During this completely changed vehicle availability, I decided to stop my desire to "build" my new Yukon and try to find an existing inventory at a dealer instead as I definitely need it over the next few years and cannot wait for the buying process to return to a more normal state. Lehmer's was one of the only places that actually had even close to what I was looking for. I called them on a Friday morning as soon as they opened to check if they still had the AT-4 Yukon and the salesman (Moe) and his manager confirmed still on lot. I asked questions and then not wanting to see the vehicle sold before I got there (I live 50 miles from Lehmer's) I asked if I could give a deposit. They politely said unfortunately the policy (especially during this time) was first come, first served. I said what if I just pay now over the phone! Well, I must say they must have looked at each other and realized my pain. The manager and Moe offered to "hold" the vehicle a few hours to allow me to drive there. They handled this very professionally and Moe gave me his contact info so we stayed updated on my arrival time. When I arrived they had the vehicle ready for the test ride (I could tell that even though I was extremely interested to purchase they wanted to expose me to the vehicle with same attention to sale) and we started the buying process. I was paying cash and during the time the wire of funds and paperwork was done I was offered beverages and care. During this time I was actually impressed by the cleanliness and organized feel of Lehmer's. Nice place, nice vibe. The customers I noticed in service all seemed calm and well taken care of. I also noticed a buyer looking very pleased as they were attended to by sales before smiling ear to ear and driving off the lot. I want to say that Lehmer's made a very stressful time for me a very pleasant experience overall. They did a great job handling the whole deal. I felt safe and sound there and would definitely buy from them again. Spending time with my salesman Moe was like doing business with a trusted partner. He made me feel like he was serving both Lehmer's and I both interests, and that made it a more calming day during a pandemic purchase. May we all find blessings as we move into 2022! Thanks Moe! This service department is the BEST! Tom is outstanding and always goes the extra mile to make the experience smooth and frictionless. My transmission was acting up and Tom was able to translate my description of the problem into something that the technician could work with. Apparently it worked because my truck now runs as smooth as it did when I first drove it off the lot 5 years ago. Great Job Tom and team!

The response and courtesy with my questions were incredible! They took the auto buying experience to a whole new level of professionalism. The financing process was quick, efficient and painless. I had the truck deal made all within about one hour. I am very, very happy with my experience with Lehmer's GMC.

This is my third lease with Buick and agent Rick Weaver, he is the best from being professional to just a kind human being. He has always been honest and a straight shooter and these are the people you need and wont in a company. I will for sure recommend friends and family to seek him out. Happy customer
