I had been looking at 7-seater vehicles for about 6 months but hadn't felt like any were truly the car for me. We looked at Land Rover about a week before we purchased our very first one. We went to our local dealer and looked at a brand new one. They were to call us back the following day when their finance manager would be back in. We never heard from them. We found a certified used 2016 Land Rover online and although it was a 3 hour drive for us, we went to take a look as I really loved this vehicle. It was so worth the trip. Our salesman Matthew Rucko was patient, polite, friendly but professional....all you want in a salesman without being pushy in the least. We spent a couple of hours there and left purchasing our first Land Rover. A few weeks later when my new plates arrived, Matt happened to be heading to our area and went out of his way to deliver the plates. My only regret is that we do not live close enough to go to this dealership for our service.

This was one of the best car buying experiences we have ever had! We had a negative experience with a Land Rover dealer close to our home so we were hoping the experience with Land Rover Princeton would be better. Well let me tell you, Christian was the best! There was no pressure, he explained everything with the car thoroughly, AND he set everything up so that we could hold the car so once our total loss settlement was through with the insurance, we could go through with the purchase. On top of all of that, he stayed late on his early day so that we could come complete the remaining paperwork and pick up the car. Definitely one of the best sales advisors we've ever dealt with. We definitely will recommend Land Rover Princeton to anyone we know looking!!

I drove from Long Island to Princeton to get my Range Rover Sport. I had Contacted Christian abou the car based on an internet ad. Right from the start he was very upfront and honest and told me he was giving me the best price possible. I ofcourse did my due diligence and met with a couple other dealers in my area to see if I could avoid the drive but they were nowhere close to what Princeton Land Rover was offering! I drove down and made it there less than half hour prior to close and they had all the paperwork ready to go and I was in and out fast. Christan stayed late to explain everything about the car in detail. A very Hassle Free purchase overall.

She followed through all the steps what a customer needs while buying starting from welcoming us, explain the features, test drive, working on the numbers and closing the deal. The only thing as a dealer, they can improve is , they need to have more inventory. I wanted a white and black combo where as I ended up buying a blue color vehicle. I have a 2010 Range Rover Sport which I purchased for my wife with an extended warranty. The car doors were not closing properly and so I fixed a service appointment. When I got to Princeton Land Rover, it was approx 8.50 am and it took less than 6 minutes for Andrew to take my car in, give me a loaner car, verify my warranty details and change the batteries (for free) on the key fobs. I remember this vividly because I had a conference call at 9 am that I was able to comfortably get on to. Thereafter Andrew promptly informed me on the progress of the service and when my car was ready let me know about that also. Returning the loaner and picking up my car was another breeze. This was one of the best experiences I have had with anybody at any car dealer and I have been going to car dealers for almost 30 years. Thank you Andrew for your amazing service. You have won a customer for life.

