My husband and I were looking for a second car, and were trying to decide between Subaru and Toyota. We have purchased a Corolla a couple years ago at Leith Toyota years ago as well as used their maintenance services and was hoping for the same excellent customer service we received then. We were not disappointed. Brandon immediately greeted us at the door and was willing to answer any questions we had. He was knowledgeable about the Rav4 and guided us in choosing the right one for us. Manny the financial officer was also friendly and helpful in guiding us through the paperwork process in purchasing the car. Thank you both Brandon and Manny for your help! :)

My previous car was rear-ended and deemed a total loss so I was in need of a new car fast. I went to toyota since that is where I got my previous car and was told that they have previous customer incentives, which I was not offered. The sales rep I had left every 5 minutes for at least 10 minutes at a time to "discuss" with his manager, this did not happen whatsoever at the other toyota dealership I went to. Since I am a graduate student, my income is through the school, but is still considered income and I am still considered an employee, however I was asked about this multiple times by different people there, which I was not asked when I got my previous car. Furthermore, the car was not cleaned properly when given to me (I found a pair of dirty scissors between the seats, which was easily seen from any angle). I was told I needed to go back to get the emissions checked since it was brought in from another dealership so I made my way up there, waited for a half hour just for them to tell me it was unnecessary, and have them ask me several times whether I was even supposed to be there since I ended up purchasing a non-toyota car. Instead of the sales rep being knowledgeable and checking before having me make the appointment, I wasted my time working my day around going to the dealership for no reason. When the sales rep was told that I did not need to be there the response was "oh, cool" (or something along those lines), not "oh sorry for making you come here for absolutely no reason". Overall, I felt like I was being taken advantage of because I am a young female. I will never go back to Leith toyota and probably any of the Leith owned dealerships.

From the second you walk in the dealership, you know you have picked THE right place. The salesmen are knowledgeable, friendly, patient, professional and had amazing customer service!! Never once did I feel any pressure or pushed into purchasing my new Highlander. I had the extreme pleasure of working with Phillip Johnson, my salesman, Shane Sullivan, the sales manager and Tyrone Yarborough the business manager. From beginning to end, I was treated like a family member rather than just a customer. We had visited some other dealerships while looking for my new vehicle. We stopped looking once we walked into Leith Toyota. I don't know anyone who can actually say purchasing a new vehicle is a great experience. But I can honestly say, my car purchasing experience at Leith Toyota, was a pleasure! But your next vehicle from them!! And ask for Phillip!

I think you should know about the stand out excellent customer support and friendliness Solomon Dunston provided regarding the model of the vehicle I was interested in. Solomon was attentive and he listened to all my concerns with a great deal of patience. He ensured that I received all the information regarding the vehicle. Walked in to Leith Toyota that morning hoping to walk out with a set of wheels and I did!! This was my first experience at leith and it was a very welcoming place. My salesman Josh was great and a really cool person. He answered all of my questions and never pressured me into any decision that wasn't best for me and also gave me the deal on the truck I had set on my mind and was satisfied with what it came out to be! After the devestation of having my car totalled in a car accident, I was dreading car shopping. We were helped by Joe Diorio. He was a God send. He found me the perfect corolla in my budget. Grade A experience at Leith Toyota. Our salesman, Joe Procaccini, was extremely knowledgeable and detailed throughout out the whole transaction. Our transaction included the sale of my truck to the dealership, along with the trade-in of my wifes car on a new RAV4. It was a little more multifaceted than a normal trip to a dealership but between Joe P. walking us through all the details and the sales manager, Alan Broughton, working on all the numbers with us, we ended up very happy with the outcome and drove home about an hour and half later in our new car.

I purchased recently a new Toyota Corolla from Leith Toyota. The whole experience has been very positive:1) I got very promptly a very good offer for the out of door price. My thanks to Mrs. Stephanie Weisz.2) I arrived at the dealership around 3PM, and I have been assisted by Mr. Solomon Dunston.3) Mr. Dunston presented us one of the cars matching our request, technical, safety, then we did a drive test.4) The paperwork process went very well: professional, efficient, and smooth.5) I got a very good financing, better than the offer of my bank. Again the process went very well. My tanks to Mr. Stanley Jones.Bottom line: in a couple of hours I was driving home the new Corolla. I give the highest marks to all Leith Toyota employees who assisted me, especially to Mr. Dunston.

