I just bought a 2013 ford fusion from Lee credit now. Everyone in the building is very nice and they make you feel comfortable while going through the process. Their inventory is very large and they have lots of low mileage new vehicles for sale. The buying process was very easy moving and they went out of their way to ensure I was happy with my purchase. The car looked absolutely amazing when I picked it up and it's still amazing. I have already recommended this dealership to 3 different people I know that are in the market for a new vehicle.

Even though I didn't have the best credit I still got approved for a loan with manageable monthly payments. I have tried other dealerships in the area that said bad credit wasn't a problem but couldn't get approved. I would highly recommend Lee Credit Now to anyone especially if your worried about your credit.

Jim Beede was a great salesman. It was -20 outside with the windchill and he came right outside when we started looking at the vehicles, with no gloves on. He was great talking to us freezing to death. We went inside and started the application process and he was fast with the paperwork and very knowledgeable about the process. Jim had a great personality and put us at ease doing the process and we had no questions, he had explained everything thoroughly and we enjoyed getting our new car there. Jim Beede is the best and hopefully he stays there so we can get another vehicle from him

I was in the market for a new vehicle and Rod Pelkey and Jim Beede found me exactly what i was looking for. I was able to test drive the vehicle for a couple of days found a couple of minor issues and they were able to get them corrected immediately and got me setup in my new van very promptly. I went into the Outer Hammond St Bangor Branch of Lee Credit Now to look at a car I saw online. I was greeted by Jason Simpson, who went out of his way to get me the car I wanted. I tried on several occasions to get a vehicle through surrounding dealerships. I was referred to Jason Simpson on Hammond street in Bangor, I walked in with little to no hope, having dealt with so much rejection. I came in on Friday and here I sit on Tuesday afternoon with the keys to my new car in hand. The customer service was better than any experience I've had. Everyone was very welcoming, Jason surely went above and beyond to make sure I would leave satisfied. I can't be more thankful for the overwhelmingly positive experience I had with Jason and TJ, the branch manager. I'll be coming back to this dealer for years to come, now that I've been fortunate enough to discover a branch full of dedicated individuals.

The dealer I dealt with was Jana Gray. She was absolutely amazing. I am a first time car buyer and have no experience in doing such. I had gone to a few banks to try and get financed, with no luck, except being made to feel like I was inadequate and ignorant. This is my second vehicle purchase from Dustin White at the Hogan Road lot and I will back in a few years to buy another one from him if he is still there. Dustin goes above and beyond what most salespeople would do to make sure everything is okay during the search for a vehicle and the purchasing of one. Great customer service, even though he is a salesman, I felt no pressure and he wanted to do what I needed and not just what he needed to do to make the sale.

I didn't plan on buying a vehicle so quickly, but I instantly heard back from a sales person after inquiring about a truck that they had in their lot. Jana Grey was her name and she was as friendly as can be and just a pleasure to work with. She ran the numbers on a few things and I thought a truck might be too expensive for me, so Jana talked me into looking at a Jeep Grand Cherokee. I always wanted one and that girl made it happen for me. I couldn't appreciate more how professional and accomadating she was and I will definitely be recommending this dealership to friends and family thanks to her. I've been enjoying my vehicle since Saturday and she has already done check up calls to see how I'm enjoying it and to let me know that I can always call if anything comes up. In November we found ourselves in need of a newer vehicle and something better on gas. Found the $99 down deal on the Internet for Lee Auto Mall so made out an application. We were contacted promptly and set up an appointment with Dustin White on the Hogan Road in Bangor. They found us a great 2013 vehicle, with a down payment and a monthly payment that we could afford. Getting my first car was absolutely one of the most frustrating things I have ever had to do. My grandmother was cosigning with me for the car and we had decided to kind of get an over view of what we were looking for. The week before I signed for my car I had spent the afternoon looking at 5 different dealers, talking to 5 different sales people. By the time I got home, my head was going to explode. The week that followed I spent researching which cars were the most reliable and which cars to avoid. When a week had finally passed, I had an idea of a few car dealerships I wanted to go back too and which cars I was interested in seeing. Lee Credit Now in Bangor was my top dealership I wanted to go back and see because I had read information about a 2012 Toyota Corolla they had. The service I received from Dustin both times I was there was amazing. He made things a lot more relaxed and worked with us to make the process as smooth as possible. Highly recommend working with them.

I had gone to other dealers and was disappointed by the lack of motivation of the sales personnel. I was impressed with the friendliness and competency of the salesman I met. He answered questions for me and when they did not have the vehicle I was looking for, we went inside and he showed me a lot of vehicles on the computer. The vehicle I was interested in was in Brewer, he assured me he would get it brought over for me to test drive. Within 2 hrs he called to tell me he had the truck and was flexible to work with my schedule to try it out. The negotiations were quick, and warranty options were explained. The whole process went quickly and easily. Within two hours of test driving the truck I as out the door with my new truck. Very happy with this experience.

