We were met in the parking lot by Johnny (Shields). Extremely pleasant and knowledgeable about vehicles on the lot, not pushy at all! Explained safety features of the Envision as that was a major concern for me. Offered test drive and after the drive I decided to purchase the vehicle. All financing options fully explained.

Took me a good min to get checked in but over all an excellent experience. I just wish I could have gotten an fully drawn out inspection sheet, so I could of known exactly what's good and bad on my car like brakes wear and tear, dash board lights that are stuck on, and the fans for cooling systems. The link they send on the visit is not helpful.

Victor was amazing and this goes for the whole dealership. I bought a used vehicle that had some under lying safety problems that I’m sure was not disclosed to Leith and hidden by the previous owner. I got into contact with the general manager who took care of me with no questions asked. They rectified the situation taking back the vehicle and putting me into a brand new car that fit inside my needs and budget. My sale representative Victor was there every step of the way and made my wife and I feel like family. He helped me set up everything in my new Buick. I would recommend Leith and Victor to anyone shopping for a new ride.

On 7/26/2016, I purchased a 2017 GMC Acadia from this dealership, and Victor Perez was my Sales Consultant and he was outstanding.. He and the sales team made this experience one of my best experiences with this dealership. This was the fourth vehicle that I have purchased from this dealership in the past 12 years. We purchased 2 vehicles from Leith in Wendell. My experience was for the most part wonderful! I was met with a smiling face, Jennifer Herrera! She introduced me to our sales associate, Adam Phillips. Adam was absolutely fabulous and solely the reason we purchased the 2 vehicles from Leith. He took his time to show me several vehicles and took me on test drives! He followed up with me and my husband with questions we had promptly. He was VERY patient and helpful with the entire purchase experience. I would recommend him to anyone purchasing a car, truck, van or SUV. He really made our purchases VERY positive!Warren in the Dodge show room was great to work with as well. He was courteous and worked with us to get the purchase process moving!Thank you, Adam for the wonderful experience of purchasing both of our vehicles!

I recently purchased a 2015 Buick LaCrosse from Leith Buick GMC. My salesman was Andy Penny and he did a great job in finding the car I wanted in a timely manner. This was the third time Andy has helped me with a new car lease or purchase and all three were good experiences.

I purchased a 2015 Buick Lacrosse from Leith Auto Park in Wendell NC. I had the pleasure of working with two of the most highly skilled salesman that this company could have ever hired. Quincy Steele and Victor Perez. They displayed knowledge about the Buick product they sold and that is one of my pet peeves when purchasing anything. The level of knowledge that the salesman exhibits during his sales transaction is very important to me as a consumer. Both Quincy Steele and Victor Perez is certainly two individuals any company would want to invest in as members of their sales team. This guys are amazing. Quincy Steele definitely stepped up his sales skills because I had told him I was just looking and that there wasn't a car on his car lot that interested me. Well needless to say, I am driving the 2015 Buick Lacrosse and absolutely loving ever minute of it. This is the type of salesman the company need and also need several duplicate copies of him in order to help the company excel above and beyond measures. Victor Perez is definitely a top notch salesman also. He's collaborative and caring . He takes great pride in the way that he treats his customers and the knowledge of the salesman is outstanding. He helped from beginning to end and what really impressed me about Victor is his last statement: "If there is anything else that we can assist you with, don't hesitate to give us a call and I will see what I can do to further assist you." Quincy Steele and Victor Perez are definitely an asset to your company. Keep them in mind as becoming top level management employees of your company. Thanks guys for a job well done.

I just recently leases a 2015 Acadia from Leith Buick and couldn't be more happy. First of all when I arrived on the lot I noticed that they only had one Acadia on the lot. Obviously I was shown this vehicle and absolutely loved it. Unfortunately it had way more bells and whistles than I truely needed. At first I thought well this is great I have to go somewhere else. But the sales team had the car I wanted with the options I wanted delivered to the lot with no hassles. One of my best car buying experiences

I just bought a 2015 Buick Encore from Leith in Wendell, NC. I have to say that this was by far the best buying experience I've ever had. My salesman was Victor Perez and I promise you that he will work with you and meet all your needs. He helped me get the vehicle I really wanted rather than the one I was going to settle for. Great people and very nice facility.

I went to Leith wanting a new truck not needing one. I met Howard Moore and he won my business over by his impeccable attention to my wants. I apologize as I cannot remember his managers name when we were making the deal, but it is obvious the customer service starts at the top!

We purchased a 2012 Buick Enclave at Leith of Wendell and had a great experience. We got the car at the right price and enjoyed the experience. The only issue was that the car interior was not cleaned completely in the back when we picked it up, but the salesman, Andy Penny, took the car back and had it cleaned up in 15 minutes. I recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a new or used car.

I recently purchased a 2013 Buick Encore with the assistance of salesman Victor Perez. I have purchased many cars over the years and experienced all levels of service. Victor and the team at Leith Wendell are some of the best I've seen! As a busy professional, I needed to manage the purchase process at my pace and availability - with no pressure. Victor was very professional and patient as I agonized over the best car for me. It had been 9 years since I last purchased a car and I was surprised/overwhelmed at all the options I had in the small SUV market. It took me 2 weeks to research and narrow down which vehicle and features I wanted. During this time, he was available every time I had a question or wanted to test drive a car. He genuinely wanted me to find the best car for me and was willing to put the time into helping me achieve this. As for the purchase, it was the easiest, quickest purchase I've experienced. They gave me a tour of the dealership and service dept. and reviewed my new car's features and set up On Star with me. I highly recommend this dealership as they are no pressure, professional, and have competitive pricing. As for the Encore, it has as much power as my previous V6 SUV had. I cannot believe I am saying this but am a convert to the new 4 cylinder engines. I LOVE the mpg it gets! I didn't realize how driving my old SUV beat me up until I purchased the Encore...what a difference. The seat support is incredible, a great design. It truly is a quality vehicle. I have owned Volvo's, Jeep Cherokees and a Saturn SUV, now I am a convert to Buick!
