I was early but Jeff came and helped me immediately. Service was fantastic and timely. I was kept informed of findings. Jeff clearly explained things that needed repair. And Jeff caught the fact that I needed an emission certificate to renew my car license and had that completed and renewed my license while I was there which saved me an extra trip. I think the service department deserves more than 5 stars and Jeff deserves at least 10 stars!

First, we were lured in by an ad on KSL.com, and of course, that car was no longer available. Showing us other cars, we clearly stated what price we were willing to pay for a used car, and not a penny more. The salesman brought us a car, and told us it was that price. After 45 minutes waiting for the paperwork, the price of the car was magically raised by $4K. We threatened to leave and the price came down by $4K. Then the dealership could not find the spare key to our car. Had to go back, waiting another couple hours while they made one, and the service people were incredibly unpleasant. 3 months later, we get a notice saying in order to honor our extended warranty, we need to bring the car in again for some sort of inspection. Really? You couldn't have inspected it 3 months ago when you sold us this "certified" used car? I have been buying cars for over 30 years, and never had such a poor customer experience. C'mon guys, Larry Miller would roll over in his grave if he saw all this. You can do better....

I made a last minute appointment and got right in and taken care of. It didn't take long and the place seemed pretty busy. I have been there for several years for maintenance and have always had a good experience. I really like how they tell it like it is and not try and sell me something I don't need right now but things to watch for. They always explain thoroughly what is wrong when there is a problem. The waiting area is generally clean and love it when they hand me the keys to my car and it has been washed on the outside. Thanks! I will definitely use you again for car service.

I came to get my vehicle inspected for emissions and inspection. I was greeted nicely and my boyfriend called beforehand to let the employees know I recently broke my jaw so waiting a long time is very difficult for me. I was waiting a long time but when I told the manager my position he got my car done 10 minutes early. I think somehow the information did not get passed to him but he quickly got me taken care of.

Horrible experience!!! Worst car buying experience of my life. My husband and I went in to buy a civic for the great mpg. They are supposed to be a cheap reliable car. The 1st offer they brought us was the same payment as our lexus a car that costs $25000 more than the civic. They finally came down and we decided on a car then they kept bringing us up cars we were not interested in. The lost the key to the car we wanted. So after keeping us there past 9:45 at night they said we could pick the car up the next day at 9am we got there at 10. They still had not found the key and kept us waiting for another few hours. From now on I am sticking with dealerships that care and that take care of me like Toyota and lexus. I'm not putting up with another crappy Honda buying experience ever again!!!!

I don't need wine in the waiting area or a personal concierge. I just ask for a basic respect of my time and my intelligence and a respect for the contract I'm signing. This dealership failed on all counts. The purchase itself took over five hours, and there wasn't even a test drive!! They made us sit and wait and wait and wait and wait... even after I had made it clear that I had an appointment at a specific time. The underwriter was actually incredibly rude and defensive about my need to hasten the process after making us sit for literally hours in order to sign. He also failed to complete key portions of the contract and made a number of underwriting errors. After identifying the errors on the lease upon returning home, I made several phone calls over the course of four days attempting to reach someone who could make the necessary corrections. I finally heard from the underwriter today, who was incredibly defensive and told me all of the things that should have been done, but interrupted me and treated me poorly when I indicated that those things, in fact, did not occur. He was very reluctant to provide the answers I needed to know regarding how we would make the necessary changes and receive the missing information. We initially came to this dealership because we have had positive experiences in the past. This transaction, however, was a nightmare from beginning to end... and now I'm signed into a 3-year relationship with people who have completely failed to respect me, my time, and my contract. I'm not impressed.

That we're very professional. When I called they set an appointment up immediately. I came in for my most recent visit for an oil change on my Honda CRV. The service rep that helped me was amazing. He made the whole process extremely simple and clear. The bad experience I had with this dealership happened last month. I went in to look at the new 2016 Honda civic touring. I was at the dealership a total of about 20 minutes and could not find anyone to help me. I looked at the cars outside on the lot and inside. After no one would help me I went to a different dealership about 20 minutes away and purchased a car that day. Due to the lack of attentiveness of the sales staff your dealership lost a sale that day.

We actually look forward to bringing them in for service with Levi. Levi is awesome and always takes the best care of us and our cars! He always takes the time to make us feel welcome and explain what ever is needing to be done right then and what can wait if need be. We never feel pressured or like we don't understand what we are purchasing or why it is needed. As a result we will keep purchasing Honda's and all will be serviced right where they came from! I had been looking online for a particular Honda Accord model with the color and options I needed. Several other dealers were very unresponsive online and via email. i tried LHM Honda online and the response was quick and precise. The car I wanted happened to be in stock and we set up an appointment to come in. Our salesman, Josh, was awesome. He answered all the questions we had and was very helpful during the test drive, even encouraging my wife to at least drive it in a parking lot since (she was afraid to drive it on the busy State Street). We got back and started to talk numbers. Somewhere in the midst of the discussions Josh left and was replaced by some guy (can't remember his name). He was rather blunt and almost came across as rude, which is why I only rated a 4/5 on the friendliness. We trudged through him and ended up buying the car. Rick was very pleasant as well when he helped us select a few additional options we were contemplating. Brad was a pleasure to deal with as well, and he was very informative of the gas-n-go program and sold us on it. We ended up being short one key for our car. We were told it was locked up in the general managers office. When we came back to retrieve it the next week, Josh said it would be waiting at the front desk. Turns out it wasn't there, and it had never been picked up during the car transfer from another dealer. Shane helped us out though and made it all right. Shane took good care of us and settled my wife down as she was rather upset from all the varying stories about the key and the interior and exterior sealant. We'll be coming in this week to pick up the missing key and do the sealant. Overall things happened which seemed to be out of most everyone's control that we dealt with. But, the key is that Shane did everything he could to make it all right. The key to good customer service isn't in being able to prevent every issue. The key to good customer service is about making those unforeseen issues get resolved in the most timely and pleasant of manners.

