I called to get information about an extended warranty that I purchased for my jeep. Neither were purchased through Lee but their location is most convenient. After being put on hold multiple times for a combined wait time of almost 45 minutes, and being told they don't have the best phone system, and transferred multiple times, I spoke with no one helpful and am now driving 40 minutes to have my jeep serviced...even if it's not covered under my warranty. And for routine maintenance...we go to Rowe!

So I was set on buying a jeep. This dealership made it happen. We wanted to finance no more than $10k. We were shown several jeeps and rebates. It happened, we drove off in a 2014 cherokee! I would go back again. The sales associates were great and listened to our wants and needs. They could have tried pushed us into something we didn't want. They even gave us a great amount on our trade in.

Excellent service at Lee Jeep in Auburn. This was my first new car experience. Stephen was super friendly and brought us right in to help us get started. Jeff helped us with understanding purchase vs. lease, gave us several options all with ease. I was all about my Renegade being Commando Green...which was not available at the Auburn dealership. Jeff went on a search and found my dream Jeep. Within two days my Jeep was in Auburn ready to go! Derrick was super efficient with the lease paperwork and before I knew it I had leased a new 2015 Jeep Renegade. Overall excellent experience!

Our experience was fabulous. We were in and out of the sales office within an hour. Not that we felt rushed but rather Joe G. had everything prepared for us including our financial paperwork with Rick Green. I know it's Joe's job to know the vehicles he is selling but he REALLY knew our Compass. When I drove out of the lot it was dark and snowy but Joe made sure I knew all the ins/outs of the car so I wasn't as nervous as I may have been. I highly recommend Joe and the folks at Lee Auburn.

Let me start off by saying in the past I have hated car shopping. I went thinking I was going to be pressured to buy the biggest and best car for my wife,at a payment that I would not be able to afford, or have to settle to a van she was not really happy about, but that was not the case. I was greeted at the door and sat down with Joel and he went over our info, listened to what we were looking for. He got the van from them lot, let it warm up, was able to take it for a drive as they gave me an appraisal on my current van, and the next day I was able to get my wife into her new van. Jayme Lane was the best sales agent I've delt with for a vehicle purchase thus far! She was very in tune with what I wanted in a vehicle and what would best suit my needs. She found the perfect match for me and made sure I had what I wanted in the price range I wanted! She also went above and beyond with service...I had called the dealership with a question about putting my roof panels back in and was told by a sales associate to "go on the net and watch youtube"! I was livid! Thankfully Jayme was about to take over the call and she came to my home right away and helped me get them in with ease! If she hadn't come by and saved the day, I might not have wanted to deal with Lee again! Jayme Lane excellent service, knowledge and goes above and beyond! The rest of the Lee team, or at least the three men I spoke with before they gave the call to Jayme, need to take more customer service classes and learn their products. "Go watch it on YouTube" is unacceptable!!!

Mike K got me the vehicle I wanted (options) He spent time asking what options I wanted and took me in two different vehicles for test drives to make sure I had the right vehicle. He also took the time to explain how the vehicle operated along with the owners manual he highlighted what he thought I would need to know. To start, I had an appointment to test drive a vehicle and when I left work early for this appointment I got there to find out the General Manager, or so they claimed, had the vehicle. The saleswoman they have me, Jayme Lane, was the worst I have ever had!! She can't even pretend to be cheerful when she calls you or answers the phone. And if you ever speak to more than one person at this dealership you can guarantee you will get more than one story!! Then when I purchased vehicle, and I wouldn't have if someone else in the state had it, there were repairs I required as part of sale. They only fixed half of them and it was the worst job I have ever seen!! When I spoke to sales manager about it he didn't care. I couldn't even register my vehicle for over a week after temporary plate ran out because they messed up the paperwork!! I have never in my life has such a bad experience buying a vehicle and I have no idea why this woman still has her job!!

