I bought a Jeep, Grand Cherokee from the used LHM lot in Riverdale. The U Connect did not work on the stereo and decided to have it replaced. I was told that I would need to have it replaced by the bigger LHM car lot down the road because they would have to program it. After continually following up to see if my stereo had come in (took a full month) I was told I would have to wait longer because they did not have the correct wires. Finally, I had an appointment to have it installed. I went to drop my Jeep off and the service tech asked if I had the stereo with me. He also told me that I wasn't in the system for an appointment, but would work me in anyway. My first thought was, well maybe he should check to make sure the stereo is in before taking my vehicle. I left the Jeep anyway. Hours went by and no phone call. I tried to call several times, but they NEVER answered the phone. I figured I would call the LHM Used Car lot to see if they would mind trying to figure out what was going on. I was told that of course they couldn't get someone to answer the phone and they went over in person. I was told that the new stereo had been sent back because they only have 7 days to have it installed or would be charged $750. WHY wasn't I told this in in the first place???? I was able to get a recall done, so at least it wasn't a complete waste of time, but now I knew I was going to have to do this all over again. I was told the stereo was ordered AGAIN and it would be in within 3 or 4 days. (Not sure why it took a full month the first time) I did receive a call from a man named Frank after 3 days, like I was told. I made my appointment for the first thing at 8:30am. I had asked if I would be able to drop my vehicle off the night before to make it easier. Frank told me that was fine and that's what I did. Again, he told me about 2 hours. The next day, once again, I never received a phone call. I tried SEVERAL times to get someone on the phone, but I was unsuccessful. At about 10 minutes to the service department closing, I begged the secretary, who answered the phone, if she would mind walking over to see if someone would talk to me. She said that the tech would call me back as soon as he was done with a customer and he realized that it was closing time and needed to speak with me anyway. Again, NO PHONE CALL. I was not able to get my Jeep back and it was there another night. I had no idea if the stereo was ever installed and when I was getting my car back. Thankfully, I didn't have to work the next day. AGAIN, I tried to contact the service department the next morning and no answer. I again begged the secretary to walk over and find out if I could pick up my Jeep. She said my paperwork was in the drawer meaning it was done. Once I got there, I had to wait for a tech to get done with his personal phone call before I was acknowledged. I was told that I owed $504.00. I was told by the used car LHM that this was all included in my loan amount. He told me he would contact the other LHM. At this point, I don't have much hope that this will be taken care of at all. I have never seen such an unorganized place and the customer service is a nightmare. It is pathetic that they NEVER answer the phones or call to update you on your vehicle. Luckily for me, I didn't live too far from the place, but it is still incredibly inconvenient.

Had work done on my daughters truck before she left out of state, told them we wanted it looked over and make sure everything was good. It cost us a lot of money to get things done that they thought needed to be done, said it would be great after fixing these things. Started driving to TX and it broke down in Kansas. They had a Dodge dealer there that worked on it and said that things could have been prevented while it was being fix in UT. We called Riverdale Dodge and tried to talk to the service guy,he would never return calls. When we finally got a hold of him he told us he would read the work orders and get back to us. Never happened!My husband stopped in there and asked to talk to the manager and he told him the story and he had no clue and said that he would look into it and get back to us ASAP. NEVER HAPPENED! I suggest that you go somewhere else this service and customer service is terrible and would think twice taking it here

My 2013 RAM 3500 gave me a "DEF service by dealer" required within 200 miles on a Friday at 4pm. I was preparing to drive to CA first thing Sunday am for a "could not miss" meeting on Monday. I called this dealer and they said get the truck in first thing. I took the truck in to this shop at 7am Saturday am. They saved the day for me.My truck was repaired that day!

Since I live 160 miles away took the truck to a local dealer under the direction of Chrysler three times. The problem was never solved. Their attitude seem to be we could care less about you or your truck. Larry H Miller got me a loner from a rental dealer when they did not have one at the dealership when I got there. Problems started the day after I brought the truck home. I owned it for 6 months now 6 months of problems that I believe would have been solved in the first trip at LHM. Problems happen if they are looked into and resolved every thing is good. Kicking the can down the road resolves nothing plus increases the anger every time you run into a resolvable problem that has not been taken care of. Thanks again & again to Jeremy Howe sales. He was my contact who guided me to the people I need to talk to to get this problem resolved. Thinking about a new car truck from LHM talk to Jeremy he won't run and hide if you contact later about something.