Matt gave a overview of LR models and options, inquired about our requirements from the new vehicle we are scouting for. Matt then presented the possible choices which can fit our needs and bill.Matt then did a demonstration of the vehicle with on-road drive to experience the comfort and feel LR vehicles provide.Once we were good with vehicle Matt then worked closely with us and Finance Manager on the pricing options, discounts, financing options. I postponed getting a new vehicle because I dreaded listening to a "need to shine" salesman who wanted to talk fast, act like a know it all, use lot talk jargon and salesman verbiage to overwhelm and drive home a sale.I was sooo glad that Karen Gillespie was parking a lot SUV when we drove in-- it prevented the need to go in and actually solicit a salesperson. We approached her ; she was calm, wonderfully polite and completely knowledgable about the SUVs we were interested in. She did not push or pull or drive us into a corner. We discussed the pros and cons of several SUVs, and she invited us to take a spin around the community. The interaction was relaxing, easy, comfortable, and very informative. I had never leased a vehicle, but being retired and not needing to drive any distance each day-- I saw no down side to the leasing plans being offered. Karen went through the pros and cons of leasing and or buying confidently, and helped me to feel leasing was indeed a worthy consideration for my needs, but that it was completely up to me. She was very easy to talk with, easy to question and to discuss with. I felt that she was buying the vehicle with me as a partner who would also have some skin in the game. I did not feel intimidated or uncertain at any time. She was always attentive and made my purchasing a new Land Rover SUV like a sunny walk in the park. She made the initial paperwork, contractual obligations, and payment consideration all easy to understand and facilitated getting these done in the simplest way possible. The people she put me in touch with were all so xxxx polite and efficient, and helpful--it felt like a family matter. Made me feel good.I left the lot with my new SUV and a wonderfully satitisfying experience with an organization I initially dreaded dealing with. This is my 3rd Landrover Lease. After the 3rd, I loved the car so much, I bought it off the lease. I had an issue with the transmission which was not covered by my extended warranty that I purchased on my own. With the help of Princeton Landrover, Landrover corporate paid for the part for my transmission. Anything can happen to any car at anytime. This and every Landrover prior as always been reliable. When I needed Princeton Landrover help, they were there. Always accommodating and friendly. Among many other issues, I was sold a "ding protection plan" back when I purchased my 2015 RR. At that time, I was specifically told that EVERYTHING was covered, because I opted for the "premium plan". I asked thorough questions, knowing that often times these insurance plans try to put in loopholes that allow them NOT to cover certain damage. I had even specifically asked about coverage on the mirror casings, since I know those get dented/scratched more often - and, in fact, it had happened to me on a previous car. I was told that 'YES', while the mirror itself wouldn't be covered, the casing would... Throughout the "sale" of this $900 plan, I was told emphatically by the Finance person that ANY and ALL "dings" would be covered if I opted for the premium plan. The one page contract I signed and received was terse, but covered all of the essentials.Lo and behold, I called the other day to file a claim for a small scratch on the casing of a side mirror. Well, the company tells me that the mirror casing is NOT covered. And with the absolute worst, most rehearsed explanation, I was told, "Be sure you read all of the exclusions in page 2 and 3 of your contract". Of course, there IS no page 2 and 3. The contract I have is ONE page and doesn't say "1 of 3" on it... I was told that the dealership would have the other pages... Clearly, this is a very common tactic of theirs - it's reprehensible, and I'm certain they've made tons of money from this scam to their customers. Any reasonable person on this earth can see what they're doing here.... I called AND wrote the dealership - and they have not responded at all. These mysterious extra "pages" of the contract will probably magically appear once I push to see them -- and they'll claim that they gave them to me and explained everything back when I purchased the car.Fortunately, another Land Rover dealership heard this story and is going to work with me to fix it. They admitted that the Princeton dealership is known to do stuff like this all the time....Sadly, I'm pretty certain all of these reviews are either fake, or "edited" -- so I doubt my rant here will do anything, and perhaps not even be "approved" and seen by the public.

Just picked up my new RR Sport SC yesterday from Yury and the team at PLR. I couldnt have asked for a better car buying experience. It started from when we met our Salesman Yury Semenikhin. My husband had placed a cold call to this dealership based on an ad that was in a local paper and had been paired with Karen, she efficiently and honestly answered his questions at the time and he explained that we had not determined quite yet which vehicle we were going to pursue. After a few weeks and much consideration we called back and asked to speak with Karen again and told her exactly what we were looking for and if she could find us that vehicle and work us up a lease price. Unfortunately she was unable to locate the exact vehicle we were looking for because it was a special order color and we didn't have the luxury of waiting as I had just returned my previous lease, so she had us come and look at one tat you had on you lot that was sold, but was waiting for a trade that was coming in its place and if it was something that we liked we could work off of that vehicle and get a lease option offered, mind you we had never meet to this point she had been doing all this by phone with us, needless to say we did go and look at the vehicle and proceeded with obtaining the lease and couldn't be happier with our new vehicle or the experience that we encountered throughout the entire process.

After visiting many other dealerships in NJ (Land Rover, BMW, Mercedes, Jeep, etc) in search of a new vehicle, I was surprised at how friendly and honest everyone at Land Rover Princeton was. Joel took his time to orient me with the Range Rover Sport and let me take a very long test drive without any sales push at all. After finalizing all the paper work, Joel took me out to my new car and made sure I knew all the features and was extremely knowledgeable about everything and made sure I had his cell so I could call/text if I have more questions on anything. I was dreading the car buying experience (after having met many pushy sales people or others who simply didn't know the cars they were selling), but Joel and Princeton Land Rover made it calm, friendly, and very relaxing.

