When you call to try to schedule a simple oil change, it is ALWAYS a hassle. First you have to wait FOREVER for someone to answer the phone. Then, they either can't find you in their system or mess up something in the scheduling. I have never taken my vehicle anywhere else because I did not want them ever to be able to blame anything wrong on the car on anyone else. This is the ONLY reason I continue to take my vehicle there for service. I would NEVER recommend this dealer to anyone.

Fellow citizens, Kia of Fayetteville is the worst place to take your car for a repair. When you go with one problem you come out with three problems.I took my car for a repair for no start problem and a headlight not staying on. I dropped the car overnight, locked the car, dropped the key in the night dropbox on Thursday night, I picked up the car on Monday evening, to find out that my portable TV/DVD player, my Square reader, $25 worth of phone cards missing and about $50 in cash missing. When I asked the manager, he said "I don't know what happened, maybe somebody stole it." I asked him, "How could somebody steal something from my car if the car was locked, and the key was dropped in the night dropbox?" He replied, "I don't know, I'm not a thief."Fellow citizens if you are going there for a car repair, take EVERYTHING you have inside out and expect the worst of service

I don't know where to begin.....but I'll give it a go.1. Got me "approved" for a car I didn't even look at or inquire about.2. I get a phone call from one of the finance managers almost 3 weeks after purchase telling me that my license had expired and that in order to "close the deal" I had to provide them with an updated copy of my license....umm they were valid when I signed the papers and I hadn't received my new ones yet. They said if I didn't send them a copy that day, it would be difficult to get the deal to complete. 3. I bought my car in mid-August and prior to 30 days I called to let them know the tags were expiring soon and I needed my perm tags. They told me they didn't have the title yet since the car was just traded in (so I couldn't get new tags yet), and they would mail me additional 30 day tags. I couldn't drive my car for 4 days because they "forgot to mail" the 2nd set of 30 day tags, worse yet no one checked up on it - I had to call them back to ask where the tags were.4. 1200 miles into the new purchase the change oil light came on - no service had been performed when it was traded in apparently - 2015 Ford Fusion with 38k miles (at 39.2 it says to change oil)5. Instead of receiving an actual phone call - I received a recorded message thanking me for being a customer. Talk about poor customer service - I didn't even rate a call from a live person, and it's been 2 months since my purchase...I still don't have my permanent tags yet.

I felt completely ignored. Spent the entire day being rushed around "test driving" vehicle after vehicle when I was unhappy. Instead of listening to what I was looking for in a vehicle, they just kept throwing vehicles at me. I was told the vehicle I finally settled on had everything I was asking for. Not even 24 hours after leaving I realized it had NOTHING I asked for. I tried to go back and upgrade to what I wanted and they said I could use the one as a trade in and eat the difference. UNACCEPTABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

This is the worst service department I've ever dealt with. they don't return calls. when you do get in touch with someone they give you the run around or they can't give any real information because they need to call tech support. Take my word for it, go to any other kia dealership for service or you wont see your vehicle for at least a month. TERRIBLE!!!

After a long negotiation, we finally came to an agreed price, only to have that price changed once we got to see the finance guy. We were also told the first payment would be due in 45 days, but the paperwork said 30 days. So many inconsistencies! Then we found damage to the car, contacted the salesman Dalton Butler and was told he didn't know anything about it and couldn't help us. After a conversation with the Sales Manager Stewart, 4 messages left for the General Sales Manager Dean Russell and a message left for the General Manager Leland Fuller, I still have had no returned phone calls and no resolution to the problem. I will keep trying to speak to someone but wanted to warn others this dealership will only give you the worst customer service ever!

I can't beleive how we were treated. First after feeling like we spent from 9:15am-about 3:00pm with sales , my husband signed the contract Mind you he is 72, and by now shaking , his nerves are bad we just wanted to get out of there. He signed, after we got home and sit back to look at the contract and saw where the sales price was 4 k more then the window sales We tried to return a new Kia less then 24 hours after signing sales. We asked for our car back, NO we were told , a sale is a sell.

I was second guessing myself of getting a vehicle so long. After being referred by one of my colleagues that she purchased a new 2016, I was told to give Kia a chance! Well, I called and spoke to Mr. Faison. From beginning to end, the service was unbelievable! I realizing that I too was on my way of driving off the lot with a 2016, I owe the closing of my deal to Mr. Hamilton. I sure hope they remember my face, as I will definitely never forget them nor the evening, I was no longer driving a used vehicle! I am current with my 2016 Kia Soul, and I love it!

bought a brand new Kia Sportage 2014 it came with a set of rear mud guard/deflector it's not the actual real quality mud-guard it's just a little piece of plastic after two months something hit it and it literally chip chunks off of it and I told service manager that the workmanship must be defective especially on a new car he ARGUED with me in the customer service lounge and would not even offered to make it right wow this is the treatment I get for a little broken piece of plastic. Their rude behavior and unprofessional manner has definitely made me a lifetime NON KIA BUYER IN THE FUTURE. This dealership is just horrible.

I am extremely happy with my experience purchasing my 2016 Sorento. This is my third Sorento. I love the warranty and the safety features with the air bags, etc. My salesman was Larry Rodgers who has sold me the last 2 Sorentos. Visited the dealership and was greeted by Sean, ask what we were looking for and showed us that model and the selection they had. Sean was very friendly, not pushy at all and VERY professional. My sister decided to buy a 2015 Sportage after her 1998 Volks Beetle burned up. I have 2 Kia Sportages, and they are great. We dealt with Brandon and Eric , our financial man ,and both did a wonderful job for us especially beings that she was from Virginia and purchased the vehicle here. We got a good price , personalized service, and outstanding buying experience. Both salesmen very knowledgable and efficient in completing everything in a timely manner. We had to return the following day to have a pin-stripe placed on the vehicle to finalize the detailing and again a smooth process on Brandon's part.I highly recommend Leith Kia for all your service needs since I have been dealing with them since 1996.The service section to include Matt and Veronica are wonderful too as is Lilly at check-out. Overall the service was excellent! The first day there was just to look, and they were understanding of that. Even with that on the table, the associate walked us around the cars, giving us all the info. It showed that the concern was about us being an informed consumer of the product, not just another sale. Moving forward they really worked with us to get the best deal that we could get. It took some time, but it was time well spent to get a reasonable price.

I recently purchased a new vehicle from Leith Kia of Fayetteville. From start to finish the Leith Kia team proved professional and courteous. Todd Lamont assisted me in finding the exact car I wanted. There was no pressure, only answers to my questions and demonstrations of what each make and model could provide me. I went with Kia because the manufacturer is reliable and I'm tired of paying for major repairs within weeks of domestic car warranty expiration. Todd helped me find a vehicle that came in under budget, has the luxery features I wanted and most importantly is backed up by the maker with a warranty that can't be beat. I highly recommend the Kia brand, the dealership (which is a model of efficiency) and Todd, who treats his customers honestly and proved to me both he and Kia deserve my business.
