My daughter had an issue registering her vehicle in another state and has been in limbo for over 4 weeks. So I went into Jim Fournier to ask for assistance- they needed a title for her to be able to register her car and Jim went the extra mile and called customer service and after 15 minutes on hold he was able to get the information I needed to help my daughter. I am so happy and grateful that Jim took the time to help me and my daughter. He is a busy guy and took time out to make sure I was all set.

We have been buying Hondas from Lee for more than 30 years. They always give us the best deal and provide excellent service. I have been dealing with service manager Pete Dumais for most of this time, but not always the same salesman. Two years ago, I helped our daughter to buy a 2014 Accord. When our 2004 Accord was wrecked, we went to Jim Fournier for a 2016, which we are very happy about. Now my daughter's husband is trying to decide whether to replace his 2014 VW TDI wagon (yeah, that one) and we are recommending a CRV. We always to Lee for Hondas because it is a waste of time to go anywhere else.

My husband needed a new car , so he wanted to purchase another CRV for me so he could have my old one. My family love CRV's that's all we have so that's the only type of car that we decided to purchase so we went online and requested prices from dealers in Maine . In a three-day span we had four different dealers constantly calling in lowering their price so we would buy from them ,on the last day Lee Honda had given us the best price to my husband. So my husband called me as I was working and asked me to go to Lee Honda after work to pick up the vehicle and color that I wanted. So as I was driving there win I received a text from another dealer and I let him know that I was heading for Lee Honda to pick out the vehicle that I wanted , and he would have to give us a better price if you want to do business , he texted me back and gave me a lower price for the color and model I wanted, I called my husband to let him know but he still wanted me to go to Lee since he had told them I would be there after work so I did . When I arrived I told them who I was, it wasn't busy so they must've been around six sales people around me and the sales manager, as we were talking that must've been some kind of miscommunication between my husband and the sales manager because the car I wanted was going to be more money then my husband had told me, now The car was going to be more money than what I could get from the other dealer ,so I let them know that in the sales manager seemed upset and then it felt like I was being badgered by him and he mentioned how he wasn't gonna play this game and how he thought he had to deal with my husband and it was a done deal and how he felt like he was dealing with two different people , then asked me what it would take for me to buy the car from him and not in such a nice way and I replied the same price as with the other place was going to give it to me . The only thing that saved the sale was the sales lady that was helping me and her name is Dawn Because I did not want to buy the car from them after that point, as I was going to the bank to go get the deposit for the car I called my husband and I let him know what it happened and told him I did not want to buy the car from them because I have gone to many places and I've never been treated the way I was treated there by the sales manager not for dollar purchase and certainly not for over a $25,000 purchase. We bought the car from them but I was not happy about it and buying a car should be a happy experience not a bad one .

I had just started looking for a vehicle and was 90% sure I wanted a Honda CR-V. We had bought from the Honda dealership in Auburn before so we thought we would go back. Our last Honda purchase was in 1979....life took us in a different direction.I did not make my decision right away and actually checked out several Volvos at the dealership down the street from my office. But like I said, I was 90% sure I wanted a Honda so back to Lee we went.Eric was no pressure the day we walked in and when we walked out I'm pretty sure he thought he lost a sale. 90% of the reason we went back to Lee was because of Eric...10% was because I had my heart set on a Honda. He is a wonderful young man and was pleasant to deal with. My husband thought so too. And Jim Fournier stepped in as needed and he was just as nice. Lee hired some nice folks.

