Just wow, JR Skeete and the rest of Lauderdale Infiniti staff were just incredible. From the moment I called, to signing on the dotted line, just polite, respectful and full of professionalism. JR has the right idea in this new world of digital car sales. I called every other authorized Infiniti dealer in south Florida, as well as shopped national pricing from Autotrader and Jr pulled through for me. He texted me video of the car within minutes of calling in. With the help of Andy and his great finance department they had me signed up on a lease that I know was a phenomenal deal. Thank you so much for the exceptional service and experience! I'm looking forward to the repeat business ;)

Just say no! At least that's how the sales manager responded to my request for a ride home (less than 1 mile away) on a hot day in Florida. His rationale was there was no porter on duty however there were also no customers on the lot and a staff of 10+ available to serve customers. I guess I didn't qualify as a customer anymore since I was returning a lease after 2 years. The car was the third of three Infiniti's I've purchased over the last 7 years and after this experience certainly my last. If Nissan wants to play in the premium space, the service has to be superior. This experience was a microcosm of the larger struggle of Nissan to obtain and retain customers for it's "premium" brand.

Our recent visit at Lauderdale Infiniti definitely exceeded one's "satisfaction" expectations. Starting with the scheduling of timely service and being welcomed by Thomas Ignizio, all when very well. He kept us well informed of repair details, part ordering as well as providing accurate progress status for potential service completion. Purchased a 2012 Infinity G37 Sport from Lauderdale Infinity. The sales lady contacted me right away when I inquired from cars.com and She met me at the dealership the following morning. We took the car for a test drive and I noticed that some of the door trim plates were damaged. They stood up for the problem and replaced the trim plates while we wrote up the sale (I was Impressed). Lisa made the entire sales experience easy and enjoyable also made sure all of the repairs were taken care of, filled up the gas tank, and gave me the keys to a completely clean car. She followed up with me a few times since the purchase to make certain I was satisfied with my purchase. I would suggest this dealership to anyone. See Lisa Lynn she will make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

Drove 4 hours to get to this dealer because the vehicle price was so good. Wasn't sure what to expect but found it was not only the best price I could find, but in showroom condition even though it was a 2010. So the quality of the vehicle I was offered was WAY BEYOND expectations. The salesman's name was Paul and I was very impressed with his low pressure sales and honesty. He even showed me the screen showing what the dealer costs were so I felt comfortable I was getting as good a deal as I could. He went over every cost that I would expect so I had no last minute surprises. I would highly recommend him to anyone and would go back to him if I was buying a car in the future. You experiences may differ but if the other salesmen were anything like what i received then this is a great place to buy a car.

After being blocked out by every dealership in Central Florida back in 2013 because they were all inflating the prices of the new JX35 (now called the QX60), we called Lauderdale Infiniti and they welcomed us. Everyone needs a 'car guy' they can call that will 'get real.' Jay Rellis is that man for Infiniti. Negotiating a car should be fast and easy. With Jay it is. My wife and I have been leasing our vehicles for more than 20 yrs. We do our homework and then expect dealerships to fall in line with our findings. Lauderdale Infiniti has come through for us twice. No problems whatsoever. A lot goes through your mind when you are driving 200 miles to pick up a car. They rolled the red carpet out for us each time. On the Fourth of July we spent all of five minutes negotiating with Jay over the phone but were unsure of the color we wanted. Out of some 35 cars in inventory Jay picked out a car for us- the only red car on the lot (Midnight Garnet). Of course we had our pick of the litter but we fell in love. After putting 50K on a 2013 JX (QX) I can tell you this is a great car.The model does not appear to have changed for '15. The changes are where you can't see it. Every button you push has been enhanced on the new model. The new transmission is flawless perfection and now has a 7th gear. Acceleration is smooth and this model is even more fun to drive than the first model in '13. I never tire of driving this car. Even the emergency brake has been modified in the '15. We shopped the competition hard. Volvo XC90 does not ride as nice and you cannot 'squat' or put your feet back because they hit a box that protrudes from under the seat. There is also engine noise and the 'all around view monitor' is not available until '17 (sold out in '16). Mercedes is smaller and as you drive you are thrown left and right as the car pitches back and forth. Lexus RX sits high, is smaller, has no style whatsoever and you can't even adjust the display brightness. In fact let's face it, the MDX just blends in horribly as well. This car is the classiest and the most reliable. It is truly the king of the road in this segment. If your like us there are car dealerships that you can't believe actually sell cars. Sales people that don't listen and have no respect for your time. We all long to meet someone that is competent, experienced and professional. Jay Rellis is all of that and... if you ask him nicely, he just might take your pet dogs for a ride around the parking lot in the company golf cart. You can't beat that!