He went through everything in detail about the cars, so that I can choose what works, rather than trying to push the customer into buying something they don't want. The dealership was very flexible with the payment options, and they were very helpful in getting everything set up for the purchase (i.e. Buying a new insurance policy). Pricing was fair (they offered discounts, while a competing dealership refused to go below sticker price). Overall, definitely recommend this dealership.

The best car dealership in the surrounding area where the customer actually comes first. Drove over an hour and was very happy with the service and experience. The staff even stayed late 45 minutes after closing hours to close the deal. Bough a car from the used car department. A small purchase for this dealership but luckily the sales women did not judge me by old car and appearance. Don't judge a book by its cover, small dealership but 1000 times better then dealing with a huge dealership. Talking from experience with both.

I dealt with Yury whom was honest and open with me the whole time i was there. I have been to many dealerships in the past where the customer service is way over the top and fake. Here i was treated as a person not a sale and that is few and far between in the industry. I ended up buying a lovely Range Rover Evoke, and got a decent price on my trade in.Yury himself is very tentative and was a pleasure to talk to and kept me informed all through the sale. It was nice to talk to a sales person whom was not just constantly talking about the sale but interested in other subjects when we had to wait for paperwork etc, and he is a very honest man and a credit to his profession and in my opinion would be a valuable asset to any dealership ive ever dealt with.thanks for a great car and pleasant quick experience. I will be recommended this dealership to anyone i know. I will point out i traveled 50 miles instead of 5 to my local Land Rover Dealership due to Yury being great on the first time i called about the car.

Knew the car I wanted and the low price I wanted to pay, saw the car advertised on cars.com at the exact price I was willing to pay. couldn't believe it but rushed over expecting to hear that the car had just been sold but there it was on the showroom floor with the exact price clearly marked on the window! When I asked for a test drive, they rolled back the doors and drove it off the floor for me without hesitation. The experience was absolutely what you you should expect from a luxury brand. It was a pleasure working with Joel who was very informative and professional. I walked in just curious and I was sold because how friendly and courteous the staff was. I am in sales myself and appreciate a salesman who isn't pushy and respectful of my wants and budget. I had the pleasure of meeting the service manager who performed custom after market upgrade to my new vehicle. His level of professionalism and keeping his word in the time frame was also on point. And most of all I am glad I got to meet the general manager Jorge who made went above and beyond. He advocated on my behalf throughout the sales and after market service process. Kept in constant communication the whole time and got me everything I asked from Land Rover North America. I am sure I wasn't the easiest customer to deal with considering the uniqueness of my purchase. These guys are over an hour from my house but was well worth the trip. Our experience at Princeton Land Rover was quite pleasant. We had done our research so we were prepared and educated. We've purchased other high end vehicles (Lexus and Porsche) throughout the years and the experience at Princeton Land Rover was handled without stress. Ken Cichocki was easy to talk to, listened to us carefully and got the deal done. My husband and I drove our new car home and we were thrilled how easy the entire transaction was. Ken sat in our new car, reviewed the technical stuff and then was patient to answer all of my questions. I've decided that although the dealership is rather far from our home, I'd still have my car serviced at that location. I met the service manager and several other members of the dealership and got a personal good feeling. Unfortunately, I cannot say that was my experience at other dealerships I've done business with. My experience purchasing an LR4 from Land Rover Princeton was 5 star primarily due to the salesperson, Joel Mironov, who was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, professional, and likeable. The off road demonstration was both fun and informative, due to Joel's explanation of the various features of the LR4 as we traversed a bridge and navigated a hill. In addition, the dealer was accommodating and flexible on the price, and others with whom I've interacted at Land Rover Princeton have been very personable and helpful. My wife had been set on the LR4 for awhile now but we did not decide to go this route until our 3rd child was on the way (all under 4yo). One of the advantages was that the LR4 is big and can fit the 3 car seats which her X5 could not. My wife had recommended Princeton Land Rover as she said she called in and spoke to Joel who was very knowledgeable about the car. My wife told she made an appointment to go in. This was the farthest of the 3 LR dealerships in our area but by far the best. Joel spent about 3 hours with us just answering questions, going through every seat config, moving car seats around, etc. Since we purchased end of '13 they discussed thoroughly model facelift etc. Long story short smoothest buying experience I can remember. Staff was great all the way around and Joel was top notch! Not too mention they found my wife the exact config she wanted and had it to her in record time. Strongly suggest this dealership and if you have the opportunity to work with Joel he is rock solid! I never fill these surveys out but this experience was a cut above the rest.

