Originally gave this location five stars, but after purchasing my vehicle from them I had nothing but trouble. I bought a used vehicle that was already broken. They told me that they couldn’t sell a vehicle without it passing inspection, and sold me the vehicle only for me to get home and realize that the wiper blades were nonexistent. The car started leaking coolant, and the AC went out all within the next day. I did buy the car as is, so I understand it’s not their responsibility to fix those problems. They definitely made that clear when I asked if they could help with them. However for the wiper blades, they said they will put them on and I waited at the dealership for three hours while they were replacing them. One of my main issue was with the $1000+ sticker up charge that’s not included in the advertised price for “preparation and fees.” (Added to ALL USED CARS!) Will not be buying another used vehicle from them.

I’ve been searching the KC metro for a used Honda Civic for a fair price. I visited Landmark and Billy Cheatum was extremely helpful. I thought I had picked out the car I wanted after looking at a few but he reached out to me later in the day to tell me to tell me about a better deal that could save me thousands of dollars. It was definitely a MUCH better deal. He took care of a majority of the paperwork while I was away so by the time I was ready to pick up the car it was no more than a 10 minute process.

Landmark made car buying so easy! Alex Ahlschlager was so professional and helpful, He answer all our questions and more. He was very accommodating when we said we needed to think about if we wanted to a buy use or new Jeep, no pressure at all. We ended up buy new because he was able to get us a good deal. Everyone was great From the Manager to the Financial Manager. I will be recommending Landmark to anyone looking to buy a new car.

I wasn't met with a pushy salesman wanting to show me more than what I was allowing myself to spend. I also wasn't made to feel bad that I had a low budget due to owing a lot on my trade in. I had the most horrible experience with this dealership. They don't keep their appointments, hard to find someone to talk to, if you found one will be very rude and not helpful at all. They put prices on their website and other online car search apps and when you go there, they will tell you sorry we can't sell it for this price, we made mistakes on our online prices!! In essence, DO NOT wast your time and find another professional dealership.

Took me right in, told them what I needed, they offered other services (as they should) but when I declined the other services there was no hem hawing or pressure about getting it done.they did my write up on vehicle, told me the cost and went to it.The customer lounge had tv and free cookies ( how great is that?) and vending machines.

Not only did Landmark end up having the best price, but the whole car buying experience was fast, easy, and stress free. Mike took the time listened to me what kind of car I wanted and was not pushy. A lot of salesmen are very pushy and try to sell you what you don't want and do listen. Mike was not that way. Jody was also fun to do business with. He took the time to help me get the release on my trade in. I walked out of there with the right car and price. I guess they just don't keep their inventory updated online. I found a car I was really interested in on cars.com. I double checked their website and was prepared to drive an hour and a half to go look at it right when they opened the next day. Luckily I called first because they did not have the car and nobody seemed to even know what car I was talking about. They then proceeded to try to sell me several other "similar" cars. Very disappointed.

Sales associate Bart was very down to earth and made me feel comfortable choosing a vehicle. I didn't feel like he was just trying to make a sale. I walked away with a car I love. This was my first car buying experience that I would make payments for and some of the other places I visited were not friendly at all and made uncomfortable but Landmark made me feel secure in the decision I was making for me and my family. Definitely recommend purchasing a car from here.

vehicle inventory selection and the great service department was the deciding factor in choosing Landmark Dodge. I have now purchased 3 new vehicles from them. I prefer to buy at the dealership I want to use for service on my warranty work and I love your service department. The sales team is great. My only complaint is the length of time it takes to complete the financing process. Plan on spending 4 hours if you are going to pick out a vehicle and finance it.

Knowing the process and the ways dealerships make money I was aware of the bargaining methods they use in price negotiations and through financing. Friendliness of all employees. Lowell Haike (sp?) helped me with my initial purchase as well as this 3-year application of a paint sealant. I had a question about rubbing out a scratch and instead of leaving me to the body shop's decision he came out with a bottle of rubbing compound and a towel and showed me that it would rub right out. An excellent show of going beyond my expectations. Steve (I don't know his last name) in Service took my truck in for another issue and was there on Saturday when I picked it up. He was personable, professional and efficient and I very much would deal with him again.

My car has been towed multiple times & car is back at Landmark. Even though extremely frustrating & driving rental car instead of my new car, they have been very nice. They are working hard to solve the problem. They worked to get me in touch with tow service & rental car company. Hoping the situation will be resolved quickly but I know its the car & not the outstanding staff taking care of me. Thanks Eddie & Glenn for excellent customer service.

