I have nothing but great things to say about this dealership. Buying a car is usually a stressful process but that does not exist when you are working with Lava. Patrick was amazing and very knowledgeable when helping me choose the right vehicle. He listened to exactly what I was looking for in a car and not only gave me one but numerous options from their quality choices on the lot. After Patrick helped me with choosing my car I worked with the other Patrick for financing and yet again nothing but great things to say about him. He made sure I left there with the best possible financing rate and an affordable payment. Lava motors makes the car buying process a breeze and very streamed lined and efficient. They made sure my car was safe and road ready and I have nothing but amazing things to say about this business. Anyone looking for an affordable quality car must come check them out!

Friendly, local, great selection, easy process, unreal customer service. It would be really tough to beat the overall experience and value at Lava. We had a great experience at the other Lava location down the road last year with a beautiful Passat that has needed literally nothing since we bought it from Lava, so I stopped by this weekend to see about a second car from them. I drive past both locations often and they always have a good range of selection from many styles, makes, models, years, etc. I test drove and looked at as many cars as I wanted at both locations, no pressure. The actual process couldn't have been smoother. Patrick Baker got me into a great SUV that's perfect for what we need with relatively low miles. They let me know upfront there were a couple things they're fixing before I could take it. However, it only took less than a day, but they gave me a loaner car to use. Patrick L. got me through the paperwork in under 10 minutes, all explained easily and exactly what I was signing, just much more efficiently than other places where it takes half an afternoon... Overall, couldn't recommend them highly enough for buying a used car!

Zack and Patrick have been wonderful from buying my vehicle ( which I love) to helping with issue. Will by from them again for sure. Recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to check them out. Great quality vehicles
