Took 9 days to do what a mechanic did in 3 hr (same car same problem) took it in on a Monday after a road trip after being told by total care it would be taken care of they got me a rental car for free 2016 jeep going it getting it back on the next Wednesday. Carpets were wet told them when I took it in and to total care let it sit in the az sun wet for 8 days then told me nothing they can do. After telling me they would take car of it no problem the kicker is the rental car was only free for he estimated days so I have a bill of ????$$$$ to pay after that event tho they have had my car all on an appointment that there "Chrysler care" set up and told me there will be no problem

Recently bought a used car from this dealership. Salesman made the claim the used car was "inspected" and we would have all issues repaired upon inspection. This didn't happen... He complained about replacing (vs. repair of ) the damaged windshield. Stated a ding in the side of the car would be repaired. It wasn't. Unless you count a little paint as repair.Less than two months later the AC quits. We bring it in for repair and their "90 day" free check up. What they don't tell you is your appointment time is a "check in" time and your car may not be "diagnosed" for 2 or 3 days.We drop the car off at 0800... Then hear nothing. Eight hours later we call Dustin in service... He tells us it just got into a maintenance bay and may not be ready for 2 or 3 days... On top of the day wasted languishing in their parking lot.When pressed as to why we weren't informed of this charade regarding an appointment time, Dustin has the audacity to incorrectly state that he informed me of this when the car was dropped off. "I clearly told you this morning" is absolute BS. He further infuriates us with his response to what are we supposed to do without OUR car for 3 days..."Enterprise is always open"....This dealership's business practices and customer service is beyond horrible and should be avoided at all costs.

Jordan and Branden was wonderful helping me get financed after another Larry Miller dealership was worst.. I went to Larry Miller Nissan in Mesa after working all night then I had to return back to work 7pm have to do 12hrs I didnt get home til 3pm only few hrs of sleep BUT anyway the car I got they put me in NOT the one I wanted so drove car home looked it over passenger door inside where you pull door shut came right out side that tells me that door had problems... Trunk been repainted... All doors have silver nuts the car is black... So they will get car back....i really liked how Larry Miller jeep Chrysler Avondale really helped me my credit wasn't the best....

I was part of the QT diesel fuel in the 87 octane tank episode. The dealer had my car for 12 days. They only cleaned the tank and the fuel lines, they did not replace my spark plugs or fuel filter, so car only ran for about a week before it stopped running again. Fuel filter was full of diesel and the plugs were covered in diesel. Plus they returned my car to me with the check engine soon light on. It was not on before. VERY poor service.

The salesman, Calvin, was very knowledgeable and passed that knowledge of the Jeep Grand Cherokee on to me. He answered questions completely. He was a nice guy and struck me as a true professional through out the meeting. I liked the Grand Cherokee to start with and after listening to Calvin my understanding and desire of the vehicle grew. He told and explained several things about the Grand Cherokee that I was familiar with and also educated me on several terms I was not aware of. Calvin introduced me to a couple of other Jeep employees that I also found knowledgeable and helpful. *BUYERS BEWARE - DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS MENDACIOUS DEALERSHIP* My family and I purchased 2 vehicles from this dealership early 2015 (a new 2015 Jeep Patriot and used 2012 Toyota Tacoma). Although those experiences were great, this dealership recently ruined all of that. I feel the need to speak up because we were extremely pleased with our initial purchases and now feel completely disrespected. I received an email from Johnny Martinez regarding my dads 2012 Toyota Tacoma. The email itself was difficult to understand but from what I could gather it seemed that Larry H. Miller Chrysler Jeep Avondale was informing us of possible recalls and offering to repurchase our vehicle at market value PLUS an additional 10% in order to put us in a newer Chrysler/Jeep. I tried to call and speak to Mr. Martinez but a rep claiming to be his "assistant" offered to help instead. He advised me to take the Tacoma to a Toyota dealership. OK? Made no sense but that's all he said. I was even more confused after this call. So, my dad goes to Larry H Miller Chrysler Jeep himself to speak to someone. After test driving a few vehicles, they offer him $17,000.00 for his Tacoma, claiming that is what the truck is worth. Well, my dad asked for $20,000.00 and reminded them that their email claimed the following: "Please present this letter of NOTICE to the Authorized Manufacturer Re-Purchase Program Representative at the authorized dealer above before May 31, 2016 and receive a Re-Purchase Offer at Fair Market Value plus 10%." Who ever attempted to assist my dad that day decided this potential deal was not worth the effort and was not in the mood to accommodate or find a mutual solution. My dad was obviously upset and left but not before someone asked him to return and talk to a "spanish-speaking rep" so that he can communicate better. This seems is where my blood start to boil a bit. NO, my Mexican born, SoCal raised father who has been speaking english for at least 40 years does NOT require a spanish-speaking rep so that he can "better understand." This was a rude attempt to put him in his place. My dad returns to see the spanish-speaking rep and this individual forgets all about their appointment, reiterates all the same information that my dad already received and understood initially, and finally offers him $13,000.00 for the Tacoma and not a penny more. That's less than what you offered him the first time. Maybe you're "spanish-speaking rep" couldnt translate $17,000.00 correctly. Or maybe you're just trying to get new sales by low balling and misleading your current customers. Why are you guys wasting your time and his? Why are you reaching out to loyal customers just to hassle them and make them feel less than you? This was not a potential customer looking for a cheap deal, this is A LOYAL CUSTOMER who came in to see you because YOU REACHED OUT to us. *BUYERS BEWARE - DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS MENDACIOUS DEALERSHIP*

