I recently had to buy a new truck. A friend of mine recommended Leith to me and I am so glad he did. From the time I stepped on the lot until I left with the new truck, I never felt one ounce of pressure. My salesman Richard Brown who if could give 10 stars to I would. Was so helpful with the experience. He explained everything that was going to happen with my unique experience. I cannot thank him or Leith enough. I will be purchasing all of my future vehicles from them.

My Husband and I recently visited Leith Ford in Wendell NC and we had an amazing experience! Our sales consultant, Harry Blanks, took the time to get to know us and to understand which vehicle would really suit our needs. He showed amazing patience as we explored our choices and was very knowledgeable about all the vehicles. We left with a brand new car that fits our family's requirements perfectly and we are really happy! Derrick was so helpful I was not happy with my first car , had my heart set on an Kia Soul they were able to find me one in my price range. I was so happy!! They worked with me and helped me with everything. He truly cares about his clients and was so extremely helpful.

Over the last 29 years of marriage, we have purchased at least 9 Fords and the last 4 have come from Leith Ford of Wendell. The dealership has always been great to us, the sales staff goes beyond expectations, and it just feels like you are part of the family. Take the Knightdale Bypass to Wendell - you will be glad you traveled those few minutes to get a great deal!

I have been taking my Ford F250 to Service Advisor Bryan Smith for nearly six months now. I feel like I found a home where my truck will be taken care of. Bryan and his team of professionals go above board to diagnose the problem and explain the remedy so I can clearly understand. I knew from the first visit, I found someone to trust.Additionally, Parts Manager Donnie Morton is just the best. I had some questions about a few upkeep items I am considering for my truck. He not only has a wealth of knowledge about parts, but also provided a few tips on how to get it done. He even took the time to draw out a little diagram to make the point clear. Bryan and Donnie are the reason I return to Leith Ford.

The folks over at Leith Ford are amazing. Extremely easy to work with. I've purchased cars/trucks from Audi, MB, Nissan, Toyota and now Ford and by far this was the best auto purchasing experience I've ever had. The staff is extremely friendly and I never felt like I was being pressured about the sale. I always cringe at the idea of having to purchase a new vehicle but Skiler and everyone at this dealership went above and beyond to provide me with amazing service. When it came down to completing the sale I was in and out of the dealership in less than an hour. If you are looking for a Ford in the Raleigh/Wake Forest area look no further. If they don't have what you are looking for on the lot they will get it for you and you can be assured they will do whatever it takes to earn your business. When it comes time for a new car you can be assured this is the first and probably my last stop.

Both my sales man, Harry Blanks, and his manager, Tony were very attentive to my car needs. I originally had purchased a Ford but after some unresolvable issues both Harry and Tony worked hard to find me the right car. They also made sure that I was treated fairly and offered me a great deal. I will be back for my next vehicle purchase!

Been leasing fords for many years . We just move here from NY . I didn't know which ford dealer to go to with no connections in NC . I knew I made the right choice at Leith ford because the moment I pulled up and got out of the car, Derrick was standing there with a smile and warm hand shake , Derrick walked me thought he experience gently . Tony the lease guy went the extra mile talking to the bank to get the best price for me . Have to say the most pleasant experience I have ever had getting a new car . Scott Trew was excellent. Very helpful, allowed me to test drive two cars right away and take the car I liked for 2 days to drive it Around and show it to my wife and family to get their thoughts. He didn't rush or pressure me, and our price negotiations were over the phone and brief. I told him what price I needed and he got it for me. Best car buying experience I've ever had!

Scott Trew was the salesman I dealt with at Leith Ford. He was very helpful, respectful, and knowledgable. I went in looking for a specific F-150. After doing a walkthrough and looking at a number of vehicles with Scott, he was able to recommend a vehicle that fit my specifications and I've loved it ever since. could not have ask for anymore from a salesperson, Derrick Dobbins at Leith Ford. He went over and beyond what I expected to help me find the perfect car. My situation was not normal but he was understanding and so helpful. I have purchased many vehicles over the years and the last 2 have been purchased from Derrick. I contacted Leith Ford through their contact form on their website. I was contacted by Skiler Burke, and I'm here to tell you, she has provided THE best customer service experience I've ever experienced at a car dealership. I was made to feel like I was her only customer, and she was more than patient in answering my many questions regarding financing vs leasing. I also spoke with Doug Durham (Sales Manager at Leith Chrysler) and he too was extremely pleasant and helpful. I can't say enough about my experience with Leith!