We recently purchased a vehicle from Lee Auto. Dustin was able to get the car we were interested in from one location to the Hogan Road location within an hour for us to try. We thought for about a week on the car. We really liked it but we're unsure if we wanted to spend the money. Dustin was wonderful, he stayed in contact with me during the week but did not pressure me. He simply kept suggesting other cars that were less expensive and finally we just bought the car we had our hearts set on. We have busy schedules and Dustin was nice enough to stay an extra hour on a Saturday to close the deal with us. My husband has horrible credit from a divorce 5 years ago and Dustin was able to work with a lender and get him approved with an interest rate that was AS bad as we thought it was going to be. Highly recommend Dustin and Lee Auto.

I have gotten a 2004 Cavalier from Melissa in 2010 and since then she has sent me birthday cards, reminders if I needed anything to just call, and she has checked up on me from time to time to see how things were going with me my car. Well I went in last week to look into trading in my 04 cavalier for something newer, so Melissa took down my info and called within 2 hours to say she can put me into a 2012 Camry and my payments are way cheaper than what I was paying on my cavalier!!! My boyfriend and I needed a new vehicle and we were looking for 2 weeks. We went to 4 different places and Lee Auto was one of them. We were turned down at 2 of them, the other place wanted money down and my car for a trade in. The sales person at the Bangor Credit now did everything he could to help me get into a new vehicle. When the one I orginally looked at on line fell thru, he looked around to find a slightly similar one with the features that I was looking for. Then he hunted around to make sure that he could find me the financing that I needed. He was very patient and understanding to my questions and did not want me to leave until I was completely satisfied with the new car and that there would be no loose ends.

I came into Lee Auto with the expectation of getting turned down (because of my own credit mistakes that I am currently fixing) and surprisingly, I left having purchased a 2008 Chevy Cobalt with low miles. Dustin was so kind and really listened to what I was looking for in a vehicle. I am a single mom and I needed a dependable vehicle to transport my son and myself in. He went above and beyond and found me the perfect vehicle. I did a phone interview with Pam in the loan office and she was so nice and understanding of my situation. The first day I drove the car off the lot I heard a rattling underneath the car. I emailed Dustin, he gave me the information to contact service, where I spoke to Willis. It was a minor fix (some bolts needed to be tightened) and they took care of it no problem, no question. From the time that I submitted my online application to the signing of the contract, this dealership and its employees were very professional and easy to work with. My personal sales consultant (Chris Carr), I believe went above and beyond his job description to make sure that I was going to be happy with my purchase and be 110% certain I knew what I wanted and the stipulations of the contract. I live well over an hour from the dealership, they brought my vehicle to me so I wouldn't be inconvenienced with a trip to Bangor and losing time from work.I couldn't be happier and will definitely send friends/relatives their way!Thanks again guys! I was in Bangor and was riding buy Lee Credit Now and just felt to drive in and look around. Dustin White came out and introduced himself to me and I immediately felt comfortable with him. I was pleasently greated by Dustin. I went to Lee Credit 3 weeks ago just to look at new vehicles. I was greated by Dustin in the parking lot. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He did not pressure me when I said I was just looking and when I asked about loan approval he was very helpfull in taking my information. For 3 weeks we emailed and phoned back and forth. I had a long drive to come to Bangor and did not want to waist my time on cars I was not interested in. I gave Dustin a list of vehicles I was interested in and he made sure they were available for me to test drive. He was very knowledgeable about all of the cars and gave me his honest oppinion when I asked for it. He did not try to force me into a car or payment that I could not afford like some other sales men I have had experience with. Well we were in dire need of a dependable, safe vehicle, because the one we had wasn't either of those. We had a relative who was near death in the hospital & no way to get to them or to get our son to school, let alone to get to our every day needed things. We searched a lot for over a week and was treated badly by another used car dealer, but was taken back by the genuine kindness we received from Lee credit & especially Levi Gray & his boss Tony. They treated us like we mattered & did a great deal of searching to find us the best price! We appreciate everything they have done for us we are completely happy & satisfied with the service & the vehicle! We'd even go so far as to say that Lee Credit went above & beyond great service!! I am a high risk for credit, and Levi gray seemed to work hard to get me financed, calling me several times to establish a deal that the bank, dealer, and customer could agree would be best for all. The vehicle I bought was clean, mechanicaly sound, and had low milage. Levi and I talked to occupy the time, he even provided me with coffee. All in all I feel it was a successful experience for me.