I went there because Stacy Tavares called and asked me to go down and see what they could offer me for my car and purchase new on the last day of the year. I hesitated between a 2015 and 2016 and Chris made me a deal on the 2015. I then saw Jim Fournier who gave me the keys to the 2015 and told me to take it for a ride which I did and liked it very much. I informed Jim that I still had hesitation since I had just purchased 4 new Michelin tires ($800) the week before and I loved the rubber mats that I had on my 2011 CR-V. Jim was listening and came back and said they would transfer my tires on the new car and would also give me new rubber mats. I did get the car that same day. Everyone did all they could to get me the new car that same day even though they were closing early because it was New Year's Eve. Jim stayed later and showed me different features on the car and then noticed that they had forgotten to fill it up with gas so he had me drive the car in the back and filled it up even though the garage had closed. When I got home I checked and I did not get the cargo rubber mat for the back. I thought that was part of the agreement so I wrote to Jim and expressed how disappointed I was because I really wanted that. On Monday Jim called me and said the rubber mats were installed in the front and back seats as agreed but the cargo is different. I guess I misunderstood and I was not so happy with the answer but accepted it. The next day I had to return to the Honda garage to pick up a few things that I had left in my 2011 car so I saw Jim and we spoke a few minutes and then he asked me to wait. He came back after talking with his manager and he was able to offer me the cargo mat from my 2011 car (which I loved)! That made my day and I appreciate everything that Jim did and everyone else behind the scene. Jim really listened to me and did everything he could to make me happy and I would certainly recommend the Honda Dealership because I got exactly what I wanted. I decided to drive a while out of my way because this dealership had good ratings. Most importantly, I did not feel pressure in any way. I basically told them what I was looking for and they made suggestions within my price range and didn't try to trick me into a purchasing a new car. The sales manager worked with me to get the bottom line price within my budget. Julie was great and very understanding, friendly and patient!! The finance department (Tori) was also very nice and thorough when signing docs. I highly recommend this dealership. I went into the Honda dealership in Auburn over the "Black Friday" weekend to escape the frenzy of Christmas shoppers and see what kind of a deal they could give me on my +\- 3 yr old car w/not quite 70k miles on it. I was pleasantly greated by my salesman, Jim Fournier. He was a great! He was not overbearing or pushy and very knowledgeable about the CRV I was looking at. We went for a test drive where he showed me a number of the features and came back and did the paperwork while the car was being washed & waxed etc. I drove it home the same day! I'm tickled with the car & very happy with the buying experience over all. I think I just found MY car dealership!! Thanks LEE HONDA & Jim Foutnier.

I knew what to expect price-wise on the car I was buying, and offers from all dealers were very similar. What put Lee over the top was their higher (and fairer) offer on my trade. Their online trade value calculator is a good feature, since it allowed me to compare what they were offering with other online trade value calculators, as well as private and dealer sales prices for the same car. That made it easy. The staff was very friendly and helpful, particularly Julie.

Initially we started to purchase a used vehicle from Lee GMC by trading in our 2007 Accord EX L. After a test drive my wife indicated that she would rather have a new Accord and that we should wait until the February sales. Within minutes of telling the GMC Sales Manager that we were no longer interested in the used vehicle, but rather a new Accord, Dave Clark, Honda Sales Manger called to tell us of the current 2015 Accord price reductions. Picked a vehicle online, met our Salesman, Chris Dowling, and proceeded with the sale. Knowing the Service department due to our 2007 Accord, we were confident that this was the proper thing to do. I purchased my first Honda from Lee in 1977, a Civic CVCC. Since then my wife has purchased from Lee Honda, again in 2007 the new Accord. Still the great Honda Team, although new faces, that make Lee Honda the place to buy.

I wanted to trade my 2 1/2 year old Tucon because I was not happy with it. It was suggested to me by a friend that I try out the Honda CR-V so I made an appointment to see if it was something I was interested in and if I could get a good enough trade in to make it work. Alex Terrio was very nice. He offered me a cup of coffee while he did the paperwork and searched for a color car that I would like. Once he found one we went for a test drive and I fell in love with that car. When all was said and done, they gave me a good offer on the Tucon and I was able to drive home in the beautiful Honda CR-V. Many thanks to Alex Terrio.