I was very disappointed with the communication or lack thereof. I sent a request on their website that included questions about a particular vehicle including price and dealer fees. The email was quickly was followed up by an auto generated response from Richard Lincoln that contained no answers to my questions. I responded to that email restating everything in my initial request. 5 hours later I still did not get a response so I sent another email to see if they were able to get any answers. my questions were, was there any wiggle room on the price of the car, are there any additional fees other Tha tax title and tag, that I did not live in the area and would be travelling to purchase the car if we were able to get numbers figured out, and that I would prefer to be contacted by email, not by phone.one hour later I receive a phone call which I cannot answer at work. Richard Lincoln left me a message stating I got your email give me a call back to set up a time for you to test drive the car.I sent another couple of emails after that with no personal response including emails to the preowned sales manager. I will not do business with anyone who refuses to acknowledge me with a personal email, denies my requests, and cannot answer simple basic questions. I am really frustrated because the cars they had listed on their website and cars.com seemed very nice and very reasonably priced.

This was the worst car buying experience I have dealt with to date. The whole transaction felt like it was sketchy and I was constantly being hit with something.The price of the trade in has changed three times, from high to get me in the door, to low once I got there.After a car inspection, I noticed that the tires had a chunk missing out of them which I was assured was safe. There was no remediation being offered and all of a sudden I was faced with a document to sign about accepting the shape of the tires. At the end of the day, I would not recommend anyone going to this dealership.

We live in Windermere, FL. Looking on-line last Sunday morning we came across a Certified Pre-Owned G37 convertible of particular interest to us at Lauderdale Infiniti. David Abraham actually ansered our phone call 15 minutes prior to the showroom opening at noon. By 1pm were were driving south to Ft. Lauderdale arriving at the dealership around 4:15pm. We were impressed with the car and completed the transaction, including trading in my current vehicle, that same day. Lauderdale Infiniti closes at 5pm on Sundays but David, his Sales Manager and someone from their accounting team all stayed until 7:30pm to complete a very professional, amicable transaction.

Took my infiniti g37s for a oil/filter change. an hour and a half later, there was sand caked into the wheel wells, don't know how it got there from what should have been a slow non-aggressive drive from the technicians bay to the car drop off, but my car was the only one that had that much noticable sand and dirt caked in all wheel wells and on the side of the car, it looked like I took my car out on the beach.when brining it up as a concern they brushed it off as normal and non-concerning. "Car must have gone through a puddle." I am a resonable individual in most aspects of life this was NOT normal to me as a car, motorcycle, atv, and performance vehicle enthusiast.Even if my car was not driven aggressively (which in my mind it was) it should not have been brought back in the manner it was as part of the $60-$70 oil change is a complimentary car wash. Maybe I'm over reacting, this is just a yelp review so take it with a grain of salt, but this is enough for me to never return to this dealership again. I'm sure they won't miss me after the stink I put up after I saw my car, to be fair my experience with the dealership has been ok thus far. BAI Felicia! Felicia = infiniti fort Lauderdale dealership.Infiniti you have a chance to make this right! Show me or review the security tape from Saturday March 7th between 10am - 130pm and ease my concerns. A little excessive, yes, but I would do it for a concerned customer or client if I was in their shoes.. all while not making them feel like a lunatic.

Very easy process from start to finish. Initially inquired on the website on a CPO G37 and told Lisa what we were willing to pay. Two days later when we came to the dealership Lisa had the car ready to go and they gave us above average trade in value to get the deal done. Lisa was very friendly with non of the pushy salesperson BS & Paul kept it straightforward and simple without trying to sell us any extra things we did not want. We will definitely purchase any future Infiniti vehicles from Lauderdale Infiniti.