My husband and I had a 5 STAR experience with Terry Eackles when we purchased our beautiful Highlander. Terry is a genuine, professional automotive sales consultant. We felt that he gave us a fair offer on our trade in and new purchase. My husband and I have bought 10 vehicles during our lifetime and our experience with Terry was the best we had with a sales consultant. We decided that we wanted to buy a Toyota Highlander Limited after researching and test driving other SUV brands. I had a short specific list of the options I wanted including the beautiful Jade color they offered. This was the 3rd Toyota dealership we visited that weekend and my, Leith Toyota has more SUV's with all sorts of different options available on their lot than the other two dealerships. We thought that we will just look to see what they had and then go home. We found our dream Highlander on their lot and asked Terry for a test drive. The Highlander has a lot of style (loved the shelf to put things on no other SUV had this) and it drove and handled like a dream. The stereo system sound is so rich, Mick Jagger never sounded so good!!! My top priority after driving minivans for the last 24 years was back window visibility and Toyota delivered. The Highlander has style, quality and has a lot of value for the price. Before arriving at Leith, I was 99% sure I was going to buy a Lexus. The Lexus styling, especially the front of the 2016 models (so much steel in the front, yuck!!!) and pricing is bismal, yes they have quality but the Toyota Highlander has it all, styling, price, function and quality. Terry waited until we got the financing done and then showed us some features on the car before we left, which we thought was so kind of him because I think he stayed overtime for us. This dealership has gone down hill. I waited a year for a warranty part to get replaced. Then made an appointment only to arrive and be told it's for 30 minutes later, which I wouldn't have done since I needed to be at a doctor appointment. ( I do not work so I am very flexible on time I can come) But I do try to group things if at all possible since I live almost an hour away.And this weekend my husband had to clean battery terminals on my daughters new corolla., I do not know what kind of check they are doing but obviously not looking under the hood. She drives in from Durham. Ridiculous for either of us to drive past other Toyota dealers only to get bad service.

My car buying experience at Leith Toyota was superb! I actually went in to get my car serviced and had absolutely no intention of getting a new car. The repairs that my car needed added up to much more than I anticipated and I was stressed about paying for it. Knowing that my car is in excellent condition when I am driving it is huge for me so I knew I had to do something. A manager told me about their trade-in program and introduced me to Solomon who graciously helped me pick out the best option for me. Solomon was very patient with my particulars and gave me excellent customer service throughout the entire process along with all of the other managers that were involved. I brought my new 2016 Toyota Camry home the next day and was offered more than enough to pay off my old Camry as a trade in. I will definitely visit Solomon and Leith Toyota again for my next Toyota purchase!

We had a great experience with Solomon Dunston! Very patient and not pushy at all. He got us 'most' of what we wanted. I say this because we had asked for a full tank of gas and in the excitement of purchasing our van and getting the keys I did not look to see if the tank was full. It's was not! So I expect a full tank at some point! Also they were suppose to cleaning it throughly but when I got it home and lifted seats up there were spill stains and black gunk on the side of the doors that needed to be wiped and cleaned. All else was a great experience. I still highly recommend them, but hold them to their word. Because we held our end of the bargain by buying from them if they did all that was asked. In this case they fell short and could have done better and gave us these small requests that we had. We also had excellent customer service from Manny Arzeno! He was very personable and super friendly. Made the finance part extremely easy!