My headlight was out and I had already changed the bulb still not working. I took it in to the dealership and it worked initially when I picked it up but stopped working shortly after. I tried to call my service rep and left several messages with not response. I finally called someone else and got the truck back in. After having it for a day they still could not figure out the problem. I needed my truck for the weekend so I picked it up and they said they would call me once they found the answer the following week. It's been two weeks with no phone call. Come on it's a headlight. This should be a simple fix!

Our sales agents, David Tribe and Jon Barber were great to work with. They made choosing the right vehicle (we test drove several) that fit our needs very easy. They demonstrated all of the features and answered our questions with knowledge and a good understanding of how everything works. They found the specific vehicle we wanted at a separate location and had it to us as soon as possible. The overall buying process was probably the best we've experienced when buying a new automobile. The only negative to our visit to the LHM showroom is that the bathroom facilities were dimly lit and needed servicing.

Josh, the salesperson was knowledgeable, friendly and listened to me and respected any doubts I expressed. It was so refreshing to meet with a salesperson, Jon Barber, the general manager, Troy Bullard, and a business manager, Chris Martinez, that made the lease of a new Ram truck a pleasant experience. I know that is not common to hear about buying or leasing a vehicle, but the staff at LHM Riverdale just have a different approach, and we love it. Jon was even willing to come in on his day off to meet with us, if we needed. Jon and Troy took the time to understand what we wanted, to go through every option that we were interested in, and to take a "no pressure" approach to the experience. Jon made sure we saw as many different options as we wanted. He even brought different vehicles into the delivery bay where we could really look over each one. They went to bat for us with financing options as well. Having done research ahead of time, I know we were treated very fairly. Chris walked us through the financing and purchasing options. He, too, took the time to describe the whole process and offer insight into offerings we may be interested in. Thanks to Troy and the LHM Riverdale Utah staff for running a fantastic operation and making the buying and leasing process enjoyable.

I was really worried as my car is only 9 months old and when it wouldn't start I was upset. When I called they immediately gave me the towing companies number and to tell them to get it right in. This happened and when I got there about an hour and a half later then car was done and ready to go so repairs were done very quickly. They put my car in front of everything to remedy the problem. Very impressive and thanks for a job well done.

It took 3 weeks to get in. When I called, I got routed from Sales to Service several days in a row. At Service an automated voice mail came on asking me to leave my name, phone number and what I needed for a return call. The return call never came. I called again on July 27th and got Kevin, I think. Then I got an appointment for service. When I finally got in for service, the Customer Service was great. Before that, NO.

Your people were he best people persons I have ever met at a dealership. The perfect environment for my personality. Not hovering like a bunch of hungry Vultures. The Floor Manager made sure I had help when I was ready to speak to a salesmen. The Sales people were very knowledgeable. Mush more than the people at other dealerships I had visited while gathering knowledge about the jeep I wanted. We had purchased a vehicle here only six months ago, but life circumstances changed and the payment became burdensome. We still needed most of the same features though. Still we brought back our vehicle and said what can you do for us? Friendly salespeople went straight to work on our problem and we took several test drives. Vehicles were a little less luxurious, but we were able to get all the features we needed, because they even installed the only one not on the vehicles we drove! "What would it take to make this your new vehicle?" they asked."Just this one more thing." "So what if we installed that for you?" "Sold!!"We got everything we needed, including the lower payment. I was very disappointed with my experience. I called to get as much information as I could about a specific car. However they could not provide me with all the information unless I came in which I did. After test driving the vehicle we went over numbers with the salesman. The price was $1,744.00 more than our planned budget. However because we really wanted the vehicle we decided to raise our budget $1,000 leaving $744 more than we could afford. The salesman was denied approval from his boss to except our highest offer. We were actually told " We cannot lower the price of the car not even by $1.00". I was taken back by the fact that they just let us walk out of there over an amount like that especially after knowing our budget and knowing how much we came up in order to try and get this vehicle. Unfortunately I would not recommend this place to my friends or family. It is not a friendly or family based business. It's obvious they don't care about people but about how much money they can make.

My vehicle has a recall on it so I contacted LHM Riverdale and spoke to a lady in services, she may have been the receptionist I can't remember. When I inquired about the recall on my vehicle she started off great, but when the part wasn't in and she said to call back in a month I let her know that wouldn't work because without this part being fixed it could lead to serious injury or death. She rudely said to contact Chrysler about the issue then. I am in the market for a new vehicle and I'll let you know that I WILL NOT use Larry H Miller because of her. You can thank that lady for losing out on a sale of a new vehicle.

