I dealt with Pashion Wright and Brandon Pratt when purchasing a Sonata. Both were extremely friendly and were able to answer all questions that I asked. Lee Hyundai is a 1.5 hour drive from my home. My Son and I drove 2 hrs from Jacksonville on Nov 2 to test drive a car that we had inquired about over the internet. We worked the whole time with Dave Clark who was tremendously helpful, courteous, and professional. Dave did not try to put the "Hard Sell" on us as was typical of other car salesmen i have dealt with in the past, but Dave is not your typical salesman. The whole evening was very stress free and like visiting an old friend. My son loves the car and we would definitely buy from Dave Clark Again!

It was my first time buying my own car and I wanted it to be perfect! I had a whole plan to look at so many cars that Saturday, first stopping at Hyundai and meeting Thaddeus! I am not a salesperson person. Let the salesman, Dave Clark, know that upfront. We tried to negotiate on price, first time, it didn't work out. He didn't give up like most salesman. He called back to check and see if there was anything else that he could do to help. After negotiating on 2 other cars, we finally came to an agreement. He never gave up on the sale. He was polite, courteous, professional, definitely a REAL SALESMAN with people experience. He realized that all customers are different and he responded accordingly. After surfing and looking, we found that this vehicle had the most bang for the buck...the Hyundai company is no longer just another offering, it is one of the higher value for your filler paid investments than some of the better know names. I recommend at least driving one before dismissing the brand. We found it to be the hidden jewel everyone has overlooked following the crowd! And Dave is awesome!

My experience with Dave at Lee Hyundai was great! Back in September I went and bought my first car. I was already pretty bummed after having no luck buying with other dealerships that week due to very little credit history. The people at Lee Hyundai were very friendly and made me feel at ease. Dave made sure the car I wanted had everything I asked for! I loved how I wasn't there for the whole day wasting my time. Even better they have reached out to me several times since then to make sure I'm still satisfied with my new car.

My wife made schedule to have regular oil change, They took 3 hour to finish just that. They offer free wash and what they did is clean with a cloth only the driver side and put water at the rest... They had that day 9 other customer more longer than me making complaint. I called the General Manager of the dealer and at the beginning He was not having a tone of believe what I was telling Him. Then He called to my wife to confirmed they were not doing there job but excuse and apologize of the situation and careless the time of my wife spend in the dealer service department.The sad part is this is the second time it happen and there is no more place to go in this city. I don't recomen their service. They have 'D" as score.

Back in early September (2016), Lee Hyundai was the only dealership that had the car I was looking for, but they are 2 hours away, but I took a chance and made the drive. We got close, but couldn't close the deal. The first week in October I got a call from Dave Clark. He was calling to let me know he was taking over for my previous salesperson who was no longer with the dealership. I explained I was still in the market to get a new car and Dave went to work. Knowing I was 2 hours away, Dave literally got the deal done and I just had to drive down and sign the paperwork. In all my years of purchasing new cars/trucks I have never had a sales person or dealership work so hard to meet my every condition. I'm very impressed! I'm telling you, if you're in the market for a vehicle, START with Lee!

So many of us have suffered through the hurricane and flooding in central Carolina. I had a tree go through the roof of my car and had only one day to find new transportation as my job is an hour away. I was introduced to Dave Clark, a salesman at Lee Hyundai. He was immediately concerned for me and gave me his undivided attention for the next several hours as we checked different options. He was very adamant that if I was going to spend money every month on a car that it should be a car that makes me happy and meets my needs physically and financially. He got me a great deal on the car of my dreams at a price I could afford. I was not expecting such a blessing to come from a tragedy, but Dave made it happen! He's the last salesman I'll ever need to meet. The whole team at Lee Hyundai was wonderful.

I don't make a lot of money at my job but thanks to Lee Hyundai, i was able to leave with a 2017 Elantra that is well within my budget. My old car was giving me too much trouble and I still owed money on it. So worked out a deal to get rid of my old car, pay it off, and get a brand new car that i really like. Thanks again!!!

Overall very happy. Disappointed with the interest rate. When I purchased my last vehicle here they told me after 12 months with Hyundai finance with no late payments I could qualify for best rates again. I paid 23 payments early and extra each month but I still only received like 7.9 rate that was very disappointing. This is the 4th purchase in last 5 years from this dealership with never a single late payment on any actually paid extra on all but still bad rate. Disappointing.