I came in there a horrible mess. My husband commited suicide in late 08 over this economy . He owned a drywall contracting business and I worked for NASA. We paid cash for new 50+k cars . My credit reflected my downfall not my success and preservence to get back up and survive such horror or my character of putting value in life other than value in the market. I am a voice of adasity in a world blinded by such things like that but I have a long way to being any leader or having any podioum to be herd by anyone. My credit sucked! There was only one car they could finance me . It wasn't ready so by time it was I tried to be happy but Hated it! Hugg! I felt like it was made cheeply. And it ran terrible . I'm sure when they say its ok they mean its ok but everything about it was not right. After I stood my ground despite the fax that may have thrown me and kids under bus. They still offered my down payment money back and I may have shot my own foot here. They have no reason to want to deal with me anymore but they are . In spite of my own self Johnny Martinez general manager is being my obi one and is still trying to help me find MY car. One that will make me proud to have survived what I been though and give me a vehicle to become peer support to others . Its hard task With credit I have and financing i can afford. I'm praying for him to handle me and the task at Hand. His diligence to make the customer happy is noted and saved in my memory bank because I know I have been a pain in xxx. :(

As always i was able to call Dustin and set an appointment to my convenience.Dustin was helpful and patient as I explained my concerns about a noise I was hearing inside the car. He listened and took time to see if he could hear what I was hearing. He was not dismissive or condescending as if I were imagining the noise. He was as always very professional assuring me that he would make sure my concerns were addressed. His knowledge of your product is impeccable. He made sure I understood everything. Horrible horrible experience with this dealership since the first time so we thought why not try to second time maybe they make it better maybe they're actually honest but we got the run about and actually got the rudest manager I've ever dealt with went back and forth giving me attitude totally un professional does not know how to run a business the funny thing is in March of 2015 he sold us a Jeep Wrangler brand new never mentioned it didn't have it AC what new Car nowdays does not have AC of course we forgot to ask because we thought every car comes with AC that was our mistake when we went back to ask the next day they said that that was our problem That's how the car came. Sorry didn't help but they didn't do anything about it okay so we dealt with it we have the Jeep really good condition we upgraded it we added to it we out of the lift kit new tires a Bluetooth screen LED lights and other accessories so we invested $6,000 into it so yesterday when the manager supposably appraised at none of that account he said a lift kit is $500 I'm not sure where he gets his lips done but I've never heard of it being $500 he also said that it wasn't his problem that he couldn't offer us more for a car that didn't have AC so I told them you're the one that sold us his car with no AC he said you should have asked really really unprofessional so I told him I'm giving you the chance to make it better and he said well how do you want me to sell a car with no AC and my response was the same way you sold our car with no AC it was just bad experience going back and forth totally don't recommend it go to another jeep store I have always own jeep my whole life and I've never had this bad experience I hate it I hate it and I regret buying a Jeep my first time regretting buying a Jeep be careful people and obviously if you go to that store make sure your car has AC and make sure they're willing to treat good the next time he satire cheapest was $20,000 and he would probably sell it for 21000 I highly highly doubt that how are you going to sell a 2015 Jeep Wrangler with a lift kit new tires LED lights screen bluetooth for $21,000 he is such a liar the funny thing is he tried to play it its so sad

I stopped going to your business because of this lack of quality. recently I had the need for service on my 2008 Wrangler that went beyond my ability and so I thought that I would suck it up and visit THE DEALER for service. I was pleasantly surprised that the Service staff was significantly changed and that Michael Veselik actually had automotive knowledge and experience. Great job and I am pleased that Management realized that they had an issue in the Service area and it seems to me that Larry H Miller Jeep has addressed the issue and solved it. What a great car buying experience. We live in the far southeast part of the valley, about 3 miles from a different Jeep dealership. I had asked a sales person there to watch for or find a specific Cherokee for me. The service writer took my service request over the phone, and then confirmed when I arrived. I was on time, and so was he. He took the vehicle in and told me how long he expected the work to take. He invited me to wait in the lounge, where coffee and refreshments were available. He invited me to log in to the dealership's WiFi so I could get some work done while I waited. He came and got me when the vehicle was ready (at about the time he expected it to be).

My experience was very bad, this was my first time ever going into a dealership. I was going in to look and getting a price quote and moving on. That was not the case. Mind you I was already approved through my credit union. So I test drive the car and I'm already telling the sales guy over and over again that I'm just here to look and ill be on my way. Then I was ask to go in,and told him again I'm just here to look and get a price quote. Then he wanted to know if I had a trade in, I said yes. Then he said let us take a look and see what's it worth. So he comes back and tell me what it's worth. Then he said wait just a minute. He goes comes back with some numbers and starts tells me if you get the car today your payments will be blah blah blah. Then I'm like no, no , no. Then he gets the sales manager, again with the dang numbers, blah blah blah. He says what's holding you back like 5 times. I told him that I just wanted to get the quote and ill be back if I'm interested. Basically I felt pressured..so pressured that I started crying. And I told the sales guy and sales manager I don't feel right. So they get their finance manager and she breaks it down for me. But I told her again I'm already approved through my credit union. And the sales manager says again what's holding you back. Then I told him that my credit union is closed,then he said oh no their not. They work from home. I thought to myself that doesn't sound right.To make this story short. I ended up getting the car. Which is great. I felt that I was pressured into getting a car I was just looking at. I couldn't even sleep well because of it. I will never ever go there again or even step foot into another car dealership again. Worst worst stressful experience I have ever had.