Two MONTHS after taking my Camry in for service, the repair issue is still not resolved. I have been treated to the "runaround" so many times over the past few weeks, that it is astonishing. No straight answers about what parts needed, wrong parts, who will pay (Toyota), when vehicle would be ready. Finally at a point where Toyota even tells me to TAKE IT SOMEWHERE ELSE.I swear that I will never buy or have a vehicle serviced at this dealership EVER AGAIN.The management doesn't care about customers or respond to issues, even the general manager. Emails and phone calls go unreturned. Calls from Toyota Customer Care reps are not responded to.I bought my first Camry from them over 13 years ago. I did not buy my newest one from there, but thought taking it in for service would be good since I knew them.I couldn't have been more wrong.If you need your vehicle serviced, and you didn't buy it from Leith, don't expect to be treated like a customer here.If you need warranty or Toyota-pay type work done, don't expect to be treated like anything except a thorn in their sides.I have NEVER been treated so poorly by any company that I have ever dealt with.Way to go, Leith, you have lost my business FOR LIFE.(but you don't care)

Today was something amazing. First off, I began my morning with a "hey, let's just go look at cars".. I was in need one one badly but never thought it would have come to this. My wife and I bought a used car last night, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. I talked to James Spallino several days before arriving at the dealership, and he asked me all about my price range and type of car I was considering. When I arrived, he had thoroughly researched the entire Leith inventory and hand-selected several options that exactly fit our needs. There was extensive paperwork on each vehicle, and James had expert technical knowledge of each model. I would highly recommend working with James Spallino. He is courteous, funny, and is a car guy through and through. He really knows his stuff.That kind of customer service and research made the process very smooth. I didn't have to do weeks of research and haggling. The price was competitive (it's so easy to check on your phone if the price is fair - it was), and the trade in process exceeded my expectations. I thought the in-house financing was going to be shady, but the rate I was offered was lower than what I had found shopping around at credit unions beforehand. All financial discussions were pleasant, and all forms were explained in detail.With traffic, I couldn't arrive until a little after 6 PM. The entire staff stayed late in order to ensure that we could complete the purchase that night, and everyone was polite and helpful every step of the way. I have always bought privately prior to this, but this experience has really sold me on going to a dealership. We are a Toyota Family, and I've been looking at RAV4s for awhile. I had a particular style picked out. We contacted the dealer beforehand and they had it waiting for me already. They also worked with me on getting a better price than other Toyota dealerships in the area.Allen made the process super easy! He also took the time to sit in the car with me and connect my phone. He also showed me how each of the functions work, and this car has a ton of functions. I am very particular about the way I handle stuff like buying a car, and Allen was extremely patient with me and my many questions.The business manager, Reggie Henriquez, was also very thorough and quick when going through the paperwork. He did not try to push me into buying extra, but his enthusiasm and easy explanations hooked me on several extra benefits (extended warranty, tire/rim replacement package, lost or damaged key replacement, and gap insurance).Lastly, Leith Toyota Scion has many benefits to purchasing a car from them, including free lifetime oil changes, which in itself could cost thousands of dollars depending on length of car ownership. This is my second car purchase, and my first new car purchase. I doubt I ever buy a car anywhere else, and I've already got my brother thinking about going to Leith for his next Tacoma!

I recently worked with Allen Benson at Leith Toyota and would highly recommend him to anyone in the market for a Toyota or Scion vehicle. I was in the market for a vehicle that could meet my business and large family needs. My search was narrowed to a Toyota Highlander or Sequoia. Allen was a tremendous help in evaluating both models against my business and financial needs. He was professional, courteous and about all trustworthy. When the specific vehicle I wanted was not available he never attempted to steer me toward something else. He made every effort to find exactly what I wanted in the area. Ultimately the vehicle had to be factory order to meet specifications. Allen was a complete professional throughout the process. Even when a competing dealership claimed to have the exact vehicle I wanted Allen suggested I visit them. Allen was right that the other dealership didn't have the vehicle in questions but didn't try to talk me out of visiting. I will visit Allen again for another vehicle purchase and highly recommend his services to anyone else.

Leith Toyota is the only dealership I will deal with. They are not pushy and have excellent service. Allen Benson has been very patient with me during this process. It has taken me 6 months to decide, and he did not keep calling as other salesmen called several times and did not like the word NO. I highly recommend Allen as an excellent salesmen to work with.