I am very conscientious about the maintenance on my cars and know a fair amount about mechanics - I have never felt that services were being recommended when they weren't needed. This being a woman is always of concern to me. I believe a well maintained car is the best car you can have. Your service department is easy to access, have great hours for those that work fulltime, I have always been in and out in a timely fashion - They are quick when you are waiting and very good about getting back to you when you are not. My Pilot was recommended a service that I could have gone elsewhere for, your service dept matched the price and were great about it. Thanks - That made my busy schedule much easier to get everything done in one location. Very clean facilities - willing to take you to work - I have used the shuttle option many times. Technicians are willing to answer any questions that you may have -

needed air conditioning repaired in my 1996 Honda Civic - I love that car! -- and the LHM folks got in done in a matter of a couple or three hours. I did my part by bringing in the car quite early; the shuttle driver was personable and prompt. All staff, from checkin to paperwork and pickup, were friendly, efficient. no one likes big repair bills, but its the cost of having a reliable vehicle and I do trust the LHM guys, after all these years, to do it right

From start to finish everyone was really helpful! I had called and talked with (Parker?) a male on the phone to schedule and he was very helpful in getting things set up, speaking with me about my options and provided me with reminder calls for the appointment. Jackson and Cameron were extremely helpful in getting my car taken care of! I was due for my 200K maintenance, and oil change, and the recall for the airbag. I have come to the dealership for maintenance and always trust the tech's work so I was wanting all of the work done through the dealership. Jackson and Cameron helped price match some of the routine maintenance, but also helped by explaining what other options I had and work that needed to be done. The service was done in a timely manner and Jackson kept me updated throughout the process. I appreciated the customer service!!

First contact is the Service Writer (Jeremiah). He was knowledgeable, efficient and pleasant. The Technician (Skyler) took care of my car like it was his own. Communicated well with me and did his job in a timely manner. A bonus was that he gave my car a great wash job. Friendly and knowledgeable. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I brought my car in for an airbag recall, so they were not getting any money from me. But they treated me like I was a paying customer. When I picked up my car it had been washed and my washer fluid - which was empty- had been filled.I haven't gotten that kind of service from places where I have paid hundreds of dollars.I will definitely use them again!!

Zach was very friendly and took care if a recall much faster than I expected. I was originally told it would take 6 to 8 hours and I would need a rental but add soon as I arrived they started working on my car and it was done in about an hour. They have an awesome waiting room and time went by quickly. They even washed my filthy car for me. If I ever choose to have work done by a dealer again, I will come back to Larry H Miller.

On 11/19/2015 we purchased a new 2016 Honda Accord EX-l with Nav. & Sensing. We worked with Pat Milburn and Ben Blue. They were a pleasure to work with. We live 200 miles down south so the drive up and back made a long day. Part of our pricing was a $500 addition to the down payment for military personnel provided by Honda. Upon arriving back home late that evening and looking over the sales contract I noticed that the $500 bonus had not been factored into the final price.The next day I called Ben Blue and stated my concerns. Ben assured me that he would get with the finance officer and make things right. He did and kept me informed of the situation. A few days later he called and said the error had been discovered and that a check would be sent to Honda Financing. This is the 2nd. new car we have bought from LHM Honda and also LHM Chevrolet and have always had a pleasant buying experience.

Came in for your $75 maintainable special and have them check the fuel cap warning light. Well they reset the warning light and recommended a front brake job. So they did all this in about an hour at a reasonable price. I am always pleased with all the employees you have because they are always friendly and helpful.Good job as usual.

I took my car Honda CRV in to Larry H. Miller Honda Dealer on State Street, Murray, Utah with the tire pressure light on. It was a chilly morning and the air pressure was adjusted and thus the light went off. Two days later the light reappeared and I again returned to Honda and they checked all the tires and found a nail in one of them. It was promptly repaired and at no charge to me.The service was excellent as I have always found it to be since the purchase of our CRV in 2011. I would highly recommend Larry H. Miller Honda and his staff to anyone who is looking to purchase a vehicle and have good maintenance!!

I have bought 3 civics, 2 crvs an odyssey and a ridgeline in the past several years from LHM Honda. They have always treated me very well. When ever I check what other people have paid, I am always pleasantly surprised. I always take my car to the service dept. for repairs and oil service. I did use a chain oil change joint on one CRV a couple of years ago. A car that never had a leak In 10 years, had a blown seal that day. I have gone in to have my headlights buffed out and they come out looking brand new. The guy that drives me home if I need to leave my car for an extended period, is a very nice ole' guy too.

I had two previouse experiences that were not good at all and vowed to never return to LHM at this location. Due to the driver side airbag recall I felt I should because this is where I purchased the vehicle. They were very friendly and indicated they would do it immediately if I had the time to wait the 1-1.5 hours for the replacement. They had it done in 80 minutes and I was off. They offered a multi-point free inspection, which returned no recommendations.