We asked for an internet quote on an in-stock vehicle. Angela Mather responded promptly, and the negotiations went quickly. Our price was met, so we agreed to the sale before ever leaving home. When we arrived at the dealership about 2 hours later, we were greeted warmly by multiple people while we waited for Angela to finish with a previous customer. Our vehicle was ready for delivery as promised. Our whole purchase experience was easy and positive. Angela was very friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and respectful. We drove three hours to try and get the car my wife wanted. Our first stop was Larry H Miller Chrysler Jeep. We got there and saw the car we were researching and fell in love. We were immediately greeted by Mr. Jeremy Martinez (I believe). He listened to what we wanted and offered us to take a test drive. He went inside and got the keys and I am assuming let the management people know we were taking the car for a ride. It was an awesome 15 minute test drive! We thought we were going to get our car from them. Little did we know, as we began to start the paperwork, Mr. Martinez found out that another couple was interested in the car too. We figured we were there first so it wouldn't be a big deal unless our deal fell through. We finished our application and Mr Martinez took our application to the floor manager. Soon as they ran our credit...Donnngg! The sound of a car being sold could be heard. The face on Mr. Martinez said it all. The car that my wife and I test drove not more that 15 minutes ago was now owned by another couple. Disgust and anger is what I felt. Not towards the other couple but towards the people who knew that they were selling this car and still decided to run down our credit score in hopes we would be open to another vehicle. This put the wife and I in a pretty bad mood. Shame on you!! Looking at Mr. Martinez it seemed he felt the same way and profusely apologized about what had transpired. We decided to go look at a similar car at Acura of Peoria. Rey Jacinto was beyond professional. Not only was he interested in helping us, he was interested in helping us get a good deal. He was very knowledgeable about the car and the previous owners. The best part is he didn't try to BS us. David Page was my sales rep-he listened listened listened and found me the car i wanted. I received the price/pymnt I wanted only to find out that car was already sold ! Thats not on him as we found it out back right off the carrier. Tha BIG dogs in the box should have known. David found the same car in Tucson and went to pikitup that afternoon. Frank from corporate honored the already agreed upon price. I ended up with free window tint. I caught David washing & prepping my car !! Once we hit finance however it was push push push on GAP Ins and this/that protection. $700 GAP I did not want but finance found a magic "coupon" for $400 off !!! really fells' s. Went to a another auto shop for other services and when I brought my car to Larry miller and explained to them what I was told Mike took extremely good care of my car and called me while they had the car and told me what they would do to fix the on going problem. Very understanding man. I do not know anything about cars but I do know my car. They found another major problem called me and took care of it. The experience was great overall. I bought a Jeep Overland, 4x4 ,eco-diesel that had 2 mx issues within the first 9 days and was then in the shop for the following 8 days. I explained to Johnny that my wife and I weren't comfortable with the car given the immediate problems it had and wanted a new vehicle, same Jeep without the issues. The car hadn't been titled yet so Johnny took our Jeep back and exchanged it for the same Jeep that was in transit. Both the Johnny and our salesman, Joe Scripiletti were very professional and extremely nice. This is the second Jeep we've bought from this dealer, and we would recommend this dealer to any potential Jeep buyer.

I have to say that Shant and Gino were incredibly easy to work with and they both seem genuinely happy to do their jobs and provide excellent customer satisfaction. DAVID PALMER greeted us and took us to see a huge selection of Jeep Patriots without wasting a minute. (It was almost too many cars to choose from, but we narrowed it down to the color I wanted and went from there.) I was impressed with how much David knew about each of the models and their various features. He found me the perfect Patriot Sport! I LOVE this car. Then it was on to the "details" (paperwork). Unbelievably, the time flew and, before we realized it, all the paperwork was done and we had a "smokin' deal." Turns out he was telling the truth: IT WAS LESS EXPENSIVE TO BUY A NEW CAR THAN A USED ONE.Next, we sat down with Eddie Zamora, who made the financing forms fly by in no time. Again, a smokin' deal --- and we are covered bumper to bumper for 60 months. I love that I can continue to park close-in wherever I go, knowing that all dings and dents will be repaired professionally for FREE. No limit!. Larry Miller Chrysler has always provided excellent service on my Chrysler 300 over the past 2 years. I bought it from them and every time I've needed service they have always fixed it right the first time and on time. It's a 20 mile drive, one way, to take it there and I pass by three other Chrysler dealers just to get there. I really believe in their Service Department!This trip I needed a new set of tires. After checking the competition I found that Larry Miller had the same price as the service centers that specialize only in tires. Larry Miller was the only one that had them in stock and could install them on Saturday. Quick trip to the dealership and an hour later I was on my way with new tires. Couldn't have been a better experience.

We received an advertiser offering numerous prizes on their current sale. So we stopped by and after finding we'd won $5.00 we obviously got the "what we can do for you pitch?" I told them I "MIGHT" consider a new van.So I was offered a drive on a Town & Country with 53000 miles on it. It drove ok but no way were we going to go from a vehicle with 25000 Miles to one with those miles. We were "approved" and were offered a a 2013 with 8000 Miles for $22000 and we were refused the interest rate amount. So we left, with the message come back tomorrow.Upon investigating further on the internet I discovered: The original van was a 2010, with 3 previous owners. Larry Miller Dodge, in the same mall had dozens of new caravans on their lot with prices starting in the high teens.So the old game of bait 'em and switch them is alive and well...For them.

From my salesman to my finance manager I felt as if they were looking out for me and not the business. The salesman I worked with was named Richard, and he was extremely helpful and courteous, not a high pressure salesman like what you typically get from a dealership. I wasn't able to get to the dealership until late in the evening due to my work schedule, and he stuck around until 11:30pm to help get the deal done. Over the course of the next few weeks, we test drove a few different Jeeps and checked out a few different dealerships as well. Larry H Miller was by far the friendliest and most helpful. They has our list of what we wanted and said that they would give us a call if they got something that fit our requirements...(which i expected would be a while, since I was being SOOO picky!) But, after just 3 weeks total, we received the phone call that changed my life as I know it! The PERFECT JEEP came onto their lot and they called me right away! Long story short, we bought our DREAM JEEP and got more than we bargained for at a better price than we expected! Everyone that we dealt with was very friendly, professional and genuine. Shelly took care of getting to know us and let us know a bit about herself and her life as a sales person in the car business. She was easy to talk with and took care of our needs and also was there to make sure we were hydrated with plenty bottles of water. Mike helped crunch the financial numbers to make sure i was able to stay within my budget. Also he offered us pizza when he knew we were kind of hungry since it was lunch time. Just today, I decided to buy a new Jeep Patriot. I spoke with Gordon Byrn and from our very first conversation I felt I was dealing with a true professional. Once I arrived at the dealership I was trerated as if I was part of the family. Gordon Byrn had the new Jeep Patriot I wanted to buy out in front of the dealership. He made me instantly feel right at home. He expalined all the items avaliable on the vehicle. We then took a test drive while our trade in was being appraised. Once back at the dealership, I completed all the necessary paper work and told Gordon what I wanted for my vehicle and what I expected as a monthly payment. Gordon met with his superiors and returned with figures that I knew was fair. I accepted their offer and purchased the vehicle. I consider Gordon Byrn to be a highly professional employee of Avondale Jeep. I felt really comfortable working with himm during the entire buying process. After meeting with the Finance Department, Gordon Byrn again demonstrated all the items available on the Jeep and assured me that I was a valuable customer. Ron Sedakis - Financed Department. Mr. Sedakis treated me in a highly professional manner during the paerwork portion. He explained all my avaliable options to me and did an outstanding job of getting me the best interest rate. He worked really hard to provide me with a Premium Extended Waranty program for my Jeep. Mr. Sedakis is likewise a truly professional person. During my time at the dealership, many people came up and introduced themselves and thanking me for my business.