I found a car on cars.com that I was interested in (2007 Acura MDX), and emailed the contact person listed. Well, none of my questions were answered and none of my emails received replies. I did receive emails from them, but they were all generic. I even emailed the sales manager, and have heard nothing. This place doesn't know how to do business in today's internet world, so this review is just for that part of the process. They may be great in person, but as far as I'm concerned they shouldn't even bother listing autos online.

First time in my 63 years i have actually compared dealerships/deals beforei made, what i hope was, an educated decision on picking out my car and dealership.I spoke to. e-mailed and visited around Broward and Dade counties.uThe difference was remarkable.Jay took time to e-mail me, in length, regarding my questions on a few of your models.I was given a good price my first request.I did not and would not have fallen for the quote high until the customer says no deal and then it goes to the manager and then a big production ensues and the quote is lowered.I would not consider going any other place for my future cars.Also, Allyson in the finance was exceptional.I always dread that part of the sale and she was devine.Not sure who is luckier, Lauderdale Infiniti to hAVE 3 SUCH OUTSTANDING sales/finance people or them to have Lauderdale Infiniti.Either way, it is a win-win.

After almost deciding not to lease a new Infiniti after the bad experiences we had with the other local dealers, we took a final look and arrived at Lauderdale Infiniti. We were met by Don the sales manager who from the start made us feel very comfortable. No pushy sales tactics - well informed and provided us upfront pricing as we were looking for. I bought a used 2008 toyota prius. I traded in 2 cars, a corvette and nissan versa and paid the trade difference. Great fun experience. Usually I leave a car dealership mad. But not this time. Lewis rich was great. He has been selling cars for a long time and is a true professional. They made me a fair trade in for both my cars, and trade difference that I could live with. I left the dealership happy. Love my prius. If you have been shopping for a car, go see Lewis Rich at Lauderdale infinity and you will get a fair deal. You will leave happy.if I ever need a car in the future, Lewis rich at Lauderdale Infiniti will be my first and only choice. This is what buying a car should be like. Some negotiating, and the customer leaves happy. Remember that car dealers are in business to make money. They will not give you retail for your trade. You will get fair market trade in value. Extremely unhappy and frustrating experience Where do I begin? from the negotiation process, to the VPP final quotation, to the vehicle not being clean and ready after a confirmed set appointment and been told that everything was ready. To numerous dealer visits to get the items missing installed (Wheel locks, Tonneau cover, Cargo Organizer & Protector). Not the Infiniti experience nor the sales service - expected from such a brand.

This was our second lease with Lauderdale Infiniti. The first car we leased was frankly a lemon. It wasn't Lauderdale Infiniti's fault. Indeed, their service department did everything they could, and always gave us a loaner. Eventually everyone got in the act trying to fix it but to no avail. We had factory reps from Nissan and Infiniti, and they were all baffled. Finally the whole control module died and so did our patience with the car. We appealed to Infiniti to help us get out of the lease early, but they said it wasn't their problem.A a last resort before we shot the car to put it out of its misery, we called Lauderdale Infiniti and asked if they could do anything. The salesman who worked with us, (A.J.), listened to our tale of woe, and said he would do everything he could to help. Surprisingly, he did! He enlisted the aid of the new car manager, Don King, and together they worked out a deal where we were able to drive out with a brand new 2013 G37 convertible for not much more than we were paying for our 2009. The best part is that we did the whole thing in only a few hours.I would recommend this dealership without question

We have experienced several Infiniti dealerships' service departments over the past 6 years both in South FL and Greater Boston. To-date, Lauderdale Infiniti has blown them all away. When there's been an issue that other dealers cannot resolve, Ray Graham at Lauderdale Infiniti's service department has not only found it, but made it right. Our EX35 is an awesome car. At this point, from the perspectives of professionalism, caring, convenience and capabilities - we wouldn't take our Infiniti to be serviced anywhere else...and we'll probably lease our next EX or FX from them instead of dealerships with lesser talents.