I am always pleased with the service that I receive here. I have done price comparisons in the past with centers like Pep Boys or Jiffy Lube, and it's not only cheaper to come here for maintenance, but they use genuine Honda parts and fluids whereas the other guys use whatever fluids/parts their computer says to use. The dealership itself is an inviting place to wait since there are refreshments, comfortable clean chairs and tables, and as a student I am very grateful for the fast Wifi.If the shop ever makes a mistake, they will make it right. There was a time that I brought my Accord in for service, and when I picked it up I noticed that some of the clear coat had been scratched near the hood. Not only was the staff understanding and respectful of my concern, but they had it buffed out and re-clear coated at no charge to me. THAT is honest service, and they have earned my long-term loyalty.One important thing about this service center is their excellent professionalism. I am never lied to about services that my car needs, and they give me time tables of when services should be completed by (which is exactly inline with Honda's Maintenance guide). Lastly, they are very reliable. They get my car back to me right when they say it will be completed, and I NEVER have to worry about the car getting dirty. So many third party shops leave floor mats dirty, or even use oily hands on the steering wheel. That is the worst!! My car is as clean, or cleaner, whenever I leave Larry H Miller Honda. That is extremely important to me since I am a clean-freak.I recommend this dealership to anyone that has a Honda, or even those that are looking to buy a new car. I am impressed with their services, and like I stated before, I will be a long-term customer. There is no other place I consider taking my car in for servicing.

While completely satisfied with the new car buying process five years ago and the quality of service, it's always a crapshoot regarding how long I'm going to be sitting there (I wait for my car rather than going home then coming back when it's done) before service is complete. Doesn't matter if it's a simple oil change or something more involved, there doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason on how long things will take to get done; one time I waited and waited and waited and finally asked when my car would be done. Service personnel's response: "Oh, we called for you but you didn't answer."

Larry Miller Honda in Murray utah are CHEATS. Please do not buy from them. My wife and I were looking for a new 2016 Honda Pilot. For me the major concern was finance. The sales agent Alan told us that we need to finance the vehicle from Larry Miller. I wanted to have it financed it from my bank. I was said that I have to make 3 payments calculated at 72 months.When I called off the deal, the sales agent promised to check with his finance manager and he came back and PROMISED that I could finance the vehicle from my bank. Thats the reason I decided to buy the car.Here's what they do to me. They made me wait more than 2 hrs saying that the finance manager is busy. When I went to sign the documents, the finance manager refused to accept payment from my bank. He rudely said that the deal is off. Since I was tired after waiting for 2 hrs, I decided to sign the contract. After signing the contract, I had another shock of my life. The 3 payments were calculated at 60 months which means now I would be paying more.It was a planned conspiracy to make me wait and tire me out so that they can get their way.Please stay away from Larry Miller Honda in Murray Utah.They only want your money and they are CHEATSSales agent : Alan MFinance manager : Paul St. Clair

Despite it being an extra busy day at the car dealer's--it was relaxing to be greeted by an atmosphere of calm and friendly personnel. The facility is clean. The service-quick and efficient. No appointment but we drove in, went inside to a very comfortable waiting area, relaxed, read the paper, checked out a couple of cars on the showroom floor, made a few texts and a call. And then they called our name. The 45 minutes to an hour was about 47 minutes and that included the car wash.

I received a Honda notice for airbag replacements for both the drive and passenger side airbags. Made an appointment and arrived and it was handled as I waited for work to be done. The airbags were replacement efficiently and I drove home. This was done within my time limit having to wait. Once at home, the airbag maintenance light never turned off, I returned to service, talking with Jeff, it turned out that the technician failed to reprogram the airbag system, of which I stated to Jeff that probably was the problem (Hopefully). This was corrected within reasonable time. I have had no other problems since. I appreicated Jeff's help in this service.

I went there yesterday to the Service Dpt. for an airbag safety recall and I wast told it would take about 2 hrs. I dropped of my car at 7:16 AM (so I was planning to get it on my lunch break). I was told they would call me when my car was ready for pick up, which did not happen, I called several times between 2 and 3 PM nobody answered, my only option was to leave a voice mail, I called again at 3:30 PM and I was told that Tara F (Service Advisor) would call me back, which did not happen. I called again at 4:40 PM and a lady told me that my car was ready. I had to leave work early, my ride was not available so I had to walk from the IHC Trax station, by Costco. Finally I got my car at 5:30 PM, checking the paperwork I was given, it shows that my car was done at 9:51 AM. They really wasted my time. Second time something like this happens to me..... Not going back ever, bye bye Larry H Miller.

I bough my CRV and Accord here two years ago. Over the weekend my wife and I went to Yellowstone for vacation. On the way to Yellowstone, a rock hit my windshield and left tiny chips. On Monday I went to Larry H Miller Honda in Murray to have my windshield fix. I was told that it was free, wow, I didn't expect that. And to top it of the service was so fast even if I didn't have to pay for it. I couldn't believe it. They treat their customer so well. I would recommend LHM Honda to my friends and family. My last "service" visit was a car wash and a repair to a "chip" on my windshield and it was done sufficiently and in a friendly manner, as always. I will be due for an oil change and tire rotation, etc. soon and know that I will again be treated with kindness, understanding and professionalism here at L. H. Miller Honda, Murray!! I have had my Honda serviced at LHM Honda, Murray since it was purchased in 2011 and will continue to do, as I buy the Maintenance Package.

My 2011 CR-v was experiencing a problem with the keyless entry. Initially, a keyless module was ordered. However, the service advisor, Jeff Shaw, suggested that a service tech should inspect the car to determine what was causing the malfunction. After less than 30 minutes the tech determined the tailgate latch was not closing fully, which he repaired. This saved me at least $350 and several hours of waiting .