I requested an online car quote for a 2015 Toyota Highlander. I went to the dealership with the quote with my parents because after telling them the price quote,they were willing to drive over an hour. We looked for 2 hours and finally settled on a vehicle. When we went to close the deal I showed them the online quote that was given to me. They claimed it was a mistake. Normally, places that wasn't to seek you something or want a returning customer will take care of them. So my parents took half a day to ride to Raleigh to listen to the dealership say their online quote was a mistake. They also wanted to offer 7.9% interest rate when they have an over 800 credit score. We will never visit here again!

We were in the market of upgrading our current truck to a 4-door so we can accommodate our baby on the way. At first we went to the Ford dealer because we had an offer through our credit card company who was working with them and we were not satisfied with the service and how pushy the salesmen were so we walked out and went to Leith Toyota. When we arrived we were not bombarded by anyone when we were looking at the brand new 2016 Tacoma. Don had come out and just started having a conversation with us, which made us open up on what we were looking for. We made it clear that we weren't into buying anything that day but just wanted to run numbers and see what our options were but we were definitely going to buy something within the next couple weeks. When Don showed us our options we found one we liked but still needed a few days to talk it out. At the time or during the next few days we were thinking, Don or anyone else at the dealer wasn't calling and pushing us into a deal. Once we came back a few days later the truck we were going to lease ended up finding a home to someone else so Don got on the hunt to find another one. This took a couple weeks but during that time he kept us informed and kept our minds at ease. We now have our truck and we couldn't be happier. So if you are in the market for a new or used Toyota I HIGHLY recommend seeing Don at Leith Toyota!!

We bought a 2013 minivan from Leith and the process was not pleasant. They cut our window tint with a knife removing the window sticker. they fixed it but who does that, don't they cut these stickers off everyday. That was Ok but then they started sending me emails and I asked them to stop. I called them. I clicked the unsubscribe but still they would not honor our request to be left alone. I finally reported them to the government and called an attorney. Found out they are violating the CANSPAM ACT and they are in for a big surprise.Stay away from this dealership unless you want to be hassled and contacted repeatedly. In case you are wondering the emails were sales events and ones to come buy this item or that item.

Our experience at Leith Toyota was not the normal visit to previous dealerships, to say the least! My husband and I were only in the market for an SUV recently due to our little one coming along end of the year. Our sales rep was Joe Procaccini. I have bought several cars here in the past as they always go above and beyond. Someone hit my car after it was only 2 weeks old and totaled it. I called the dealership and spoke with the sales manager Ray. He was incredibly accommodating and gave me an amazing price on my new car. I mean unbelievable deal because of my accident. Insurance cover most of the price. My sales person was John Clark and he was laid back but very helpful and made the sales part painless and Tyrone in finance had me out of there so fast I though he was joking when he said I had filled out all the paperwork. Less than an hour by far in finance. It was a great experience and I highly recommend Leith Toyota.