I was just looking around at cars. When i was approached by Brian Stenson (sales). He was very nice ,knowlegable and friendly.We took a Camaro for a ride, good conversation and know pressure.We did some numbers and he introduced me to his finance guy Ron Sedakis very friendly cool guy. These two guys were great to deal with and gave me a good deal.All the sales people were friendly and congradulated me on my new car purchase. But as good as Brian was next time i buy, it will be from Angela she is the most beautiful salesperson i have ever seen,sorry Brian.Now i am the happy owner of a SS Camaro. I would highly recommend this dealership and especially like to recognize Bobby Thalacker! From day one he has gone above and beyond his way to find me exactly what I was looking for. I never felt pressured or pushed into buying a vehicle right away. from walking out of the dealership the first day, he was always adamant about calling me to let me know what vehicles were in the state of Arizona and what vehicles were on their way from Detroit. He continued this for weeks until just this week he finally was able to match the exact vehicle to all my specifications I was looking for! We went to Avondale Jeep looking to stay within a specific price range. Chad greeted us with a warm smile and helped to show us around the lot to see the vehicles that matched our specifications. We were unsure which vehicle would work best, so we filled out the credit application and left it in the hands of the experts to see what we qualified for. Within a few days we had been qualified for an amount that put us in the right price range for the monthly payment that we wanted and Chad had a list of several vehicles that fit into that price range to show us. We were very impressed with how easy going Chad was and how easy it was to work with him. We have had some very poor experiences in the past at different dealers and this experience was a breath of fresh air. We ended up purchasing a 2013 Jeep Compass and absolutely love it! Not once have we had buyers remorse with this purchase. It is perfect!

I came to the dealership to look at the new Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude editions and was greeted immediately by Joe as soon as I pulled up. I didnt feel pressured to look at anything else while I was there. The color I wanted was no longer in stock at Avondale Chrysler/Jeep but we test drove a black one and fell even more in love with the SUV. Upon returning to the lot after a test drive Joe said he had some good news, they had found the cherry red color I wanted at a dealer in Tucson. To top it all off it was at a reduced price because it was the outgoing model year. Joe went above and beyond to get the car pulled into their inventory to get me the exact one I wanted and at an excellent price. Joe personally drove to Tucson to drive it back to their dealership the very next day. The finance manager Ron was extremely friendly and helpful during the approval process and getting me financed. I felt more like I was getting an inside deal than being sold a car. The experience was unlike any I have ever had at any other dealership. I would absolutely recommend this group of people to anyone thinking of getting a new car. Unparalleled service and a friendly staff make the difference and I will most definitely be returning for my next purchase. Went to look at a 2010 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. Allen was filling in for someone else who was with another customer.What a lucky break for me. I have purchased several vehicles in the past and this buying experience surpassed all expectations of an honest, friendly and knowledgable staff, who really put forth an effort to help me choose and finance a jeep just right for me. Paul Horak the salesman met me in the parking lot and was very friendly and knowledgeable about all the Jeep products I had questions about. He was very patient even when I changed my mind about what vehicle I was interested in. I was allowed to test drive both vehicles and he didn't try to force the higher priced one. He answered all of my questions and helped me choose the one just right for me.He made me feel very comfortable and walked me through the whole sales process. He introduced me to the service advisor Dustin Bolton and even sat in the car with me after the sale was completed to explain some of the technology I was unfamilair with..awesome. Ron Sedakis the finance manager went above and beyond helping me obtain the terms for the Jeep that I needed to remain within for my budget. He was not what I consider the typical pushy finance guy. I'm giving this rating because I would like others to know about my experience at Avondale Chrysler Jeep.Let me start by saying I have never purchased a vehicle from a dealership and from horror stories I had heard in the past was very anxious about purchasing a used vehicle from a dealership.I literally had 1 day to buy a new to me vehicle with a limited budget. I had gone to the Toyota dealership right next door and was not pleased with my first experience. I left there thinking...oh my god, this is really going to take all day and be awful...I wearily drove into the Chrysler parking lot and parked..and there was Jordan Scherer..I said to my mom, who was with me, this could be the guy...I hope this is the guy! And he was the guy! He had me out the door in under 2 hours! Jordan was awesome to work with, he knew what he was talking about..I had a lower price in mind but with Jordans' expert advice I did choose a higher priced vehicle. He was so good I bought the second car he showed me. Based on the information I gave him he knew exactly what I needed without me even knowing! I have to say it was an awesome experience and if you're scared of dealerships because of pushy sales people you do not have to worry about that at Avondale Chrysler Jeep.I have to give props to D'Shon Warren in financing, he wrapped up the financing like a pro..he had me all taken care of in less than an hour. Ask for Chad, he is GREAT!My Jeep-Liberty wouldnt start up due to a dead battery. I got towed into Jeep-Avondale, on a Saturday early afternoon (around 1pm). I was told by the guy at the repair department (didnt catch his name) that they couldnt look at my car until Monday morning and there would be a fee of $125 for a diagnostic, and that I could either rent a car at nearby Enterprise or take the bus home. This did not start well at all!!!I went back outside to look at my car and try to figure out how to get out of this repair-guys claws.A Jeep-Avondale representative named Chad asked if I could be helped. Chad was very professional, honest and helpful. He walked me to the spare-parts section and I bought a new battery. A few minutes later, he had the battery installed in my car. My car started up fine and I got to drive home in my Jeep. I paid for the battery, not the diagnostic. I couldnt have been happier, and I couldnt thank him enough for a job so well done.Jeep-Avondale has new management since August, and they are in the process of bettering themselves. I definitely recommend going to Jeep-Avondale, though I suggest avoiding their repair-guy until Jeep-Avondale gets him replaced. I hope they hire more people like Chad!!

