Would 1000% recommend anyone looking for a new car to go visit Jason Beam at Laurel Ford!!! The experience from start to end was so smooth and easy. Jason is so down to earth and easy to talk to. He listens to you and honestly wants what’s best for you in your car buying journey. He made sure that we were informed and comfortable the whole process, it wasn’t just a sale for him, it was an opportunity to build a connection and a relationship. I also had my children with me which is a lot for young ones. The whole staff was great and patient during the times my children were not. I could say so much more but no words would be enough to describe the amazing experience we had. Will definitely go to Jason Beam at Laurel Ford again

After visiting other dealers getting thrown out, cursed at, car doors slammed on me, I was expecting to walk into Laurel Ford and being treated like crap, I was expecting a fight, I was loaded for bear thinking they would be the same as other dealers. I was prepared for insults, I kinda expected I wouldn't end up buying a new truck today , I was itching for a fight. That never happened, I was treated friendly and with respect, I was confused, all I know what to do is fight and trade insults, I was treated so good my heart melted and when I asked for a lower price they didn't swear or call me names. I was treated so good I would have paid a higher price. I have to at least like you before I hand over my hard earned money to you and I loved Laurel Ford.

I just bought a Ford Mustang GT from Laurel Ford. I found the car on eBay and dealt with Scott. The car is exactly as promised and I could not be happier. They delivered it to me in New York for a VERY reasonable fee. The gentlemen who made the delivery were on time, very professional and very courteous. Scott was a pleasure to deal with. He always gt back to me with every question I asked, even the stupid ones. He took care of everything from dealing with the bank to the motor vehicle department to coordinating the delivery. I would recommend them without hesitation.

After searching locally, in Middle Tennessee, and on line for a 2014 low mileage Ford F 150 Supercrew 4X4, I discovered a one owner F150 Platinum Supercrew at Laurel Ford. It took several days of on line questions and answers and negotiations to get an estimated trade in value for my 2011 F 150 Suprecrew, (I have a severe hearing loss) but Scott Long was patient, informative and precise with the information I needed to know before I made my decision. I was hesitant about driving over 600 miles to buy a truck I had never actually seen, but the 100% satisfaction ratings for Scott Long convinced me to take the risk and expense of driving to Laurel Ford/Lincoln in Windber, PA to attempt a trade. When I arrived at the dealership, I was met by Scott, shown the truck, test drove the truck and we agreed on the deal. The truck was exactly as he had described to me and my trade estimate was exactly what Scott had promised. At no time was any pressure placed on me by any member of the staff of Laurel Ford/Lincoln and a couple of special requests were done for me in the process of concluding the transaction. I traveled round trip over 1200 miles to receive old fashioned local dealer respect and treatment. When I am looking for my next F 150, or my wife's next Lincoln MKC, I will certainly contact Scott and the staff before I make a purchase.

I had been trying to get in for a oil change and tire rotation for 2 weeks but work kept getting in the way. I stopped in late afternoon on Friday after getting back into town to schedule an appointment for Saturday. Mike was at the counter and got me right in. Had no idea what was wrong with my car, showed up with no advanced notice and after a small wait they took my car in and told me what was wrong with it. turns out i was risking blowing up my engine if i drove much more before it was repaired. they sent me straight to the body shop up the road and i was advised to get a rental immediately. great people at all 3 locations (windber, eisenhower body shop, and payless rental)

Scott Long and his team at Laurel Ford did an amazing job at making my "out-of-state" purchase as smooth and easy as possible. The truck was detailed and fueled up ready to go when I arrived. I was having a serious problem with my brakes on a recent trip I called Mike in the Service Department, described the problem in detail, and told him I would be in Johnstown for a couple of days latter that week.Mike described the part it sounded like I needed ("brake booster" I think). He said he would get one in, and have it installed, if that was what the car needed. We made an appointment for Friday of last week, (I had to leave to return to North Carolina on Saturday AM).That part was what the car needed (the breaks were hardly working at all by Friday); the part was installed and test driven, and the breaks wok fine again now. Best of all, it turned the part and installation were covered under warrenty. Overall, it was a very positive experience and outcome.

This was a very good visit. John went above and beyond at this visit. I had asked him questions about fog lights so we walked over and talked to the parts area and they were to look into that and call me back.... well that didn't happen!!! However, the reason I went there was to get an oil change and to see about the transmission recall and that went well. I didn't hear anything yet about a date to bring my car back in for that but he did say that it would be about 10 days and that is tomorrow..