I'm retired and always buy the maintenance plans where you get 3 oil changes for $100 or less. You can use them at any Larry Miller Dealership, so I go to the one that is most convenient on the day I need service. I find that they do excellent work at reasonable prices at all the locations I've visited. I watch their website for coupons and even downloaded their app which had a coupon itself. The service writers are friendly and the crew gets my car done in quick time. This time around I got brakes on both axles, the work was done quickly and everything worked fine on a 1000 mile trip I took! I won't go to the oil change only places anymore. No reason too!

Got a car from them almost a year ago. One of the sales managers told our salesman that he would give us free car maintenance for 2 years. When signing our contract we asked to make sure they put the maintenance on there and they said definitely... They wouldn't forget. While we were signing our car was getting detailed and washed. We left the dealership after closing hrs and so the car looked pretty clean since it was dark. The next morning we realized how dirty our car was. We called Larry h miller and they said they would handle it. After work I took the car in and the salesman that sold me the car the night before attended me and said they couldn't do anything about it because it wasn't in the contract. I left very disappointed because my salesman only cared about his sale the night before but not about his customer the next day. My husband called a manager. He apologized and told us to bring the car in and he would make sure our car would look brand new. That's the problem. We bought a BRAND NEW Honda Accord 2014 with 15 miles in it and they couldn't give it to us looking clean. Like its so hard making a new car look clean. A couple months later I came in to get my first oil change. An employee automatically said to me that me free car maintenance wasn't in the system. So I was shocked and pulled out my contract and to my surprise they didn't put it in our contract... That's when I realized Larry h Miller Honda in Murray is all about the sales. They don't care for their customers and take advantage of them whenever and however they can. I asked for a manager and apparently they all had the day off.. What kind of BS is that?! So I left.. Kept calling for managers and I just kept getting placed on hold. They never called back. So much for their 5 stars... It's all fake. They beg their customers to rate them 5 stars.

We had paid off our 2007 Pilot, loved it, no problems then had an accident. Totaled. We got fair compensation from insurance, and fell in love with the 2015 CR-V EX-L in Obsidian. The closest Honda dealer to us was only a couple of miles away, but we'd had poor service there and were pleased to see that Costco recommended LHM Honda of Murray. After a minor wait we met Wayne, total pro, worked with us well. Four hours later (worth another survey!) we drove out in the car of The Boss's dreams. (And even though I have a fantastic 2013 TSX, I'm a teensy bit jealous of the CR-V's cameras and soft leather.)

I hate buying cars. The reason I hate it is the negotiating the price part of the process. I never feel confident that I have done well for my self. When sales personal accept an offer but then check with a manager and the mangers boss it is nervracking This purchase was much better. We looked at a car we had researched on the web. We had pricing information from multiple sources beforehand and an appointment to see the car. Chris Kim greeted us as soon as we arrived. He showed us the car and answered our questions. Negotiations were very quick. The car was cleaned again after we signed. We were shown various features again when they gave us the keys. They even put a gift box with a couple of chocolate mints the cup holder that we found after we left. Everyone was friendly and competent. There was a tire pressure indicator on that the service department took care of the next day. The Service people were quick, clean capable and the waiting area is nice.

I'm updating a review that I posted this morning regarding my negative experience in the dealership and service department. Kenny was the service rep that worked with me, and even with bad news to deliver, remained calm and kind throughout the ordeal. After the bad experience, he has made sure that he did everything that he could to clean up the mess wth my recently purchased vehicle and needed repairs. As far as the wait for my car, it turns out that they had an outdated phone number and couldn't contact me. He was willing to go to bat for me and managed to arrange to have my car repaired at no cost. Thank you, Kenny. You were willing to see through our misunderstandings, and look at my position and needs in the situation. I will continue using your service department for my Pilot and CR-V thanks to your willingness to work with me. It really is people like you that keep customers coming back :)

Levi is a great customer rep and I have no complaints. if you're a 'waiter', Honda service waiting area makes it as pleasant as possible. Altho I sometimes feel like there's a forever list of things to be done for the car, on the other hand I like being alerted to upcoming possible service needed. Disappointed being told that the interior protection doesn't include the interior of the trunk area of CRV. A Honda net is being used, however, is so small for large cargo area, it only covers part of equipment being carried. A larger net should be available, it only covers a very low amount of cargo. Items did fall against the rear door, marking/delving 3 small areas. I was informed at my visit for a service that nothing could be done under the interior protection plan I took out. 'It is for carpet only' I was told by employee. I don't understand that the interior trunk area is not interior?

As usual, the service I was provided was great. I came in for an oil change, and service time was around an hour. The only thing different this time, was that I was charged full price for an oil change. I always bring my own oil, so it would have been great if they took the cost of the oil out of the oil change, as I only required the service and oil filter. Other than that, everything was great as expected.

This is the first time I have had a dealership provide emissions and safety testing for a vehicle. I thought the price point could not compete with places that specialize in this service. How surprised I was to find not only was the cost of the emission text extremely reasonable but the safety check was already included in the service package I had purchased to perform my oil changes so there was no additional charge there. They also gave me on the spot renewal through the DMV at NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE unlike other places do. I walked away with my sticker in hand. The employees were kind and helpful as they always are. Whether you are thinking of services big or small you really ought to have Larry Miller just take care of it. They are wonderful.

I purchased a car here in March 2014 and was promised free oil changes for the full time that I owned the car. Of course, 10 months later they tell me that wasn't the case. I asked to speak with a manager (Brandon) who said he couldn't help me but what he did do was bring in the sales man who sold me my car. When I called the salesman on the carpet for offering that to me he started screaming at me and called me a "xxxxxxx xxxxx!" In front of my children. The sales mans name is Doug. All I can say is wow. What wonderful customer service. Don't trust these guys. They will say and do anything to sell a car. Once you sign the papers and they get paid, they could care less about you or whether you are a satisfied customer.