Brian was a Godsend! After trying to get a vehicle for such a long time and almost giving up, a friend referred us and we went to see him just to see,but trutfully we had our hopes dashed before that our hearts werent really in it. From the moment we walked in and met Brian I could see this would be a little different. It so nice and and refreshing not to have someone pushy or someone promising us something that he couldnt deliver. Once he got the proper paperwork and we were all set he showed us the Jeep Patriot. And the funny thing is that it was like he knew us so well that it was sitting out ready to be taken for a test drive and that was the one we brought home. Even your finance department was great! Working with us and with the financial institutes to get the best price! We were there from 1pm until 2:30 but the time flew due to the best staff and to Brian who kept everything on schedule because he knew we had to go to work at 3pm. He even filled the tank with gasoline and many wonderful extras! He went above and beyong! This is what I call customer service. Anyone who needs a car I will be sending them to Brian! If you decide to purchase a vehicle I HIGHTLY RECOMMEND AVONDALE JEEP CHRYSLER AND AS FOR BRIAN!Best Salesman ever!

This was my first visit to Avondale.I took my 2001 dodge 2500 work truck in for an oil change and was very happy to find the best service writer in Phx working there.I have always gotten great service from Adam and nothing changed. The Sales guys, Randy and Brian were GREAT. The finance guy Ron was HORRIBLE. Those two statements summarize our entire experience at your dealership. It was an absolutely laughable contrast in experiences between departments.Brian and Randy did really well as a team in making us feel welcome and comfortable doing business with your company while Ron was condescending, egotistical and obviously prefers to belittle the customer. He talks around in circles and never gets to the point. It felt like I was talking to a stereo-typical, plaid jacket wearing used car salesman that can't be trusted. I nearly walked away from this purchase because of Ron but decided that it wouldn't be fair to everyone else.Would I still recommend your dealership to my friends? Yes, BUT STAY AWAY FROM RON!

Had Brand New 2012 Grand Cherokee Overland a few weeks when we noticed transmission fluid drops on our garage floor. Got a service appointment for January 3, 2012. The part was ordered. After much patience in wiping our garage floor every few days and checking fluids ON OUR BRAND NEW JEEP - and no word from Avondale, I called Avondale's service department. They determined that our part was ordered on January 15 and has just been shipped and would be into the dealership within 5 days or so. March 14, the part arrives and I was able to schedule a service appointment for March 22 to get our GRAND CHEROKEE 'S leak corrected - three full months after we took home a leaking car. Realizing our dissatisfaction, we were meet by not only our service consultant but by the New Service Manager - Clint Zelez. He was able to explain the reason it took so long and was more than apologetic for the problem. He further explained that the gasket that was replaced was a reengineered gasket because of the original leak problem. Avondale Chrysler Jeep even cleaned the undercarriage of the leaked transmission fluid and its accumulated dirt and grime. They provided a rental car at their expense while our Grand Cherokee was being repaired. Clint emphasized that in the future when there is a long running service problem due to parts, they will be in closer contact with the customer. Considering the treatment the dealership's management provided us after they became aware of the lengthly problem, I believe our three month wait for a part was an aberration. We like our Grand Cherokee and although we had 2 or 3 drops of transmission fluid to wipe up from the garage floor for months, we would still recommend the car to our friends.

First,i'd like to say our sales guy (Gordon B.) was very friendly and answered all our questions.Even the sales staff not working on my deal would stop to have a chat.I like that because we all know getting a car can take quite some time.They have Popcorn,bottled water and a kid center for children wich was good in my case.Well anyways,I went in for a used 2010 dodge charger (wich i'm driving now) and i am totaly loving the feeling.They had a wide selection in all colors wich is a plus.I know i got more then i could ask for at a reasonable price along with the monlthy payments.Gordon did his best to scramble back n forth setting up numbers and diffrent options to look at.I Honeslty felt that avondale dodge wanted our buisness and put us in the car we wanted.We all go to dealerships with that excitment of driving off in that one you want and thats exactly how i felt leaving that dealership....EXCITED!!!.So if your looking for friendly,mature sales reps,then i strongly recomend Avondale Chrysler/Jeep.Where all in all we got what we wanted,had a blast doing it,and left happy campers :)

DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!! I am still not sure if it was an honest mistake or not especially after reading some of these other reviews. We negotiated a deal on a 2011 Van. It took 3.5 hours but finally the deal was done and we exchanged keys of our trade-in for the new van...or so we thought.10 days later (yes thats TEN) the finance guy calls looking for the $4000 down payment. We tell him that the equity of the trade-in was the down payment. He tells us "Oh no, you have to come in". Catching the theme here of getting people back in the dealership? Maybe it was an honest mistake but even so, their accounting sucks so bad that they wait 10 days?We get to the dealership and we have 2 choices, unwind the deal or pony up 4k. No brainer here, take your vehicle back. The reason if feel it could have been a mistake was the GM seemed genuinely pissed when he handed our Durango keys back to my wife. Apparently they had detailed it out to the max in anticipation of selling it. That probably was not what he was pissed about, I think it was the $1300 of new tires they added.So lets recap, they don't want to deal after the screw-up. They have probably dumped $1500 of parts and labor into a vehicle we drove off the lot. Additionally the "New" 2011 van now has about 650 miles on it. Does the term Idiots seem to ring true at all for these people. Again, mistakes are made but there was NO attempt to mitigate them.

