This is how a dealership should operate, they take care of you where it matters and go the extra mile without question. I drive an hour from my house to go to this dealership rather than the one close to me in North Miami, because the north Miami Range Rover has no respect for their clients. Wonderful service experience at Land Rover. My service advisor, Ana, was amazing. She is very knowledgeable and explained in detail everything that would be performed on my car. She advised me of the amount of time needed and gave me the pricing. I received a loaner, and was out of the door in no time time. Upon completion of the service, my car was cleaned and vacuumed. Would definitely recommend Land Rover South Dade to everyone.

Not many car dealerships are honest or want to work with you. Stefan at Land Rover in South Dade is the OPPOSITE OF THAT! I am on my second purchase with this dealership and Stefan. He’s extremely knowledgeable on inventory and pays attention to what the customer wants. This dealership will work with you and not try to get over on you. From Stefan to the Finance Managers, I have no complaints. I will forever be a loyal customer due to how they treated me with dignity and respect. Stefan knows his cars and has great input and recommendations to help you really find what you need! As most of my friends and family know, I am a bit of a car buff and have gone through quite a few cars in my driving history. My most recent toy of choice was a CPO Range Rover Sport. There isn't a whole lot of inventory of these with the particular options and color combination I was looking for in the general Florida vicinity which led me to a search that spanned a few weeks. I was pleasantly surprised when I found one I wanted at a reasonable price at this dealership in Miami. I promptly submitted an internet inquiry and was contacted the following day. The sales person, Victor Navarro, got some information from me on what I was looking for and information on my trade in and told me he would follow up with me in about 24 hours. Three days went by without any contact and I kept receiving automated emails from the dealer on if I had found everything I was looking for. I decided to reply and indicated no one every contacted me back after my initial inquiry a few days prior. I was contacted by Victor later that day advising the car I was inquiring about sold the same day I had submitted my inquiry. I thought this was quite coincidental and also questioned why he couldn't be bothered to contact me back to let me know that. I received no legitimate explanation, but he did advise they just took in a lease vehicle that had only 9k miles and a majority of the options I wanted. He advised he would get back to me once he could verify the condition of the car and the trade figures for my car. Once again this struck me as odd as he advised me he was going to talk to his used car manager about my trade almost a week prior when we had initially spoken. I guess this never happened, so I patiently waited again for him to contact me back. Once again, almost 48 hours passed and no contact so I called back and Victor advised me that the car was available but was in service being certified for the CPO designation so he didn't call me back. He provided me with pricing and a very low figure for my trade. He and I discussed what KBB and CarMax offers for my trade were and he advised he would revisit the issue with his used car manager again. In the meantime, I knew I'd want to move forward with this car as it was priced well and had all of the features and very low miles. I decided at this point I would not want to deal with the financing department at this dealership as the lack of service I was receiving from a luxury car dealership was less than what you would get from a local used car lot. I contacted my credit union and began the loan application process as I knew their interest rate would not be beat either. The next day Victor contacted me and we went back and forth a few times before they agreed to what I wanted to pay for the car and what I wanted for my trade in. Thank god this was all done over email as I would have lost my mind had I been at the dealership dealing with such ineptitude. It took a few days for my credit union and the dealer to figure out how they would get the draft as I would also need to drive 5 hours down to Miami to pick up the car and sign all the papers. I took a day off work once I knew that the credit union and the dealer had all their ducks in a row. Fast forward to 2 weeks after I submitted my initial internet inquiry. I had asked Victor to have everything ready so I could get in and out in very little time as the financing and numbers were all in order and all I had to do was sign some papers and drive off. I was planning to drive 5 hours down, complete the deal and drive 5 hours back home all in one day. I drove down to Miami and arrived at the dealer around noon, met with Victor, and test drove the car I was going to be purchasing. At that point all that needed to be done was signing of the papers. It took almost 2.5 hours after I arrived to get into the finance office. That process took all but 10 minutes. Most of the time I was left in the waiting area/showroom floor with my sales person, no where to be found. I've bought plenty of luxury and high end vehicles and have never felt so unappreciated as a customer as I have through this buying experience. I finally left the dealer 3 hours after arriving, before which my sales person had to flag me down as I was about to turn out of the dealership on my way home because they forgot to have me sign something. Mind you spending this kind of money on a car doesn't even get you a license plate frame or key chain or anything, which I found odd as well as Kias, Hondas, and Toyotas I've purchased before have even offered that small token of customer appreciation. Im so glad that I decided not to finance through the dealer as I wouldnt have wanted them to make one more cent off this deal given how ridiculous this process had been so far. My last experience with the dealership came the next day and was also negative as well, which wasn't a shock at the rate this experience had gone over the past 2 weeks. I noticed once I drove the 5 hours home that the luggage cargo cover was missing in the rear. I texted Victor to inquire about getting a replacement as it must have been left at the dealer. He replied a short while later advising it was a used car and there was nothing that could be done about it. He would follow up with the prior owner but that was 2 days ago now and no contact back so Im assuming now that the sale is complete no one really cares about following up or me as a customer. They didnt bother when I was a potential customer so my expectations are not high on hearing back. My gripe comes with that fact that this is a CPO car so shouldnt it be sold like a new car since youre paying for that extra piece of mind over a regular used car? My next course of action will be to contact JLR corporate customer relations to find out what other avenues I may have given the lack of respect I seem to receive from this place. Youd think a customer would be treated a little bit better given the investment theyve made and would be better valued for their business.