I have a lot of dealer experience,Lee Hyundai exceeded my expectations completely. I drove over two hours and didn't know what to expect, I had talked to Dave Clark on the phone and he went and looked at the car I wanted. i wanted honest evaluation of the car before I drove there and he discribed the car completely including any and all flaws.(It was used). When I got there it was exactly the way he discribed nothing left out. The buying prosses was one of the easiest I had ever done. I really like how all the staff I had to deal with came to me and I didn't have to go here and there. Anyone who buys a car know that the worst part most of the time is when you go back to finance. The finance people were great no high pressure tactics. That alone has made me walk out on a deal before. Dave and the staff were excellent! I will not hesitate to do business with them again. Stayed there over 4 hrs for the "detail team" to ruin my new car by knocking chunks of paint off the door edges. Was then treated like a complete idiotfor not wanting the car after was was terribly damage. They are all full of games, lies, trickery, consider, and other words I better not mention. I leased my car from Lee Hyundai at the end of the summer of 2012. My sales person was Kalvin Daniels. Kalvin was super easy to deal with and got me the car I wanted. The process was fairly quick and easy. Fast forward to four years later. Kalvin is now in the Finance Department. I brought the car in after the lease was up. I have been very happy with my Veloster. Dave Clark the salesman got me to test drive another car just to see of I wanted to get anything new. I drove the car and liked it....but I was still leaning towards buying the car I already had. Dave understood this and there was no pressure. Dave made it another easy process and made me feel good about my decision. Great guy to deal with and I would highly recommend him as a salesperson. Lee Hyundai also seems to have the best selection of Hyundai's in North Carolina. That was the original reason I drove there from Raleigh.

The man Perry I worked with and his sales manager were very friendly and tried to help me the best to their ability as they could however the Financial Manager Bryce had poor customer service and was really pushy and try to jack up my price after I had already set a price, felt as tho they was trying to get over on me because I was a young first time buyer so I called my grandmother and Bryce pretty much got into it with my grandmother. I had an appointment for 9:00 am and didn't leave out until almost 4. Ok car not what I wanted but will do, when I told them what I wanted and my price range they pretty much laughed in my face. Just felt like I was another way to pay there bills because I felt as tho I could have gotten better service somewhere else if it wasn't for me needing a ride ASAP. Its ashamed that someone told me to go there because they was great but I guess they are only great depending on if you have GREAT credit and lots of money to put in their pockets if not they could care less about you and your needs

We were a little apprehensive six years ago when we bought our first Hyundai sedan; a Sonata. A few months ago when we decided we needed a larger car, Hyundai pretty much had us in the bag because our Sonata had been so reliable over the years. Not one problem beyond the typical battery replacement after 4 years. We had never owned a car as reliable as the Hyundai, and we've owned a lot of cars. I spotted a Tucson with a color combination I liked at the dealer website, so we went to take a test drive. The engine option seemed to be a little under-powered for a vehicle like the Tucson. We were wrong. The test drive was enjoyable, the engine was up to the task and we actually lucked out and got to test drive the Tucson with the color I liked. Three hours later, we drove out of the dealership with our new Tucson. We had to say goodbye to our Sonata (as a trade-in), but someone is going to get several more years of great service out of it. We've always appreciated the great service department at Lee Hyundai and we're looking forward to the next several years with the Tucson. Now if Hyundai would only make a 4-wheel drive truck...

I was in the market to replace an impractical sports car I had bought on a whim last summer. After perusing a plethora of websites, I located a car that caught my eye on Lee Hyundai's website. I expressed interest to the dealership via email and promptly received a reply. After exchanging a couple of more emails, I arrived at Lee Hyundai shortly thereafter to inspect the vehicle more closely.My cars salesperson was a young and personable woman named Quiomy Antonio. She was absolutely fantastic to work with and is both a very knowledgeable and conscientious sales associate. Upon driving a similar make and model of the car I had seen online, I let Quiomy know during the test drive that it just wasn't the car for me. She was very observant and noticed that I had been eyeing a very sporty bright cherry red Hyundai Genesis Coupe located directly in front of the dealership. She told me that we should check the car out. I hesitated and said that it was probably beyond my price point. She persisted and told me that she knew I wanted to check the car out. She was right. Once Quiomy came back with the key and opened the driver's side door I knew it was the car for me.I honestly had reservations about whether I'd be able to secure the Genesis Coupe since I was upside down on my trade in, but my car salesperson was confident that it could happen. It took a while but Quiomy worked her magic and I was able to secure the Genesis. I was ecstatic and still am several weeks later.I enthusiastically recommend Lee Hyundai if you're interested in purchasing or leasing a vehicle. All of the staff I worked with were friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. I couldn't be happier with my new car!

