I filled out a previous review, but I felt it important to do this one as well, for Jennifer Towers and the rest of the folks at LEE TOYOTA, (Topsham, ME). Jennifer Towers was the first person to greet me when I arrived at the dealership. She was more than gracious and guided me throughout the entire shopping and purchasing experience. My son was with me and he too was very impressed with her professionalism. I had done online shopping and as well, Jen showed me several other vehicles, some of which I test drove. After making my selection (A Toyota Certified, 2016 Toyota Corolla) she presented me with a finance package I could afford. While I was with John, Jen had my car prepped for me, even moved the things from my old car, to my new car. Before I drove away, with a full tank of gas, she went over the details of the dashboard and options, programmed by phone to Blue Tooth, etc. She encouraged me to call her or stop by, with any questions or concerns. The finance guys, Drew To and John Newland were great as well. All in all, I must say I have recommended Jen and Lee Toyota to everyone I have told about my car. I have been in Customer Service/Sales for over 50 years, so I have many examples to compare to, in assessing my experience with Jen and Lee Toyota. I sincerely appreciated the sincerity and respect shown. LEE TOYOTA is definitely not the stereotyped dealership one often hears about. Thankfully.

MY experience at LEE was fantastic - I had mentioned to Jenn in conversation that I would one day love a Toyota Highlander - She reached out to me when the prefect car arrived and was able to get me out of my lease ONE YEAR EARLY and into my dream highlander - She listened to all my needs and put Cassidy on the road! I hadn't bought a car in more than ten years. When I found the Certified Used RAV4 I wanted on Lee's website and came in to go for a test drive, Jennifer Towers was friendly and knowledgeable. We had a great experience at Lee Toyota of Topsham. Our salesperson, Brodie Macdearmid, was very personable and friendly. The general atmosphere was nicely laid back, and everyone who worked with us was very helpful, courteous, and funny (and the really good coffee they had didn't hurt, either :-)). They helped us get into a brand new car for just a little more then we would have paid for a used vehicle, and at a fantastic rate and worked to put it in our price range. We feel really good about our purchase, and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new car. Thanks again, guys!

Mr. Day was the most patient sales person I have ever dealt with. I know I am not an easy customer. He had answers to all my questions, was professional and courteous, and worked long with me to reach the what I consider the perfect sale. I will recommend him to anyone I know who might be car shopping. He not only sold me a car, but he showed me why Topsham Toyota is a top notch facility that I should continue to work with on any normal service or unforeseen repairs.

Traded our 4 Runner 09 for a brand new 2014. Our sales person Jennifer was fun, It was until we got to finance and dealing with the finance & sales "manager" that things got bad. They tried to low ball us on our trade, we had a clean and exact conversation about what we wanted. They said ok, It wasn't until the paperwork was done that we found they had snuck in the low ball offer (not the agreed upon amount) on our trade, due to the mincing of words and dealership lingo. We felt so discouraged to have this happen (for the second time with the same dealership). No one made a point to show us anything or go over the paperwork in detail...that was how they tried to slide it by us. We didn't even find out until we looked into our own financing with a credit union (after being told not to use a credit union due to the exempt tax status.....). Needless to say we were completely disappoint, we love our new car but can guarantee we won't be shopping at Lee Toyota again for our next vehicle.

We made a query on line about a 2013 RAV4 and were notified that a vehicle was available at the Topsham location. We were met by the Sales Manager who introduced us to Kevin Cough. Kevin really listened to our wish list for our new car, set us up with a test drive, and gave us complete info about the car and the dealership (even though we were clear we were still shopping and had other cars to see). We appreciated the time he spent with us, and we realized the good deal he could provide, and the relationship we could develop with Lee Auto Malls. We returned to the dealership to buy the car we had driven, and Kevin did a terrific job of getting us through the paperwork and orienting us to our new car. (and... he gave us donuts and coffee !). We had a great buying experience !

I recently purchased a new to me 2012 Toyota Sienna! I called Andrew and he found me exactly what I was looking for, color and everything!! I love it! Best service I have ever encountered!! My Sienna has bluetooth, I didn't know how it worked so Andrew not only explained it but also set it up through my phone so I didn't have to try to remember after. My van didn't have floor mats in it, I requested some... NO PROBLEM, they even got delivered to my house by Andrew personally! Could not have asked for a more pleasurable experience! I am planning my next car/truck purchase already, just deciding what we want and then I will have Andrew find it for us!!! It was a pleasure!

I recently researched buying a new truck and had it narrowed down to a Ford F-150XLT and a Toyota Tundra. I have previously owned a Tundra and loved it, but was looking to see what else was out there. Jennifer Towers did a fantastic job explaining the new Tundra options, lease vs. buy options and how my trade would be handled. I plan to purchase the Tundra from Jennifer at Lee Toyota as soon as I get some financial things in order.