Going well beyond the usual constomer's demands, Christian Frank picked me up at Princeton University where I had come by train for a meeting, then took me to Wells Fargo for a cashier's check , and then took me to the dealership. Ron was the employee we worked with to purchase my new Range Rover Evoque. He was zero pressure, very informative, and answered all of my questions. Working out the numbers for purchase was very straight forward and he was extremely patient as my husband talked himself into, then out of, then back into the leasing option. The dealership worked with us so we paid exactly what we wanted to up front and did not try to hard sell the extra options, but explained each one and provided examples of how it would be beneficial to opt for them. Ron was unfortunately not able to be there in person when we picked up the car, but ensured that everything we needed was prepared, right down to programing my home address into the car's navigation system! He was in constant contact with updates throughout the process. When my husband and I picked up the car, Christian walked us through the process, and answered any and all questions I had left. He introduced us to the service department, who warmly congratulated us on the new car. The business manager, Michael, was also very easy to do business with and again, never pressed the extra options we declined on. Their main concern was customer satisfaction.Overall, it was a WONDERFUL experience and I've had some terrible car buying experiences. I would highly recommend the Land Rover Princeton dealership for anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle.

After sending an email to the dealership Kelly contacted us and we set up an appointment for us to come in and look at the vehicle we were interested in, although that particular vehicle had been sent out to be detailed Christian showed us a similar model. He let us go out on a test drive and explained all the features. Upon our arrival back to the dealership the vehicle we were interested in had just come back and we took it out for a test drive. The color was beautiful and this was the vehicle we were looking for. We told Christian that this was the vehicle and he began the paperwork. The process was simple and smooth and we picked up the vehicle 3 days after filling out the paper work. The employees were all friendly, pleasant and courteous and the atmosphere was welcoming. Christian was great! From the moment i walked into the dealership to the moment i left (which was several hours!) he helped me. This was a new car purchase and he went over every detail on how to work the car. I left the dealership feeling very satisfied that i would know how to operate my new car! i did have several questions when i got home and called him right away. He got back to me immediately. He did not know the answer to one of my questions (can't remember what it was) but quickly found it out and again, called me right back. that is true customer service!I would absolutely buy at princeton landrover again and again even though princeton is 50 mins. away, it was well worth the drive!

I just purchased a Used Infinity QX56 at Princeton Landrover. The Staff was very friendly and helpful, especially sales person Joel Mironov. He helped guide through the process, was helpful and not pushy with making the purchase. There were no gimicks or games. All questions were answered to best of ability and it was an overall pleasant experience which is rare for purchasing vehicles. I cold called looking for price on a particular vehicle (rr spot) and I got a very warm friendly feeling from the salesperson I spoke to - and this stood out from the other "cold calls I made to many dealerships and many other brand vehicles!!!!!. I then waited a few days and Christian called me back a s follow up. I was in the process of speaking to 4+ local dealerships - as Princeton is very far from me. Anyhow - Christian had made it clear that business was valued and Princeton Land Rover was willing to work with my budget. In a nutshell - I made the trip the next day and leased the Range Rover sport. I was never so happy to deal with a car dealership before. The process was simple and comfortable. I don't think I will ever buy another brand nor do I think I will ever use another dealership! Hats of to management and Christian!

This was the most pleasant car buying experience my husband and I have ever had. Christian was friendly, knowledgeable and organized with all his information. We never felt pressured into purchasing options or extras. Before we even got there our Insurance company was contacted and all new insurance information was waiting for us at delivery. This has to have been by far the best, easiest and most hassle free vehicle purchase I have ever made. From reviewing options, my two different test drives, ordering the vehicle, to the (slightly) early delivery, accessory installation, it was just fantastic! Salesperson and manager was both very friendly and helpful at all times. Vehicle was priced right from the start... something other dealers could learn from. They walked me through the ordering process so I knew what I was getting myself into. Ron (my salesperson) was responsive in person, over the phone and over email and helped me select the right options (I'm a car guy and does a lot of research and knows what I want).Delivery was fantastic - this was my wife's anniversary present and the dealership went above and beyond to surprise my wife. The car looked great. Ron took the time to show my wife how to use all the advanced features... something I dare not do:) I really could not of been happier. I'm a tough grader. The only ding was when I picked up the car I noticed a couple of very small and slight smudges on the cream leather in two locations - otherwise I would have had a perfect score all around - something i have never done. I almost feel guilty knocking a point off - but these things are useless if they are not truthful.