My husband and I knew it was time to start looking for another vehicle before we started having problems, especially with 233,000 miles on the car. We had a Honda Odyssey that we dearly loved and wanted another one. After looking at the used car list at several dealerships, we spotted a white Honda Odyssey at Lee Hyundai. We went to look at it on Saturday, April 23, with the idea that we are "just looking".We spotted the Honda as we pulled into the lot. When we parked, we were greeted by Dave Clark, one of the salesmen. While we were driving to the dealership, my husband and I prayed that God would give us someone with whom we could establish a trust. He so answered that prayer! It took only a few minutes to get beyond wondering if Dave was a typical "used car salesman"...those we hear about all the time. We walked out to see the Honda, but were disappointed because it did not have a lot of the features we wanted if we were going to buy another car. My husband and I wanted a GPS, remote start, rear tailgate lift by remote, in addition to the features we had on our current Honda. The Honda was not going to be the one we bought. Right beside the Honda was a Silver Santa Fe. It had almost 10,000 miles on it, all the features we wanted and more. Would you believe my seats are not only heated (leather), they are also cooled. I've tried this out and it is awesome. After talking through what we could afford, it was pretty apparent Dave had made a sale. He spent time showing us how all the features work. He set up our cell phones with the Bluetooth, showed us how to operate the GPS and how to use many of the buttons everywhere in the car. We have been back a couple of times for additional help with features. That owner's manual is just so thick!Our overall experience at Lee Hyundai was superior. Dave feels like family. I am sure that when we look for another car, this is the place we will go. Everyone we dealt with that day made us feel welcome and safe.

Everything about my dealings with Lee Hyundai was one of the most pleasurable car buying experiences I have ever had. I picked out the car I wanted online, a 2016 Equus, then called the dealership and spoke with Drew Stovall, the Floor Manager. He quickly worked with me to tailor the deal I needed and then introduced me, over the phone to the Equus Specialist, Diego Cordova. Everything went so smooth, that we closed the deal in just 3 phone calls. I live three hours away, so I never visited the dealership. Everything was done over the phone. I have owned an Equus previously, so I knew a lot about the vehicle. I only had to send them a signed application and my insurance card and my car was delivered to me in just a couple days on a flatbed truck, so they didn't run up mileage before I took possession. Since the car was delivered, Diego and Kristen Murphy the Customer Service Rep have called me to check and see if everything was ok with the car. Kristen even called and helped me set up BlueLink over the phone. These folks are The Best! I highly recommend them to anyone considering a Hyundai. While we told Diego and Drew what we were looking for in a car they seemed to listen to us but when it came down to the time to get a vehicle we were rushed through. We decided not to get the Santa Fe because the payments would be too much and the gas mileage was not what we wanted. When we decided to drop down in vehicle class, we were not offered anything on the Sonata and were told we could not get the things we wanted in the Elantra without paying more payments per month. They did not even try to get us into the car we wanted and we settled with the basic Elantra model. When we went back a few days later we asked if we could have gotten what we wanted with a little more money down and was told yes. We were never offered the option to put more money down to get into the car we wanted so we ended up with a car we like, NOT A CAR WE LOVE!!!

Initially my plans were to get there early, as it was about a 2 hour drive, however I did not get there until about 3:30. I looked at several and test drove a Santa Fe Sport. The test drive was ample time and the sales person Donald was very explanatory and thorough about the cars features. I had been to other dealers and test drove the Santa Fe sport, however, none of them explained the driving modes that it offered and how the car ride varied with each mode and what they meant.The fact that my salesperson was knowledgeable about the car, the ease of the whole process with him, all the staff and the General Manager Jim, made my decision easy. I never once felt pressured to purchase a car that I did not want and felt that my questions were answered honestly. By the time all was complete, it was 2 1/2 hours past closing time, and not once did I feel rushed, and the best part is that the staff was still upbeat and happy. I loved my experience at Lee Hyundai, as well as my Santa Fe Sport, and have already been recommending Lee Hyundai to people considering a new purchase.