If you're coming in to lease or buy be prepared to do the dance or be prepared to pay more than you need to. I'd suggest asking for the salesperson I worked with as he was the best part of the experience. I am a former Saturn owner and I loved them. Fair price, no negotiating, great service all the way through owning the vehicle. I miss that company. A lot. I guess it's the car dealership culture so I'm not sure if it's any better elsewhere. This is my 3rd lease with these people, 4th from Toyota. Every time I've come it's been a game of maneuvering through a price point that puts more than enough in the dealership's pocket or pushing them hard. I hate it. I wish they could just give a fair price upfront so everyone is happy. But it isn't. So we do the dance. So here's my rundown.The good:They are easy to get to so maintenance is easy to deal with.The salesperson, Kaisser Abdulhalim, was actually pretty easy going and honest. Of all the salesmen I've dealt with he was the best so far. I'd ask for him if I were you. He didn't pressure me to do something I didn't want to do, and was patient when I took the time to read the forms he wanted me to sign.I ended up with a good car. It runs well and I anticipate no hassle owning it. They have a shuttle service which helps when i drop the car off for service.The 25K miles or 2 years service and lifetime oil changes is good. The bad:Another experience entirely of Alan Broughton, the sales manager. You know the drill, he sits back, away from the salespeople and has secret conversations out of earshot. My trade-in was undoubtedly in need of some repair but the number he came up with was ridiculously arbitrarily high. He tried to use that figure to justify an outrageous price on the lease I was looking at. I gave a figure, based on the advertised price, cap cost reduction and tax and registration costs which, had he just agreed to, would have been a fine profit for them and a happy customer. Instead he tried to say I didn't know what any of that meant and that it was actually much higher. I admit I do not know all the details, but what he didn't know was I had spoken to another person at the dealership a few days before about another model car. I used the same formula to calculate the lease price they were offering on another car on the one I wanted and came to the figure I offered. He was trying to make me feel unsure of myself and my ability to figure out what was fair. Even Kaisser was getting frustrated. Finally, he offered a higher model car at a better rate- still more than I wanted to pay but at least not a ridiculous figure- saying he could do it because the depreciation was lower. So, WHY COULDN'T HE HAVE SAID THAT 2 HOURS BEFORE?? Because that's the other tactic- keep you there to wear you down. We finally got a lower lease rate- one that I could live with, and that would have been enough for me already but next, I had to deal with the guy processing the paperwork. i was unlucky enough to get Tyrone Yarborough. The previous 2 times I was there, I had Stanley Jones- personable, laid back, did his bit about trying to up-sell but was fine overall. If I go back for another round of this dance there, I will insist on him. Tyrone was pushy, and took every no I gave and tried to insinuate either with a comment or a look that I was stupid for not taking his advice. He didn't like it that I kept reading the agreements and asking questions. He kept trying to phrase things like I was getting a great deal based on the over bloated repairs estimate Alan gave. I pointed out that I never asked them to itemize the issues while we waited because I was sure they would have come in much lower. But what really ticked me off was that he tried to distract me while handing me a contract and saying if the bill for the already overpriced repair estimate on the car was any higher than they already agreed (which had to be $1,000 higher than the actual issues AT LEAST) they would bill me for it! I told him I am signing this agreement only with the clear understanding that I release all liability for the trade in and was ready to walk out the door otherwise. He tried to make a joke of it but he was obviously angry. He went to the sales manager's office and came back saying that the totals wouldn't change. I had my iPhone voice recorder going when he said that and I hope I'll never have to play it for a lawyer if some bill ever shows up. So in the end, and 4 hours later, I think what I got was got was reasonably fair for a good vehicle. If you are ready to put your dancing shoes on you too can hopefully walk out in the same situation.

Saw a listing for a 2006 Toyota Tundra on Cars.com website at Leith Toyota. Made a inquiry on line, which was followed up by a return call. The young lady I spoke to said she would have a sales associate call me, and with 15 minutes, James Spallino called to address some of the questions I had about the truck. I set an appointment time to meet with him at the dealership the next day.What I appreciated was James let the truck sell itself. He was knowledgeable without being overbearing.In addition, I felt like Alan Broughton, sales manager, was as straight up as anyone I have ever dealt with when buying a car.At no time did I feel pushed to make a decision.All around good experience.

In 2012 we purchased anew camry from Leith Toyota. Our experience was great. We used the internet department for our 2012 purchase. Since April 23,2015 we have been trying to trade our 2012 Camry at Leith Toyota thru the intrnet department. We have taken our trade into Leith to be appraised. Jason Lambert the internet sales manager sent one email saying if we needed any help or Questions answered please contact him. We have tried calling Jason Lambert,leaving voice message to please call us and sending an email. After two days no response. He does not answer his phone or his email. After being in business for 34 years myself this does not seem like the proper way for Leith to do business.

We were very pleased with our experience. My wife said it was the best experience we have had with a dealer. From the moment we first met Charles (sorry, didn't catch last name), he was very helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. If we had a question that he didn't know, he would look it up for us. Left very few questions unanswered. Since Charles was new on the job, James Spallino did most of the negotiating. He was very courteous and understanding with our situation and we managed to work out a deal that we could manage. This Tundra was the first vehicle we test drove and we were well pleased with it. We needed a vehicle that would tow our 27' camper and we are sure this truck has the "muscle" to handle it. We would definitely recommend this dealership to our friends.

