This is my 3rd purchase with Jake Kaplan's and I would be hard pressed to go anywhere else. Car buying is one of my least favorite things to do but Sean and John made it easy and painless. They both worked hard to make a deal that would work for me. John was very informative when I picked up my new LR4 and went as far as taking a video and sending it to me the next day when I couldn't figure out how to get the back seats down! Craig,in the finance office, makes the paperwork end of things smooth and seamless. His friendliness makes you want to hang out and chat for awhile. Last but by no means least, Lori, in the service department, has been wonderful to deal with. She goes above and beyond from an oil change to more serious issues. I have purchased and serviced many cars in my life. Everyone I have dealt with at Jake Kaplan's has taken the bar to a whole new level.

I went to Jake Kaplans to look at a Land Rover after only hearig good things about the vehicle(owned two prior) and the dealership. My good friends had each purchased a Range Rover from there and had dealt with John Vallante. When I arrived I met up with John and we looked at and talked about a number of Rovers. I test drove a vehicle and purchased it within minutes. John was frankly the best salesperson I had ever dealt with and continues to be given that I call him from time to time with questions about the vehicle. He always has an answer and immediately follows up. I would urge that anyone interested in a Rover contact John Vallante, you can't miss.

My wife and I went to Land Rover of Warwick to look at a new Rover before heading to the other nearby dealers. I felt all along we'd be back at Land Rover, but we did our due diligence just the same. The attention and detail we got from John Vallante was well beyond what we experienced at the other dealerships. They were all too "Salesy". We bought our LR3 from John 5 years ago went straight to him when we decided it was time for a new car. John is very straight forward, there was no heavy sales push, no get it done by the end of the month, no gimmicks. We negotiated with John via e-mail and quickly put together a great deal. He also didn't laugh when I told him I was trading in my 11 year old minivan, not the LR3! On Halloween we picked up our shiny black Range Rover Sport, 5 years to the day when we picked up the LR3. We will certainly go back to Land Rover of Warwick for our next Land Rover!

My birthday was yesterday October 22, 2012. Came home to a brand new 2013 Range Rover as a surprise, John Vallante actually took time out of his busy schedule to come down to my house with the car as it was a surprise gift. Besides actually being present and taking part in keeping it, and making it a surprise, he took the time to show me all the ins-and-outs, features and other details about the car. Incredible amount of kindess to be present and leave Warwick to come down with the car. Since I was younger and when I first started driving, going to the dealership with my family I always would see John who has dealt with my family before, and he always has taken time to talk to me personally and makes the service and process a pleasure. I thank him again and everyone at the dealership for the great service all-around all the time.

Honest, fair and straightforward. Completed my entire negotiation online in less than 1 hour and they beat everyone else's prices. Then they delivered the car up to Boston where I live and threw in registration and inspection sticker. I can't imagine an easier process in buying a car. I recently purchased my fourth Land Rover, the third from Kaplans and the second from John Vallante. Each interaction I have had over the years with Kaplans has been a pleasure both on the sales and service side. There is a great team of people working there including John in sales and Lori and Mike in service. It is great to go to a dealer where you always have the same people to deal with and they remember you and treat you as a valued customer. On a number of occasions my family and I have participated in off-road events organized by Kaplans, these have been great fun and really demonstrated the wonderful, underused, capacity of all the Land Rover vehicles.Speaking specifically of my last purchase, I got a great deal on a great vehicle and John and the sales team made everything so smooth I hardly noticed the process. I even had them swap the wheels off my old LR3 to my new one because I wanted the off-road tired I had purchased at the end of last year, they gave me a loaner while they did that. This morning I heard an interview on NPR where someone was talking about buying a car back in the 60s and how the service was so much better back then, the service they described sounded just like the service I got from Kaplans just a couple of weeks ago, so you dont need to go back in time for great service.