Yesterday, I was in dire straits to buy a truck. My original vehicle was "totaled" in a two-car collision which was no fault of my own. A few days ago, I viewed the internet for a used Platinum F-150 and felt it would be the perfect replacement; however, it just did not fit my desire with the dual exhaust system. So, I saw another vehicle very similar and Paul Lee who had expert knowledge of this truck gave me a price I could not refuse and the quality of comfort I will have for a long, long time. Thank you Tony for your added suggestions. Thank you John for making me feel right at home. And, thank you Joshua for dealing with a customer that asks lots of questions. Derrick Dobbins, I still know your name and I will never forget how friendly you became at the close of the deal. If you are looking to throw your money away the by all means go to leith ford!!!!!!!!!! I have a vehicle that has less than the miles stated is under warranty and expected them to fix my problem. I had taken my car to a couple of other mechanics who advised me to take it to Ford because the issue I was having was under warranty. Unfortunately I am no mechanic so I dropped off my car to be repaired and received a call stating that what I had said was wrong with the vehicle was not the problem at all and it was gonna cost me XYZ to repair something before they would even consider fixing the real problem. So I paid the money and drove it a couple of days and my check engine light reappears to my surprise mind you after I had just paid them to fix my car. So of course I take it to a different mechanic and found out it was exactly what I said it was in the beginning!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! OGGGGGGG. So I am out of the money I spent to fix something that was probably not the problem to start with and just another way for these money hungry mechanics to fix in the first place. My suggestion is DON'T GO TO LEITH UNLESS YOU WANNA GET CHEATED OUT OF YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!!!!!

I finally found the right truck, and the best deal in the area. I didn't receive the run around like other ford dealerships. I wanted a very specific truck, and for the right price. I bought my truck this past Saturday 1/10/15 and I love everything about my purchase. Jose Rodriguez and Tony Enderle met all my requirements, and took all the difficulty out of buy a new vehicle. After a test drive and brief conversation with our Sales Rep, I told him that we would be back to pursue something else if we could not come to an agreement on the truck that we were pursuing. Perhaps he thought that I was "blowing smoke", but I meant every word for his professionalism and customer service were impeccable! Buying a vehicle can be difficult, and sometimes stressful; Johnny and Leith Ford made it easy! Most definitely recommended.

We knew what vehicle model and price point we wanted to reach. We had done our research. Leith Ford in Wendell, NC exceeded our expectations in terms of responsiveness, professionalism, and overall customer care. The entire buying process was accentuated with effective communications, honesty, and commitment to our satisfaction. Our sales rep, Scott Trew, was a true professional, and the General Manager and the financing manager were outstanding to work with. My experience begins in Fredericksburg Virginia north of Richmond.(Dec. 2013) I located an F150 on cars.com at Leith Ford in Wendell, NC. I called a little bit before the store opened on Saturday morning and to my delight I spoke with the young lady in customer service whom I would also thank for her service to our country as she served in our Great United States Navy. She graciously connected me to Jose Rodriguez Sales Consultant. I explained my interest in the truck and that I would be arriving around noon to have a look at it. When we arrived everyone was very welcoming knowing that we had just drove from Va. as we met the Service Manager and Jose who showed the truck. After our test drive we sat down with Jose for a pleasant, simple, no pressure, super smooth transaction, to include financing to everyone's satisfaction. The entire event took a little over 2 hours and I have spent a half day just haggling at other dealerships. Jose has a Great work ethic and truly treats his customers with great respect just as he himself would want to be treated. He has great values and takes great pleasure making sure the customer is happy. The truck exceeded my expectations and I am thrilled to have it home as we left the 60 degree weather for the polar vortex of 6 degrees in Va. the truck has performed superbly. Jose later sent me a note saying quote: "I want to thank you for your confidence in the dealership and myself." I would say to that, Thank You for the best car buying experience I've ever had. I will and already have told everyone to shop at Leith Ford of Wendall as their entire team is Super Sonic Great in my book. It's way worth the drive from any where to see Jose Rodriguez and Team Leith. I cant thank them enough.

The team at Leith Wendell was AWESOME to work with! They didn't pressure or hassel you! Jose was patient with all of our questions and asking about multiple cars new vs. used and different makes. He didnt treat us like we were wasting his time or make us wait to get answers about pricing. Sherry in finance found us several discounts and rebates that we didn't know were available that saved us several thousand off even after we agreed on a price. They certainy know how to treat their customers! We had been to several other Ford Dealerships and we very dissappointed in their lack of customer service, making us wait hours just to get us a price. Leith of Wendell treated us with respect and I would Highly Suggest them to anyone!!