I dealt with two people at Lee Honda: Julie was my sales rep and she was great. She was efficient and knowledgable and she took plenty of time to help me understand all the electronics in my new car, helped me set up my speed dials in Bluetooth and helped me over the phone over the next few days when I had additional questions.The other person I delt with (I'm sorry I can't remember her name) is the woman who very much wanted me to trade in my 2013 CR-V and kind of talked me into buying the new car. She was very tenacious but she was polite and pleasant and I liked dealing with her.The reason i was easily persuaded to buy a new car from Lee Honda is that I bought a car from them several years ago and I loved their service department. Just for starters one of my absolute favorite Verizon reps was found working for Lee Honda. As soon as my husband and I pulled in, Eric Colbath, came walking toward us. New to the position at Lee, but extremely bright regarding all of the questions we had for him about the Honda CRV EX model. I gave him my 3 "must haves" in a vehicle, he showed us the way, we test drove the car, and the rest of the purchasing process went so smoothly that it felt like I was in a dream. I have owned many cars and have never has such a smooth car buying and trading process ever. Eric, Ed, and Chris Beck were solid, never pushy, and extremely helpful. Not to mention they were all super easy to talk to. They all became like instant friends and I would not hesitate to refer ANYONE their way. In fact, GO! Just bought a Honda HR-V form Alex Terrio at Lee. Alex was very easy to deal with and he was knowledgeable about the HR-V even though it is a brand new model. One of my concerns was whether I could get a kayak roof rack for the vehicle from a rack manufacturer. Because it is such a new car, it takes awhile for manufacturers to decide if they can rack it. Alex worked hard to chase down my rack options for me. He also was aggressive about finding the vehicle I wanted and doing a swap to get it to Maine for me. HR-V's are in short supply and high demand!Before I left the lot, Alex paired my iPhone with the car so I can use it through the car audio, customized a number of options for me and generally explained all the electronics to me. Very appreciated. This is my first car with so many bells and whistles. This is my third vehicle from Lee Honda and I have always found them to be good on pricing. They also have access to really good financing terms.

We loved our friend's Honda Odyssey - the comfort of the seats, the ride, the "standard" equipment and the space. I looked online for prices of the Odyssey and from that search, I received an email from Lee Honda. They made an appointment for us to meet with Ed G. and upon our arrival at the showroom, Alex Terrio met us at our truck, introduced himself and said he would introduce us to Ed. Ed said Alex would show us whatever vehicles we wanted to see. Alex was great. He listened to our wants, needs and questions without interruption. He gave us the ins and outs of every trim of the Odyssey to make our choice of vehicle to try less cumbersome. When he told us the colors we had to choose from, I immediately wanted to try the Deep Cherry Pearl. What a beautiful van! After our test drive, it was time for us to pick up our grandson so we needed to leave the dealership without making a decision. Alex and Dave were very understanding and did not pressure us to make a hasty decision. I am certain that they would have loved to have us say yes and take the van that very day but they did not pressure us. I contacted Dave the next day regarding our trade in and we spoke with Alex several times throughout the day. We were visiting other dealerships to see what they had to compare to the Odyssey. Dave even called on my cell phone while we were in the parking lot of another dealership! After that discussion, we left the dealership we were at and returned home with our decision made. Many more conversations with Alex and Chris that evening lead us to decide to pick up the van the next day. No one ever pressured us or showed any sign of irritation with our questions and concerns. That is the reason we chose Lee Honda. Alex, you were very professional and very helpful and that was appreciated. Daniel was an outstanding sales rep. He knew every thing about my Honda Fit. He took lots of time to go over all the features of the car in the manual and in person. He knew all about the engine and safety features which sold me on the car. He knew every button in the car and all the answers to my questions without hesitation. Daniel was also very patient with my toddler while we were being interrupted doing paperwork and learning about the car. I was vacationing in Maine when the power locks, windows and alarm stopped working on my 2011 Ridgeline. I showed up before 7 am on a Monday morning without an appointment. Pete Dumas explained that they were very busy but he would try to squeeze me in that day. I had a partially open window that I couldn't close and heavy rains were expected that day. I told him I would wait it out because I really didn't have another option. Much to my surprise he squeezed me in within a few hours! They found a bad connection on the master switch, replaced it, and I was off and running. While I waited in the Customer Service Lounge, the shuttle driver offered to take me anywhere I needed to go. Pete checked in a few times as well. I would highly recommend this dealer and their personnel! Great customer service! I can understand why they've received other stellar reviews.