My 2003 Honda Civic was making a weird noise and vibrating. I drove it directly to Larry H. Miller to figure out what the problem was. Levi had me talk directly to the Mechanic and explain what the car was doing and the noise it was making. They took the car right in and fixed the problem - something with the lug nuts, which could be a huge safety issue. They also checked all the tires and wheels and gave the car a bath, which it needed! We are back on the road safe and sound!I wouldn't go any where else! Thank you!

I took my 2006 Rodgeline in for routine maintenance. An oil change and trans fluid change. In and out in 1 hour. Fantastic. However the next morning I noticed a puddle of trans fluid under my truck when I went to work. I went to work and had an email from LHM. I answered them and told them about the problem. They called me and scheduled me to come in later that day. When I got there Alisa was waiting for me and took care of me immediately. They fixed the issue right away and was in and out in half an hour and all is good. Alisa is the best service rep ever. Very pleased and will continue to take my cars to LHM. Thanks so much.

The 1st person I saw when I arrive to have my 2012 Civic serviced, detailed and registered was the sales man that sold it to me two years ago. Wayne Emery remembered me & I thought this must be a great place to work to have the same people year after year. Jackson Browne did everything and more for us when he let me know that my tinting wouldn't pass. I won't use a "shade tree mechanic" ever again. I'll only go to the dealership. I was allowed a car to take home since my old tinting had to be removed and I wanted new tinting. I was able to pay my bill over the phone with Jackson. Ellis came to my home to swap out the auto's. I had been so embarrassed about my "illegal" tinting but no one made me feel anything other than taken care off, wonderfully. I would recommend this dealership again and again! The detailing made my car look brand new all over again. Wonderful team, wonderful management, wonderful facility.

Service was good as far as I know. I think the dealership tends to over-recommend services, but there is no problem in not deciding to accept the services.

Very courteous service department personnel who were willing to go "the second mile" for me when I had a question re: my sound system. Maintenance was completed satisfactorily in a timely manner. Waiting area was pleasing and very clean; popcorn and cokes were a bonus that I appreciated. We have a 2006 Honda Civic. December (2013) the serpentine belt tensioner pivot bolt broke off at the block leaving my wife stranded on the I-15 freeway. After looking in the internet, I found a servicing procedure related to this problem (exactly). I had the car towed to Larry H Miller (LHM) Honda thinking this would be a recall or something. I took a copy of the bulletin to LHM and after some research, The service person at this time said our Honda's VIN number wasn't covered. This repair cost around $500 and seemed to be fine. Last month the same bolt broke again leaving my wife stranded at a grand child's school. We called LHM and was told the previous repair was warrantied for 12 months or 12000 miles. Mr. Ron Knapp (Service Dept) helped us and was very courteous and straight forward with the problem. The warranty work was completed and the car seems to be running fine. I felt Mr. Knapp went the extra mile to help with this problem and would highly recommend future customers work their maintenance through him.

My husband and I purchased our Honda CRV in 2011 and have it serviced at Larry Miller, Honda, Murray since the date of purchase. We have found the service department there to be excellent and everyone we come in contact with is very helpful. You are made to feel special even when you JUST come in to have a car wash. This is appreciated. This visit, Thursday, September 4th, 2014, I took my car to the Service Department as the tire pressure light was on. Since the weather was a little cooler, I thought it might just have been a case where less/more air was needed. However, upon examination there was a nail embedded in the tire and it was repaired. My Service Representative was Levi Johnson and he could not have been more polite in seeing to my needs. This is a complimentary service and it was completed in a timely fashion and the car was washed along with the repair!! I was soon on my way to errands with ease of mind that my CRV was in good working order once again. Thank you Levi and the Larry Miller Service Department!!

I feel when purchasing the vehicle I was important as a customer with individual needs that were met. I felt I was treated fairly by all the employees and know I have a sturdy vehicle that was worth the fair price. When having it serviced once agian employees addressed me in a courteous manner, I felt important as an individual getting needs met, and the job was done correctly in a timely manner. I would reccomend to anyone purchasing from this dealership and/or bringing a vehicle to this dealership for service.

I'm not as ultra-price-sensitive as some people. Usually I think the pricing here is about what I would expect for quality service, though I know it can be had a lot lower if you are willing to leave your car with them for a week or so. Occasionally their quote does seem to go a bit high, which is when I take it somewhere else, but all in all I think you generally get what you pay for here.Outside of that, the service here has always been great. I absolutely love that I can wait here, on their free wifi, and still get work done; and they even try and take care of you by having free coffee, sodas and popcorn! Also, I've used their shuttle once when I needed to be to work for a meeting, and that was great. I like this facility quite a bit. If they could drop their price by 10% and hold it there I wouldn't ever even go anywhere else.

Brought my car in for emissions without having an appointment and they fit me right in. It was a 40 min wait for emissions test and a so-so car wash. I was most impressed with Mac. I was there with my 4 week old baby. When my car was ready and we finished the paperwork and payment, he went out, put my sticker on my license plate, brought my car around and even opened the door where my baby's car seat went. Simple things that made a BIG difference for a mom with a new baby!

We see that Levi seems to be the monthly winner of your award, but we also like Ron. He even took me to the mechanic to talk, and to see the underbelly of our truck. Bought a new Honda Pilot in 2011 with an oil change service contract. Found service to be fast, friendly, inexpensive, and good quality. Includes free car wash and tire rotation. Waiting area is spacious, comfortable with free refreshments and newspaper. All work was completed within an hour. With a printout of inspection. Have had other fluids changed and prices are not too bad, usually will give a discount. Comparable prices to Jiffy Lube.

