I dealt with Ian, he was the best salesperson you can ever have, even the financial company loved this guy. April at Honor Finance thought Ian was great. I was in a terrible situation for a car with 4 children and a lot of bad decision, and Ian at Law made it happen for everyone. If anyone ever need help just ask for Ian he will make it happen for families and everyone that has never just been screwed up. If I ever hit the lottery Ian would get 10%

We did our shopping on the sub-$10k lot at Law Auto Sales. They had a very nice selection of cars that were clean and reasonably priced. We worked with Ian, and he was terrific. He was the opposite of what your normally think of when you think "used car salesman." He was responsive and straightforward, and I never felt like he was trying to take advantage of us. There was no "hard sell" and no pressure. He allowed us to take our time, and patiently answered all our questions. During a test drive of the car we ended up buying, we noticed a very small mechanical issue. Ian was more than fair with how he and Law rectified the situation. While we were completing the paperwork, Ian made sure the gas was full and had the car washed, so we took possession of a clean car that had a full gas tank. Just another nice touch that enhanced our experience. I can't recommend these guys enough. In fact, next time we need a used car I will look here first.

I found an Impala SS on Cars.com that I wanted and went over to see it. The owner's son Kyle met me at the door and the service was great. I test drove the vehicle and it rode extremely well and the service records on it were great. The owner, Jim, was friendly and had the service guys made a quick fix to the 6-way electronic motor on the driver's seat by the next day. When I came to pick up the vehicle, it was hand washed, shining, and ready to go. The buying experience was straightforward and they didn't do the whole hidden pricing thing that I hate at used car dealers. The price was the price and I didn't have to negotiate them down and walked out the door at what I wanted to pay. The service has continued after the car buying experience and the car runs great a month later. These guys are just overall friendly and a class act. By far the best car buying experience I've had and they'll get my repeat business and referrals. This was about the 5th dealership I had visited in a two week period and although I saw a similar vehicle on the other side of town with less miles, I decided to go ahead and make the purchase here because the service and overall friendliness of the owner and his son were perfect. I spent less than an hour in total at the dealership test driving and picking it up two days later. I had my own financing so I can't necessarily speak to the financing options, but would definitely recommend this place and the selection of cars on the lot.

Ian took good care of me and my family the whole time we were there. He made of very comfortable and was VERY patient through the whole process. I respect Ian on a personal and business level from the way he handled my situation from beginning to end. I admit It was a bit of a hassle on my end due to me not having all of my paperwork in order but that's what made me feel better about coming to law auto instead any other dealership, THEY WERE VERY PATIENT WITH ME and we got the job done. I highly recommend this place and will be coming here for a while.

BRAD is the man! His customer service skills were outstanding! I didn't have a working vehicle to come into the dealership, however this did not stop Brad from taking all of my information and securing financing for me immediately. He was alway availiable when I called and he made me feel like I was the only customer he was focusing his attention on. He was honest and upfront. When my husband told him we had no way to get to the dealership to do a test drive on the vehicle Brad sent a service man to the house and picked us up in the same vehicle that we were purchasing. It took all of 30mins for us to sign the paper work and drive off in our new vehicle. Remarkable customer service. It was almost to good to be true having this type of service from a dealership.

I recently bought a 2007 Pontiac Grand Prix GXP in excellent condition from Law Auto. I dealt with Brad Law and I have to admit that my experience has changed the way I feel about car dealers. I went to a few different dealerships before I stopped at Law Auto and the dishonesty and pushy sales tactics I saw at the other dealers definitely left me discouraged. When dealing with Brad at Law Auto, he was very honest, straightforward and non-pushy. When I picked up the car, it was very clean and full of gas. The entire staff was very courteous. I will definitely be sending anyone I know who needs a car to Law Auto, and I will always keep them in mind when making future car purchases. They really took the hassle out of buying a car.

While looking for a new vehicle I found a lot of what I thought were " good deals" , but after going to some of these places I found this not to be true. There are a lot of dealers out there that claim they can get you approved , but they can't. Even worse some dealers post pictures of vehicles that are misleading in price, condition of vehicle, or availability. This is NOT THE CASE at LAW AUTO SALES! They got me approved , they never lied to me, I was not attacked like vultures on a carcass when I walked on the lot, and best of all I walked on the lot then drove off in a very nice vehicle. You owe it to yourself to give LAW AUTO SALES a call or go on there WEBSITE. If you are in the market for a vehicle contact Ian Hannan and trust me when I say that you will be glad you did!

I was apprehensive about filling out their credit application because I thought I would be denied. It was far from that. Brad gave me a call and worked quickly to get me in the car I wanted. I went in on Saturday and drove off the lot on Monday without having to stay there for hours upon hours. Brad made my car buying experience a pleasant one. I visited this dealer thinking ok I'm going to the over priced let me sale u this on my last leg piece of car. The truth is I went to Brad he made it so simple and easy I could have walked in and out with my car the same day. I was not ready I was looking for the sale pitch the high way robbery the clunker. Each time I went in he made it easier and easier never was I in there for more than 15 20 minutes. He gave me nothing but facts plain and simple. I told him this is what I want to do and I don't want to pay a dime more than this he look at me and said ok I'm going to make that happen for you. I promise u a few phone calls later he said done when do u want to pick up your car. I said fri he said ok I went there only to sign on the dotted I was out of there in less than 15 mins. No hidden anything came up my car purred like a kitten with all its bell and whistles. On my way out he told me when I want to upgrade come back and he would make it happen. To who ever say that had it bad at law auto I'll have to look at them with a third eye I could not have asked for a better experience. Brad you earned my business and I'm going to shout it to the roof top to everyone I know. Keep up the good work it's too many crooks out here you were indeed a breath of fresh air.