I had visited one other Honda dealer and was totally turned off. I read reviews online of Lee Honda as well as others and Decided to give Lee a try. We were reluctant as neither my wife nor I like the games that many auto dealers play. Ken greeted us when we arrived. He was low key and very professional. This was one of the best auto buying experiences we have ever had. When it came time to negotiate our trade in Ken gave us an offer. When we expressed our thoughts he went and got Ed who was the decision maker. Most dealers never put you in front of the decision maker, they have the salesperson walking back and forth while making you wait and wait.The professionalism of this dealer was very appreciated. If we purchase another Honda we will certainly make sure to go to Lee.By the way, Lee Honda was well over an hour drive for us. The closest Honda dealer is 20 minutes away but we couldn't deal with the circus atmosphere or the salesperson's annoying personality.Thanks, Ken and Ed. (Chris did a great job as well)

I bought my 2004 Accord through Jim Fournier and when it came time to purchase a CRV for my wife Penny, I contacted Jim to take a test drive and discuss the vehicle's features and to compare it to the Toyota RAV and Subaru Forester. Jim presented us with a side by side comparison of the three vehicles, comparing features and options. A very professional presentation. Subsequently, my wife decided that she didn't want to consider any of the other vehicles and desired to purchase the CRV. I requested a quote from Jim and also from Prime Honda and Berlin City Honda. All three dealership's "out the door price" were within $104 of one another. We agreed to purchase the vehicle at Lee due to my previous experience when purchasing the 2004 Accord. During the delivery process, I discovered that the "out the door price" I had been quoted by Darren (sales manager) was higher than the contract price. Apparently he and I had a miscomunication of pricing over the phone. Darren graciously agreed to honor the price I believed we had agreed upon. During our phone negotiations, he had also agreed to give us a 32" TV set with the purchase and he also kept that promise even though the contract price was lower than he thought we agreed upon. Penny and I were very pleased with Darren's willingness to admit that there had been a miscomunication between him and me and that he would honor the price that I believed was agreed upon. I believe that another sales manager, from a different dealership, may have tried to force us to accept the higher price. We are extremely pleased with our purchase experience at Lee Honda and would recommend Lee Honda and Jim Fournier to anyone that might express an interest in the purchase of a new or used auto.

My engine light was on for quite a while before I finally broke down and took my Honda Civic Hybrid to a local Honda dealer in Southern Maine. There I was told that the integrated motor needed to be replaced, to the tune of $3000. and that the part would not be under warranty. I called four other Honda dealers, two in NH and two north of Portland, Maine. Ryan at Lee Honda in Auburn, Maine was able to offer me the best price for the work (I could save $300. if I was willing to drive 100 miles round trip). Ryan was also the only customer service rep who asked me if my car was drivable and if I needed a car to get around. He got back to me promptly (within an hour, some of the other dealers it was over a day) and was kind and patient with me through out the whole process of getting the work done. Every dealer had the same message for me; the work was not under warranty. Ryan called me, after I had given him a deposit for the part, to tell me he had some really good news for me.....'really good news for me' is an understatement! He said he had to reimburse me for the deposit, because the work WAS under warranty! After 4 other dealers had told me that the work was not under warranty, Ryan was able to speak with Honda and get the work covered under warranty. When the integrated motor was replaced it was also found that the catalytic converter needed to be replaced. Ryan was able to get that replaced under warranty too! In all I am guessing that Ryan was able to save me over $6000. Not too shabby!So many other things happened with this whole motor replacement. I had scheduled the work to get done and expected to get a rental for the day (small price considering how much Ryan was saving me). Ryan was able to get the rental covered. When I found out the catalytic converter needed to be replaced that meant another trip to Auburn. That day I had planned to wait for the car. Unfortunately, the wrong catalytic converter was sent. Ryan was able to get me a rental so that I could leave my car over night and have the work done the next day. Ryan saved me a third trip to Auburn when he offered to drive my car to my work and leave it for me in Portland! I mean absolutely insanely awesome customer service!The 'great' option doesn't begin to express how fabulous I feel about my experience with Ryan at Lee. Ryan really went the extra mile. I would recommend that anyone contact him for their Honda work. He really made everything very easy and manageable when it could have been a nightmare.