He got us started on my quest of buying a new CRV and then introduced us to Wayne Emery, DIrector of Marketing. I asked Lou if this was someone I could trust, and he said yes. I valued his word and, then, it all began. Wayne worked with me and helped me weigh all my options. I told him my budget and it worked out better for me to lease than to buy. He answered all my questions, and I felt that he had been honest in working out what was best for me and your company. I would deal directly with him again and would refer customers. One thing I remember, when I was convincing the sales person to make the price a whole number, he took out his wallet and said you dont even have 37 dollars, here I will let you borrow my money just take it. So humiliated!!! I was there to buy their car I did not deserve this kind of service. The only reason I bought the car is because I was in need of getting a car and I like Honda CRV. I signed the contract on Friday, May 30th and told them I would pick it up next Tuesday. On Tuesday, after I drove home the car, I found a scratch on the front of the car. So I returned it. They said they cant fix it until next Tuesday!!!! ISNT THAT RIDICULOUS!!! I never heard of that anyone bought a car and had such a hard time taking it home. AND THEY REFUSED TO GIVE ME A TEMPORARY CAR. I went back to the dealer every freaking day and tried to be reasonable with them but NO ONE NO ONE gave me answers. I would rather buy a Toyota rav4 next time. I mean there is not much difference but Murray Honda has the worst service ever.

I guess my only concern, if you will, was that getting the tires balanced on the car was not part of the maintenance package I got at the time of purchase, so I had to pay for it. The dealership has always done an excellent job on servicing our vehicles since we got our first New Honda and had it serviced in the plan. This experience was far better than other however thanks to the HR Manager at the dealership. She met with us when we were a little frustrated because we had a service agreement for 3 years of service on our vehicle that we bought previously and had wanted it transferred. We had been told this would be done and when we went in to get this taken care of it was not. She helped us to get this taken care of and we now still have over 2 years of service remaining on our vehicle. The dealership as a whole is in most cases great to work with and I would recommend them to any of my friends and family.

I went in for the recall that was out on my 2007 Honda Accord. During the inspection, they found that my car had some problems with an engine mount, the timing belt and the water pump. All the repairs were completed quickly and the staff was extremely courteous and helpful.

I needed to have a radiator replaced along with a few other maintenance issues, but I found that $656 to replace a radiator was way too much and I was able to replace it myself for $155. I had a very good experience with my service. It was done quickly. The price seems acceptable (no car repairs seem to be inexpensive any more). I didn't experience the service manager trying to get me to buy something that wasn't needed which has often been done at other service centers. I appreciated this very much. I purchased a prepaid maintenance package, which includes 3 oil changes with a vehicle maintenance checkup and car wash with each visit. It has been a great deal. It makes sure that potential problems are caught early and encourages me to keep up on my oil changes. Being able to schedule my appointment online is very convenient and the service center staff is always very friendly and helpful.

I visited Larry H Miller Honda Service Department Tuesday morning 14Jan14 to get an oil change and to fix my bent hub cap. The Service Manager, Kenny Barker fixed my hub cap right on the spot and then wrote up my order. Kenny was very helpful and professional. He treated my Service request as if I were the most important person to him at that time. The total Service experience was excellent. The work was accomplished in a very short time. I even got a car wash to clean of the winter salt and grim as an extra gratuity.. I was in the waiting room for only a short period of time enjoying a Coke and some Pop corn before Kenny came and told me the work was completed. The service and service manager should each receive FIVE GOLD STARS. I look forward to my next Honda service with them. THANK YOU.

We have bought or leased a total of 6 Hondas from Lou Slater. All purchases have been very positive therefore we keep returning to Lou. He is very professional and good at what he does. We trust him to be fair with us in our purchases and always feel like he is working to get the best deal we can get and be fair to Larry H. MIller Honda as well. We have always dealt with new car transactions, but we always come in to get our cars washed here and look in the showroom while we are waiting (nice marketing move) I didn't need a new car, but with the new overhaul of the Accord I have been tempted. We saw a really nice one in the showroom and it happened to be a gently- used 2013 Accord. I have never wanted to take over other people's problems so I was very stressed in making a decision. I felt really good about the 7 year warranty. The one problem that I worried about was a pretty good size scrape on the back wheel well. Herein lies where my disappointment comes in. I was told by LHM Honda's Used Car Manager that the problem would be fixed. My husband and I decided to go ahead, trade my 2011 Accord (perfect condition) and buy this new car. I brought the car in to get the scrape fixed and they filled in the scrape with paint (hand painted). I don't know, but when I am told it would be fixed, I felt it would look like the scrape was never there. This was certainly not acceptable to me or my husband. I told Lou how very disappointed I was and he told me to bring it back after the first of the year and he would make sure it is fixed. I know and trust that Lou has and always will do everything to make us happy. He goes the extra mile every time. My only concern is possibly the used car department and following through on what they promise. If this problem gets fixed, disregard any negativity in this review because everything else about this purchase was first-rate. If it doesn't, no used cars for us ever again.