I went Leith Ford of Wendell at the suggestion of a family member who had purchased a vehicle from this location several years ago. I was greeted by Sales Consultant, Jonny Wisenbaker. Jonny was knowledgeable about the features available on each vehicle as well as the maintenance services offered at Leiths Service Center. I was impressed with Jonnys honesty and integrity. He was attentive and worked with me to understand my goal to put me in a vehicle that suited my needs and budget. There was no pressure. In fact, I worked with Jonny for several months looking for just the right vehicle. During that time, he kept me informed with the current inventory on their lot and any incentive and rebates offered by Ford and Leith. On the day of purchase, I did not feel rushed when it came time to discuss numbers. I got the car I wanted at a fair price and I am very pleased with the car, so far.Jonny followed up with me a week later to ensure that I was happy with my new car. He even took time to answer a technical question Ive had the vehicle since the purchase. Overall, I thought the staff at Leith Ford of Wendell was helpful and I have recommended Jonny to friends who are in the market to purchase a new vehicle.

While searching for a GMC Truck online I found the truck I wanted at Leith Ford In Wendell N.C.. While talking to the salesman I was told that this was a GMC cerified truck and there was absolutely nothing wrong with it. It was a 2011 GMC Sierra SLE extended cab with 19,000 miles on it. After the test drive the salesman started to point out where it had been damaged on the passenger rear quarter panel. The salesman assured me it would be fixed that day and I would be able to pick the truck up the following day. My girlfriend and I decided to trust the salesmans word and buy the truck. Big Mistake. The truck was not ready the next day. You can see how this is going. Next driving home, the rear power window would not open or close, went to find the owners manual in the glove-box, no owners manual. Talked to Sales dept manager Tony, he said they would have it fixed in two hours,7 hours later I finally got my truck back. This has been the worst Truck buying experience of my life. I am sorry that I ever went to Leith Ford of Wendell and believe me I will Never buy anything else from Leith Inc. again

I have purchased several vehicles from this dealership and have recommended others to this dealership. Steve Jones was my sales representative, he was knowledgable, honest & ethical. We found a car we were interested online and before they had a chance to run it through reconditioning. But wow, reading other reviews about Leith and Harry makes me think that they arent the same people. We had four problems with our purchase:1. Harry gave us apprehensive, hostile, and dismissive answers when we were negotiating on the car. All we wanted to do was understand the value of the vehicle. That requires an understanding of the features, competitor pricing, bluebook value, etc. We were polite and courteous.2. They have no consideration for your time. The wife and I had to do our search with our 20 month old in tow. Obviously, a disruption to his routine is challenging, and planning ahead of time is the most effective way to avoid potential problems.We were supposed to get the car after work, and Harry said they would have the reconditioning started first thing in the morning. He assured us it would be ready when we came by. The wife checked in during the afternoon, and it was on track supposedly. We showed up and Harry said it wasnt ready. He said he was expecting us at 6PM. It was 5:52PM. No big deal. The wife, our son, and I went to the toddler play area inside to try to keep the little guy pacified. Shortly after 6PM Harry came by and said he was expecting us by 6:15PM. A brief time later he walked back by and said that he was really expecting us around 6:20-6:25PM, but the car would be ready very soon. He came by again at 6:30PM and told us the technicians just got the tool they needed to finish the job.3. During reconditioning they scratched the car in several places. I am - 100% - absolutely positive - that the scratches didnt exist prior. Harry tried to tell me they did, but after a brief conversation I got him to agree that the damage was new.4. They dont care enough to respond to your feedback. I made attempts to contact management, which included sending an email to the general manager and service manager regarding our experience. Again, I was polite and courteous, but I documented the whole encounter. I havent heard a word back from them. We still ended up with a car that we like, and any one of these issues isnt the end of the world. Taken as a whole, it indicates a dealership that just doesnt care. If they will lie to you about little things, can you trust their sincerity on something with consequences? Take your money to somebody that cares. We will not be returning to Leith brand dealerships. We should have walked away.

Leith Ford - Horrible Experience. Poor communications - took 28 days to pay our trade off - refused to pay the interest charges during this period of time - Misrepresented Ford rebates and financing - Has made no attempt to bring a mutual resolution to the table - I ended up paying more for this vehicle because of the dealership's handling of this sale. Sales Person was Chris Roberson, Sales Manager was Tony D., Finance Manager Tony Crews. They accept no responsibility for their poor performance at all! Buy a vehicle from anywhere but here. PS: we upgraded the cloth seats to leather and asked to keep our cloth seats, since we paid for them and in case we damage the leather - nope, ignored.

I was at Leigh Auto Park for service on my 2005 Expl. Sport Trac. While I was there walking around I meet Jose Rodriguez. I asked him about some of the used cars on the lot. He answered every question and was very knowledgable When my servce was done, I asked for his card Iwent home and thought about the cars and the prices. I came back and asked for Jose. One of the cars I asked Jose about, I ended up buying it.
