away and then I was there a week later for him to fix the problem. Very friendly and on top of the problem!

Peter Studwell always goes above and beyond any expectation of a service manager. He is very accommodating and honest. I trust him and the team in the service department to work timely and effectively. I highly recommend Peter to anyone hesitating to use the dealership for service. Service repairs (including oil changes) are always price-competitive and at least I'm at ease that genuine Land Rover parts are being used in the service. Peter Studwell is a superb service manager.

I did make an appointment to fix my Range Rover. I did get at the service center only to find out the computer service was malfunctioning and they didn't have any time for me.Mr. Peter Studwell only push me out the door promising he will follow up.After 2 weeks he still didn't make an appointment to fix my car .I did call him only to find out he lost my info altogether!Horrible customer service! Shame on you!

I've visited this dealership twice now to get minor service to my 2008 LR2 and both times it has been an absolute pleasure. They squeezed me in on short notice and not only performed the small maintenance tasks I asked (fixing a broken back windshield wiper and replacing a wiper blade the first time, fixing a busted brake light the second time), they also did a full check of my car, filled up the wiper fluid, put air in the tires, AND washed it, all while I waited for <1 hour and charged me nothing for all the additional service. What more can you ask for? They've definitely earned my trust - I will be coming back for sure whenever I need more repairs (major or minor) to my Land Rover.

Eric Czumble and Peter Studwell, and have taken care of my LR Disco 1997 for many years now. It has reached over 206,600 miles and is going strong. Their attentiveness to my reports of various mechanical issues (brakes seem needing attention, transmissions seems to have a lot of slack, engine seems to strain, suspension seems harder than usual) are always taken seriously, filtered, explained and addressed. No work is undertaken that is unnecessary or unexplained. The work is performed very promptly. Appointments are also set up promptly. When there have been urgent issues, the car is taken in immediately. Servicing has been made easier with loaners, trips to and from the train station and car rental folks. Pricing has been fair, Parts are always available. The option to use rebuilt parts is always presented. Emails about Land Rover events are always sent out. In short, Land rover Mt. Kisco is a first rate operation staffed by knowledgeable and very nice people. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

From the 1st phone call I was greeting Courteously and professionally. Dave was very knowledgeable and accommodating. They evaluated my trade, worked the numbers that quickly... Bridgette in finance was very personable and professional... Trade in value was better than other Land Rover dealers, Price of my 2013 Evoque was better than other Land Rover Dealers. Picking up my new vehicle was fantastic and David went over the vehicle features and controls thoroughly.. I will highly recommend this dealership as my experience was pleasant and my transaction seamless..

We brought our LR4 in for our annual service appointment and as always Eric and the team greated us like we were family. The service was performed perfectly and right on time and the car was returned to us nice and clean and ready to go. This is our second Land Rover (we upgraded from the LR2 to the LR4 two years ago) and while we are very happy with the car, it is this service team that has made us Land Rover owners for life. This was my third or fourth time using the services at Mt Kisco Land Rover and, along with Jaguar in White Plains, NY, there is not a more friendly and informative team anywhere. I am mid 60s and have been around using garages all over the world and so I know a good thing when I see it. Prices charged are hard to judge but I assume the rates are standrad main dealer ones that one must pay to keep such extremely sophisticated vehicles running flawlessly as has been the case with my LR3s since more than two years ago.

This is an excellent dealer. Elsewhere, I've known regretfully, like so many people, less-than-good car dealers and their service shops - but not here. Land River Mt. Kisco return every call, answer every question, make every effort to provide a first-rate experience. And they succeed in doing so. As things stand, I would expect to be their customer for many years to come.

Very attentive and accommodating when it came to addressing a non-dire issue with my car. Its not like other dealerships that I have dealt with it - in that its small and you get to know everyone by name quickly and they remember you. Very pleased with the overall experience from buying my car there to the service needed for it. I highly recommend.

The service at landrover mt kisco is by far the best in westchester, i have been dealing with them for the best year and have never encountered any issues, its nice to be greeted with a smile by Sandy when you walk in the door, and she is always more then helpful with setting up a service appt. Peter and Eric are two very knowledgeable service experts and will always get to the bottom of any questions about your land rover you may have...There is no other place to buy a land rover then mt kisco..

I have purchased or leased a lot of cars and trucks over the years. This is my second Range Rover from this dealer. That is probably all I would have to say, but I will add that I really like dealing with Christine. With her there is none of the nonsense I have experienced at other dealerships. She is straightforward, extremely helpful and seems to really care about the customer being totally satisfied with the transaction. I also like dealing with this dealership's service department. They have been on time, at estimate, and pleasant to deal with.

Land Rover Mount Kisco does everything they can to make service appointments as easy as possible and you don't have to wait long to get in. The lounge area is comfortable if you wait, but if you need a loaner car, they have always given me really nice cars. The employees are very friendly and accomodating. They are always helpful and knowledgable when I call the desk with a question. I would never go anywhere else.

Our 2008 Land Rover had a suspension warning light come on, and Peter was able to help us diagnose the severity of the problem over the phone and schedule us in to bring the car for the next day. The light went off before our scheduled visit but Peter was able to review and figure out that the software was in need of an upgrade.

My recent visit was just a scheduled maintenance visit, but as always, the service was great. Sandra had my paperwork ready and arranged for a loaner to be pulled next to my car so I could transfer my gear for the day. The person who brought me the loaner helped me transfer my car seats, which was a huge help (he also helped move them back to my car when I returned later in the day to pick up my car). I mentioned to Eric a low tire pressure warning light that had been going off and asked if the guys could check all my tire pressures. He assured me that would be done but also said they would look at the tire pressure sensor. A few hours later he called me to say the sensor was bad and did I want to replace it. The parts were in stock, I got it fixed, and now...no more warning light blinking at me! I have dealt with this service department for a number of years, and they have always been courteous and very helpful. Even though I moved to CT last summer, I will continue to come back to Mount Kisco for my car service. They are worth it!

Eric handled my brake issue but also recommended that he keep the car an additional day because of a recent recall. He also noticed that my inspection was due to expire in a month and asked if I wanted that done as well. First time I ever brought a car in for a problem and the service department made additional helpful recommendations. Thank you Eric! In addition, last week I noticed my one of my side mirrors were squeaking when it folded in so I asked Eric to take a look at it. He immediately got up and went to work! Needless to say my mirror does not squeak. Thanks again.

At the 5,100 mile mark my new Supercharged Range Rover blew an oil cooler and had to be towed to the dealer. After experiencing the lack of service and customer care of the Darine dealership, followed the recommendation of a friend and tried Mt Kisco Land Rover. They treated me with the respect and courtesy one would expect from a premier brand. Peter Stedweel, service manager, took personal interest in making sure my vehicle was repaired promptly with daily phoNe updates and progress reports. The other dealerships (Darien Ct and Houston North) could learn a lot about customer service from Mt Kisco!

I purchased my car at the Darien dealership, the service was ok but I felt like a number. I tried the Larchmont dealership and that was a disaster. I recently moved to Ridgefield so I figured I would give the Mt Kisco dealership a try. They were extremely friendly and fixed a problem I tried to have fixed at the other two dealership with no luck. Eric was very professional and knowledgeable. Eric had to order a part for my truck that wouldn't be in for a week, he offered to pick up my car, fix it end drop it back off at my home.I've owned my car for five years and i love it like the day I bought it and I finally found the right service department to keep it running. Best service department in the tri-state area.