Called my service rep Levi Johnson, was busy with another customer, left message for him to call back with service secretary. Talked with Levi when I got to service, says "he never got my message."Lance, service rep, was very good. Greeted me promptly, was thorough and courteous. He understood my needs and got my 2013 Honda Accord 4 DREX-L serviced.Suggest that you advise a "waiting" customer with service status after one hour.When providing a courtesy car wash, please dry the car carefully and remove water spots from windows and mirrors. I think the car wash is a nice touch, however, if you are going to do it, please do it correctly.This is my 8th Honda Accord from LHM Honda. I do expect "Great" sales and service! You have made significant money off my leases and when I turn in my used Hondas you make even more money because my returning Hondas are damn near in perfect condition.Thank you

Larry H. Miller Honda service department is the best! Their customer service is outstanding. Every employee is friendly, professional, helpful and courteous. They are honest and efficient and never try to talk you into service that isn't needed, unlike other places I've taken my car in the past. Their waiting room is clean and spacious and they offer a free shuttle if your car is going to be there awhile. Their Oil Change package is a great value with 3 oil changes for $75, which also includes tire rotation. They also offer free car washes. I have used LHM service department since I bought my car there 7 years ago. My car just had its 100,000 mile service done and it runs perfectly thanks to the care it has received at LHM. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else.

I was surfing the net at nite after hours. I first check with AAA car buying service online. They recommended LHMiller Honda. I logged off. About 8 minutes later I got a call from Fred Thornton at Larry H Miller Honda. We briefly chatted, but I was impressed with his RAPID service and helpfulness. I saw him the next day and we test-drove a new 2013. I was ready to buy it and we started filling out the papers, when I made a casual remark about not liking the car's color. He explained how easy AND CHEAP it would be to get a 2014 just exactly like I wanted it. We did, I bought it and am very happy with the deal, the product and the Way-Above-Average service.I highly recommend this Salesman, Fred Thornton, and his Dealership, Larry H. I came in looking for a new CR-V. I wasn't sure about trading my 2006 CR-V in because I wanted to private sell it to get more money. Pat Milburn my salesman let test drive a beautiful white CR-V while he had my car evaluated. On the test drive he explained many of the amazing features. Once we got back he already had a numbers ready for me to look at. I was amazed when he showed me what they would give me for my car. I didn't even think I could get that selling it my self. He also got me incredible payments on the new car. Once we agreed on the pricing within a few minutes I was getting all the paper work signed. That paper work process was quick and simple. Once I was done with that Pat sat with me and walked me through the car and how to use everything. He helped me connect my phone. I was amazed and thankful that he would help me like that. I bought a Honda Pilot from this dealership. I came in conflicted, do I want a new or used, But my salesmen Wayne Emery helped me chose a car that would most fit needs as well as wants. This dealership is amazing I will not go anywhere else to buy a car ever! I came in looking for a used car not knowing I had good enough credit to buy a car. They helped me out and had me test drive a couple used cars. I didn't really like and of the ones that I drove. They never once pressured me to buy anything I didn't like. They asked if I could have any car what would it be and I pointed to a crosstour they had on the showroom floor. We drove and they got me an amazing payment on it and everything was done in a fast and professional way. They were so kind and has excellent customer service. Wayne Emery and Richard Ley were my sales people, They are incredible! They mad sure everything was how I wanted it. Danny Brown the finance person helped me do my paperwork. He was so kind and made the process simple and easy for me to understand. This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. I love the vehicle I bought but I over-paid. I should have done more research before going in there. Their website says that they will match a lower advertised price within seven days after purchase, but they did not honor this. They just explained it away, as I expected they would. I found them to be less than honest and in the future, I will go somewhere else. The building is nice with free soda and popcorn, but it is really not free. You pay for it with a higher priced vehicle. If I were given a do-over, after talking to friends, I would go to Willey Honda in Bountiful.

We're so pleased with the sales & service at Larry H Miller Honda. We purchased a used car in November after having car trouble the previous week. Wayne was very efficient in helping us get the paperwork done quick, as I had my two young kids with me and my husband was at work. Wayne was curteous and friendly, offering 'free carwash' cards to pass out to my friends, with a far from pushy attitude during the sale. Danny was also great to work with as he finalized the paperwork & chatted with my 4 yr old.I have since been back for oil changes, etc... Lance at the service express center has always greeted us with a warm & friendly attitude. He certainly makes every effort to get the job done quick!Most recently, we had some service done, and Fernando was helpful in communicating what was necessary and what we could wait on. Oh and Bill, the shuttle driver was also patient, accomodating, and so friendly with the kids. Their complimentary shuttle service is much appreciated! We have now bought 7 from this dealership. they are honest and if they tell me I need to fix or replace something I can trust it is the truth. camron and levi are the best at getting the car in and serviced quickly. I was in the market for a new car. I stopped by Saturday 4/27/2013 and test drove the Accord. I also wanted to test drive the Pilot. After we test drove the Accord. Your salesman (Freeman) was supposed to help us out. We asked him that we wanted to see how the Pilot drive and function. He went and grab the key for the car. After he got back he mention 'want to talk numbers'. I told him we need to see what our options and not ready to talk numbers yet. Then he told us that 'Don't waste our time". We will never go back and will mention to everyone how LHMHonda treated their customers.

I tried to work with Ben Blue of the internet sales team to purchase a new Accord. His first quote was not competitive relative to quotes that I received from his competitors in the valley. He asked me who I got my quote from and the proceeded to bad mouth one of the other dealers in the valley by telling me that the price would be very different when I arrived. When I told him the dealer I got the quote from, he told me he would be able to match or beat that price and would get right back with a new quote. After 2 days and multiple emails from Ben letting me know the quote would be short coming, I received no quote. I just purchased my new car at the other dealership and the experience was awesome. Do yourself a favor and avoid the internet sales team at LHM.