My wife and I knew exactly what we wanted, a 2015 Ruby Flare Pearl Camry SE, with nothing extra. We did research to find what the actual costs to the dealer would be and allowed for a reasonable profit. Then we asked local dealers to quote us an Out The Door Price, Two dealers would not do so, but assured us they would beat the lowest price by $100 when we came in. Since they would not offer a starting bid, we eliminated them from our consideration.. Leith Toyota came in with the lowest price from the start, however none of the five dealers actually had the car. (Why Toyota features the ruby Camry SE in their TV commercials and on the cover of their Camry brochures only to make so few available is a mystery to all the dealerships.) Others made vague promises that they could get one, some said we would have to "build a car." because "Toyota just doesn't make an unloaded SE."Here's where the Leith Team led by our sales contact, Emory Saddler, came to the fore. Not only did they maintain the lowest price, they hunted and hunted and came up with exactly what we wanted- out of state. Leith Toyota worked out the deal with the out of state dealer and dispatched a driver to bring it bring it back to Raleigh. Emory called on a Friday saying it would be there Monday. It arrived exactly as he said it would My wife and I drove to Leith Toyota in our 2006 Camry and returned with the exact 2015 Camry SE we wanted - at the most competitive price offered!With Emory we got a cordial salesman who listened carefully for what we wanted, realized that we had to have a good price, and doggedly worked hard for nearly two weeks to deliver. There was no attempt to bait and switch, no attempt to pressure us into getting a more expensive model, or even a lesser one for that matter. I felt comfortable and confident I was working with someone I could trust.In the years we have been married my wife and I have purchased eight vehicles; this is the first time we got exactly what we wanted. The credit for that goes to Emory Sadler to whom we give our highest recommendation.

My husband and I came in to look at the new Corolla. A very kind young man named John Clark helped us. He was very knowledgeable and attentive and answered all of our questions. I spent a month shopping for a new Tacoma. After nights of research, I had pretty much narrowed down to exactly what I wanted before I started visiting dealers. I regularly checked inventory through the Toyota website, and even made a few nighttime visits to the lots to get a better sense of what was available. Ready to buy, I started engaging the dealerships. Leith was the third area dealership I visited, but knowing what I know now, I wish they had been the first because it would have saved me a lot of time and headache.Unlike my experiences elsewhere, James Spallino (salesman), Rhonda Huffaker (finance), and Leith Toyota as a whole were most interested in making sure I found Tacoma that fit my needs and within my budget, rather than pushing what they had available on the lot to just make a sale. The whole process was incredibly friendly, sincere, and I never felt pushed to compromise. Leith treated me as a real person and not just a sales number.Specifically, the options and color I wanted on my Tacoma were not available locally. Where other dealerships pressured me to compromise, indicating that nothing matching my criteria would be available in the foreseeable future; James found an exact match and had it on the lot within 48 hours. James was generous in accommodating my hectic work schedule, staying late to make sure that the details were all worked out, my questions were answered, and we were ready to go. In addition to getting the right truck, I also received a great price. From there, purchase was a pleasant, painless, and low pressure process. Recently I purchased a new Tacoma from Leith. I actually had 2 sales-staff (Sam B and Dennis C) because of days off and such but whatever their agreement was, I got great service from both. It never felt like a competition thing but more of a tag-team effort. I was very impressed. The whole experience was pleasant and at the end of the dealing I felt like I got a fair deal. There were some issues that came up when the actual truck arrived but the dealership quickly made adjustments using items I was having added so that I felt like what I ended up with was better than what was lost. They stood behind their deal even when it meant adding some things to my truck that were either missing or different. This was my 2nd positive experience at a Leith dealership, and probably not my last.

I came in the day before a cross country trip to Houston for the Toyota Complete service. My service advisor Jermaine Smith was professional and accommodating. My car was serviced in a timely manner and I really appreciated the complimentary shuttle service to and from my home where I was in the middle of packing. I also want to add Mr. Smith advised me that my wiper blades needed replacing. Fortunately for me he made me aware and I had that done. As luck would have it, I encountered terrible torrential rains during my trip. But, I did not have to worry because I was ready. Although I have moved back to Houston. I will let my Raleigh friends know Leith Toyota is excellent! And please ask for Jermaine Smith....you'll be glad you did!