Great Experience. Infiniti was offering a great promotion, and we were able to take advantage of it. The people at Lauderdale Infiniti were easy to work with, and helped us through all our decisions and paperwork. It was a pleasure to work with this dealership. They were fair and honest, and were absolutely on our side to get us the best value. We traded our old car, and were given a above expectation price for it. We left with an incredible car-but also with confidence that we had been taken care of.

Yeyca Quintero (pronounced Jay-ka) provided stellar service! The entire process was friendly, fast, and even fun because of her. She didn't insult my intelligence with the usual dealer tricks and games that autonation and the toyota dealerships tried to pull. I've bought 10 cars (both new and used) from dealers in my life, and by far this was the best experience I've had. No high pressure, straightforward pricing and a good value on my trade. She treated me like a friend, and she has made one in the process as I refer people to her now. Even the finance director (I paid cash) wasn't pushy. She was helpful when I needed information. I am so disappointed in how I was treated at the Ft. Lauderdale Infiniti dealership. I will never come back to this location again. They lied about my car and never fixed the problem. They do not know anything about customer service! Do not use this location their service riders know nothing about the cars they repair. I have never seen this at a dealership before. Beware!!!!

This is my 2nd Infiniti that I have owned and this dealership treated me with little respect. They lied about my car numerous times and did not fix the problem when it was brought into the dealership 6 times for the same problem. You better believe I will tell every single person I know my experience with this dealer and the Inifinti name. Even coorporate had to get involved and did nothing. Do not buy an Infiniti, they do not back their cars up. Do not go to this dealership, they do not fix the problem. They will tell you what ever they think you want to here. What an terrible experience I have had with them for the past 6 months.

took my car in for an oil change and a rattling noise. received a phone call from the service advisor and told me the whole muffler system needed to be replaced which would cost $3,600.00. his voice message also said he did not think it was worth the expense and would have his used car man give me a price (which I did not ask for him to do). I was told my car was worth the most $8,500.00. I was totally surprised because Kelly blue book told me otherwise. When I picked my car I was told that is was rotted completly underneath. I went to two other service repair shops to check this out. I looked underneath the car with the other two service men I went to. What they both told me was that I needed a couple of clamps to stop the rattling noice and that was all I needed. The car was not rotted underneath as the dealership stated. So BEWARE

We had a service issue with our Intelligent Braking System in our EX35 that's been going on for over a year. The feature was falsing when it shouldn't and not activating when it should. Our dealer in Greater Boston took twice for service visits and proclaimed that they could not duplicate the issue. When we arrived in Fort Lauderdale for the season, we decided to give it one more try at Lauderdale Infiniti while the car was in for its 15,000 mile maintenance service. Ray Graham was our Service Advisor. He expressed immediate concern for the safety aspects of our issue and wrote it up very comprehensively for the Service Dept. to examine. He gave us a clean almost-new loaner car and we proceeded with our day. Then we received a phone call several hours later from Ray to tell us that a mounting bracket for the IBA was broken that the dealership would order it and to keep our loaner vehicle as long as it took.Well, we had our repaired vehicle in two days (after the dealership had installed and thoroughly tested the feature). Since we've our EX back, the IBA has already activated correctly once in an emergency situation. Awesome. We give Ray and the Lauderdale Infiniti Service Dept. an A++++ for the results they provided.

Lauderdale Infiniti will satisfy the most demanding customer. My new QX56 was delivered on time and in pristine condition. The sales staff thought I was getting impatient signing so many documents so they brought me a great cup of coffee in a shiny new Infiniti Driving Cup. The atmosphere is relaxed, the sales folks are easy going and not pushy or annoying in the slightest. The manager Don King was direct and no nonsense. Not one time did anyone try to push me to buy extras (although they did offer a host of options); they recognized I was pressed for time and everyone respected that and moved swiftly to deliver the car.I can't say enough positive about my buying experience with Lauderdale Infiniti. If you want an easy, low stress experience avoid Sawgrass Infiniti and go directly to Lauderdale Infiniti!As for the QX 56, you should look at this SUV before you buy anything else. The Range Rover, Mercedes and Escalade all fall very short of this vehicle. Its not cheap but you get what you pay for!

Great staff and made the whole process less painful. Don King was especially helpful getting tire sensors replaced by working with the local Toyota Dealership. He was very thorough in making sure I was taking care of.