While in having our Honda Insigth serviced, I was looking around in the showroom. Kenn came over and asked if he could help. I said we weren't ready to buy a new vehicle yet but was interested in trading in one of our Insigths for a little large vehicle so we could haul our kyaks and a small trailer. He spent a good 45 minutes showing me the vehicle and explaining the different features. He asked to keep him in mind when we were ready to trade. That nigth, I went on line to compare prices in the local area. Lee's web page was extremely easy to use. I sent foa quote and trade in. Laura got back to me that next morning and thinking it over we decided to trade now instead of later this year. I have always have our vehicles serviced at Lee's. The manager, Pete, has always given me great service and I have never had an issue with any of their work. The service is one reason we decided to stay with a Hoda and because of our great service record with Lee's decided to stay with lee's dor our new vehicle.

Other than the problem with our trade, this was the best experience we've ever had purchasing a vehicle. As we all know, purchasing a new vehicle can be very stressful, but this purchase was as smooth as it could be. We did have issues with our trade,but as far as the purchase and sales representative, this was by far the best sales experience we've ever had. Phil is very knowledgeable about the Ridgeline. He took his time showing us the inside and outside of the vehicle and showed us how to operate the equipment. Phil drove to Saco to show us the vehicle and then delivered the truck to our home (a couple of times). Phil was very professional with us and he provides a very comfortable approach to selling vehicles. He makes himself available via phone and e-mail 24/7 which is very helpful with our busy life style. I would recommend (and we have recommended him) to family and friends that are interested in purchasing a vehicle. I/we would have given him a score of 10 had we gotten more money on our trade.

Words can't honestly express how impressed I was with working with Darren Dillingham. He was so patient in trying to help me find the right car that he even sent me many text messages to keep me updated with things over the weekend!! I have never seen that before. You can tell he loves his job and loves to help people when he goes above and beyond what he is required to do. He had a great personality and made it so easy to talk to and I knew that he was a true and sincere person. Excellent to speak with over the phone, prompt reply to e-mail and provided written items when requested. Got a great deal, car delivered within 3 days of first talking and all communicated with each other. We made a deal on e-mail, it was accepted and then discussed accessories and got a great warranty, then wrapped up numbers and it was at the house the next morning. Love the new Honda Fit and couldn't be happier about our experience. Although we had a longer wait than anticipated to be assisted...Our experience at Lee was a very positive one! Matt was great to work with. He answered all our questions - if he didn't have the answer, he went and spoke with someone and got our answers. He was very pleasant and did not pressure us into anything. He listened to what we had to say and was able to easily accomodate us. The price was originally not to our liking; however, Matt and his manager sat down with us and helped work out an acceptable term and payment amount. I/We really appreciated the fact that they were willing to negotiate the final price and options!They worked out a very reasonable trade-in for our Nissan Maxima and made the whole purchasing process pretty painless! We set up a time to come in and pick up the car the next day and we love our new 2011 Honda Civic LX-S AT! Brought my 1998 CRV in for repairs, but it was in such bad shape, structurally, that it quickly became obvious that it wasn't worth repairing. That was not what I'd planned on hearing, but I believe and trust the service manager. I hadn't planned on buying a new car either, but it felt like the right thing to do. Drove home the next day in a 2011 CRV, and now I couldn't be happier. Although the experience of learning that one's faithful old vehicle isn't safe to drive, won't pass inspection, and would require major expenditures just to make it roadworthy isn't a lot of fun, the sales staff at Lee Honda were understanding and helpful. Darren Dillingham was friendly, low key, pleasant, knowledgeable, and patient. I had all the time I needed to ask questions, review information, learn about options, make my decision.Buying a new car can feel overwhelming; the paperwork alone is daunting. It is a pleasure to be helped through all the steps in a non-pressured manner, to feel as though I'm in good hands, to have faith in both the Lee Honda staff and the product itself. I bought my 1998 CRV from Lee; if I ever buy another car, it, too, will come from Lee. No doubt about it. By the way, my "friendliness rating" of 4, not 5, is intended to be positive. I was not overwhelmed with hearty friendliness. And that's a very good thing. I was pleasantly treated with respect and openness, but nobody tried to be my best buddy. Thanks.