I was having trouble with my 2013 Toyota Rav4 the day before leaving from Ohio to come to Raleigh for vacation. The morning of our trip I was squeezed in at my home dealership where they told me nothing was wrong despite having to be jumped every time the car was turned off in order to get it running again. I asked what to do if it happened on my trip down and they said if it did, to call Toyota Care, but that they didn't think it would. They could find NOTHING wrong with the car. Every stop for the next two days I had to jump the car with my portable battery charger in order to go again, and the first thing I did was call Leith on my way into Raleigh. They squeezed me in on a Saturday and Maurice was very helpful, even calling the night before to get a heads up on what was going on. He and the service team had it fixed (it was a bad battery) and had me on my way to enjoy the rest of my vacation in 45 minutes. I would absolutely recommend them! They did what my own dealership could not, or would not, do.

I had an hour to kill before appointments and was near Leith Toyota so I stopped in to see about any used Prius they might have for sale. My commute had recently been extended and current vehicle was not nearly fuel efficient enough. I met with Anthony and he showed me a few of the used cars that met my criteria. After speaking with Anthony about what I was looking for he explained that they had some great deals on new Prius that I might be interested. Anthony found a new Prius that fit my budget and was the color and had all of the options I was looking for. I needed the rest of the day to think about it. I hadn't thought I was going to buy a car today, let alone a new car. But the more I thought about it, it was just what I was looking for. It was the best value of any new or used car I could find. We have a history of purchasing cars from Leith Toyota - mostly due to their service and sales department. You can buy a Toyota in many dealerships around town and the price is usually pretty equal among them. You can almost always get one dealership to 'beat the price' of the other guy. The differentiator between dealerships comes down to the way you are treated before, during and after the sale. I have purchased three cars from Leith. The last two with Don Satterly. We returned to Leith, despite being courted by other local dealerships, because we knew we would be treated fairly and that everything would be done to make sure that we received the best service possible. In addition, the experiences we have had with the service department from the previous purchases helped us ensure that we should continue to do business at Leith. Came in with a Toyota Tacoma XSPX edition for her 10K maintenance. While there it was fate as I looked at the new 2014 Toyota Tundra SR5 edition.It did not take long to realize this was the trick for me a retired Military guy. In less than a few hours and courteous service along with a test drive, I knew I wanted to take this truck home. I have purchased over 15 cars ranging from Porsche to BMW to Land Rover to Mercedes to Audi to Lexus and never have I experienced such a horrible run around experience in my life. These guys are old school slight of hand smoke and mirror car salesmen not professional at all. I broker multibillion dollar global deals for a living and in all my years never have I been as baffled by unscrupulous tactics as I was when I delt with these sharks. They lied and mislead me nonstop until I finally cancelled the whole deal and went elsewhere. I will never deal with this dealership and anyone wishing to purchase a vehicle would be wise to avoid them as well.

We have a 2000 Landcruiser that we had serviced at Leith to replace the timing belt, water pump and front brakes for a total $1731.38 on 12/21/12. They had the truck for 4 days to do this work... Our bill states all parts and labor is under warranty for 12 months / unlimited miles.We were on vacation in Fla. this July and started to hear a roar from the driver side front tire area. We went into a dealership in Fla. and was told we had 1/2" of play in that wheel bearing. They readjusted the wheel bearing for $85.This adjustment should have been apart of the 12/21/12 front brake repair from Leith and under warranty. After returning from vacation we called John at Leith four times without a return call. We then called the service manger who would not return our call but had a service advisor call us, Cory Strickland. Cory stated he didn't think repacking the wheel bearing was a part of the brake repair but he would check and get back with us.No one has called back...

