I've bought/leased numerous luxury vehicles throughout the years. My experience with Land Rover Palm Beach was the best yet. I worked with Crissy Hawkins over e-mail and we are quickly able to agree on more than fair terms. When I arrived, all the paperwork was ready - done in 15 minutes (the finance manager was very friendly and efficient). Crissy did a fabulous job explaining the vehicle details. I highly recommend this dealer and particularly working with Crissy. If you want a Land Rover product and hate the aggravation of new car buying, do your self a favor and give Crissy a call.

I had a great experience in purchasing my Range Rover. I located the vehicle on the Internet and sent a request for info. Crissy Hawkins responded right away with pictures, carfax and all the info I could ever need. I got great financing from them. And they even pointed out some very minor issues with the vehicle that they corrected on the spot. I wish I lived closer to their location so I could visit them more often. I was treated very well by everyone I came in contact with. Crissy even took the time to go over every feature in the car before letting me drive away. A First Class operation!

Several years ago I saw my dream car in the Land Rover advertisement on the stock market channel. I said to my husband "that's the one I want" and pointed to the Zanzibar colored Evoque. He laughed and said I'd have to wait a few years. Well a few years went by. Several times a year I looked at the used Evoques but never could find the Zanzibar color that I wanted. Last summer we bought my mother-in-laws 95 Cadillac SRX with only 13,000 miles on it. No sooner than I got it home it started giving us problems...modules going out. After a week the key wouldn't come out of the ignition. Nightly I disconnected the battery so it wouldn't discharge. Finally got that fixed and a week later another module went out and I couldn't get the car to lock. I could tell we weren't going to get along! In February we decided to get rid of the Cadillac. My husband said "why don't you see if you can find that little car you like". Fat chance I thought, but got on the internet and searched Range Rover Evoque Zanzibar and lo and behold there it was at the Land Rover Palm Beach....I live in Colorado. We talked with several sales people and ended up with Kevin. He was great! Answered my many questions, got us a great price, good warranty, and stored the car almost two months until we could get there to pick it up. My last problem could have been my husband...what if he didn't like it? Kevin picked us up at the West Palm Beach train station and on the way back to the dealership showed us all the bells and whistles and answered my husband's many questions. Long story short, I got my dream car...named him Valentino since he was my Valentines Day present and almost had to fight my husband to drive him back to Colorado. Had a great drive back home! Thank you Kevin and thank you Land Rover Palm Beach.

Went in with my wife to look at a leasing a Range Rover as our Mercedes Benz lease was ending.... Ended up buying a pre-owned Mercedes Benz G550 they had on the lot. Nothing wrong with the Range Rover but my wife fell in love with the G-Wagon.... From the sale process to financing, this was the nicest most relaxed car buying experience we have ever had. Bought a Pre-owned Ranger Rover Sport today and was a great experience from start to finish. Emailed last week and ended up working with a Sales Rep named Kevin. Great guy, never pushed and did the "car sales" thing with me, and was responsive to all me emails even when it appeared the deal was not going to go. Owned a lot of cars over the years and dealt with a lot of car salesmen. Kevin was respectful and courteous the whole time. Highly recommend working with him if you get the chance.

I was dreading going through the process of buying a car, and dealing with pushy sales people. I found the vehicle I liked online at Land Rover Palm Beach. I spoke with Crissy Hawkings over the phone, and she came across as being straight forward, and easy to deal with. Several days after I spoke with Crissy, my wife and I went in to test drive the vehicle. Less than two hours later we drove away in our new car. It was an awesome experience overall, Crissy made car buying a breeze, and I recommend her highly.

Matt and Aaron gave me a thorough and seamless experience. Roy Osofsky gave me the sage advice of "if you're going to purchase a car, you should love it." I don't normally write reviews, but my experience with Land Rover Palm Beach service department was horrible. 4 visits and $1,900 into it and they still can't fix our 2012 discovery LR4. Now they want another $3,000. They also recommended we change our brake pads again after they did it only months before. Incompetent at best. Beware of this dealership.

I live in South Miami-Dade and drove 1 1/2 hrs to purchase my Evoque with them. The Service was excellent. Everything went smoothly. The car had to be ordered from England and they got it here almost 2 weeks ahead of schedule. Mr. Rich Matthews and Ms. Crissy Hawkins were extremely helpful and courteous. I was still happy with my previous car but figured if I could drive out with a Range Rover for about the same monthly payment would be a dream. Then our expert Land Rover salesman, Matt B., patiently showed us a variety of vehicles that were within our price range. He was nice and calm and we felt no pressure at all to make a decision. In the end, both sides ended up being happy with the outcome. I am looking forward to returning to Land Rover of Palm Beach when my lease is up, hoping to meet with as good of a salesman as Matt B.