We had a very good experience when we went into buy our new 2015 Accent. Kristin Murphy was the first I got in touch with and she was very nice and very helpful. She got us in contact with salesman Mike Smith who was very helpful with showing us the car we were interested in. He explained everything in detail and he was very nice. I was highly respected and treated with the up most respect. I found the Genesis model to be impressive and I wanted to stay with it. The 5.0 really peaked my interested, and it was love at first test drive. My internet search came up with several local options which is how I found Lee Hyundai, and questioned if I really wanted to drive so far just to get a car. I decided on taking a chance at looking at their inventory and had the opportunity to chat with a wonderful internet sales representative named Alex McAllister. Alex was amazing!!! I informed her of my 2 top preferences and the exact color that I wanted. From the initial conversation she was pleasant, quick, thorough and I truly believed that she was definitely going to find what I wanted. She even sent me a comprehensive breakdown of all the packages. That bit of information was so helpful in helping me make sure I was making the best decision for the price. We went from chatting online to speaking on the phone. She constantly reassured me that not only were they the biggest dealership in NC, they give the best prices due to that and have serviced many clients from my city and they were all happy customers. Now with some things that a salesperson say you have to take it with a grain of salt because they are just trying to make a sale. But with Alex, for some reason I really believed what she said. Over a course of a week or two we continued to speak, and each time my confidence in what she was offering me and my excitement that what I wanted really could be available to me was growing. Finally, I decided to jump at the opportunity, make the long drive there and see exactly if it would be worth all that she promised it would be. I am happy to say IT WAS!!!! Upon finally meeting, she was available with a big smile and hug. She introduced me to a salesman (Robert Smith) that she felt confident was perfect in assisting me with the solidifying my decision. Due to my current experience with her, I trusted her judgement. I'm glad that I did. Mr. Smith was superior in every aspect. It was an absolute pleasure working with him. Being a veteran, we had something to relate on because both my brothers are now veterans, recently wounded in war a couple of years ago. Additionally, his knowledge of the car itself was extensive. I actually was surprised because he knew who I was when I was pulling into the car lot, even before I had the opportunity to meet him. He had 2 cars already pulled up to the front to help me see what it was that I wanted amenity-wise, and how it would look color-wise. His demeanor was kind, not overbearing, confident not cocky and very pleasurable. I felt confident in dealing business with him that what he said matched the words (numbers) on paper. We handled all the business in dealing with the car quickly too, where I'm used to it taking near 4-5 hours in previous experiences. From the time we got there, took a test drive, and completed some paperwork we were done in about 2 hours or less. I'm so excited to be a new customer of Lee Hyundai, and now a permanent customer of Lee Hyundai. It was well worth the time off work and the drive to get what I wanted at the price that I wanted it. He thoroughly explained all of my choices for that transaction and helped me make the correct choice. It's actually because of that and Robert's suggestion that I'm going to see if I can get financed through Lee Hyundai at a better rate.Ok, so I know this was a long letter, but I feel that many people take the time to complain but so few take the time to praise. Let me preface this review by saying I strongly dislike car shopping. My husband would counter that I do love shopping, arguably too much, but car shopping is not my forte so to speak. The idea of spending 15K, 20K, 30K, or (gulp) more in one day makes me nauseous, especially with the added thought of, I like the vehicle now, but will I like it a year from now? With that said, we did our research ahead of time and had 2 contenders before we even hit the lot, one being a 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe the vehicle we visited Lee Hyundai for and the other being a 2011 Dodge Caliber hatchback. With a $10,000 difference between the two plus a sunroof and leather interior, you would have thought the Caliber was the obvious choice. We bought the Santa Fe without a second thought to the Caliber.We worked with an associate named Alex Temple, and I think had we worked with someone else, we may have walked off the lot that day with the intention of at least test driving the Caliber before making a decision. That was our plan, anyway. Alex had a very intuitive and easy-going demeanor that instantly allowed me to let my guard down a bit. He understood that rather than looking for bells and whistles, my husband and I were focused on something roomy and safe. Instead of attempting to sell us a car, which for us would have been quite off-putting, he seemingly allowed the car to sell itself. He described the various features in a way that was non forceful and allowed you to form your own thoughts on whether or not it was something you, yourself, wanted or even if it was something you were willing to pay a little extra for. Alex was confident not boastful of the quality of the product, and that resonated with us. My husband and I found everyone we encountered at Lee Hyundai to be straightforward, friendly, and quite obviously educated on his or her job. Our questions were addressed with ease, and many people were attentive to our needs. I would not hesitate to recommend Lee Hyundai to anyone interested in purchasing a new or used vehicle, and I would especially recommend Alex as a sales associate. Lee Hyundai is quite fortunate to have him as a salesperson. In the end, there is a difference between selling someone a car and selling someone the car that best fits his/her needs and desires. It is quite obvious to me that Lee Hyundai cares about their customers and not just moving stock off a lot. For that, we thank them and look forward to purchasing future vehicles from them.