I bought a 2014 Rav4, and could not have had a better buying experience. If you like the service Lee Toyota has for all vehicles, whether bought at Lee or not, you will find Duffy the best salesperson at any dealership in Maine. He is intelligent, knowledgeable, personable, and goes the extra mile to be sure you know what you are getting. He readily can explain the science behind car features, is adept at using the Internet to help illustrate features (e.g., how does the automatic high beam work), and will give you an honest answer about the details of various features, and takes the time to look up a feature to be sure the most up-to-date information is provided the customer. He has given me tutorials on the 2014 tech features of the vehicle, weeks after my purchase. I would definitely recommend Duffy for anyone wondering if the car buying process could be a better experience. It can be, and after visiting and talking with sales people at a number of dealers before purchasing this vehicle, I highly recommend calling Duffy at Lee Toyotal.

We saw a vehicle online that we were interested in but it was located at LEE Auburn. I explained we lived in Topsham but really wanted a test drive, and without hesitation he Dave in Auburn) had it shipped to our local Lee Auto dealer that afternoon. My wife and I showed up and were immediately greeted by Patrick Browning at Lee Toyota of Topsham. He was very pleasant and got us in the new Equinox and on the road very quickly. While we were going they did our trade in evaluation so as not to waste any of out time while we were there. We were extremely pleased with the test drive and decided if they could make it the right price we would be buying. After about an hour of negotiating Patrick was able to discuss with his manager our stipulations and he made it happen. We left Lee Auto Topsham that evening with a 2013 Chevy Equinox LT for exactly what we wanted to pay for it. We were both extremely pleased with the friendly atmosphere and willingness to help sell us the car we wanted. At no time did we feel uncomfortable or that there was too much pressure on us. They cleaned the vehicle, filled the gas tank, and had us come back 2 days later to put a sticker on it, give us the second key, and perform and oil chance.(waiting area is very nice. comfortable seats, reading material, free coffee, etc). Overall it was a great experience, my wife and I are very happy with the purchase. I would not hesitate to go back for another vehicle when the time comes. We have purchased 5 cars from Trisha Hunter at Lee Toyota of Topsham. We told Trisha we wanted to trade in our Subaru for a used SUV with low miles and she called us the minute she found one in our price range. Our most recent purchase was a used Rav 4 Limited and we love it. She is very thou rough when showing all the features of the cars we look at so we can compare easily. She goes above and beyond to make us happy. We also brought our Toyota matrix that we bought from her in for service recently and they shuttled my husband to work while they fixed the AC power adaptor. Stephen Miller in Service was great.

Bought a used Prius after I totaled my favorite car in a snowstorm from Andrew To at Lee Toyota in Topsham. I never felt pressured or unsure, I was just made to feel like I was making a great decision. Having a few credit blips, the dealership was still able to get me into my car and on my way! Margaret Benton was great to deal with. She listened patiently to our wants and needs.... then proceeded to show us vehicles that matched that criteria. Even the color!!!! Wow what a great car I have. Prius is the best and my mom bought a corolla at the same time. She loves her new car. The dealership management also listened to Ms. Benton and ended up giving us a nice price for our tradein and a nice price on the car. <Ms. Benton was very helpful in explaining the car features and very knowledgeable about the different Toyota's available. We will surely be back as soon as the need arises. Also, the finance person at Lee was very knowledgeable about financing and maintenance care options. He ended up getting us a low interest rate on our loan and a maintenance plan that worked for us. His name was John...but I forgot his last name. Sorry John.

Meg was excellent, she was always available and able to answer all of my questions. She was very thorough and made sure that I was completely happy and comfortable with my purchase. Had to have repair of the rear struts on our Lexus SUV and Lee Toyota was the closest place to go. We can't say enough about their repair service! It is so professional, great communication while you're waiting, free wifi, coffee and Frosty's donuts, comfortable chairs and reading material. What more can you ask for when you're waiting for your repair? They handled everything so well. Thanks!!

I needed a car in a certain price range and I was looking to get a good deal for my trade in. I was looking for a Corolla S, sunroof, $250 or under a month and a bunch of other little things. Chet made it all happen! He was a great sales person to work with. He is very friendly and I wasn't afraid to ask silly questions with him because I knew he'd answer with real honesty. I plan on having my new car for a long time, but if anything were to happen- I'd go back there before anywhere else.

Contact by internet did not generate annoying sales calls. All staff were helpful. this was the easiest car purchase I have ever made. I fully recommend this dealership.