My sales person at lee Dodge is Mike KYAJOHNIAN Mike is very professional and he did everything possible to get me into a 2015 Ram at a payment I could afford. Approximately 16 hours after, I had to bring the truck back to the dealership because of a recall. I was told I had to get a different truck and Mike K and the excellent sales staff found me the perfect Ram truck and kept my payments the same! For a first time buyer experience the sales associate and the sales manager really made me and my girlfriend feel comfortable I'm purchasing a used vehicle. I was not looking for a brand new vehicle, in fact, I never buy a vehicle "right off the lot." But the fact is, I got such a good deal that I could not pass up a brand new Jeep Patriot. What started out as a really pleasant car-buying experience quickly turned into deception and a monumental waste of a beautiful Saturday afternoon. I showed up after researching the history of three cars that fit my need, with one in particular that I thought as 'the one'. The salesman I was matched with was very friendly and personable when we met. He had us take one of the three cars for a test drive, and I was surprised when I started it to find that it made a 'screeching' noise. Instantly I knew I wouldn't be going with this car, thankfully it was my least favorite of the three. We went over to my first choice and I knew it was the car I wanted. Now, the financial aspect of everything was discussed days prior and we were all set to walk off the lot as soon as the paperwork was done. However, our salesman said they could potentially get us a lower rate if we went through them instead of who we were going to work with. As a full-time college student, I'm going to try and save money wherever I can so I decided to sit and wait. And wait I did. Over the next four hours I was told time and time again that they were waiting for another call back or that it would only be another forty-five minutes, tops. After sitting for four and a half hours I decided that I would come back when they found out if I received the lower rate. When I told the dealer this, he said it shouldn't be much longer, and that we could always check out one of the new civics while we wait to see if we would rather have one of those because he knew we could get approved for it. I asked how much the new civics were and he began to tell me how low the monthly payment would be, to which I interrupted and again asked for the overall price of the car. Again, he began telling me about my payment options. When I finally was able to get the price of the cars from him, I declined because they were more than what I wanted to spend, regardless of how many months I had to pay it off or how low the payments could be. I left after telling him and another gentleman next to him that I would come back on Thursday, my day off, whether I was approved for the lower rate or not because the toyota was the car I wanted. On my way home the woman from the finance office called to say that I was not approved if I went with the toyota but would be for the civic I was interested in. The civic? The civic I said no to. The civic I made my feelings about quite clear. Did I really sit for almost five hours waiting on a lower rate that they knew I wouldn't be approved for, just so they could convince me into buying a new, more expensive vehicle? Despite how unimpressed I was with this turn of events, I still had the intent to purchase the toyota and went down Thursday morning to finalize everything. But what do I discover when I arrive? The car had been sold the day before, and the salesman I spent those lovely four hours with on Saturday thought that I said I was interested in the civic anyway. Really now? And the best part of this whole ordeal? I left my iPod hookup in the car when I test drove it and wasn't concerned about getting it back since I was coming back to purchase the car in a few days. So now not only do I not get the car I researched after wasting an entire saturday afternoon sitting around while they tried to take advantage of me, but I also lose a $40 hookup cable that they sold with the car. Unimpressed does not begin to cover my experience with this dealership. Also, the salesman said he would put four to five gallons in the car for me when I bought it, as a nice gesture, which I thought was odd because the Lee dealership in Augusta filled a car that was on empty for me when I purchased from them previously.

With much dread and after weeks of research, my husband and I were ready to test drive SUV's. We travelled to the car dealer strip in Auburn and started. We drove 5 different vehicles before coming to Lee Chrysler Jeep. There we met with Cam Edgecomb. He was very laid back and friendly- NOT pushy and in your face. With much patience and knowledge, he answered our questions and let us test drive 3 different vehicles. He provided us with literature and the quotes we requested. He was fun to work with. We went home to debate over everything we drove and the data we acquired. We called Cam and said we wanted to come back and talk more. We ended up with a FANTASTIC green Jeep Liberty and feeling like with made a purchase from family, not a dealership. The people at Lee were very friendly, knowledgeable and willing to work with you to find the perfect vehicle at the perfect price. We recommend Lee Chrysler Jeep to everyone looking to purchase a new vehicle.

Joe was very knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. We test drove a used jeep which didn't have everything I wanted, so we looked at 2012 Wranglers. We were able to come to terms on the special order jeep very quickly with a fair trade-in price for my Subaru. When the jeep arrived and I came to pick it up, Joe was waiting outside for me. The jeep was clean, full gas tank and ready to go. He gave me a quick run thru and showed me how to remove the hard top and install the soft top.Rick was extremely efficient with the paper work and financing arrangements. He was also very friendly and shared a lot of his knowledge about Wranglers and about potential warranty programs- very clear and with no pressure.There is no question, I will return to Lee for service and future auto purchases.

Although this time was for me, a first in purchasing a vehicle without prior research which may have obtained me a better price, the overall experience however lengthy was positive. The vehicle in question, a 2012 Wrangler Sahara Unlimited, it's all that I expected it would be. This is my fourth Jeep, and will surely enjoy it's ownership for the coming years. Cam Edgecomb the salesperson I would rate as a 5+++ all the way.Jeff I beleive is the sales Mgr. and he also would rate a 5.The finance (paperwork number cruncher)I don't remember his name is the person who made the overall experience just 3 (o.K.)I was ready to stop the deal until Jeff and Cam came to the rescue.All of the other personel that we made contact with were excellent.