I just bought a certified used 2013 Hyundai Sonata GLS and I couldn't be happier! The salesman, Alex Temple was really great with us. He listened to what our needs were and accomodated us withoutthe pressure that you get at most dealerships. Nick Irish, the sales manager, worked with us to come to a price that we could afford and that we were happy with. He was very nice and personable and once again...no pressure! This experience at Hyundai is so different from your typical dealership run around and I would definitely recommend them to anyone considering buying a new or used car. I would also like to mention Lucious Gardner...he answered questions for my husband while Alex was getting paperwork together. He didn't have to but he took the time out of his schedule to speak with us and I would also recommend his as a good salesman. All in all, a great experience!

I live in Raleigh and it would have been a lot more convenient and practical to purchase a vehicle closer to where I live. However, after not having a pleasant experience with a few of the Raleigh-Durham Hyundai dealerships I decided to travel to Lee Hyundai in Fayetteville. From the moment I stepped out of my car and left in my new 2013 Hyundai Veloster everyone was extremely friendly. My salesman Nick was great to work with and Alex was very outgoing. When it comes to technology.....I'm not allows current with how to operate things. Alex literally come and showed me how to set up my blue link and other devices in my car. Thanks again, for the great customer service! I will definitely be back in the future!

We had an appointment with the service team last week and we could not find our coupon book and were worried about having to pay out of pocket. Found a used Hyundai Veracruz through Carguru.com and contacted the dealership. While on the phone we were brutally honest about our terms in reference to our trade in, the Kelly Bluebook value of it, what we were willing to pay monthly and for how long and about our credit to get terms we felt were reasonable. We also told them what similar make/models were selling for in the tri-state area. We then stated that this would be a 3 hour round trip for us and we didn't want to waste anyone's time (especially ours) if they could not come close to what we anticipated in the deal. While they obviously couldn't commit to anything over the phone... they never the less, set up a late afternoon/early evening test drive appointment.When we arrived we were greeted by a floor manager named B. Gains who immediately handed us off to a pleasant enough sales women named Quiomara Antonio... She stated she would be handling our deal. We saw the vehicle, took it for a quick test drive, came back to the dealership and that's when things stated to fall apart. Our trade in had a blue book value of 12k... and there were comparable models to it selling at around 14 to 15k without the extras ours' had (matching camper, towing package).... The sales person came back into the cubical with a trade in value on our vehicle of $7000.... which I found INSULTING.... and tried to get us to finance a longer loan because she "couldn't come down on the $23k sales price of the Veracruz"... I told her to either start meeting us halfway, get our trade in value up to at least 10K and the Veracruz down to a fair price of around 21K.... or bring me back my truck keys.She handed us off to a sales manager who stated HE could not do anything (although he did agree to raise the trade in value to $8200... STILL an insult) and started using a bunch of excuses why he couldn't do anything else...... after wasting our time for another 1/2 hour we decided to go home. On they way home it started to sink in how they tried to take advantage of the sale with potential customers who had OBVIOUSLY been shopping around for a while and who were up on the information they needed to know. Then it stated to worry me about how this dealer would probably take advantage of the men & women of our armed services.... who in all likelihood ARE their biggest customer base..... and might not know any better.STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!! GO SOMEWHERE.... ANYWHERE ELSE WHERE THEY WILL TREAT YOU WITH RESPECT!!!As for us.... Two weeks later we bought a 2011 Veracruz with 21k miles for $21,300 ...... and they gave us 10k on the trade and agreed to our finance terms. FORT MILL HYUNDAI RULES!!!! They made it worth a road trip!!

