The service team was great! The staff was friendly and the service was completed in a timely manner so I was without a car for a very minimal amount of time. I'm in no hurry to get my car serviced again, lol, but I know when it's time that I will be able to count on Larry Puckett Chevrolet for another great experience!!

The helpfulness, knowledge, and professionalism certainly helped to relieve the stress of my car needing body work. Alan Manning is an exemplary employee. He kept me informed and updated throughout the whole process! Definitely a 5 star employee!!!

George was awesome! His communication was excellent. He definitely kept me in the "knowing" every step of the way. My concern became his concern and for that I am extremely grateful! I own 5 cars and I definitely plan to return for all my mechanical repairs! Also when George wasn't available Justin stepped in to help. I appreciate their help and customer service.

We had an issue with our SUV while traveling. They were able to get us in the same day and fix our problem. Talked to Justin and the service manager I think his name was Lewis. They were so accommodating and everyone was so friendly. Thank you so much for making our travel easier🙂

New military family of six moving to the Montgomery/Prattville area. After being in the area for five days I started having mechanical issues with my Chevrolet vehicle. Went to Larry Puckett Chevrolet to schedule a time to bring my vehicle in to be repaired. When I arrived I was greeted by George in the service department. He asked me what brought me in and I explained to him I needed to get an appointment for repairs. He escorted me over to Summer Williams. I explained to her what the vehicle was doing, she told me that the techs are working about a week behind. I said ok, I just want to get the vehicle fixed. She proceeded to collect information to contact me, then reassured me she would be calling me to bring the vehicle in and leave it to be repaired. Needless to say two weeks later I still hadn't received a call. Well five thousand dollars later, my vehicle is fixed and running great. Sadly I had to go elsewhere to get the repairs, get a nation wide warranty and be given info that was reliable. If I can't trust you to do what you are supposed to do with a five thousand dollar job, how can I trust you to do a simple oil change? Lost a customer....... I gave two stars because everyone was polite......