My Land Rover LR2 needed to have the front brakes replaced. I called Steve Cronin, a service advisor, mid-week and he scheduled me for early Friday morning. The service was prompt and efficient (only 1 1/2 hours). Steve even applied a 10% discount for the repair. Although I did not purchase my LR2 there, I have been very pleased with the excellent quality of the service through the years. Steve is a true professional!

Having been to two previous dealerships, I found Princeton the best. The sales associate understood exactly what I wanted, we discussed numbers for both a purchase and lease. I put a deposit on the car and signed the papers on the next business day. Everyone I encountered was pleasant and respectful of my time and needs. I have a 2008 LR2 and had to have the rear differential replaced. This service was the first time that I had to use my extended warranty that I purchased from another dealer. Steve Cronin dealt with the inspectors from the extended warranty company and all repairs were completed in a timely and professional manner. I was provided with a loaner during the repair. Steve kept me informed of his progress with the extend warranty company as well as the status of the repairs. He provided excellent and professional service. All the noise from the degraded rear differential was removed after the replacement part was installed.I strongly recommend Princeton Land Rover for their professional and personal service.

Generally I am one to dread the dealership experience, but I stopped into Princeton Land Rover to take a look at the Range Rover Sport. Immediately the staff that approached me was friendly, knowledgeable, and the best part was that they treated me like a friend and not a customer. We came in to repair a tire, and left with a new Range Rover. Doesn't get much better than that.Staff was very friendly and knowledgable, and took a lot of time to answer our questions.Truck was ready for pickup in just a few days, and Ron helped us figure out the leases and finances.Very good experience. Ron was excellent to work with throughout the entire purchase process. We are a second time Land Rover owner and owner loyalty means something to our family even if we had to drive to Princeton to locate the vehicle that fit our needs. Ron was diligent and exhibited thorough attention to detail. He made our experience as pleasant and painless as possible knowing that we were working to keep within a reasonable payment and maintain the quality of product that we have become accustomed to when considering the Land Rover brand. I would highly recommend the Princeton dealership as well as our former dealership in Cherry Hill to any one in the market for a vehicle either New or CPO.We were extremely pleased with our initial vehicle having driven it for over 5 safe years, sharing many fond road trips memories and putting over 140,000 miles on it with minimal out of pocket expense. We are looking forward to many more years of driving pleasure and hopefully a few of those one of a kind Land Rover events that you just can't get with other competitors. It is not just buying a car.The only words of advice I would pass along is to make an attempt to road test the vehicles on a interstate/highway where speeds can be tested above 50 mile per hour with the prospective buyer.

The entire team at Princeton Land Rover was a pleasure to deal with. The team in my case was led by Joel Mironov (salesman), and Joel was professional, knowledgable and patient. I bought a used Land Rover here, and there is a price differnce compared to a brand-new Rover however, if you watched all the interactions at the dealership you wouldn't have known if we were buying a 100K car or a 20K car. Joel made my wife and I feel like the priority while in the dealership. He worked to negotiate a deal that we couldn't walk away from. Joel is warm and friendly but is serious getting you what you want and need. James and Michael were also very professional and treated us with great respect, we had a lesser interaction with them (mostly the paperwork), however that high level of customer service was staple at this dealership. If you visit this dealership, you should seek out Joel and his team, you will get a solid deal on a vehicle, and walk away feeling great about it. If I had one piece of feedback for the dealer, it would be to decrease some of the waiting times. While negotiating the price and on delivery day, I felt the wait time was a bit too long at times. Just my opinion. Even with that, this has still been the best luxury car buying experience I have had to date (have owned MB, BMW and Porsche). I will buy another car here when needed, no doubt.

