I just want to thank Jim Collins, he was an extremely helpful and knowledgeable salesman, I would recommend asking for him when looking for a vehicle! He went above and beyond to make my truck buying experience a true pleasure. The whole team at Lansdale Chrysler-Dodge-Jeep was fantastic!

Avoid the service center at all cost. I dropped my vehicle off for optional cosmetic work. Myself and my driver took off early from work, as it was a birthday gift and should have been an awesome and quick experience. I was told to come around 1pm and it would be ready in about 2hrs. I was even asked if we were going to wait for the work to be completed. We said we would come back and was told we would get a call. The website states the hours of operation differently from what they really are so when 5 o'clock rolled around and my calls where going to voice-mail I became concerned. I went in first thing in the next morning to find out what was going on and who dropped the ball and was greeted with blank stares from staff who truly could care less. A simple courtesy call saying you are short staffed would have been too easy. I would have happily rescheduled my appt if given the truth but instead I get blamed saying my appointment time was different then when I showed up yet I have reminder texts stating otherwise and confirms what I was told over the phone when the appt was made. No attempt to correct the issue just one staff member staring blankly and the other leaning back in a chair as if he's on break at 7:30 am and couldn't be bothered. Never again. If I could give zero stars I would.

I edited my review and reduced the rating to 1 star, solely based on the service department. The service advisors are rude and know very little about current model Challengers. The deal breaker for me was when one of their employees broke the clips on my passenger seat backing while trying to fix the seat release lever and tucked it away to see if I wouldn't notice. Needless to say I noticed as the back would slide off periodically and I went to Fred Beans Dodge who fixed the seat without charge. If you value your car, do not go to Lansdale CDJR. I drive 30 minutes to avoid them. Step it up service department, your customers deserve better.

Had a wonderful experience here. Recieved a prompt phonecall and was in the next day to test drive and purchase the car. Both Matthew and Andrew were extremely professional, personable, and made it an enjoyable, stress free experience. I would most definitely recommend to any looking for a vehicle.

We brought our 2006 Sebring Convertible in because there had been a loud noise in the front end. Of course, several days before our appointment the noise was goine! We asked if we could get the oil changed and have a bulb replaced in one of the headlights. Chris was nice enough to ask if we still wanted the front end checked. We said yes. Nothing was found, but Chris said if it happened again to bring it in while it was happening. Sure enough, it happened about 15 minutes after we left. We returned, and the noise stopped! But Michael, one of the mechanics, came out and discovered the problem. We were impressed with everyone's honesty and professional conduct. We hightly recommend Lansdale and are happy to have them service our car! Thanks Chris! Thanks Michael!

When I was in the market for a new vehicle, I decided to put it out on the internet and Lansdale was one of the dealers that responded. The gentleman that contacted me was friendly and professional and knew what he was talking about, but not pushy. Definitely the best of the four that contacted me. I had plans of visiting two of them before deciding who to deal with but all it took was the one visit to Lansdale. I knew what I wanted and knew pricing ahead of time so knew that I was getting a good deal. I came out of there feeling great and I love my Grand Cherokee. My vehicle is now 1.5 years old and I drive 40 miles to get it serviced there. It seems like everyone there is friendly and I've never had a bad experience. I'm always treated well and it's worth the drive. So please do your self a favor when looking and check these folks out. I was there just a couple of days ago because I had a minor fender bender and they fixed it up very quickly.