I have seen in the past few years how Hyundai has been building a great reputation on their vechicles and thought I would go to look at one. I checked out the Sonata because of the gas mileage and sharp looks. What I really enjoyed is the super customer service and support from the dealership. The cars are hard to beat and the warranty is amazing. I am sure that the US cars will come up with something soon to try to compete with Hyundai. Its funny when you buy a car how many others you see driving down the road. I came back from deployment excited to purchase the vehicle I had picked out online while overseas. I went on to the lot to look at the vehicle and was given a presentation my a salesman, Mr. Rugger. In the presentation he explained all the features and benefits of the car plus some. By "plus some" I mean he told me the car had features it did not, that the warranty covered things it did not. At the time of signing he left the room and the finance manager took over from there. He then explained the warranty on the vehicle and said it did not cover everything that Mr. Rugger has previously said it did. I was able to wrap my head around that and blow it off. I still wanted the car. I purchased it and left the lot to head home to figure out all the options it had as they were explained in the sales process. Once I was home I tried figuring out for hours the option on how to use my car and cell phone. I was told I would be able to track my car, start my car and receive monthly maintenance reports/needs all on my cell phone.After not being able to figure this out I went back to the dealer to ask for help. I had to wait there over an hour to talk to "my" sales guy, Mr. Rugger. When I did get to explain the reason for my visit, he immediately said, "Now, I was just telling you what you're car may have done, and some of the features it could have come with". I let him know that was not how he presented it and my wife and I both heard him sell those features with the car. Then he said it was probably my phone, that I didn't have the right phone (which was as iphone). I said no worries, I will go buy the new phone and then someone can teach me how. At that point he reached out to another associate for help and then I was told that the Elantra sedan does not come with the feature called "Blue Link" I asked if they could simply put it in the car. At this point the Managers came by to try and help the problem. I was told the feature only comes in the Elantra GT, The sonata, and the santa fe. There was nothing to be done to install it in my vehicle. They offered to upgrade me of course for a cost, or to let me out of the agreement. Looking back now I wish I had taken that option and let them have the car back. The one thing the dealership did do was make the first months payment in hopes that this would help in not having the $2,000+ equipment that they said it came with. I purchased this car not even two months ago, a few weeks back the tire pressure sensor light came on and I checked all the pressure in the tires and all seemed to fine. In addition to this, the door handles was sticking. In the same time I was noticing these issues, Mr. Rugger called to see if I had done this survey yet. When I answered the phone, he called me Mrs. and completely called me by the wrong last name. I let him know the problems I was having, he said those issues were common with new cars, and to bring it in. I planned on taking it in this coming Monday. But last night I came out from dinner to find I had a flat on my car. It was a tear/hole in the side wall. I plugged it last night took it to the dealership today to get it fixed. They said that was not covered by the warranty. The warranty was specifically Sold to me and explained that it covered bumper to bumper, Apparently the tires or not part of bumper to bumper to warranty. When I check the glove box for my informational tire brochure that was in the glove box, it was for the wrong tire brand.I had to order a tire today through the dealership for $140+.In the end, i would not recommend the dealership, the sales personnel are not informed of what cars have what features, nor what the warranty covers. They are full of knowledge on saying what needs to be said in order to close a deal. I'd stay away from Lee in Fayetteville. If you are sold on Hyuandai, drive to Raleigh, it will be worth your drive, these guys are liars.

My husband and I went to Lee Hyundai to look at possibly trading our SUV for a truck that they had on their used lot. We had already visited a couple of other dealerships in the area and were not impressed with their customer service. Lee Hyundai, however, was the most professional and friendly dealership we have EVER visited. After trying to work out options for trading our vehicle for that truck; the floor manager, Nick, sat down with us and gave us some very friendly and valuable advice about more suitable vehicles for our current situation. We ended up going with a brand new Sonata (which we LOVE). Juan did a wonderful job with making our financial paperwork quick and painless, yet easy to understand. The team even stayed well passed closing time to show us all of the ins and outs of our new car. We are extremely satisfied with our experience at Lee Hyundai! We will be sure to highly recommend this dealership to anyone we know looking for a new/used car. I look forward to doing business with them again in the future.

Sharon Safford helped us with our search for a new Elantra. She was very responsive and polite, and answered all my questions in a timely and friendly manner. She quoted me a great price on a 2013 Elantra, even lower than I had expected, with all the options we wanted. We worked out all the numbers through email and phone. I had a very bad experience several years ago when buying another car, so I was kind of leery about what to expect when going to this dealership to sign the paperwork (we live 3 hours from the dealership). After a long drive out there, I was extremely and pleasantly surprised with how we were treated at Lee. All the paperwork had been prepared and all the numbers were exactly what we had discussed - no surprises, no extra add-on's, no nonsense, no BS, no headaches. Sheila walked us through the "closing" process and the paperwork, she was also very nice to work with. Juan, the Business/Finance Manager, helped us with the final paperwork, what I really liked about working with him is that there were no attempts to up-sell us on stuff like extended warranties, VIN etching, life insurance, whatever, all the stuff you usually dread at a dealership. We just signed a few forms and we were done, they handed us the keys and off we went. VERY painless experience. I would recommend Lee Hyundai to anyone looking for a Hyundai, the team there is great, totally worth the drive.