Mike Snyder, the Service Manager has helped me on several occasions with service on my "Florida Vehicle" - a Land Rover Freelander - which has been virtually "problem free" except for having to replace the power sunroof rails, which were warped by the heat and humidity, and covered by the Land Rover factory warranty. Everyone at Land Rover of Palm Beach is always friendly, approachable, and seems genuinely concerned about customers' satisfaction! I highly recommend them in the strongest of terms!

After having this dealership sell the car I had put a deposit on the previous year to another customer and charging me more for an available vehicle with less options (likely one promised to another customer), I brought the truck back to the same dealer to get the option I originally ordered, as I needed the tow package (I was assured at the time I could get it whenever I want). I truly thought they would make an effort to keep me as a customer and treat me better. They charged over $2100 for a $600 factory tow bar, saying there was nothing they could do...'300% mark-up that's the service department.' {shrug}. I dislike writing negative reviews, and I think everyone just has a bad experience from time to time, but I would recommend that people looking for either service or a new vehicle look elsewhere. This dealership really just does not care. I would get another Range Rover...they are great cars, but I would not give the Palm Beach dealership any more of my time or money. It's been a truly disheartening experience, both in purchase and service, and people deserve to be treated better, especially with higher-end purchases such as this.

He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we wanted to purchase, most importantly, he was very patient throughout the entire process. Ordering an expensive vehicle sight unseen is kind of a leap of faith but Kevin made it a no-hassle, easy to complete transaction. The service experience I have had at the dealership has been very good and the rest of the staff is very competent and professional. I live 400 miles away and there are two Land Rover dealers closer to my home but I will return to Land Rover Palm Beach for the outstanding service and sales force they employ.

Land Rover of Palm beach is an absolutely beautiful dealership. The people there are very kind and friendly. Great way to interact with customers. I personally came down from NYC. About 1300 mile drive, to get me a Audi Q7 tdi. I saw the car online, and instantly called Land Rover of Pam beach and I was directed toward Maryann. She was GREAT! She was very determined to help me work out a deal and have me come down from NYC. She went out of her way, to send me extra photos and videos of the car, to make sure I loved the car, and to make sure I would buy the car. After receiving, multiple photos and videos, I fell in love with the car and booked a flight from nyc the next day. Within 14 hrs I was down in Palm beach, ready to buy my car. Upon arriving to the dealership, I was kindly greated, and got to Maryann's desk, After test driving the car, I fell in love with it and was ready to work out a deal. We got back and agreed on a GREAT price, and did all the paper work in a timely fashion and i was out the door with my car. Maryann was great and very helpful throughout the whole buying process, strongly recommend you speak to her!

Working with Juan Marquez makes buying a car easy. We all have at one time or another postpone buying a car to avoid from going to the dealership. I will tell you that Juan can and will change that. Incredible experience I purchase our range rover over the internet we made the deal over the phone with a trade . I drove 400 miles each way we live in tallahassee fl. We'll worth it. I recently purchased my first Range Rover. I had the car built and delivered to the Palm Beach facility. My salesman, Kevin Painter, could not have been more accommodating. I left feeling like I knew the car fully. I'm 46 years old and sometimes new technology is a little intimidating but Kevin went through every button and had me practice everything so I was sure that I got it. I didn't just feel like a commission. This car has all kinds of bells and whistles that I will be using continuously. He also introduced me to the repair dept, as I am leasing this car and will definitely have to visit that dept to maintain this beauty.

I currently drive a RR sport and am looking to buy another one. Went to the dealership to look at the inventory but was sadden that the inventory was limited. Worked with Juan as I always do. Juan Marquez is my salesman, he is by far the best car salesperson I have ever dealt with. He is very knowledgeable about the Range Rover's. His follow up skills and level of customer service exceed my expectations. He was sure to have the car ready as promised, and explained the car in detail and spent as much time as we wanted him to. Ishmail made buying my new car one of the best experiences I have had in a long time. Normally, I dread walking into a dealership because of the "pressure" and negotiating, but I can honestly say my purchase was completed within a timely manner and with little stress. Ishmail introduced the service manager, and the general manager who were very informative and pleasant. I love my new range rover, and would recommend this dealership to my friends and family.

My experience at Land Rover was quick, easy and greatly appreciated. The location is well kept all the staff was very friendly and family like environment. Land Rover Palm Beach consistently provides the best customer service of any automobile dealership. From sales to service to financing, you are their number one priority from the minute you walk through the door. In and of itself the Land Rover brand is worth the money, but you simply can't put a price tag on the customer service Land Rover Palm Beach delivers.

Car they sold to me was not mechanically inspected as promised. Radio did not work, a/c freon was 2.5lbs(out of 3) empty. A/C vents do not work properly, no manual, no key to lock doors or tailgate, no pwr pack or remote for winch(it's not even wired to car - just screwed on(Mgr. told me no pwr is necessary-it's an automatic winch!!)). Engine exhaust spray painted to conceal rust, A/C consendation leaks into cabin, no jack or spare, fuel gauge/light broken, etc., etc. Dealer would not return calls.