I never expected my car to be washed after an oil change but that was very appreciated. Easy getting my car in too for an appt. One qualm; I had my sunroof up in a venting position when I pulled it in and my car was washed without closing it. No water was inside my car though so I was lucky. Thank you for being so courteous.

After a horrible experience at LHM dealerships over 10 years ago, I swore I would never go back. Reluctantly based on area pricing and incentives for the new cars on their lot, I went in. I am so glad that I did, I had the best car buying experience I have ever had. I left feeling like my time was valued even though they were slammed, and that I got a great deal on my new car. My salesman Ryan Ingram was amazing. Truly he is an asset to the LHM team as he unknowingly has turned my whole perspective of car buying and LHM auto group around. I also really appreciated that I didn't feel all of the car sales tactics that we have all become so accustomed too; I didn't feel any pressure to buy at all, I didn't have to "meet his manager". I also wasn't passed around from salesman to salesman I started and finished my deal with Ryan something I truly appreciate. Either the flow of the business has changed in the LHM group as a whole, or they have a great team working at the Riverdale that has it figured out.

John was extremely helpful in getting our car purchased. He walked us through the process and there wasn't any pressure at all. Most dealers are pushy and trying to get you into a car on their terms and not your terms. Completely opposite at LHM Riverdale. Pete in the financing department found us a great rate and explained all the options in financing so you didn't feel like there was a "Gotcha" waiting at the end. If you want a new car, stop buy and ask for John.

I brought my new truck in for some minor adjustments to the front end (pulling to the right) and was greeted promptly and with great enthusiasm from the service crew. They took care of the problem in a timely manner and I was treated with utmost respect. The crew there made me feel important and appreciated. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience there and will be coming here for any of my service needs in the future. The sells staff was awesome to work with, very knowledgeable, courteous. They were super polite and wanted to make sure we were completely satisfied with our new vehicle. They took the time to explain all the features, which in my case takes a lot of patience. :) They told me know that I could contact them with any questions I had and they would walk me through whatever I needed. Jerry even gave me a notepad with his email address, cell phone. LOL Will go back when it's time to buy my husband a new truck. Couldn't be happier.

I was very satisfied with my experience, however, my Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit didn't have a manual of any kind in it and they were unable to locate one for me, so I left the dealership with a fully-loaded, and very complicated automobile. I was told I would receive a manual or a CD in a week to 10 days. To date, I have had to go online and watch YouTube videos and read a PDF file to try to figure things out. At the very least, I think a manual should have been sent to me via priority mail express. Also, there is some faulty stitching in the leather on the steering wheel which will require me to return the vehicle to the dealership for repair. My question is, why was this not noticed by the people who had driven the car for 262 miles before my purchase of the vehicle? It could have been taken care of easily before the vehicle was sold! It is a very obvious default.

Service was great, my only complaint was that I had to spend over $200 on a key for a five year old vehicle. I know that is a Dodge issue not a dealer issue, however feel free to pass that up to Dodge. I would rather have the old style keys back. You can almost buy a laptop for what a key costs.

Typically go to Larry H. Miller Riverdale for parts and service - as I did on this occasion for diagnostics of emissions issues and Malfunction Indicator Light (MIL) illuminated. LHM service department was professional and courteous. The staff was helpful and thorough, while the labor rate for diagnostics was what I considered reasonable.Parts department was somewhat phlegmatic but they may have been busy with other things. Ultimately LHM parts possessed the parts I needed - and considerate the price may not be what every customer may want to pay.Facilities are clean, comfortable and staff are accommodating certainly not a bargain, just as one would expect a dealer to be.

Took my vehicle to their service department "5 TIMES"to get my a/c fixed only to find myself spending $1300.00 with the a/c still not working properly. Called multiple times on multiple days to hear from Darren service manager. Never did call me back, but I managed to get ahold of him and he was fully aware of my problems, when he answered (even knowing my name)So he completely avoided calling me back or solving my problem. Save your time and money and go somewhere else. Poor poor poor customer service!!!

I have been taking my 2012 Dodge Journey to have it serviced at Larry H. Miller Riverdale since 2012 and it was the best decision I have ever made. The service department tended to my vehicles needs and the customer service has always been outstanding. The overall look of the facility is spacious and invites you to relax while you wait for repairs to be done. I have used the shuttle once and was most very impressive on the prompt service to my residence. I can guarantee that when the time comes for me to purchase a new vehicle this will be the dealership I will be buying from.