The F&I person was very nice and almost made the paperwork fun but at the very least made it seem to go quickly. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the showroom and the lot. After finding the exact F150 I'd been searching for online, I contacted Scott Long for more info on the truck. I recently took our '11 F150 Ecoboost Truck into Laurel Ford about an ongoing unresolved issue that another dealership COULD NOT fix! Being new to the Johnstown, PA area not knowing the dealerships around here, I decided to give Laurel Ford a call and make an appointment to bring my truck in. When I made my appointment, I was talking to the Service Manager about my issues and on going concerns with my truck. He was very professional and dedicated to assist me with my problems. I took my truck in on my appointment day and the same day, I received a phone call from the Service Manager with a detailed diagnosis of my truck issues. I gave him the go to perform the work, and he promptly had the parts ordered and had them the next day --AWESOME! The next day while at work I receive the call I had been desperately waiting on.. the call from Laurel Ford. The service manager called to inform me that my truck was fixed, and good to go! My truck feels better than it ever has, and it has been this way since I bought it unfortunately, but now I am good to go!This is the best customer service that I have received from a dealership hands down!! The only service that we had done was the protection package for our new 2015 Ford Escape Titanium. This was a replacement for a Laurel Ford 2014 Escape that was lost in an accident. The service is wonderful at Laurel. Even with the holidays our car was ready for us with the protection package (both interior and exterior) in only 2 days. We returned to the Laurel Auto group and plan to continue shopping there.

Took vehicle in because tire almost came off because lug nuts on one wheel weren't tight. Laurel fixed vehicle and was very sincere about the problem. My only concern is that the wrench light came on on the dashboard two days later which I looked up in the owners manual and said it was power train or four wheel drive problem. But next time I started vehicle up, light did not come on, and hasn't since but I am not sure what will happen when I put vehicle in 4 wheel drive when the weather gets bad.

I am originally from Hagerstown MD and local dealers really push customer service at their dealerships. I was very pleased with the service done on the 2005 Ford Expedition. In the future, I may drop it off, and pick it up later due to my work schedule, and pick up schedule with kids, and such after my work hours. Dealership personnel have been very accommodating & helpful, however, Ford's parts suppliers were very slow. Dealership is also hobbled by Ford's warranty repair guidelines. I will be returning to the dealer ASAP, as the transmission is still slipping in the higher gears. I believe that this would be a non-issue if Ford would allow the replacement of clutch & pressure plate as a pair instead of short cutting by attempting to get away without replacing the pressure plate with the clutch. In short, Ford needs to allow the dealers some discretion in how warranty repairs are completed.

I'm more sold than ever before about the service dept at Laurel Ford. It's nice to know that when you ask the service manager to check something out on your car, that your not going to be taken advantage of. I asked John to check my brakes,and thought my car might need them or that they might be wearing. John informed me that although they are wearing, they were not worn enough to replace yet, but will take another look at next oil change. John fully explaned where the brakes should be and what to watch for. Very satisfied with the service!!!

Overall, an excellent experience working with this dealership.I found the truck advertised on several online car/truck sites. After determining that the vehicle was close to what I was looking for I started a dialog with Scott Long. Scott was always prompt and courteous. Scott was more than willing to provide as much information as I asked for. Scott's information was always accurate.I feel that when dealerships are selling their vehicles online to a broad audience and the buyer isn't able to personally inspect the vehicle during the typical purchasing process, the seller agent, Scott in this case, has to go out of his way to provide information, data and pictures to support the vehicle that they are representing. Scott Long did so. I am not going to commit to a long drive/flight to purchase a vehicle and then suddenly learn something I didn't expect to see about the vehicle. My salesman was great!!! I was not sure if i wanted a Taurus or Lincoln MKS -- We test drove both cars and he pointed out the features on both.. Obviously the Lincoln was a lot nicer in many ways -- but what I liked was the ride --the heaver duty suspension and engine (pick up etc) Shawn Piatek (my Salesman) asked how much or how little i wanted to know about the car --- i wanted to know more than i thought i would -- In short --- I was very pleased with Shawn --the Finance Manager was efficient and nice --- I would recommend Laurel Ford/Lincoln Dealership.