All the people that works for Law Auto Sales couldn't be any friendlier. The vehicles they had to sell on their lot are well maintained. Prices on their cars and trucks were reasonable. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone searching for a good car or truck at a great value.

found a great car here, low miles super clean 03 taurus. price was above blue book but worth it, Brad Law the owner was very helpful after the sale too. inside dash lights didn't work and washer solvent hose had leaks. Brad and his service people Ian and Josh fixed both problems and even gave my daughter a ride to and from instead of waiting. all done for NO CHARGE. very professional, best used car sale experience i have ever had. i will recommend this dealer to others.

I have wine taste on a beer budget. They had several clean, nice vehicles in my price range (it was hard for me to find 1 at other places, they had 4 I liked.) Was able to test drive, purchase, trade in old vehicle, get insurance switched and title application all done on a Saturday morning. I was happy with the services. Very respectful, honest staff. My brother knows cars and came along. He is difficult to impress and agreed this is a place we'd both do business again. Highly recommend.

Ian was friendly and honest! We were treated so well, that my husband and I had already decided that if we weren't approved for a loan that we were coming back in a few months with cash to purchase. Ian (Hannan) showed me my first car on my quest to find an older, larger vehicle to join our family. I really liked the 2003 Explorer NBX he showed me. I took it for a test drive, gave it a good looking over and discovered that it didn't have the 3rd row seat I really wanted. So, we said thank you and walked away. After a week of looking at larger Fords at many different car lots and dealerships, I had had enough. The dealerships were the worst. Because you were not buying a new car, we were not, you are treated like crap. As a landscape photographer, I needed a car I could take down dirt road and back woods and still carry our large family of growing men to the occasional family function. We have newer cars but I wanted something to take me where I wanted to go and not worry about chipping the paint. I was shown some of the worst of the worst cars you have ever seen. In one well known dealership, they kept us waiting for 40 minutes because they couldn't find the keys to the car I had seen online. When they finally found the keys the car looked nothing like it looked like online. The electrical system didn't even work but they wanted top dollar. I walked away from that one and went home to call Ian to see if the Explorer was still available. It was! We bought it, cash, that day. I'm sure Ian stayed late just to get all the paperwork done for me. He treated me wonderfully from the time we met, while he was digging the cars out from the last snow storm. I would highly recommend Law Auto. We will be using them again. My son talked to Ian about purchasing a truck soon. And Ian was very helpful and answered all his questions. Thank you for the great service and for treating me like a human being!

I was desperate for a car, and I put a loan request into a bunch of dealerships that had cars that I liked, NOT A SINGLE ONE called me back, I had to call them, and then they didn't even care about me. Then I saw Law Auto. I found a cute little bug I had liked and put in my application. In about a half an hour Brad and I were talking about getting financed, and while I didn't get into the car the I had originally wanted, I got a car FAR superior for a price I could afford. He spent all day trying to help me get financed and he was so polite and kind, he even offered to fix the headlight for free once we noticed it was out. I will definitely recommend him and shop here for my next car.

SAME DAY I purchased the vehicle, went to Meijer., came out and the vehicle would not start. It was one of Michigan's ridiculously cold days. Ran into Meijer anto thaw out and call for a tow. Waited in Meijer while tow driver worked on my vehicle. He managed to get it started. Took vehicle back to Law Auto for three concerns 1) failure to start, 2) keys issued only worked in the ignition but not in the doors or trunk and lastly, (minor)dome light was out. Law Auto Mechanic was really short with me. He said he found no problems and the vehicle started for him with no problem. So I paid for a tow because I had nothing else to do with my $$$. Law Auto mechanic also said the locks were "dirty" that is why the key did not work. I have no proof that the mechanic checked the started, ignition coil, or battery. He just said things were fine. Okay, I accepted the brush off and went on my way. Then it happened again,of all times, on Christmas day! While exiting the freeway and preparing to turn the corner off of the service drive, the vehicle stopped again! The costs of a tow on Christmas Day was $$$$. The tow driver did manage to get the vehicle started. Could not leave a message with Law Auto. Guess they did not leave their answering machine on over the holidays Christmas Day New Year. Because the car has stopped twice within 10 days of ownership I am CONCERNED!!!

