What a treat to be able to drive almost an hour to see a car and find it to be such an enjoyable visit!! I worked with Stephanie Sparks, and couldn’t be happier! I was met with a lovely young woman that was the whole package……kind, polite, knowledgeable, confident, helpful, and fun. Exactly the kind of person you wish to do business with!! Honestly, she was something else. Never gave me the feeling of pushing or hurrying me, and answered any questions I may have, and I had many. Stephanie gave me all the time I needed … respecting that for me the customer, this was a big decision! I was able to leave that evening very happy I purchased from this dealership. I also appreciated the others I met , a very professional group of team members. Something Stephanie provided for me was being able to feel comfortable, I felt that immediately, I was grateful for that. This dealership was so on top of things. I was pleased to find the Allstate Insurance co right inside Lawrence/Kia! I had a great visit with Michael and we ended up doing business together! I am very excited about the entire experience finding my beautiful new car! YES! THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH Stephanie & Kim, and to all!! I apologize this is rather lengthy, but you are certainly well deserving of my positive words.

Very helpful and quick. Treated the kiddos well. Second experience was awesome too. Less than 2 hours start to finish. He goes to bat for you with the financing department. Even loaned me a phone charger. Third visit was awesome today. Jason Was awesome.

Wow! Where do I even begin... Chris W. went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable with my trade. From the moment I walked into the door he had a smile on his face. He was incredibly funny and knowledgeable. It felt like talking to a friend rather than buying a car. He answered all of my questions and made purchasing my car stress free. I also had my toddler with me and while signing papers he not only entertained my two year old but he let her pick out anything from the vending machine on his dime! Which was seriously the sweetest! You truly went above and beyond to make our car buying experience a breeze. Thank you so much! We’ve bought multiple cars in the last 10 years and we wished we would of had a salesman like Chris every time! I do want to mention Chris H. as well, the manager I had my hesitations about coming back into purchase my vehicle and he worked with me for a hassle free experience and to stay in our budget. The professionalism of these employees really stood out to us. I would recommend them to all of our family and friends.

Let's face it. Buying a new car can be stressful and unpleasant. I'm almost 50 and I've had a lot of experience at dealerships. My experience at Lawrence Kia was fairly painless. My experience at Lawrence Kia was by far the best and easiest I've ever had. My salesman was Tyrone and he made me feel at ease and very comfortable. I purchased a Kia Forte and I love it. Much thanks to Tyrone.

I went to Lawrence Kia because I knew they were known for helping people with little credit, myself for example. I knew they had great customer service, but I was truly blown away by the service I received during my visit! Dodge was absolutely amazing. He listened to my story. He empathized with me and then he did everything in his power to take care of me. I truly felt heard by the whole team that spent their morning making sure I left with my heart full and in the car of my dreams. I am a lifetime Kia owner from this day forward! Hands down the best dealership I've had the pleasure of visiting.