This is the worst dealership I have ever worked with and I will never return. First of all be aware of their fees. They make up all types of nonsense fees after they agree to a vehicle price. Many other dealerships in the valley forewarned us. After I signed a contract for my new car it was delivered damaged with multiple scratches and damaged tint. After taking it in to their dealership for promised repairs they called me to pick it up only to find that not only was the work not completed they further damaged my car. Cracked tail light, paint on steering wheel(entire stressing wheel was replaced), scratches on the interior and scratches on the front bumper. They agreed to pay for repairs at another dealership. After taking my car to the new dealership, Avondale refused payment on a few of the mentioned items and have refused to return calls. To date, i still do not have my new license plates and my temporary plated have expired. They called us to inform us that our contract was not right and that they needed more money to register our car. Don't worry we only were required to pay $400 for "doc fees" that they were incapable of processing properly. I contacted Deshawn in Finance department and he promised to Fax me new temporary plates, bit still has not two days later. Issac the service writer told my wife that that the noise in the A/C can be fixed by turning the radio up and also told us that the front creaking noise was from the frame breaking in. Tyrell Russel is the service manager that promised to make it right and now refuses to return calls. I hope my review saves you a trip to Avondale.

Unfortunately, I didn't know about this or viewed other sites that showed how horrible this auto dealership was/is. In short,Sunday, 10/3/10, we purchased a 2006 Nissan Sentra, with 66015 miles that came with a 3 year/100,000 miles power train warranty (aka sketchy warranty). After signing the papers and starting the engine to exit the car lot, we noticed the Service Engine Soon light was on. And note that the light was not on prior to us signing the papers. We immediately, informed our sales agent, April Wines. She came outside, looked at the light and informed us that since the service department is closed, to bring the car in tomorrow (Monday).We were absolutely not satisfied with their handlings in this matter. We had to threaten and do all kinds of unnecessary things a customer should not have to do. John Goodard, customer service manager, treated us well and gave the ok for the repairs to be taken care of by them on 10/16/10.Their sales associate, Amy Wines did and said whatever was necessary to make the sale. We felt abused and disrespected by Bob Lackner, sales manager AFTER the sale was done. FOR MORE DETAILS:Monday, 10/4/10, Ronnie and I (Maurita) Jack took the car in to Avondale Chrysler. April led us over to the service area and a gentleman from there looked at the car for about 10 15 minutes while we waited at Aprils desk. The service guy informed us that because its a Nissan, they wouldnt be able to give us much information. They were able to reset the computer code that it showed them. As a result, it turned off the Service Engine Soon light. He said if we had any further problems to let the sales area know and the car may need to be taken to Nissan because their computers wont talk to Nissan cars. Saturday, 10/9/10, our son informed us that on the way home from work, he noticed the Service Engine Soon light came on again. We called Avondale Chrysler at 5:10pm but was informed by Angela (who answered the phone) that the service area was closed and to call back Monday.Monday, 10/11/10, I (Maurita) called Avondale Chrysler to have the car looked at and informed them of the problem. Isaac, in the service department, said to bring the car in and leave it with them. I went to Avondale Chryslers service dept. Brian said to take the car to Avondale Nissan to see why the light keeps coming on. Avondale Nissan informed me of a diagnosis fee of $110. Because we just purchased the vehicle, we didnt feel we should pay for the car to be diagnosed and repaired by Avondale Nissan. Dre, sales manager informed us they would take care of the diagnosis fee and to wait and see whats wrong with the car before discussing anything further. Brian, at Avondale Chrysler said the car probably wouldnt be ready until tomorrow. But that the light was on due to an emissions problem.Tuesday, 10/12/10, Brian informed me I could pick up the car. After seeing the paperwork, Avondale Nissan replaced the vent valve and reset the system code. The Service Engine Soon light was no longer on. Avondale Chrysler paid for that work to be done. We drove the car home.Wednesday, 10/13/10, our son informed us that on the way home from work (around 9:00pm), the Service Engine Soon light came on again. Thursday, 10/14/10, Ronnie Jack visited Avondale Chrysler and spoke with Dre and informed him that the light came on again. Dre immediately said he couldnt continue paying on the repairs of the vehicle and that he shouldnt have paid for the first repair. Later that afternoon, Ronnie took the car to Avondale Nissan and was informed by Tony that Chrysler told them the car was coming in. Ronnie told them that the light came on again and Chrysler assured Ronnie there would not be another diagnosis fee. But the car would have to be left overnight. So, thats what we did.Friday, 10/15/10, Ronnie called Dre to inform him that we took the car to Avondale Nissan and wanted to receive clarification of whether they at Avondale Chrysler would take care of the subsequent repair cost. Dre clarified that they would not take care of the repair cost. Ronnie then asked if Dre was saying we were pretty much on our own. He was referring to repairs. Dre informed Ronnie yes. Dre also informed Ronnie that our warranty wouldnt cover the problem and that Avondale Chrysler took care of it the first time but wouldnt be taking care of it this time. Ronnie called Avondale Nissan to get an update on the car. They informed Ronnie that they had not yet diagnosed the problem and would need to keep the car another day.Saturday, 10/16/10, Tony at Avondale Nissan service department called Ronnie around 11:30am to inform him of the problem. The diagnosis was a computer, canister, and emissions-type problem. The cost to fix the problem would be around $700. Tony wanted to clarify who would take care of the service cost. Ronnie requested that Tony call Avondale Chyrsler to verify again if Chrysler would cover the cost. Ronnie called Tony around 1:30pm for an update. Tony informed Ronnie that he left a message but no one from Avondale Chrysler service called back.We were absolutely not satisfied with their handlings in this matter. We've been in there 5 times so far to buy the same truck three different times. I'll probably be returning it to them AGAIN tomorrow. Enough is enough. Changing numbers, jacking up the price on the contract, charging us for things we don't even know are included in the contract or worse, charging us for things we've SPECIFICALLY stated we did not want.My wife left there tonight in tears - feeling emotionally abused and guilty - like SHE'D done something wrong!! Boy, what a car buying experience.Our salesman was good enough, but the rest of the more than a week-long back and forth experience has been an ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE.