Sean and John proactively reached out to me directly about a trade in of my existing land rover for a new 2012. The transition was seamless. John processed the paper work and set up a time to swap. when i arrived at the dealership, the paperwork was ready, John set up my vehicle and i was back on the road in 15 minutes. Service and follow up have been terrific. i highly recommend these guys.

Being a loyal Land Rover buyer, it was time for us to upgrade from our 2004 Land Rover Discovery... Natural choice was Jake Kaplans in Warwick Rhode Island. I started the process a few weeks ago, but was undecisive. John did not pressure me at all and answered all my questions that I had. On Monday, I decided I wanted the truck but I needed it that day, I called him at 839, and by 1239 with the help of Sean and Craig, John had the deal done. I picked the truck up at 230 that afternoon. I would highly recommend the dealership due to John, Sean, and Craig, as well as Lori for the service department who always goes out of her way.

My recent sales experience with Jake Kaplan's Land Rover was just as I had anticipated, professional and courteous. I received exceptional customer service once again from John Vallante, this is the third Range Rover I have purchased from him and I would not think of purchasing from anyone else. John listens to you, hears what you want and delivers. No pressure to purchase anything more than you communicate you are interested in. After the sale, he takes the time to show you the car in detail and explain all the new features, ensuring you are comfortable. Hope you do not have plans to retire John......I have a few more Rover's to purchase! It is a nice feeling to make such a purchase with someone who you know will take good care of you!

AYear after meeting john he really made me and my wife feel comfortable to come back and specifically look for his help again. Purchased a range rover sport HSE LUX 2011. He gave me plenty of options to go with and most of all made my wife feel really comfortable with him. man he even came in the day he was off In some casual clothing(laughing) to finalize the purchase. This was my first experience purchasing a Land Rover vehicle. I have dealt with many different types of automobiles and this was not our first purchase of a luxury vehicle. John was easy going, not pushy and very informative as to the vehicle and its capabilities and which vehicle would be right for us. The easiest part was the purchase. Both of us were very direct and he (and the dealership) was quick and fair with the transaction. The Range Rover is tremendous and we look forward to being customers of Land Rover for a long time to come. I would highly recommend dealing with John.

To begin with, he has a unique way of understanding exactly what the customers requirements are, and always exectues the transaction without any drama and last minute issues that you typically get from others in the industry. John was a gentleman. He did not put a lot of pressure on us to buy as do some salesmen. It was refreshing to be presented with the facts and be able to make our own relaxed decision to buy. REceived a reply from John with the proper information. Negotiated online via emailI was given the PLatinum treatment with a sight unseen deal. They visited my office took a look at the vehicles. Matched the price of another MA dealership with bonus options.Then I purchased a 2007 Rover and 2008 Supercharger. While I was bored emailed John for a NEW 2011 Whitefor my wife. I must say that I typically have not had a good experience with car dealers - however this was one of the best expereinces I have ever had buying anything. John did everything possible to find the LR2 we wanted with the features and the price point we wanted. He truly created a relationship with both me and my wife. My wife often feels that other dealers treat her like she knows nothing becasue she is a woman. John did the exact opposite. In fact we often joked that he was selling to her and not me. I would strongly recommend anyone who is looking for a car to take the drive out to RI. We live in MA and made the trip out there and never regretted it. John is a great person to do business with and I look forward to buying my next car from him.

This is the second Range Rover I purchased from the dealership and I must say the experience was even better than the first time. I've used this dealership for many years for service and recently purchased a new RRS from them as well. The experience is outstanding overall, and my only complaint is that the service rates for non-warranty vehicles are prohibitive, but that's to be expected at a LR dealer. Ask for Lori in service and John in sales, they're the best!

By far, the best car shopping experience ever! At first, I was very hesitant and paranoid about purchasing a car that was such a long distance away from me; however, when I spoke with Scott Kiefer for the first time, I felt very comfortable going through with it. I worked with both Scott and Craig Rossi(Business Manager), and they were both very upbeat, personable, and helpful throughout. I have had prior in-person purchases at a few dealerships that were mentally exhausting and made me not want to buy a car through a dealer again.