We had just come from a BMW dealer who was less than enthusiastic about selling us one of their pre-owned cars and really turned us off! My experience at Land Rover of Princeton was very positive. I contacted Kelly by phone first to discuss the inventory list I saw online. Kelly convinced me to come to see the stock she had and my husband and I went in that evening (Monday). On Tuesday the deal was completed and I drove away in my new Range Rover on Thursday morning . Kelly even rearranged her schedule so she could be there on the day I took delivery. While doing the paper work, the service people came over and introduced themselves and talked to us a little about the new car. Another salesman, Joel even told us that we could contact him if Kelly wasn't available. Overall, a very pleasant experience! Thank you.

After finding a vehicle on-line at this dealership, I contacted the Internet Sales manager for more information. She was fantastic!! She was prompt in her reply, knowledgeable and very attentive to what was important to me. However, I soon realized that the vehicle I was interested in would not work as it would end up being too small. I did go visit the dealership anyway, and the Sales Guide spent a great deal of time with me even though the larger vehicle that I did ultimately end up test driving, was not in the color I wanted. Both the Sales Guide and the Internet Manager said they would let me know if one in the color I'd prefer, became available. My shopping experience was a positive one, and everyone at the dealership I met, very friendly. PLE-E-E-ASE, go and visit these folks if you are interested in a Land Rover product!!

My initial contact was Kelly who was very nice, professional and helpful with finding the truck that I wanted and helping with getting a quote with my trade in. She then introduced me to Pat who was very helpful and knowledgeable in showing me the vehicle and test driving. My experience at Princeton Land Rover far exceeds any previous dealings I have had in a car dealership in a very positive way. You can throw away all stereotype words like Bickering, smooth talking, deceiving, disinterested , etc. These guys were generally interested in my satisfaction. Steve Budenz was knowledgeable ,cooperative and a straight shooter. There was no pressure or stress. I felt like I was buying a car from a family member. Jorge Figueroa exceeded all expectations searching, ordering and a procuring the exact model I wanted. When arriving at the port I was immediately notified and the next day it arrived for our transaction. Both individuals promptly returned all my emails and phone calls. Finally, I was in and out of the business office with Mike Krail in record time. He basically spoon fed all my needs prior to arrival and was honest and informative about various options.To my surprise I even found out that servicing includes a valet loaner car. I purchased an LR3 from Princeton Landrover. I have had numerous problems with the vehicle including transmission issues, leakage from the sunroof, bluetooth malfunctioning, to name a few. I can understand that these issues occur, because after all these are all mechanical parts and can fail from time to time.What I am deeply disappointed in, is the response I received from Princeton Landrover when I requested repair of these parts under warranty. Time and again they refused to fix these and other problems with the car stating there was some issue with the warranty that they sold me.When I purchased the car, they said the warranty covers "Everything" that does not go through normal wear and tear. I have had enough of their games and advise anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle to shop elsewhere.-Unhappy [former] customer

Very bad experience for the first time dealing with these guys.Asked us to drove 2 hours to see the car but it was sold and none of them called back to let us know before we arrived.Sandy seem like a nice man and offer a discount to ease us.It would probably turn out fine if i deal with him but he wasbusy with a delivery and have Steven Budenz help us outfor another car.Steven Budenz is the worst guy i have dealed with. No friendlyor respect customer at all.He took us to see the car without mentioning anything about the car features and only asked stupid questions as we are an exporters. No intention to sale the car.His unprofessional work make me wonder if he is actually a sale person. He ruin my whole trip and impression about land rover.Would never come back to this dealership again no matter what.I would recommend ( Ron from Prestige range rover in NJ and Rob in Wilmington) ifyou still love and want the car.

When I arrived to Landrover in Princeton the salesperson I was there to see was Sandy. Sandy was in the middle with another customer at the time, but greeted me to acknowledge my presence. He had Pat take me on a test drive in my car of choice, which was an experience I will not forget. Pat pulled up to a huge boulder and told us we were going to drive over it- we did. I was so scared, but even more scared when the car was tilted on a huge slant for the next course. Pat explained that any other car (brand) would have tipped over at this point. Although I was super scared, Pat proved to me that this car is true to what it states. Pat answered all of our questions and provided further insight. When we arrived back to the dealership after the fifteen minute or so test drive, Sandy was waiting for us to discuss the car. Sandy worked diligently to get the price to where I needed it to be. Unlike other car dealerships where there is a lot of waiting around and the customer feels like the dealer is scheming, I never felt that way at all. After the weekend had passed Landrover in Princeton followed up with me Monday morning with the great news of a low interest rate and approval. They took on the task of contacting my insurance company to set everything up so I didn't have to make any phone calls. I have to mention that they also gave me a great price for my trade in. From start to finish I was very pleased with Landrover in Princeton and would recommend them to anyone.