I was impressed with the quickness of the service provided. The vehicle was dropped off at the service department in the morning with drive train and front end issues. I have an awesome 2013 jeep.. just got back from a deployment and a week later (only drove around the city) I start to hear the most annoying rattle from my tailgate. Jeep only has 10k miles on it. . The manager (who was disrespect) said, "oh yeah, that happens".. what??? So i said i would like it fixed. He said well the aftermarket turea that we sold you (came with jeep from LHM RIVERDALE) are the problem. I told him that was never explained to me that that would be an issue INSIDE a year of purchase. . Which then I also brought up that he then infact sold a jeep KNOWING there would be problems. . Very unethical is this not? I am astounded that this man told me this with no feeling of care about his product and was disrespectful to me during the entire conversation never allowing me to ask questions

We received a letter in the mail stating there was a recall on my 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I called the dealership to schedule an appointment. At that time they were out of part because all jeeps were coming in for the repair. About 2 weeks later we received a call that parts were in. I scheduled an appointement for a Saturday because I am a full time employee. I came in Saturday morning and they got me right in. The attendant, who's name is Carter, that helped me offered to wash my car and I was having issues with my windshield wiper spray on the hood of my jeep so he said he would look at it. I walked around the dealership where they offered to show me the newer models and updates. I enjoyed looking around while I waited. Then the attendant came to find me. The recall part had been repaird but wanted to speak with me about the wiper spray heads on the hood. Both were broken but wanted to show me how and why. Instead of just tacking on the costs and for a girl, making me feel uncomfortable. He put me in charge of my vehicle and explained the parts that needed fixing. I just know it wasnt working but not much more. Taking the time to show me was very much appreciated.

I previously wrote the review titled "awful experience" about my Dodge ram truck that I bought and had problem after problem with, muffler falling off, steering breaking, tranny slipping...So recently the general manager Troy Bullard contacted me after a survey I took regarding thier dealership, He assured me that they will do everything to get my truck fixed and make me a happy customer....he and Steve Sellers set up a drive along with a mechanic, I took advantage of that and after that the very knowledgable mechanic found the problem right away and confidently told me he would get it fixed. Everyone has been very nice to me since my awful experience and has now changed my perspective on this dealership. They have addressed every issue I have had with the truck (even though it was many issues in a short amount of time) and they were extremley professional about it!! I am now changing my recommendation for this dealership and would gladly buy another vehicle with them. things are going to go wrong with used cars and just because I had a bad experience with a certain mechanic shouldnt put the whole dealership at fault they have redeemed themselves in my eyes are doing everything to make me a happy customer which I now feel I am! Thanks Troy and Steve for putting up with my frustration! They even shuttled me around while working on my truck! I think this could be a long relationship of buying cars from this dealership, thanks again Larry H Miller of Riverdale for living up to your promises!!!

It's been a nightmare for me regarding this dealership. I bought a used Dodge Ram truck on May 23rd, I paid well over high book for it because it had everything I wanted and needed so I paid it. The second day i had it the muffler completely fell off! They claim to do a 122 point inspection on thier vehicles, well how did they miss the muffler rusted through. I took it back to the dealer and actually they were very prompt getting a new muffler put on it and I was pleased. Well that was short lived I went to pick up the truck and on the way home from the dealership my steering went screwy so I immediatley drove the truck back by then the service dept was closed, I left truck there, the next morning I get a phone call from the service dept telling me they drove it around the parking lot and "everything sounds normal" is what they told me, I said no thats not normal and this man continued to tell me "thats just what a diesel sounds like" that offended me as I felt like he wasn't listening to me or taking advantage of the fact that I'm a girl...so I asked to have another mechanic look at it and that mechanic found the problem right away so they fixed that. remember I have not even had this truck a week yet and in this first week I had my truck for 1 day! The truck ran fine after that for a whole week and a half then it started to feel like the transmission was slipping in 4th gear... I paid extra for the extended warranty on the truck that covers everything for 50,000 miles or 2 years which ever comes first so I took it back to have that checked out. They called me the next morning and said they checked transmission everything was fine and all that the truck needed was a software update which they did. I went and picked up the truck on my way home driving it the truck did the exact thing I was taking it in to fix, slipping gears! I immediatley got them on the phone and told them the truck still had the same problem, they proceeded to tell me "its just hunting for gears and thats completely normal for an automatic"....I was dumbfounded the way this truck is shifting is definately NOT normal, and furthermore if it was normal why wasn't it doing it on the test drive and it drove norrmally for a week or so befroe it started slipping...they treated me like I didnt know what I was talking about and I feel taken advantage of. I havent even had this truck for 1 month yet doesnt even have the plates yet and already this truck has been in the service shop 3 times! they used all the gas that they filled up for me when i bought it and didnt even fix the problem. I feel so desperate I cant even get this truck fixed even though I paid extra for the warranty and they just keep telling me this truck is normal, I bought this truck strictly for hauling my 3 horses around and I dont even feel safe in it, i dont want to be driving down the freeway by myself with 3 horses and a trailer and have the truck sputtering out and tranny slipping every minute!!!, I cant even drive it as it constantly slips between 3rd and 4th gear! At this point I am just frustrated with this dealership and not sure what to do other than cry every day I look at this truck sitting in my driveway, unable to drive it and unable to get any assistance from the repair shop that just tells me this truck is running "normal". I am at my wits end, so please if your looking to buy a used car skip this dealership!!!