My Son was looking to purchase a car unfortunately he had no credit and we looked at other places, but they were trying to sell us something we didn't want, pushing us to spend way more then we wanted to borrow. My girlfriend and I found Law Auto to be a lot better than any other car sales lot we went to. We had Ian as our salesman and he was very helpful, informative, friendly, and hard working. Other salesmen didn't seem to want to help or even try to get us into a vehicle because we didn't have perfect credit, but Ian tried his hardest to find the right car for us for the right price and it worked out perfectly. Great variety of newer pre-owned vehicle with low miles; many still under manufacturer's warranty. Were sincere in their negotiations. Couldn't give the car away but were willing to work with me until we reached a price that we both felt was fair. Sincerity. That's what sold me...and the car...and the price. :) My wife will need a car soon and I can honestly say that I will check with Law Auto first before I buy any future car.

As a woman shopping for a vehicle alone I must say it was a great experience. I know it seems to good to be true but TRUST me Law Auto Sales gets 5 stars in every catagory from me.. My shopping/buying experience was smooth and simple. Even after I took posession of the vehicle, the next day i discovered a minor problem and the service manager Duane explained the process of resolving the issue and followed through in the time frame he gave me. I have been looking for a used car for a few months now and have dealt with many other dealerships. However, I purchased my SUV from Jerre Law in a matter of days because Law Auto Sales was the only dealership that provided a quality car with excellent customer service. I recently purchased a vehicle from Law Auto and it could not have been a better experience! Jere Law made buying a vehicle enjoyable and personable. Jere had on his lot, exactly what I was looking for. There was zero pressure into buying the vehicle and as a matter of fact, Jere even said, "if we don't have what you are looking for we can get it." Just when I thought customer service was dead...Jere Law and his staff stand alone and are the true meaning of what customer service is all about! The other dealerships should take a page out of Law Auto's book! I have and will tell everyone I know to go see Jere Law when they are in the market to purchase a vehicle. This is how the car buy process should be! No pressure sales, no hidden fees or other tricks that you find at most dealerships. I worked with Jere Law on the purchase of my 2011 MKX and the experience was great, no hassle or haggling. Negotiations were as simple as I have ever experienced. When I was in the dealership the whole team was very nice and courteous. I will definitely contact Law Auto when I am ready for another vehicle.

10-31-12 I have never written an internet review for a purchase. However, the people at Law Auto Sales deserve a stellar review. I am 100% satisfied with everything regarding my vehicle purchase from them. I recently purchased a 2009 Cadillac SRX from Law Auto Sales. While quizzing Jere Law over the phone regarding the vehicle's condition, I found him to accurately represent it, and he immediately earned my trust with his honesty. Jere did not push for a sale. In fact, there was zero pressure to purchase. He said, "If the vehicle is not right for you, then you shouldn't buy it." Now that's honesty. Jere rated the SRX's condition as a 9 out of 10, and he was correct in his assessment. I called back to inquire about the condition of the brakes. Jere found they were over 1/2 worn, so he had a brake job done on all 4 wheels, at no-charge to me! They also included a Sirius XM/navigation subscription renewal for me, again at no charge. Based on my trust of Jere during our phone conversations, I bought a one-way ticket and flew to Detroit to inspect and purchase this vehicle. I was very impressed with the vehicle's condition and Jere's honest description of its flaws (just a few dings). One of their employees picked me up at the airport. The transaction went very smooth. Jere had all the paperwork ready. I just handed him the payment, signed a few forms, and drove away with a FULL tank of gas! Made it home in 8 hours. The next day, Jere even called me to make sure I made it home ok and that the car performed perfectly. Yes on both accounts. Jere's follow-up phone call demonstrated how much they care about satisfying their customers. I look forward to purchasing more vehicles from Jere Law in the future. I recommend Law Auto Sales to everyone.

The owner of law auto, jere law, was one of the nicest people we ever met, he said he would get us the vehicle we wanted and he did..this is the second vehicle we bought from LAW, and even our son just bought a car from law..so yes i would definetly recommend LAW auto to any one!!!

I have now bought two cars from Law Auto, my family five, and every time we go in everyone on the staff is attentive and willing to work with us. They go above and beyond to make sure the customer is satisfied. We told them what we were looking for and the price range and they got us in to a better car than we could have imagined. I have purchased new and used vehicles for over 35 years and I have never had a more relaxed and comfortable experience with Jere Law at Law Auto Sales. No pressure or hard sales pitch whatsoever, just honest answers. He even worked with my negotiator and body guard with no resistance whatsoever. I was was so impressed with how, in just a couple of hours I had a brand new ride - no hassles! I can't wait to go back to get a Ford Pickup next.

I just purchased the 2007 Pontiac G6 from Jere at Law Auto and the experiance was amazing. I have purchased vehicles before and have never had a dealership be so friendly and helpful. I truly appreciate all the time and help that Jere put in to help me get this amazing car. Not only did I get an amazing deal on this beautiful car but Law Auto also helped me get financing on it. I began my experience looking for a used replacement vehicle on the internet. Law Auto Sale had pic's competitive pricing and a link to car fax which made my process much easier. With online inatant approval the only thing left was the test drive and actual onsite visusl. Once at the faacilty meeting the sales staff and Jason law was the icing on the cake. Jason made the paper work go with a breeze had the vehical ready for the test drive which made the delivery of the vehicle posssible that day. Hats off to Law Auto Sales. A.D.