I just purchased a dealership "loaner" 2011 LR2 from Joel, and had a really great experience. This is my first LR, and so far, I'm thrilled! I found Joel to be patient, informative, friendly, candid and helpful in explaining the truck to me. It was a no-pressure situation - Joel was great that way! We showed up unannounced at 1pm from Philadelphia and drove off the lot by 4:30 that same day in our new truck. Joel and his team were extremely accomodating with us -- knowing that we preferred to not have to return later in the week to pick up the vehicle. Assuming my excitement with Landrover vehicle performance continues, I would definitely return to Princeton to see Joel when I'm ready for a new car! I purchased my first Landrover at Monmouth Landrover. The salesman was very polite and honest but the service person wasn't the greatest. I had problems with the vehicle and she said they couldnt be fixed unless the computer said there was something wrong. Well,I drove away a few times unhappy and still with problems and noises. She also had an attitude! idecided to try another place and Princeton was it.... All my problems got taken care of the first time. They went out of their way and even gave me a loaner car for the vehicle Ieased at Monmouth. The staff has always taken care of me and I never feel BRUSHED OFF. Friendly and prompt. I now am leasing a new Landrover LR4 from Princeton Landrover because they took care of me and did the right thing. Service is what people are looking for. Especially friendly service. I feel like Iam at home when Iam there and will continue to lease from them in the future.

Princeton is 1hr and 20 minutes from my house but I would go back again! This is my 4th Landrover and I have been completely happy with every aspect of my experience at the Princeton Dealership. From sales to service, they all provide the best customer service and are always welcoming. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else for my new SUV.

I own a 07 LR3 and called for a service appointment as I was going to be in Princeton on business. Lindsay Lefkus could not have been more helpful in setting up the last minute appointment. Lindsay truly went above and beyond her duties in setting me up for the appointment and working with me to get my truck completed the same day. Paul Berube was also helpful in diagnosing the issues which turned out to be simple maintenenance. The dealership is friendly and offers a nice customer waiting area.

The service I got was absolutely top notch. I bought this vehicle from Princeton a couple months ago, even though I live in CT, simply because every step of the way I was dealt with properly.Then when I needed a repair I took it to my local dealer twice but they couldn't fix it and also hardly cared. Rather than send it to them a 3rd time I called Princeton and they drove out, picked it up, fixed it and rushed it back to me so I could have it before the w/e.Bottom line is they honored the committment they made to me when they sold me the vehicle.AND to top it off, they not only washed it but they vacuumed it as well. So I am great shape for this weekend's road trip.This is how you run a business!When I upgrade, I will drive the hour and a half and buy from them again.Thanks

We recently came to the end of a lease on an LR3. They are fabulous vehicles, but too big for us. Pat helped us find the right car, which for us was an LR2. He was amazingly patient. We visited the dealership several times over a couple months and then probably four more times in a week and a half. No pressure, always a smile, talk about our families. All the test drives we wanted. At one point, someone said to us that we would miss them if we didn't buy a Land Rover. And it's true. Have you ever had a car dealer you would miss? This dealership is the one. And our LR2 is great.

I went looking for a new or loaner LR2. The moment inside the door it was a 10+++. There was no high pressure sales pitch. Took a test drive, got information and then went back the following day. I have given 5 star ratings mainly due to salesman, but also LOVE my new Landrover. Joel was easy to talk to, very knowlegable, NOT pushy and very enthusiastic about Landrover. He promoted Landrover, rather than dispromoting other brands, something which came as a pleasant surprise as this was the case at other dealerships I visited. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone interested in a new or preowned car.