I had the worst experience at this dealership. I went to purchase a car and it took 8 hours just to complete the deal. I traded in my car and it took them 28 days to pay it off so it came back with a high pay off which now they want me to pay for. First the loan officer didn't get the info on the 10 day off and second they sent him to another location and he thought we weren't important anymore just because he had our signatures. I went in 08/25/12 and today is 10/01/12 and to this day the problem hasn't been fixed. They keep giving me the run around. :( Worst experience of my life.

Went looking at used cars. Could not get starting price until they had me sitting down eating popcorn and drinking soda. Then they put me in the 'box' (That four square paper). Every time I explained I wasn't going to buy today salesman would walk away for a few minutes and come back with a lower price in one of the boxes. They would not take no for an answer or let me leave. I had to go to the sales manager and demand to have my keys and license back so I could take my kids home to feed them dinner. They were offended/insulted that I was leaving. It took nearly an hour of being in the box and I doubt I ever saw anywhere near their best price. Plus their offer for my trade in was extremely low. It was a textbook example of high pressure automobile sales techniques. I bought a vehicle from Larry H. Miller eleven years again. After this rotten experience I will never set foot on their lot again.

I ended up paying $500 more than they had agreed. They tried to nail me for an additional $5,000. I purchased a new Honda at Larry Miller because they had the car we wanted, and they would not trade it to the dealership we wanted to use. Larry Miller agreed to sell it to me for the price I had negotiated with the other dealership. When I sat down with the finance guy, he tried to get me to sign a note to Honda Finance without going through the details of all the costs. When I asked for the details, he said that I should sign this first, then the detail page would come later. The payment was about $100 more than I expected, so I demanded that I see the details. He was clearly irritated, but printed out the details and presented it. HE ADDED OVER $5,000 in prepaid service, interior and exterior protection, theft protection, and an extended warranty. This was in addition to sales tax, license, etc. This was all added without discussing these products/services with me. He then began his cheezy sales routine. Eventually I had all these extras removed. However, what I didn't notice was that they added $500 to the price in the final contract. I signed it - I obviously trusted them too much. We love the car, but I would never buy here again. I have dealt with other Honda dealers in the area that were great. I have purchased many cars, and 3 were at Larry Miller dealerships. 2 terrible experiences and 1 good one - not very good odds. Pat and Wayne were decent guys, but I think the finance guy and the General Manager were ... not.

THIS DEALERSHIP IS HORRIBLE. I went in looking for a car, I explained when i went in that i had a car and was just trying to get into a better deal since i would be a first time buyer. I didnt NEED a car but would like to see my options. They offered me the worst cars they had there, then after i said i was leaving they offered me a car that was a pretty good deal. We sat through finance haggling for over an hour. I explained i didnt have a down payment when i first walked in. 5hrs after being there they still tried to get me to put money down. AGAIN after threatening to leave they offered me a deal that was kind of decent. I signed the papers and left. 2 DAYS LATER THEY CALLED ME BACK TO SIGN SOME MORE PAPERS AND TOLD ME I HAD 20 DAYS TO PAY $1000 DOWN PAYMENT...I SAID NO FREAKIN WAY AND TO TAKE THE CAR BACK. THEY THEN TRIED TO MAKE ME PAY FOR MILEAGE USED...IF THEY DIDNT HAVE THE DEAL FINALIZED..THEY SHOULDNT HAVE GAVE ME THE CAR THINKING EVERYTHING WAS OK. THEN THEY MADE ME WAIT 45MINS JUST TO GIVE THEM THE KEYS BACK. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER WITH A DEALERSHIP....HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been a loyal customer of the brand the the dealership Larry H Miller. From this experience, I will never go back. In 07 I bought a brand new Accord V6 Navi, all options and spent over 30K. Last year on my Odyssey I spent over 4k, combined close to 40K. And even with this so called loyalty these guys still want to rip you off. These guys are a bunch of scum bags. I wish I would have taken my car somewhere else for service. These idiots said I needed a radiator and a timing belt and water pump, so I had them replaced it on my 05 odyssey. I still was losing coolant so I decided to investigate myself and found out the head gasket was out. So I took it back and their mechanic confirmed it. The quote for a head gasket,,, over 3K! So I bought a low mileage engine and had them install it. I also requested a new water pump and timing belt since I already paid for it. Well, 14 months later, the water pump leaks like crazy. They said, warranty is only good for 12 months and 12k miles. Are you kidding me? This part is supposed to last 100k miles plus, it didn't last a fraction of that. Either they sold me a defective part, or the tech didn't install it right, OR they didn't replace it like I requested it. It is a quality escape and they never saw that happen, but yet I am supposed to take it in the pocket book. You take it to the dealer expecting the best parts and service and this is what I get. I am expressing my experience to everyone I know, and this is not going to cost them the measly 700 bucks but the word of mouth could cost them thousands and I hope I save you from going through the same headache. Go to Mark Miller or any other dealership where at least they appreciate you as a customer. Either way stay away from these scum bags. I am doing it myself with an Autozone part that has a lifetime warranty for 59;99 and at least I know I don't have to do it every year! BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!

This might not be too helpful of a review, only because I went in because my maintenance light went on, and in the end no work was done/needed. But in a way this is good, as you are always ready for an "up sale" from mechanics/service depts. In this case no work was suggested, they showed me that my brakes were "fair" and might need to be replaced within' the year, that my battery was good, and everything else on their inspection turned out fine. I wasn't due for an oil change, and I just had my transmission fluid changed within' this last year. So, for what it's worth, I'll be going back.

they lied about upgrading stereo they said the stereo was 275 and we had to put 175 and they would pay the rest.we took it to store they do business with and installed a cheap one that lasted 2 months. we found out that they never put the 100 dollars they promised and they did not have any notes about them having to pay any stereo.