I recently purchased my vehicle from this dealership and was shocked, I had only come in to test drive the 2012 sonata because I believed I couldn't afford to trade in my truck until tax time. But Ryan let me test the drive the car and also told me he could get me that car that day. Let's just say I got the car of my dreams and it didn't hurt my pocket at all. I was very impressed as soon I arrived. It was a rainy day and a salesperson came out with an umbrella to walk me in. Everyone I talked to was very friendly and very helpful. I was lucky to be there on halloween. The staff was all dressed up in costumes. It made the atmosphere light and friendly. My salesman, Kalvin Daniels (Clark Kent) was great. He gave me a choice of where I could sit and offered me a drink. When we went for a test drive he made sure I knew what all the buttons and gadgets were for and even how to work the bass on the stereo. I can say it is the quickest deal I ever experienced at a car lot. I would highly recommend Lee Hyundai to a person who wants a great car, good service and very efficient help.It is hard to find a company these days who take pride in what they do.

My fiance and I visited this dealership in hopes of getting a Hyundai as either one of us were to familiar with the name. We heard great things about the new sonatas so we gave it a shot. We had a truck for trade which we knew had some negative equity but we figured they would help us out and make us happy new Hyundai owners. We test drove the car and really enjoyed it. We sat down with our very blan and unfriendly sales associate and started working on a deal. It was later in the evening so they asked us to come back the next morning. We were very excited all in all. When we returned they informed us of our down payment and our trade in value. Our trade was completely low balled and our down payment seemed to be outrageous. Even with the money they wanted down it seemed the amount we were financing seemed too high. We took the car for the weekend hoping it would make our decision but once Monday rolled around and after speaking with the "business manager "several times we decided to return the car because they couldn't seem to come up with a logical explanation as to why we needed such a high down payment. After about a month we heard several commercials about southern states Hyundai in Raleigh so we decided to try our luck. Our salesman Seth was 100% perfect from the get go and I was already pleased from our experience with him thus far. After explaining to him the situation he assured us he'd take care of us and he certainly did. After running all the numbers he found that Lee Hyundai had submitted the deal with us only putting $2000 down to the bank. Originally they had told us we needed $5000. Come to find out not only had they low balled us on our trade they also LIED to us about what our down payment would be so in the end they would pocket over $2000. I was shocked. Seth over at southern states in Raleigh not only got us a great deal on our new car but gave us a more then reasonable offer on our trade and was able to make it so our down payment was affordable and comfortable. I wouldn't waste your time at Lee Hyundai. Go to southern states in Raleigh. My fiance wasn't just treated like a soldier he was treated like a person and they took amazing care of us. If you buy a car at Lee Hyundai do your research... your more then likely getting screwed.

Took new 2011 sonata in making strange noise under hood and tire bumping since I bought it!Drove 2 miles and said there was no problem! Took car back when noise was so loud they could hear it! Kept car 2 days never called and when I did they said they had called me. Bull!!! The part was ordered, but as for 4 months its not here I call and they keep forgetting to order it. Thanks Anthomy!

This is hands down the WORST dealership I have ever done business with. I've had nothing but problems with them since I purchased my "new" car. I brought my car, a 2010 Genesis Coupe, elsewhere to get it appraised for a trade in and found out that the entire car (minus the doors) had been repainted. The salesman (Coty Walters) never notified me of this. When I went back to Lee, the sales manager (Frankie Wheeler) basically said "oh well" and that there was "nothing that they could do for me." When I told him I was looking to refinance my car he told me that they could lower my interest rate by 3% for 60mos and that I would have to sell them my car, then they would sell it back to me at a $1000 mark up. After I told him that I had already talked to another bank and they said that they could cut my interest rate in half on a 48mos. refinance, he came back and said that they could beat that rate by half a percent but would still do the $1000 mark up. When I asked him why he couldn't do that in the first place he gave me a line of BS, in which he basically admitted that they were just trying to make as much money off of me as possible. I eventually refinanced my original car and purchased another Hyundai elsewhere. I love both of my Hyundais, especially my Genesis Coupe. My parents and sisters also love their Hyundais/Kias (same manufacturer). I would non hesitate to buy another Hyundai, but I would NEVER go back to Lee Hyundai. No one in my family will either.

I am 52 years old and have purchased many vehicles in my lifetime. I was impressed with the Hyundai reputation and liked the look of the Santa Fe. I live close to the dealership, so I went in to make my selection. I test drove 3 vehicles - 2 Santa Fe models and a Tuscon. I did not want to test drive the Tuscon, but did so after being pressured by the sales person. I had done some research prior to the visit and knew I was eligible for a rebate. I also knew the prices for similar vehicles from other Hyundai dealers. This dealership would NOT make a deal I felt was fair. They offered me 26% less than the rough trade in value of my vehicle, even though it was in very good shape. ($9,650 from them...the Hyundai dealer I eventually bought from offered $13,987) When I asked about the rebate, they insisted I was not eligible for it. I finally left in frustration! I want to another Hyundai dealer (a 2 hour drive) where I purchased the Santa Fe I wanted, got a fair value for my trade, a fair deal on the vehicle I wanted, and the rebate. I am VERY happy with Hyundai and have no regrets about my purchase. However I am very glad I did not purchase from Lee Hyundai.