We brought our vehicles 9/1/10,I brought Chrysler 300 and daughter brought Dodge Ram Told done deal. congrats..get insurance on vehicle. 9/8/10, They called saying to come into dealership, couldn't discuss over phone. Don't worry your daughter will keep her truck. Shocked because I remember saying no problems. Nope..no worries done deal. Then being told deal didn't go through.Take off extended warranty, put more money down, take a higher interest rate. Then he looked at me and said the bank needed verification from you, no problem I have it. Then about hour later after breaking my daughters heart, he said to me but your rate and payment change. I guess they figure after a week of driving your wonderful vehicle, they gotcha. Thinking you will do anything. Well they got both vehicles back. They have caused me anger and humiliation and a daughter very heartbroken. I've only just begun. I wish I had read from this site and others all the bad reviews. I guess this is common practice. This should be illegal. DO NOT DRIVE VEHICLES OFF LOT UNTIL YOU HAVE VERIFICATION FROM BANK. BANK SAID YES TO YOUR TERMS. AND MAKE THE DEAlership sign your document, this is final DONE deal any changes dealership takes responsibility. Have a notary with you. I bet dealerships will change their business practices. GET YOUR OWN FINANCING. I gave them a very friendly rating as thats the act before the deception. I have never been so angry, I still wonder how people sleep with such deception in their life.I have been to many sites to rate this dealership and I am not near done. I haven't even begun with word of mouth. Did I mention I have a very big mouth.

The sales department at this dealership defines the frustrating experience of buying an automobile. The negotiation process is pain, with their lowball trade-in offers and ridiculous terms. I've visited this dealership twice, explained the terms that I wanted them to meet, then the sales person goes to speak with a manager in the "glass room" and comes back with an offer that isn't even close. After that, it was hours of frustrating back and forth banter before i eventually walked away.I would never purchase a vehicle from this dealership. Their tactic is to play games, get you to pay a ridiculous amount of money for a vehicle loaded with over-priced dealer adds, than lowball you on your trade.

It appears that most people are just naturally upset with most dealers. I had a resonably good experience with Avondale Dodge when I bought my 2007 Ram 2500 Diesel truck in Sept 2007. I am still pretty much satisfied with the dealer service. My complaint is with Dodge and Cummins. I had to take the truck back for service numerous times in the first four months. The Check Engine Light kept coming on. The reason: poorly designed exhaust/emssions system - sensors kept clogging up with soot. The techs took care of it every time I went in, and explained that it really is due to a POOR design. But they expect a permanent fix soon. It had to to with EGR, Turbo and sensors. OK, 2010, there was a recall to "fix" the problem. And it did, for about three months. Then the CEL came on for one day, then off. I took the truck in to have the CEL history read. Six hours later, the tech reported they drilled a port in the turbo and did a flush of the exhaust system, to clean it out. I was told IF the CEL comes on again for the same reason, the turbo will be replaced. So far, all warranty work. I'm ok with the dealer -responded promptly to the problem-, upset with Dodge/Cummins -dragging their feet on a well known problem-.

Chrysler 300C had the infamous stuck in park problem found on LX body styles due to the pink plastic cable guide that is used for locking the gear selector in Park until the key is in the ON position. Went there after school as it is literally a minute from Universal Technical Institute which is behind the car dealerships on that road. I will now explain why I gave the dealer the rating I did. Inspection, efficiency and lastly theft. Inspection, a car should always be inspected for damage before being accepted, saves the dealership a lot of liability and stress from a customer wanting to scam the dealership into free repairs. I sat in the car while the guy stood at my window and filled out the paper and had me sign, not glancing at the vehicle once. Efficiency, the repair consisted of changing out the entire gear box. There is a company that reproduces the piece that breaks in a billet steel as opposed to a brittle plastic for just $20. The install takes about half an hour to do. I waited 2 and a half hours for the job to be done. Theft, while the last 2 things were just annoyances this is what bothers me. I'm glad I emptied out the car to literally nothing before bringing it in. All I had in the car was my FM transmitter and a brand new Snap On screwdriver that I had used to break the shifter cable loose to get her out of park the prior evening. The car has a UTI sticker on it. Obviously the person owning it or using it is going into the automotive industry. Yes, techs do deceitful things towards one another. However I am bringing you hours, food, and money on the table by bringing my own vehicle to you. I'm not your tech-mate. Why would you deficate all over your company's brand and do something as steal tools from a customer, another technician's, vehicle? All things put aside... The job was done, we'll see how long this plastic piece lasts before I shell out the money and get the billet replacement part. Why I had not done this in the first place is it is a warranteed part. Trying to help my fellow techs out with warrantee work and saving myself what I thought would be a painless experience. I let everything slide to prevent any more trouble, and I was just too tired to deal with it all. Will I go back there? Probably not. However, I hope other's have a more pleasureable experience.

They tricked us into believing that we would be able to buy a van and when it came down to it, they wanted more money and higher interest rate. They lied to us telling us not to worry that we would be financed. We called and told them, please don't let us take this van until your sure. They let us drive the van for four days, fall in love with it and then told us once again not to worry. On the four day, we got a call telling us once again not to worry then 1/2 hour later they told us that the deal fell through and to bring back the van. It was devestating. Our children cried and begged us to not take away the van, that they would be good. It was a horrible experience and we will never walk onto a dealership lot again. Car salesman should not make you believe that you will get a new car then take it away. Horrible, worst day ever!

Great people. Saw a car online that I liked, called and made an appointment to see it. They had the car waiting for me when I got there. Didn't have to fight over the price. The last 2 places said one thing online then when you get there it is something else. They didn't play those games there. Was in and out with what I WANTED in an hour and a half.