I have a 2010 Ford Escape. When I called to make my appointment for the recall they informed me that they could pick it up at where I work. So that was great!! Then Mike called to ask me if I wanted my oil changed and I said no. But then he informed me that I was due for a free oil change so I said absolutely. If he wouldn't have told me that I would have never known that I was due for a free oil change. Mike then informed me that I needed something else done because my car was making a noise and that was how they found it. He took upon himself to look up that I had the extended warranty and informed me how much it would cost and I thought that was amazing!! He didn't have to take the extra time to check to see if I had the extended warranty...but he did!! I can't say enough great things about Mike and Laurel Ford. I know that I was telling everyone at work how he went the extra mile for me (someone he really doesn't even know) and informed me that I had a free oil change and also about the extended warranty. So please make sure that you also thank Mike to being an outstanding employee that represents Laurel Ford.

Service was done very quickly which was very appreciated, the only thing there was a mix up with some communication between service desk and Mike Prozialeck, when I called down to make an appointment I had told the serviceman that if the repair would take a long time to fix that I would need a loaner car to use, because I had to go to work later that day, because I live 1 1/2 hours away, he had said that wouldn't be an issue... When we arrived that morning of the repair being done I had told the desk of my situation and that I would need a loaner if it would take a long for the repair, I had told them that I had talked about it with the serviceman, and apparently someone told Mike P. that I said that "he" promised me the loaner car which wasn't the case, and Mike looked somewhat put out that I had brought him into this, which wasn't the case at all, some miss communication ... but other than that it went very well

The service was great. They got me in right away. When this issue occurred I was towing a camper and was out of town. I was very disappointed that the Ford dealer in that area would not even look to see what the problem was and only response was "come back in a week". Not the thing you want to hear when you are out of town towing a camper with your family and not going to be there for a week. Laurel Ford got me in right away when I got back to town and was very happy with their service and scheduling.

I recently purchased a new 2014 Mustang GT premium. i knew going in the basic kind of car i wanted. they didn't have what i wanted at the dealership so they searched all nearby dealers and couldn't find what i was looking. we ended up placing a custom order threw ford to get the exact car i wanted. he quoted me a price, after incentives including taxes, and all applicable fees. i took my vehicle specs and the price he gave me and contacted local dealers to see if they could beat Laurel Fords offer, and they either offered a higher amount or didn't answer back at all. it was the best deal within 75 miles of where i lived. i decided to place the order threw Laurel Ford and it took about 9 weeks to get built and delivered. they kept me updated on my vehicle status with weekly emails. they did not pressure me into buying any additional upgrades or packages. when i the vehicle finally came i was relieved to find it was exactly what i wanted but also the price i paid was the exact price he quoted me 9 weeks prior. they are very transparent with their offers, so if they say this is what you will pay, you can expect to pay that and not a penny more. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable of the car and helped me get acquainted with all its gadgets. i also want to mention i traded in my old car towards this purchase. they gave me the highest amount Kelly Blue book said my car was worth. it was overall a pleasant experience. i will buy from them for life and recommend them to anyone interested in a new car.

Recently purchased a 2010 Mercury Mariner from Laurel Ford in Windber, PA. Scott Long assisted us in the purchase. Mr. Long treated us as though we were purchasing a brand new car. He explained every detail of the vehicle with confidence and pride. Mr. Long was extremely professional in every regard, but very personable at the same time. Purchasing "used" cars in the past have never been a positive experience as dealers/salesman seemed more bothered to be assisting on a used vehicle vs a new one. I contacted Scott in reference to a vehicle they had listed on the internet. I was able to negotiate the entire purchase, finance, and extended warranty of this vehicle via e-mail in less than 24 hours. The next day I flew to Pittsburgh, Scott had their delivery personnel pick me up at the airport, take me to the local McDonald's to look over the truck, complete the paperwork, and I was on my way home (North Carolina)! First time ever buying a truck on the computer, did not even see it in person, just pictures, so was very hesitant. The salesman, Scott Long, could not have been nicer nor more honest, made a deal onthe phone, including my trade in, that was very fair. When I got to the dealership to get my truck after a 4 hour drive, everything about the truck and deal was EXACTELY as we had spoken about! No add ons, no BS, nothing additional! Scott did a great job and the actual sale took only a few minutes as they had everything ready when I got there. This dealer was definately worth the drive and when I buy another I will certianly call them with no hesitations! I would also recomend them to anyone!