Plenty to choose from but more importantly these guys have their act together in customer service which is paramount to me. Rightfrom the time I stepped on the lot I got respect, courtesy and a sense this dealership is genuine in how it treats its'customers. I had purchased there two years ago and that is what brought me back. The fact that the product is quality doesn't hurt either.

I finialy was able to buy a new Jeep through Mike this year (2011). I feel that a dealership is only as the salespeople present it. Ryan is the first car salesman who actually took the time to make sure we understood our choices between the Town and Country Touring, Touring Limited and Dodge CaravanWe did not feel pressured at any time and he spent 2 to 3 hours with us going over the available features and differences between the 3 vehicles we were looking at. He accompanied us on the test drive - which was especially helpful becuase we would have ended up lost with out him.When it came time to discuss prices, he continued to be helpful with no pressure - and was willing to work with us.We would recommend him to our friends - and in fact have already done so.

I became Disabled two years ago and now I'm unable to drive. My wife and I had two older cars one 11 YO the other 13 YO which were starting to need repairs. We decided it only to be practical to own one car that would be dependable.Living on the outskirts of the city, she needed something AWD or 4 WD and reliable. We searched a lot of places and she found this 2008 Jeep Liberty that she liked. We went down to Lee Auto and that's when we met Paul Allen. Right away we were comfortable talking with him. He wasn't the pushy type just trying to make a sale, he was very honest with us and went out of his way to make us comfortable. He made it happen and took care of everything which made it so easy for us. I will recommend Paul to anyone that is in the market for a new or used car, finally a pleasant shopping experience at an auto dealer that I had never had before. About a week later a rear brake light was discovered out and Jeff Doucette took in right away , he was kind and courteous and made it a point to help us in any way he could to make us happy. Jeff looked at a couple of other things I was concerned about and made it clear he would look into these things at our convenience. We were interested in just asking questions about the new 300 Chrysler and not planning to do anything that day but we met Ryan and commented on a town and country van in the showroom and he immediately started explaining all the features in detail plus he was so friendly and pleasant to deal with plus the excellent price they presented to us that we bought it on the spot. Rick was very pleasant to deal with when we did the paperwork. I would definately recommend to anyone to ask for Ryan. He was wonderful.

my husband and i went there because they said come in and we will work with you to get you a vehicle, they were not kidding. When we got there they were so nice, everyone was very pleasant to talk to and they didnt stop working with us until I got to drive my new car home. Our family vehicle had broken down beyond repair, and our credit union and local bank would not work with us due to our less than desirable credit rating. I called around to many buy here pay here places but was not able to come up with the large down payment they required, and had to come up with some thing so my husband and i could get to and from work. Lee approved us when no one else would help and made the down payment very affordable. Friendly people who realy understood our situation. we have two small children and cannot afford to not have a car to get to work. They also stayed beyond business hours to make sure we got the car the same day. i would recommed them to every one i know!

I recently broke down in Connecticut while trying to pick up a puppy. I called Mike from the side of the road and he did everything to make sure I got my vehicle taken care of. He made sure I had a rental vehicle and that I could drop it off back home in Maine. He made sure I had his personal cell number so I could call if I needed. He also had the vehicle brought back to Maine for me so I could pick it up without making the trip all the way back to CT. I am VERY pleased with Mike's customer service ethic and will recommend him to anyone I know who wants to buy from the Chrysler family. A million thanks!