Our son attends the Univ. of Miami and his LR4 wouldn't start. I was visiting for Family weekend from Tampa and wanted to get it taken care of before we returned to Tampa on Sunday. I arrived on Friday, contacted Land Rover South Dade, they helped me arrange to have the vehicle picked up and scheduled a service appointment on Saturday morning. Nicole McDonald was my service consultant and she was friendly, understanding of my limited time and need to have problem resolved before I left Miami. She got my vehicle right in, kept me updated and had me out the door and back to the rest of the family in under two hours. I will definitely recommend Nicole and Land Rover of South Dade to all.

We recently purchase a Range Rover Evoque and John was beyond amazing.. Working with us to find us the best solution. I could not go to pick up the car because I had to work late hours and they were kind enough to bring the car to my place of work AND provide us specialized training right there and then! Cristina Ramos, our service advisor, was very informative, helpful and extremely sweet at all times.. I would not buy a car from this dealership if it was the last car on earth. we arrived 100 percent ready to buy but the sales person was so rude and unhelpful. he didn't want to be bothered. he didn't know the price of the vehicle. he would not take us a test drive. he would not answer any questions. we finally left feeling very disappointed. we did buy a Land Rover but from someone else.

I have owned my 2015 Range Rover HSE for about 5 months when I received a recall notice. I was a little disappointed when I received this recall notice for my $100,000.00 plus car but I understand things happen, especially when you are dealing with today's technology. Regardless, I had to take time out of my extremely busy days to set up an appointment to get the recall issue fixed. I had planned and expected it to take a few hours to complete but to my pleasant surprise, LandRover South Dade was able to resolve the issue within 30 minutes. I went to this dealer looking for a second vehicle, with a very specific number in mind that I wanted to spend. I met with Leo Visconti and told him my exact situation, and he pulled every string possible to make sure that I left with the price that I WAS comfortable with, and made sure it was the vehicle I wanted. When I stopped by the dealership the following day to drop off a check, I mentioned to him that as soon as I drove the vehicle for a little while, a "600 miles to service" message came up on the dash, and he quickly went to service and arranged for a service for me. Great service from the Salesperson all the way to the Finance Manager, definitely a dealer that I intend to return to. Thanks guys!

I had quite a pleasant experience with Alfred Morrell at the Warren Henry Dealership. I had an idea of what I wanted but was unsure of which model would best suit my needs. Alfred, professional, pleasant and knowledgeable explained the features and benefits of the different models. At no time was there any pressure to "make the deal". I made my purchase, he gave me the instructional time and I drove away in my new Land Rover. His service did not end as the tail lights disappeared. I have since then called him numerous times with questions regarding my vehicle. Each and every time, he took the call, took care of me and never rushed me off the phone. He is easy to work with and a "straight shooter". Empty promises were not in his vocabulary. I feel confident that I made the right choice at Warren Henry. I am also confident that should an issue arise, he will see to it that the issue is taken care of.

As for the cars lol well you have to love them lol because you will spend quite few moments at the dealer for service, so thank god we have such a magnificent crew in the service department. Very pleased. If you need to service your land rover, and trust me you will lol, they are dealer magnets, but i loved them, you need to see Marilu Acosta she will treat you like family.

I cannot say enough about the excellent service provided by the service advisor Marilu Acosta, in this dealership. Every time I need service, she is there for the customer, is attentive to my needs, and makes sure that the work is done efficiently and within a reasonable amount of time. She thoroughly checks the vehicle to make sure that all is covered and nothing is left unattended. The prices for the parts may not be the best, but the service is definitely worth the experience. I looked online for the perfect used car for my wife. I called and spoke to Alfred Fernandez at length about the car as I would be driving four hours to get there. He made me very comfortable about what I would be seeing once I arrived. The car was exactly as described and I was very happy.Since I was in a hurry to get back to my hometown I was hoping not to waste much time on the paperwork. It was all set and ready to go. We have been coming to Land Rover South Dade for almost 2 years now. It is not close and there is almost always traffic from where we live but Ramon Piedra and the whole team at South Dade are so nice, welcoming, helpful and fast it is well worth it. I live in the Florida Keys in the winter and the nearest Range Rover dealership is in South Dade. On several occasions I have taken my car in for routine service but last week I had an emergency. Two days before I was driving to Ohio with my golden retriever, I noticed the engine was making an unusual noise. I called MaryLu Acosta, explained my situation. She got me in the next morning for a diagnostic visit. As it turned out, I needed a new water pump. The part was not in stock and needed to be ordered. Within minutes, she had me in a loaner and ordered the part. The next day around noon, my car was ready for pickup. As a result, my trip was not delayed, and most importantly I arrived home in Ohio without car trouble.

I've bought a number of cars in my 64 years, and this is the best experience I've had buying from a dealership. Robert Avila, the salesman, was never pushy at all. He asked questions, and really listened to what we had to say. Once he understood what we were looking for, he provided us the information, test drive, and everything else we hoped to know. We got a used 2010 VW Jetta, which was the car we came to see. He offered, unprompted, the information that the car had been in an accident. He also provided a free CarFacts printout, which showed that the airbags did NOT deploy during the accident. He was gracious to my wife and me, and explained about the construction going on in the office. We believe we dealt with a true professional, who treated us with respect. Excellent!