We had been looking for a new car for a month. We had been given the run around & flat out lied to by other dealerships. We were close to giving up! Before I ever even got to the dealership I had been emailing back and forth with Craig Shatilla. He was friendly, responsive and very helpful. I felt confident that I would have a good experience already at that point. When I got to the dealership Craig met me and turned me over to Jason Lambert who would be my sales person. I had already done plenty of online research before ever going to the dealership so had a good idea of what I wanted. Jason was easy to work with and it was a no-pressure experience. I was in the market for a mini-van and had chosen the Toyota Sienna. I was ready to buy that day but I could not get the salesperson (Rick) to give me a price. He said he would talk to his manager and call me that night. Well, he didn't call and didn't call and so finally I called him. He informed me that he had to get HIS car fixed and that it was very important that he do so and that he would call me back in 30 minutes. He didn't. So an hour later I called the dealership to talk to someone else. Then he called. When I asked for a price, he said he wouldn't give it over the phone and would I come in. At this point I became very angry. I stated that I had JUST BEEN in and he wouldn't give me the price then. It was an hour drive round trip and I wasn't about to make it again unless I was ready to sign the papers. I was about to lay down around $40K for a vehicle and I was ready to do so that night. All I wanted was a price. Any idiot would know to comparison shop when laying out that kind of money. He wouldn't do it, but put his manager on. This is where it really got fun.Remember, I was a customer who wanted to buy their product and wanted to do it right then. And they STILL wouldn't give me a price! What kind of business won't tell you how much their product is?! At this point the manager starts to argue with me. Yes, argue. He tells me that he can't meet the prices of Toyota in Apex and that I've wasted everyone's time and how unfair it all is. Here I was trying to purchase a car and the manager is literally yelling at me and rather than give me a price, he is giving me his business woes. After being so rudely interrupted, yelled at and insulted, I hung up and went straight to Toyota of Apex. Not only did they beat the price, they were friendly, competent, and went out their way to get what I wanted. They didn't have the color I wanted, (the one that was already in stock at Leith) so they searched until they found it. I will wait a month to get it - they had to ship it directly from Japan- but I don't mind. I would rather do that and give them my loyal business than ever set foot in Leith Toyota again. If that is how they treat a potential customer, how on earth do you think they would treat you once they already have your money?

The overall experience was bad because of the finance officer. Our salesman was actually quite nice and helpful. Once we got into the financing it was terrible. We were preaproved for a loan at our bank for a great rate. We applied for 0% financing, and eventually got turned down. He told us we were approved for 9% and that it was a good rate for our credit, which is not true. when i told him again that i was aproved for 4.25% at my credit union, he told me that wasn't the rate, and insisted I was mistaken. The only redeeming thing at Leith Toyota was our salesman, Terry Eackles, he was freindly and didn't insist on pushing something we didn't want. He asked us what we were looking for, a corolla or a yaris, and didn't try to push anything else.

I went in to purchase a new car with CASH. I wanted to purchase with cash and NOT finance beacuse know what my credit looks like. They were well aware of my cash intention, but insisted on running my credit. I told them again that there was no need and I was going to pay in cash. They said the credit check was just to make sure I am who I say I am. They came back and said they were not going to be able to accept my personal check due to my credit. This means they told me an out right LIE about why they wanted to see my credit. STAY AWAY unless you dont care about good customer service and LIARS dont bother you.

Told car was going to be serviced a maximum of an hour and a half. Its been over 4 hours, and when trying to contact them all of their lines are busy. No phone call yet received. Very unsatisfied. I gave this low rating because this has happened before and it is not a one time thing with this dealership. Go to FRED ANDERSON, the people there are a whole lot nicer and you never have to go out of your way just to get some answers.

Got ripped when I bought a new Camry.. Traded in my Old car for 3000 dollars (after haggling) and within 3-4 days, it was up for sale for 7000 dollars on their website. I know all dealers try to rip customers on trade-in but these guys go a mile farther.

Why did I give an overall experience rating of 4 because of the lie the saleman told me about how much the taxes, tags, and other fees were before we agreed upon the final deal. I blame myself for not taking a closer look at the final number until I got home but him for telling me a lie. The number he gave was about $750 more than what he stated making me think that I got a deal better by $750.