Our daughter was interested in a particular used Jeep Wrangler. I called the dealership and was told 4:30 p.m. was not too late to visit. (They close at 5 on Saturday.) The salesman took very good care of us and did not rush us. We took the Jeep for a test drive and it was not the vehicle my daughter thought it would be. She spotted a used Jeep Commander in the lot and was interested in it. By now, it was well past 5p.m. Mike "K" asked us if we wanted to test drive it, so we did. The usual see saw about price and trade-in value took place, all the while Mike K ensured us that he was on our side. He was very patient with us. After agreeing on price and trade in value, I wanted to wait and see the car during day light hours and offered to return on Monday. Several salesmen helped Mike clear the show room of tables and chairs, opened up double doors and drove the commander inside for further inspection. The vehicle was covered in road salt from being on the front row of the parking lot. After inspection of the vehicle, we found two plastic pins missing holding a rear wheel fender cover in place, a broken vent on the dash board, and a pin missing on the glove compartment door. We were told those items have been ordered and they should be in stock within a few days and they were. On Sunday morning, we were looking the car over in our driveway and found a dent in the rear tailgate about the size of a dime. We informed Mike K about this and he said the service department would look at it when they took care of the other two minor repairs. When my wife and daughter returned with the car on Wednesday, they were greeted at the door by the service manager who took very good care of them. The three minor repairs were completed and they also offered to repair the dent at no additional cost to my daughter. They kept the vehicle overnight, and my daughter was provided a rental vehicle in it's place, again at no additional charge. I never expected them to repair the dent after we took delivery, but they did with no questions asked. Mike kept telling us that it's the service after the sale that counts, and he and the staff at Lee Dodge of Auburn certainly backed that statement up with acitons. We highly recommend Mike "K" for his professional attitude and care for his customers, and the staff at Lee Dodge of Auburn. And for this, we have been recommending him to many friends and relatives. I would not hesitate in buying another car from Mike K. He was definitely the best car salesman we have ever had the pleasure in working with. I must add that we were with Mike from 4:30 - 9:30pm on Saturday. While we were signing final papers around 9pm, he went and washed the vehicle himself (as well as checked the tire pressure) before we drove off the lot, saying that in his many years there, he has never delivered a dirty vehicle. I went to Lee with a big presidents day sale voucher and was interested in seeing what kind of trade in they could give me on a little chevy with over 100,000 miles on it. I had actually planned to make my trade and purchase at a different dealership. Needless to say, Mike was an excellent salesman and I left with a used Toyota Rav4 SUV that was exactly what I was looking for. He was very informative about the different vehicles, wasn't pushy or demeaning to me as a young woman (as many other salesmen had been when I had been car shopping without my husband). Best of all he was fantastic with my 1 year old who was along with me. We spent half a day with Mike and he and all the other sales people and managers were friendly, respectful, and best of all patient with me and my daughter as I deliberated taking the plunge into an SUV (and the payment it would bring!). They worked very hard to get us into a payment that worked for our family. We were there after closing to finish our paperwork and Rick Greene who did our paperwork with us was great to work with as well. I am very happy with my purchase. I think I *may* have been able to save a few bucks if I had traveled further and shopped specifically for a RAV, but I don't think I could have received better customer service or a better trade in value on my car.

Mike K is the best salesman I have ever met! No kidding!! This guy is smart, honest and will do whatever it takes to get the deal done. He knows the vehicles. He knows his dealership -- which means that he can get you the attention you really need from anyone there. I drive 70 miles to buy from Mike and Lee Auto. There are closer Chrysler/Dodge dealers. But I wouldn't even give them a chance.

Mike and Jeff worked very hard to get a price for the vehicle that we could afford. Mike attach the handicap device (driving knob) into the van. He explained all the features in the vehicle. This is the second vehicle that I have bought from Lee with Mike K. The only problem I had was the price of the vehicle on line was not the price of the vehicle due to rebates that were not listed in the ad.

I purchased a Jeep Wrangler Rubicon. The order was placed 12/30/10 and shipment was recieved and ready for take-home 2/1/11. Throughout the proccess I was kept informed via email and phone call. At know time did it seem to be an inconvinience to aks and recieve an update as to where my vehicle was in the process. After arriving at the dealership for pickup, there were no last minute surprises in terms of financing. All expectations where exceeded, making this vehicle purchase the best experience I've ever had. Mike went out of his way to make our experience great. He located a Jeep for us that we were liking. I think the prices of all vehicles are higher than they should be so that is why I gave a good for the price. We ordered a wheel cover that came promptly and we recieved a call when it came in. Our questions were answered. If Mike was busy, another person took our call and answered our questions. Everyone we have talked to at the dealership has been great. I cannot remember all the names, as I said everyone has been great.

Mike has been great we have bought 11 new and used vehicles from him!Most recently I was in a Honda lease that I was sure I could not get out of. Mike once again did his magic and made it happen. The funny thing is that I had a 2997 van I bought from mike and he said when I chose to go to the Honda that I'd be back. The was 4 months old and had 7500k on it and here we are back in a used 2005van he gave us a remarkable deal on.

The sales promotions initiated my interest. Upon checking out the vehicle of interest, the quality of customer service (friendliness, courtesy, cooperation, knowledge) sold me on the Dealership. I'm a first time buyer/owner in ME & our salesman was extremely helpful in explaining how this works in the state of ME. In the past I have found Chrysler/Dodge dealership experiences to surpass others. I don't believe anyone could surpass the level of cooperation I experienced with Cam Edgecomb. Mike K. is a very friendly and caring salesperson. He takes the time with you to help you find exactly what you are looking for and follows up with you afterwards. There are no words to describe the outstanding service I recieved from Mike K. He is truely an asset to the Lee Auto Group. My husband was deployed during the birth of our second daughter and I needed to purchase a vehicle that would accomodate the car seat. I was really worried about buying a vehicle without my husband but Mike K made it very easy and accomodating for me to do so. What I loved the most is he was honest with the pros and cons explaining everything to me, how it worked and would benifit my needs.