A little bit ago they ran a promo where you could test drive a car and they would give you a 50 dollar gift card. I first went down there to test drive a jeep to get the card. They told me it was in the managers desk and he just left. They told me to come back tomorrow to get one. I go back the next day and all of a sudden they don't have any left. I noticed the ad was quickly pulled and I posted up a craigslist ad to alert others. I received a bunch of emails from others who said this dealership will do anything they can to scam you. They need to fire the whole staff and get new people in there. Look up their BBB rating. Its an F and its no surprise. Stay far away from this dealer. Nothing but fake scams to get you in the door then they bait and switch. Call corporate and let them know how you feel about this dealer. Lets get this one closed!

Came in to look at a 16,000 truck, was soon looking at a 34,000 MSRP truck, but they said they could make the numbers work. I was there for over three hours to look at one truck, it was hot, they never offerred me, my wife, or 1 year old daughter something to drink. They tried to keep the keys to my truck while doing the appraisal and offer sheet so I couldn't leave. They tried to tell me that 60 months at 610 dollars equaled a 23,000 truck that stickered for 34,000. The money was off, the truck in the ad wasn't in the lot, a truck I wanted to drive had a dead battery, the list goes on and on. They wasted my time, and were very inconsiderate. Don't ever go there.

BUYER BEWARE !!! WHAT THEY SAY IS NOT WHAT YOU GET.I purchased a used vehicle through the internet. I am 61 years old and have delt with many sellers on line and have found most to be honorable, not Avondale. I am very familiar with vehicles and know what questions to ask as well as what pictures to see. I asked several specifec questions about this vehicle. ----Q.....Does it leak oil, A....No----Q.....Do all accessories work, A....YesThe day I received the vehicle (it was 2 weeks in transport) I moved it to my garage, I noticed the next morning an oil spot 3" X 4" on the floor. I further checked out the rest of the vehicle. I found that the electric door locks and the rear window were not operational.I contacted Avondale, the salesman, his boss, and his boss. I was ignored and later told it was sold "As Is". I advised them that this was not a Warranty clail but that the vehicle was Mis-Represented to me. Still no solution was offered.I am now stuck with the repair bills to correct the situation.My advise, get everything in writing or email. You may write them an email and they will want to respond by phone. Beware, that is a sign that they do not any documents on file to your support.

Please, Please, Please do not go to this dealership to buy a used car. We went in to purchase a used jeep that was listed $6000.00 over kelly blue book retail pricing. We spoke with a sales manager and was reassured that we can drive the car home that day and gave us the keys. We liked the car so we said what the hell i will pay $13k for it. We next spoke with financing and put a $2500 on the vehicle. We questioned the financing department that we will not come back down to resign any paperwork if they called us and wanted a larger down payment or more money for the car. The finance department reassured us that it is a done deal and congradulated us on our purchase. We were pleased and drove the car home. three days later the finance department called us and said that we would not be able to keep the car because of economic circustanse in our area. I have good credit and said what the hell, I want to keep the car, but they insisted that we return the car or suffer a reduction in our down payment if they are to reposses the car. What a bunch of liars. These A$$ pirates couldn't get financing on the car from the bank because they had the car marked so high over KBB that the bank would not finance it. When we went to get our $2500 down payment back we sat their for 2 hours and spoke with 4 people before they came out and gave us a voucher for our down payment. I beg of you, if you are planning to buy a new or used car from these incompetent A$$HOLES think twice or get screwed.tzell

TimWho owns the Avondale Chrysler dealership? I'd like to write a letter. We decided to give that specific dealership a second chance as we're still in the market...just waiting for the right moment... and again we had a horrible experience. Let me tell you about it and then you can tell me who I need to talk to.We're interested in the 08 Town and Country. I just wanted to touch and feel the car. A really nice young woman helped us out and she was great! She knew a ton about the car much better than our last sales guy... see below. I was with my wife, my 16 month old and my 1 month old babies. (thus the mini-van) We can't test drive the car with our kids because that involves lengthy efforts to install car seats which we had the fire department install into our car... thus we don't want to take them out because they're finally in there correctly. So, then we explain how refreshing it was to find a true service sales person at that dealership and how we had some really bad experiences previously. She was very gracious and I thought that there might be hope... Then when we told her that it was feeding time for the 1 month old and that we had to go she asked if she could give us her card. Now it seems like every dealership uses this line now since no one carries business cards even though everyone has pockets.... I know that this is just a line to get another sales person (usually a sales manager) involved in the conversation to get me to drive a car and then to buy the car that day. This is rude and unprofessional and insults my intelligence. So to emphasize how urgent our need to go was we got into the car, strapped our kids in and started the car.... Of course here comes our nice sales girl without a card but with her manager who proceeds to tell us that we need to drive the car... how original. I explain to the guy about how our last experience there ended, how I understood his sales tactic and that I was not going to fill out his survey, drive the car, or spend any more time there. We explained that we couldn't drive the car because we had our kids with us and he suggested that he could watch them.... To which comment I told him to not be offended but that we didn't know him from Adam and that we would never leave our kids with someone we don't know and that it was rude of him to offer. The conversation went down hill from there until finally I just backed out of the parking space with this guy yelling at me... HE CHASED ME OFF OF THE LOT TELLING ME HOW STUPID I WAS FOR NOT SPENDING MORE TIME WITH HIM AND DRIVING HIS CAR. PLEASE.... why would I buy for him if he has no respect for me and my needs. I am absolutely amazed and the poor level of service. I just wanted to look at the car and compare it to other cars that I was interested in. Honestly I'm not in a position to buy the car right now. We're still a few months off and we're trying to build a relationship with a dealer where we feel comfortable taking our car for service and buying subsequent cars from... Avondale Chrysler Blew it again...By the way I'm posting this on every rating board I can find. I'm writing to all the local news papers and I'm filing an official complaint with the Better Business Bureau for harassment.

The worse service I have ever seen, service manager (Ken) not help full took over 45 plus minutes to see you. will try to blame you for your auto's problem and is not willing to do anything without you calling a lawyer. Forget about calling to find status of your auto Ken will not return your phone call and if he dose it will be over 24 hours. will tell everyone I know to go somewhere else for service. very poor way to run a shop.....