My girlfriend and I looked at Lee Nissan for a Rogue but then decided on buying a Honda CR-V. Preston at Lee Nissan could not help us any longer since we were changing makes of vehicle. He handed us off to Seth at Lee Honda. Right from the start Seth was very personable. He was more than welcoming and very friendly. He was excellent to work with and gave us the time we required to make decisions (new or used, options package, how much to put down, etc). Seth made the car buying experience very pleasurable and stress-free. I would absolutely recommend Seth to anyone looking buy a vehicle from Lee Honda in Auburn. The only negative thing I have to say about Lee Honda and the only reason I answered "good" on overall experience is: A few days after buying the new vehicle we noticed some spots on the roof that seemed to be residue from tape or some kind of glue. After calling the dealership and explaining what we found Seth called us back even thought it was his day off. He called as soon as he got the message saying we had a problem. He said that sometimes, during shipping of the vehicles, the glue that holds on the plastic covers to keep the vehicles safe sticks to the vehicles. We said we were an hour and a half from the dealership he said he would meet us at our earliest convenience. Remember, this is on his day off. We met him an hour and a half later and he had a rental car ready for us and said he would call as soon as he knew how long our vehicle would take to get cleaned. About an hour later he called us and said our car would be ready in just a few minutes. We picked it up and it looked perfect. I do not like the fact that our brand new vehicle had a blemish but I appreciate how it was handled. I was ready for a battle with the dealership since we had already put 200 miles on the vehicle and all of a sudden had a weird gunk on the top of the car. Seth made this situation his problem and not ours. A knowledgable salesman and a great person to purchase a vehicle from!

Jim was my car salesman. He was absolutely customer service oriented. I was completely satisfied with his professionalism and work ethic. I walked in with a purpose and those purposes were met by Jim, Phil Lynch(finance)and Tom (Sales manager). Phil was professional and kind in the process of the loan signing and made sure to explain everything to me in detail. Tom worked with me to ensure I received the best deal possible. Jim explained all aspects of the vehicle with me and the owner's manual and made sure I completely understood all of it. Jim took the time to make sure that I was satisfied. He made me feel as though he truly cared about my experience at Lee Honda and I left with my car feeling like I had made the right decision and like I had been treated with the utmost respect and worth. Jim really went above and beyond to ensure that I had the best experience possible. He also made sure to reiterate that should I have any questions that I be sure to contact him anytime. I initially went to Lee Auto Mall looking for a certain make and model. They had one of these vehicles, but the price was more than I wanted to spend. Matt took all my requirements as far as year, price, miles and options. He kept in contact with me and looked until he found a vehicle for me, he really went the extra mile. When I decided this was the vehicle I wanted, I was not pressured to purchase immediately, Phil Lynch spoke with me about my options and I was a little leary, but was encouraged to research other options if that was what I wanted to do. I was not happy with what I was finding. When I called back and asked for their best deal for financing, I got a great deal, better than what I expected. At the time of purchase, Phil explained everything clearly, answered all questions and didn't put pressure on to purchase any extras. Overall, a Great Experience.

Our favorite part of this experience (other than getting a very nice new minivan) was meeting and dealing with Darren. He was down-to-earth, genuine, and accessible. He understood our financial situation and was a helpful go-between with the management and finance people. He understood our priorities (as a devoted father of two young children himself) and did not try to impose his own opinions on us. Most of all, he's just a nice guy. We will come back to Lee to work with Darren again at the end of our lease.

I have driven a Honda Element (2003 with 160,000 mi) and cannot imagine driving anything else on the market right now. When I found out that 2011 was the last year, I reluctantly parted with my dependable car, feeling guilty as we've been through so much and so many miles together criss-crossing the country. I hike, bike, kayak, haul a couple of dogs around and the Element is absolutely the perfect vehicle for my lifestyle. And the conditions it has safely carried me through! White out blizzards with lightening on the high Colorado desert passes to feet and more feet of snow in the east, washboard roads in Utah, mud in ME.I was having service done at Lee Honda and noticed the 2011 were in, just thought I'd take a peek. Seth Blais was the salesman I met up with and he informed me of 2011 being the last year of the Element. He listened to me rant and rave patiently, let ME show him why the Element is such a unique and great car. Understood me as a fellow outdoorsperson. He was professional and fun to work with, I told him what I needed and essentially that's what I got. The transition took a week since I had to bring back the seats to the old Element, switch snowtires, remove a Sirius radio, auto starter, and take off a Yakima rack. He did all this for me. I live an hour away from the dealership and he made it easy as pie. I love my new Element, still miss my old one with fond memories, and walked away feeling treated like a queen. And I felt I got a good deal on my new dream car. Seth, Phil and the crew there made the whole process painless and I can actually say - pleasant. When it comes to trading my new Element which I hope will be years and years away, I hope Honda will have figured out they need a vehicle like it in their line-up. I hope Seth is still around to get me into it.