Over the weekend I applied for financing on a vehicle through the dealership's website. As soon as monday came around, I was contacted by a sales person. He couldnt find or wasnt aware of my loan application so, lo and behold, he had to retake my information to process another loan application. The understanding was that the salesman was going to process my loan application and then call me back with the terms. That was at 11 am. I contacted him via email and called him for updates throughout the day so that I could close the transaction. He never once responded to any of my inquires. Finally, at 6 pm, 7 hours after he took my information, he sends me an email saying that a deposit would be required to process my loan application. I emailed him back to ask him how I can make a deposit so that I can have my loan applications processed and close the transaction. He failed to respond until nearly 9 p.m. In his email at 9 p.m., the salesman then tells me the car sold and that he sold it this afternoon, despite our conversations. In addition, I called twice throughout the day and asked two other salesmen to help me close the deal since I clearly was not being helped by the original salesman. They simply said they would check on something and call me back. None had the decency to even call me back. I was a ready and willing buyer. I had applied for financing for that specific vehicle on saturday, was approved, talked to the sales associate this morning before any other people viewed the car, and would have taken any step necessary to close the sale for that vehicle. Instead of staying in touch with me to let me know additional items were required, he completely avoided me and sold the car to someone else. And the other salesman that I talked to completely refused to provide any assistance to me. This is the absolute worst car shopping experience I have ever had and I would discourage anyone from shopping here. How a company treats its customers reflects the overall quality of that company. And any company that allows its employees to be so dismissive of customers in the way that its employees were dismissive with me, is not a company that values its customers or its own brand. I would stay away and save yourself the headache.

Was not happy at all with our experience and did not make a purchase - the sales rep was nice enough however the test drive showed the true colors of this dealer - there was an empty pack of cigarettes in a compartment along with money in the cup holders and dirt on the floors - when asked if the auto was new and just hadn't been detailed yet the sales rep advised "at our low prices, we don't always detail cars" - the auto had a stronger than faint smell of smoke - when asked about the smell the sales rep advised we were possibly smelling his clothing - I told him that it was coming from the vents and asked if that would be addressed and he said "would that really be a deal breaker?" - my spouse and I left that day uncertain if we would come back and the phone calls after ensured we would not - within 5 mins of leaving the location I rcv'd a voice mail saying that the est of what they would pay for my husbands car was not correct, that it "might be worth more" - I rcv'ed calls on a regular basis after that (2-3 every other day) - I called back on several occasions and asked to not rcv more calls and was told that they would get the message to the sales rep and yet 2 days later another call would come in! I honestly wouldn't have posted this if we didn't have such amazing service today at another area dealer - it blew anything we saw/experienced at landmark out of the water - not only did we get a auto with every bell and whistle on it, but we got it for $3000.00 less than what anything on Landmarks was priced with less features. From the outside looking in, it seemed that Landmark is a bit old school with their selling idea and what they feel work - I know for myself and my family - it did not come close to working and we will never go back!

Chris Jones and Ben are wonderful sells men it took a lot to get my car at landmark but in the end they got me financed with the car I wanted. I test drove the wrong car falling in love with it found out it was out of my price range and Chris managed to get me the car I wanted at a great deal. Beings I had no credit it didn't stop the dealersh ip from finding someone to give me a loan.

I had given an online offer before I went to the dealership. I had an e-mail in which the salesperson stated that "I might be able to get the owner to go as low as $xxxx." I took that as a realistic price. When I arrived at the dealership they told me that the price I had received in the e-mail was not possible. In fact they did not go down at all from their online price. I had driven an hour for the price I had received in the e-mail. They eventually came down $190 which was about $300 more than the price given to me in the e-mail. The managers in the closing process ( which is quite lengthy in my opinion) pretty much gaffed off my complaint. They (closing manager) did try to make up for it by giving me a "discount" on an road hazard plan that did not fit my situation.. I like my car but am not sure that I would trust the dealership again.

bought a 2012 journey, after one year, 26,000 mi. later, my tires are worn to 2/32 on the front, and less than that on the back on one side!! The dealership wanted me to pay for an alignment. In my opinion, this should be covered under warranty!! Sooo, I called another Dodge dealership closer to where I live, and without hesitation, they told me it needs an alignment, bring it in, and warranty would cover it!! Now thats what I expected to hear the first time!!

We live in Kansas, but in order to find the car we wanted had to drive to Independence, Mo. Our salesman, Don, was courteous, personable, not pushy and was very informative on the vehicle we were buying. The price was very fair, so we did not have to negotiate. We could not have asked for a better salesman or smooth transaction! They are cleaning the car and also taking it to OUR mechanic to have it checked out for us! Then our mechanic will report to us. This is a great service that I have never heard of any other dealer doing for their customers. We will definitely recommend Landmark Dodge to others!