Great Dealership!!! Very professional and friendly. Joel took the time to fully explain the vehicle features and their operation - we pushed every sigle button, took a road test, and a ride over their offroad demo course (even helped me set-up the blue-tooth phone - It was actually quite easy!). Jorge negotiated the sale of my RR Sport. The prices are excellent and were explained in detail on paper for me to review later. I never felt pressured to make a decision ... both the LR4 and Range Rover Sport are fantastic, so it wasn't easy to pick just one!). Mike Krail handled the financing and paperwork - which went flawlessly - I couldn't even find a type error! BTW: 0.9% financing - can't beat that.

Was able to secure a service appointment within a day. They were able to complete the service within a day. Only comment - use color plastic gloves instead of black. Its much easier to spot if someone forgot to remove it after service is completed.

I've been dealing with LR Princeton for over 10 years, with three different vehicles. In every case, they have met or exceeded my expectations. I've found the service staff to be very knowledgeable with regard to the required service intervals, and helping to resolve questions. In one particular case, my LR needed a part that was not immediately available, and since I was leaving on a trip the next day, they removed the part from another vehicle and sent me on my way without any delay in my schedule!! I would not take my LR anywhere else!!

This is the best new car experience I have EVER had! Walked out of BMW dealer after nobody even acknowledged me. Never received the promised quote from Porsche although I had been a previous customer with a Cayenne Turbo. Had an Audi Q7 and they completely dropped the ball this time. Obviously no interest in keeping an existing customer. Princeton Land Rover was fantastic from the first time I came to look at the vehicle through the day I drove my Range Rover off the lot. Salesman Pat Koberlein knew the vehicle inside out and was so appreciative of my business. Not always the case when women look for cars on their own, as evidenced by the BMW salesmen who never even bothered to get out of the chairs to help me as I walked for several minutes through the showroom! Jorge Figueroa the VP and General Manager came over to meet me the first day I was in the showroom and walked me to my new car the day I purchased it, profusely thanking me for my business and reminding me the entire team was there no matter what I needed. Excellent discount on car and special program that gave me an additional $2,500 off because I had an existing leased vehicle. Outstanding service all around!!! Buy a car at Land Rover Princeton and you won't be sorry!

The service department staff at Princeton Land Rover are the best. Very accommodating. You can always get a loaner, and there are the extras that make the owner/dealer relationship better than elsewhere. An example. The PLR had a promotion on tires: buy 3 get the fourth for free. We bought two tires and then, a couple weeks later, we bought two more. The service department gave me the promotion value, although I did not buy all four at the same time. We have owned other cars similar in price to the LR and I know that dealer would not have given me the fourth tire for free. This is an example of why the PLR service department is the best.

We have been looking for a luxury medium sized SUV for my wife for about a month and have therefore been to a number of the local luxury car dealers (Lexus, Acura etc). All of the SUVs we looked at were really nice and there was not a lot between them in terms of quality, price etc - basically you could flip a coin and know you were getting something you were going to enjoy having in your driveway. The reason we bought at Princeton Land Rover was therefore based on the quality of the customer service as much as the quality of the product - no pressure, no hard sell, just a very pleasant, easy experience from start to finish that was head and shoulders above the other car dealerships we went to test drive cars. At one place (no brand name mentioned) the salesman asked my wife what she currently drove and when she told him a BMW he spent the next 20 minutes basically describing how awful BMW's were compared to an Acura (whoops!) - nothing quite like telling a potential buyer that she has poor judgement to kill a sale! My advice is that if you are in the market for a luxury vehicle that you go talk to Pat at Princeton Land Rover. He is a nice guy with a lot of years and experience under his belt who you just know up front is going to tell you the truth and not pressure you or try to rip you off. For the record, we ended up buying a 6 month old 2010 LR2 with a luxury package that had been used as a loaner and had about 6k miles on the odometer - still basically brand new (still has the new car smell!)without the brand new price. My wife is very happy and one thing I have learned is that happy wife means happy life!

I drove over an hour an a half to visit this dealership as they had the car that I wanted. After speaking with them over the phone I knew it would be an excellent experience. The staff was very knowlegable about the cars, I also liked the fact that they only deal with one brand. I was especially impressed with the General Manager taking the time to make sure my time and experience was positive. I have since brought my car in for a minor service at another dealership and will travel the extra distance the next time to Princeton as the service was just not nearly as good. I would highly recommend this dealership.