Matt Harmmer, our salesman, was super and he worked with us to ensure we selected the best vehicle for our needs. He let us drive different models of the Santa Fe and showed us the different options with no pressure to buy. Matt was very informative and interested in our well being. I have used this dealership many times for most of the work done on my vehicle, but this last time it was very painful dealing with trying to get a new handle for my car. I had to be the one back and forth between two separate departments, service and parts, because parts was the department that painted the handle, but I had to schedule work through service. Sounds easy until you show up with your car on a scheduled day to find out the service department did not know for sure the handle was not painted because, after three years of using this service department, they lost my VIN and parts could not paint it with out it. Overall, it took a month to get a new door handle for my car, and after spending close to $200 for the part and installation (a new part understnable) I ended up paying an additional $80 for painting it, which I was not quoted before. It seems rediculous to spend almost $200 for a part, not including labor of installation that is so small, and obviously fragil. I must say, the quality of work makes me think twice before taking it somewhere else. But with that fiasco, I will most likely get body work done somewhere else.

I cam in for a oil change and inquired about upgrading my car to a newer car with more features. I had a salesmen that came out into the cold and offered to see if we needed any help and we took off from there. He listened to our needs, price range, and what options we were looking for. he tailored his search to even the inventory that just came in that day, and found what we would be comfortable affording. He was able to work out the numbers with our trade in to exceed what we were expecting and we closed the deal. this was my fourth car from that dealership and have 2 2010 cars from them now. I would recommend them to anyone in a minute.

As stated from another post, the sales tactics are shady. The constant "let me talk to the manager" or "I JUST got off the phone and you wont believe my new offer" crud. Traded a Pontiac G8 GT for new Veracruz that had to be delivered. So they drove it from Henderson NC and it had 1038 miles on it and the interior was somewhat dirty. Not the kind of dirty like there was sand on the floor but the kind of dirty that looked as if somebody had dirty hands and was opening and closing things inside the vehicle. I am over the 1038 miles thing but my pontiac had 11,000 miles upon trade in and was still cleaner then my Veracruz. Luckily, unlike their detailing department, I have auto cleaning skills and she looks brand new. All the dealership had to do to avoid my current opinion was tell me this in advance and I would have said "Ok, thanks for letting me know, we can handle it when the vehicle arrives." I think they have there assumptions mixed up. For instance, they came across as people who thought I knew nothing about sales tactics and everything about cars. In fact, it is the other way around. Most people know sales tactics and dont know anything about cars. They need to inform their customers about what they are getting. People assume the word "new" means "new". I KNEW the vehicle would have miles on it but I also know that Henderson is not 1038 miles from Fayetteville and that "new" cars do not come with fresh hand prints. I am pretty sure the hand prints were not a factory installed option. I guess I can't complain because I know better than to buy cars in Fayetteville but to be honest I just wanted to be done with things and get the SUV I needed for my wife. I will end with this: My sales rep was Juan Garcia and he was wonderful. He knows about vehicles and doesnt try to waste your time. Anything that happened was beyond his control. I felt that he did his best to take care of me and get me what I needed. With that being said, it obviously was not him that I talked to the most.

Drove in on Saturday with my Honda. Drove out same day with my wife's new Sonata. Hassle free, Dexter Dove is a very low key salesperson. He is straightforward and tells it like it is. I appreciate his honesty and truthfulness. We made a very good deal on my wife's Sonata. She thinks it is the nicest car she has owned. (And we have had Cadillacs.)As a matter of fact, we bought her Sonata Limited for close to the same price we would have paid for a new Honda Civic EX. The Sonata is so much more car. The only problem we have had is the Navigation. (18,000 miles) Jennifer, the lady in charge of service is a real professional. She ordered a new navigation and it was installed within a week or so.I am sort of a nasty old man, (78). If Lee can satisfy me, they can probably satisfy almost any customer

Extremely high pressure sales tactics. Makes me sick just to think about having to buy a car here, but I love the Hyundai car for both value and quality. However after three purchases from this dealer, I may seriously consider traveling out of town for my next Hyundai. After the sale, they put you on a telemarketing program to sell add-ons and other stuff, which was extremely difficult to get off of their list. Excellent service department, no hassles here whatsoever.