Travis was extremely knowledgeable and thorough in his explanation of the features of the CR-7 that we wound up buying. He and the dealership are friendly and low-key with no heavy sales pressure. We have not yet needed to use the service department but we received an email from the service department after we bought the car welcoming us to the dealership. We got a used CR-7 with low miles in impeccable condition for a great price and are very happy with our purchase.

In the past 5 years I have purchased one new Honda and leased one new Honda from this dealer. In each case the dealer had plenty of inventory of the models I wanted and was willing to accept a reasonable offer. Both of my purchases were from the same salesman, whom I found to be exceptional. This salesman has never put me through any of the all too typical sales manipulations that waste your time, frustrate you, and insult your intelligence. He has been a very honest, straight-shooting salesman, who knows the cars he sells thoroughly. Had an 11:00 appointment to get a key made and programmed and was delayed by a detour. I called to inform them I would be ten or fifteen minutes late and asked if I could still get the key made. I was told that it wouldn't be a problem if I was late that they could still do the key. I arrived twenty five minutes later (11:15) and was told I would now have to was until after lunch to get the key made, which I didn't have time to do which is why I called, even though I had just been told when I called that I could come in and they would still do the work for me. I wasted twenty five minutes to get to the dealership after I called plus another forty minutes to get back home. Very deceitful on their part. I guess they figured I would just wait since I was already there. Not only didn't I wait but will not be going back for anything or recommending them to anyone. I will go to another Honda dealer about the same distance away.

Dealer fixed a small nick in the paint that happened on their lot that wasn't initially noticed at the time of purchase and they did a good job. The repair wasn't even noticable. Salesman was very helpful. Provided me with a courtesy car for the several days that the repairs took. Could possibly have gotten a better price elsewhere, but this dealer was closest to my home.

One day I was thinking about needing to consider buying a new car, news to me anyway. The next day my husband said he thought he found a great deal on a 2007 Honda Accord with only 34,000 miles. It sounded too good to be true, but in less than two hours, on a Friday evening, the day after I thought I ought to start thinking about it, it was done! I drove my new used car home! Mike was awesome in explaining all the details during negotiations, he was also a great advocate for us. He came back with his managers offer, we counter offered without a lot of hope for success. Mike came back with Tom and a compromise was made. Mind you, this was all contingent on having our mechanic go through the car after the weekend. I still drove the car home.Phil stepped in the take care of the financial piece and he was great. He found a bank that would match my own banks lowest percentage rate, but not increase it when I increased the length of the loan. I was able to purchase a warantee, which is something I've never had on a vehicle before. Not only that, this car has the lowest miles of any of my previous cars. Phil explained the whole process as he took me through all the signatures and it was all done in little more than a half hour.Before I left that evening, 45 minutes after closing time, Mike contacted my insurance company and between the two of us we provided all the info. needed to change my car insurance from the old to the new. That's peace of mind, I normally have to do that on my own and wonder if I'm covered with the new car until a temporary card arrives in the mail.With all of this, you might think I paid way more than the car is worth, but I didn't. I probably paid a could thousand less than what it could have been sold for, and that with the warantee in the financed price. I would recommend Lee Honda in Auburn to anyone, they know how to provide excellent customer service!

I initially communicated with Dwayne Standish via email. He responded to my emails promptly and was able to answer all of my questions, but didn't follow up with any unnecessary emails or calls. Mike Moran worked with me during the final sale and was helpful explaining features of the car, and walking me through the buying process. All of the staff that I interacted with were pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. There were no high pressured sales tactics and they were willing to privide a clear explanation and itemized list of any expenses.I would definitely recommend this dealership.
