The VP of Leckner Sales, the Manager of Leckner Ford, and the Salesperson all agreed on a final price for a used car. This was done over the phone since I had to drive several hours to get there. As of 330pm Saturday afternoon, it was confirmed that I would be there Sunday when they opened at 11am to purchase the car. Upon arriving at 1110am, the Manager greeted me with the news that the car was sold the night before. It was agreed that the car would not be available for sale until I arrived by all the people listed above. So I drove over 5 hours for NOTHING. The promises made all the way from upper management to the Salesman were not kept. In my opinion, this shows an unethical culture and training that starts from the top of the management team. If this is the way they run their businesses, how can one trust them in any department from sales to service? It is actions like this that give all car dealers a bad reputation. However, I don't believe all dealers are this UNETHICAL. So I would recommend that one never deal with the underhanded operations of any Leckner dealership. It cost me a lot of time and travel, what will it cost you?

I have been to several Ford dealers over the years. This dealer has always had better people. Even before the name change. The people working at this dealership always seem to be trying to make the experience better somehow. The people are all friendly and approachable. The waiting area for service is in the middle of the showroom floor so as I sit waiting I also get to hear everyone else and their interactions as well. There was one lady today that seem to be having the need to buy a car (a used car) and evidently the dealership representative had to spend a excessive amount of time dealing with the bank. They took the car the lady was buy and had it detailed. Then took the car to the gas station to fill it up with gas and I think they even offered her lunch. I have an Excursion and Roger (The Excursion God) is a mechanic and Joe is the service manager. I brought my Excursion in to have the rear serviced and inspected. They see my vehicle a lot here and they know I take good care of my Excursion. As usual the inspection showed that everything was good/great and I know that the work was done right the first time. The only improvement that can be made at this dealership is to have a place to setup a laptop and get some work done. I like to use my time wisely. I have to drive almost an hour to get there (without speeding). So for an instance like today I have to plan to waste close to five hours, between the drive to and from and the wait. Over all this is a good place with good people. Talk to them. Listen to them and trust them and your car will be part of your family for a long time. Also, yes I said "Excursion" as many times as I possibly could. I have a "FORD", "EXCURSION" and I am proud to have it

I purchased a preowned 2014 Ford Focus and am totally thrilled with it. Joe H. , the salesperson was professional, friendly and courteous. Joe answered all my questions and concerns. Don W. , the Finance Mgr., was equally helpful and obtain the loan for me. The very few issues I had were addressed in the detailing. The deal was a very good one. Brittany called shortly after to check on how I was doing with the car and my satisfaction with it. My daughter purchased a brand new Ford. Focus at this dealership and highly recommended them.

I had the pleasure of purchasing a Ford Edge today (9/17/16) from Mr. Mac Hall at Leckner Ford in King George County. Our dialog began earlier in the week with my initial visit to drive test various makes and models on the lot. Mr. Hall was professional, polite, courteous and knowledgeable about the vehicles, spent ample time with me while I considered my options, gave me his full attention, and was quick to return calls and address my questions in the days that followed. My wife and I returned today to complete a transaction, and we both left pleased with the Mac's great sales service, assistance provided by the finance manager, the vehicle and the price. Those from the greater Richmond area who are in the market for a new or replacement vehicle should take the time to drive to Leckner. It is clear that customer satisfaction is their primary goal. I would never have said purchasing a car was a pleasurable experience - until now. It was well worth the drive. Thank you, Mac!
