I just want to thank Jim Collins, he was an extremely helpful and knowledgeable salesman, I would recommend asking for him when looking for a vehicle! He went above and beyond to make my truck buying experience a true pleasure. The whole team at Lansdale Chrysler-Dodge-Jeep was fantastic!

Avoid the service center at all cost. I dropped my vehicle off for optional cosmetic work. Myself and my driver took off early from work, as it was a birthday gift and should have been an awesome and quick experience. I was told to come around 1pm and it would be ready in about 2hrs. I was even asked if we were going to wait for the work to be completed. We said we would come back and was told we would get a call. The website states the hours of operation differently from what they really are so when 5 o'clock rolled around and my calls where going to voice-mail I became concerned. I went in first thing in the next morning to find out what was going on and who dropped the ball and was greeted with blank stares from staff who truly could care less. A simple courtesy call saying you are short staffed would have been too easy. I would have happily rescheduled my appt if given the truth but instead I get blamed saying my appointment time was different then when I showed up yet I have reminder texts stating otherwise and confirms what I was told over the phone when the appt was made. No attempt to correct the issue just one staff member staring blankly and the other leaning back in a chair as if he's on break at 7:30 am and couldn't be bothered. Never again. If I could give zero stars I would.

I have been buying and servicing my Jeeps at Lansdale for 20 years. The service people, especially Chris, are great and the most friendly and knowledgeable service people I have ever met. I now bring my Ford there for maintenance because it is so much better than the Ford dealership where I was taking it. This is a great place to do business.

I purchased a like new certified Grand Cherokee. Was very pleased with my salesman Sebastian. He made the experience very easy, and was not pushy at all. He took the time to show us several Grand Cherokees to make sure we found the "one". I love my new Jeep!

Just made a purchase of a Fiat and was well pleased with my experience. From the time of my getting out of my car I was greeted by staff and asked if I needed assistance. The car I wanted wasn't available but they gave me a test drive in a similar car and I was hooked. I was given a price and time to think about the offer. I had to leave town the day of my purchase but arrived back 15 minutes before closing and was still taken care of. They even arranged for me to be picked up at home the next day to get my new car.

I called ahead to make sure car was still available and gave salesman (Rick) my ETA. Rick told me he would secure the keys and call me if there was any trouble. I arrived in time to watch the car disappear around the corner; at the wheel was a guy who had walked in the door shortly before I got there. Rick did not seem interested in informing me what was going on. My friend and I hung around the showroom until the car returned, and then watched it drive away again, this time with another salesman at the wheel. After driving for nearly two hours in nasty traffic to get there (I know: Geography isn't the dealer's fault), I wasn't pleased by the lack of warmth in the welcome. I finally got to test drive the car (Audi TT convertible) and decided it wasn't for me. But even if it had been perfect, I'm not so sure I'd have bought it from this dealer. There WAS another salesman there who was polite and helpful. Ask for that one. The facility is fine, nice & clean, but the lot was so cluttered with Fiats that there didn't seem to be a designated place for customers to park. I parked between a couple of big Ram pickups.

They did nothing but rip me off from minute one. The salesman lied about the vehicle being inspection ready. It has gone through repeated servicing within a week after purchase. He of course could not be reached for items he assured me would be resolved. They last minute placed the AS IS document at the time of signing which was never mentioned in the weeks prior to purchase. The car has died several times on me and now needs major repairs before it will pass inspection which was due 4 months after purchase date. RUN FROM WHAT SEEMS TO GOOD TO BE TRUE. THEY ARE NOTHING MORE THAN A USED CAR LOT SCAM!

While searching cars.com, I found the vehicle I had been looking for, located at Lansdale Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat. I emaled the contact person expressing my interest, and he replied by phone quickly. I was so interested in the vehicle that I put a deposit on it over the phone. That evening I went in, the salesman was great (thanks Sebastian), and just like that I drove home in my new Jeep. Joe

the prices on the dealer's online store is higher than the prices posted in cars.com - a way the company makes buyers to visit their site! I lodged a request online to be contacted for a used car. I have received any call backs since then (1-2 weeks), and ever after my subsequent follow ups.

Was in the market for a small car, Fiat was my first choice after looking at many........ But now add in Fiat of Montgomeryville and this made my choice a clear winner. Thanks to Andrew for making the process clean and trouble free...... Should add I spent some time with one of the owners,,,,, this was without a doubt very pleasurable.

Sorry it's taken me so long to write this review. I bought my car from them in 2010. But anyway, I was looking everywhere for over 6 months for a clean used Jeep Cherokee. Found it at this dealership via cars.com. Drove up from Philly and knew immediately this was the car for me. A 2000 Cherokee Classic with only 35k on the clock. Immaculate condition. I bought that car so fast, you would have been amazed. Sales rep was great, got a great deal, car was fully cleaned, inspected and prepped, paperwork went right thru. Very happy with all of the staff. Took the car to my local mechanic & he was amazed at the quality and condition of the vehicle.

overall had a terrible experience with lansdale dealership. salesmen seemed to be to busy with other things. waited a long time for auto quote and to speak to a salesperson even though made appointment. quote on my used car was way to low. when I finally traded my vehicle in I was able to get way more then what lansdale was offering. the only bright side the place was clean.

I searched extensively thru the Internet and came across a sweet Jeep Wrangler 4 Door on cars.com that was at Lansdale Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM Fiat. This dealer is quite a distance from where I live so I emailed and got all of the information before driving out. The Jeep was better than described by Andrew. They gave me a good trade value and a better interest rate than my Credit Union. Overall it was one of the best car purchase transactions ever. I would recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a pre-owned car.

I had such a great experience buying from FIat of Montgomeryville. The family-friendly atmosphere was very welcoming. Andrew and Geoff were knowledgable, helpful and easy to work with. I leased a 2013 fiat and traded in my previous car and was given a great price and a great trade-in value. At no point did I feel pressured or overwhelmed. Afterwards they took the time to get me acclimated with all the great new features in my new car. I recommend this dealership for anyone interested in a Fiat.

The finance manager Jeramy is most helpful , returns all calls and will explain all warranties Available with out trying to push one one you. Excellent team. Great buying experience. They put false advertisements up of cars that are not even available. I've seen thm put up pictures of the same car 3 different times claiming to be a different car. This is a pathetic lying dealership