I have been to this dealer 4 times now to fix my stereo (covered under warranty). The stereo is still not fixed and they were rude to me, left me stranded (requested the shuttle service and it never picked me up), and have taken more of my valuable time than I am willing to give. I called the service manager and left a massage expressing my frustrations. NO CALL back. I sent an email to the general manager asking him to call me. NO CONTACT. So after months of trying to get my vehicles stereo fixed (that is under warranty) I have had no help with this dealership. I will never buy a car from them again.

The service department is horrible and I think they hired there mechanics from autozone because they don't know what they are doing. Bought a truck from them with extended warranty had warranty work done on rear end twice, paid deductible twice, on rear end and it still is not fixed right. Wanted us to take it to the bountiful store and not to tell them that riverdale worked on it. Yeah I think not, I recommend not taking anything there to be worked on.

I went to this dealership to get a repair on my Jeep, and they weren't able to get the parts, yet I was able to find parts online for repair. They weren't able to get the things I needed. I needed my A/C repaired and they were unable to do that. They did straighten out some of the wiring but as far as actually fixing the problem that I brought it in for they weren't able to do it.

I purchased there oil change program which includes an oil change and tire rotate and balance, when I arrived I was the only one in the bay, at 830 am. they drove the truck right on to the lift. oil change was a very quick 2 hours? really 2 hours for an oil change. So they drive the truck up for me to just jump in and whisk away and I noticed the tires had not been rotated. I asked he begged to differ, So I showed him where I marked the tire, he backed up and asked if he really wanted them to rotate them, REALLY? Yes every 5000 miles holy crap. So one hour later I got my rapid lube done total of 3 hours and 1 upset customer. Beautiful building thou

I've had this truck for 3 years and I've only had to go in for regular maintenance. I'm not sure that I would buy there again, but I would definitely shop there again! The facility is great and I have already recommended it to a friend.

I usually go to this dealership for my maintenance. They always contact me if there is going to be an additional cost or a repair that I may have missed. Additionally, they let me know if the repair is something that needs to be fixed right away or if I can wait and work it into my budget!

Wow, Thanks to the information received from car.com and the excellent cooperation of the sales staff and Larry H. Miller Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM Riverdale, Utah I was able to purchase my Dream Dodge Ram Truck, and not have buyer remorse after the purchase. The information was perfect and the dealer staff treated me as if they had know me all their lives. The Price was even lower than I expected. On my Dream Truck a 2012 Dodge Ram 2500 Heavy Duty, Longhorn, Laramie package 4x4, black and every option available. I even paid less than there "Dealer Invoice and the Hold back money they receive. Saw the ad on KSL and went in for a test drive. I worked with Jason Rainey. I got a good deal on a fantastic vehicle (BMW X5). The entire deal was done with a few text messages and two phone calls for information to complete the paperwork. When I arrived for pick-up the vehicle was prepped and the paperwork was ready. I was out of there in less than 30 minutes. Jason and the other people I interacted with at LHM Riverdale were very professional. I've bought many cars, this was hands down the best auto dealer experience I've had.

I usually don't like to go through dealerships for buying cars based on previous experiences but I am very glad I went through Larry H. Miller for my last purchase. The salesman was very helpful and just as excited about my new purchase as I was. He even helped with the rock chip in the windshield and the brake light that was out after I had already purchased the van. I work from home and wasn't able to bring it in so they came and got it from me and got everything fixed. Overall it was a great experience!

I just purchased a 2012 Jeep Wrangler from Larry H. Miller Chrysler/Jeep in Riverdale Utah. I think I nearly drove these folks nuts, as I have been shopping for this car for nearly two months. They were remarkably patient over the process, were willing to let me test drive. And test drive, and test drive some more. Sales folks were very helpful, gave me a great deal and were not pushy. I recommend them highly.
