The service was excellent the camaraderie was very good the guy who attended me was very attentive and enthusiastic. Even when I own a Volkswagen they made me feel at home. In general they gave me an excellent service. I would recommend your services to other people. In the future I would have no doubts about taking my car back for any necessary service. Thank you 🙂

I got into a bit of pickle with my old car that I had brought in for service having more problems then I anticipated. It would've taken too long to get it fixed and I ended up needing a new car on a extremely short notice. The sales team there was extremely helpful. Markus, was the salesperson who helped me and he didn't treat me like future dollars signs like some dealers do. He and the rest of the staff there genuinely wanted to help me out of the pickle I was in. I ended up driving a new 2021 Accord off the lot that night. I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a new Honda!

Audrey was great, had a great personality and wasn't pushy with making a sale. Was more worried about making sure I was going to be happy with my decision. She helped me and made me feel like she did everything she could to get me into the truck I was there to see. Recommend her 100%. Very satisfied with my it also being my first time visiting that dealership.

Bernard was an excellent Honda service provider. He managed to handle all my needs when it can to Repairing my 2005 Honda. Furthermore, being pregnant and scared to drive my vehicle when it smelled of gas, he shared that he would be willing to tow my car free of charge. Yes, the prices are a bit high but they managed to be very honest and share what is essential and what could wait. The repairs were done in less than 24 hours and now I feel safer knowing that if anything happens, I am able To go back and great service and care will Be provided. Thank you Bernard and Honda!

The Service Department at Jacksonville Honda is top-notch. Honda makes it very easy to schedule an appointment (either on line or by phone). The service department (I dealt with Ben Allred, service representative) and the technician Wil Hickey performed the maintenance. The staff was professional, courteous and a great representation of the company they represent. I love my Honda Accord. It is a great vehicle.

Shopped around last summer, but decided to keep our pilot for a while longer. After visiting numerous dealers in Jacksonville and Wilmington, the staff at Lejeune were most impressive. We returned when it was time to replace our pilot (13 years, 251000 miles no problems) with a CRV. Compliments to Keisha, Leslie, & Chris. We'll refer others to you.

Purchased CRV at the end of July 2015 have not purchased new vehicle in 15 years so I was excited. everything was fine until we went to finance the car. We purchased many of the extra warranties because we thought we should and they made it sound so inexpensive since it was all just added to the monthly bill within days we realized that we did not really want them and expressed our desire to have them cancelled.. We have been back and forth now for six and a half months and they are still not cancelled. They took our money just fine but trying to get it back is insane!. I have been paying my car payment every month and being charged for something I have been trying to cancel for months. I don't like being charged interest on something I don't want. If you buy anything from them just know what you want and don't want on the car because if you change your mind you will be waiting a long time to have the problem solved. I would never buy from them again. Its a shame because if it would have been a good experience I would have gone back since I am now looking for a car for my grand daughter.

The Lejeune Motor Company team was excellent. They went out of their way to ensure I walked away happy. There was no high pressure sale pitch, they actually listend to what I wanted and worked with me. The showroom was comfortable and everyone was eager to help. Thank you Miranda, Bryan, and Chris.

While I was at the Honda Dealership they treated me like a customer should be treated while buying or even searching for a car. Unlike other dealerships Honda dealership didn't force any paper work on my right away as soon as I was interested in a car, they take care of you and look after you. They try their hardest to get you the best price there.

This is my third vehicle purchase since becoming a marine, and by far it was the greatest experience, they weren't pushy, they didn't try to take all of my money. I got this feeling that they somewhat cared about me and my financials unlike some other un-named dealerships. All-in-all, at the end of the day, Richard really help get me and my wife into our new car, and got us from 10000 upside down, to 7000 upside down, and worked the price down on the car. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a vehicle, and plan on going back again if I ever decide to get another.

Richard was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I was impressed with his knowledge of all the features the car I purchased had to offer. I will refer family and friends to Richard without hesitation. I have purchased a number of cars including a BMW and Volvo and others and Richard was the best representative of a dealership that I have dealt with through the years. Rob Crandall was amazing. We got there as they were closing up and he stayed to show me a new car, did the paper work, and stayed until everything was finished. The finance guy-Chris was also amazing. These two stayed almost 3 hours past closing just for us and went above and beyond. This was the best experience I have ever had with buying a car.

Ryan, our sales representative, was great. There was no pressure to buy anything. He showed us all of our options on new and pre-owned vehicles that we were looking for. He stayed late to show us how to work the console features and set up the blue tooth technology. The finance manager, JJ, was just as friendly and efficient. If a person can walk out of a dealership and think they received a good deal then that says a lot about the buying experience for anyone and that was the way we felt at the end of the day. Overall we had a great experience buying a Honda due to the professionalism and attitude of Ryan and JJ. Thanks.

Very satisfied with the product and the service! They gave us an outstanding deal on the purchase vehicle and our trade in. We did shop around at other Honda dealerships and Lejeune gave us the best price. Additionally, Lejeune was the only Honda dealership in a 50 mile radius of us that offers the Lifetime Powertrain Warranty. We are very pleased and will do business there again!

From Lejeune Honda, we purchased a 2015 CR-V. In the last 4 years I have purchased 2 other hondas, an Odyssey from Stevenson Honda in Wilmington and an Accord from Leith Honda in Raleigh. My wife and I received the best offer and (by far) the best customer service at Lejeune. My wife, a director in the automotive industry, made the intial contact online and only Caitlin from Lejeune treated her with the respect she deserves as a highly informed customer. On the lot, our sales consult, Kyle, was nice, knowledgable and didn't engage in any high-pressure sales tactics or games. This made our purchase quick (90 minutes at the dealership), painless and without a smidgeon of buyer's remorse. We absolutely the love the purchase of our 2015 CR-V and the process we engaged to do so through Lejeune Honda. For our next Honda purchase, we won't hessitate to drive an extra hour out of our way to go back there.

Dealing with Lejeune was great, I could not have asked for better customer service! I did not experience any of the stereotypical "games" that car dealers like to play with their customers. I communicated primarily through e-mail up until the end and they always responded to my messages very quickly. Even if their response was acknowledging the email and promising to get up with me soon. Heather Dye was my sales person and I would HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend her to anybody who plans on purchasing a new vehicle through Lejeune. I was very set on the vehicle I wanted including the color, other dealers I was considering only wanted to sell a vehicle on the lot and told me that it would be a month and a half until I got the car I wanted. After one phone call with Heather the exact car I wanted would be brought in the next day. "JJ" in their financing section was also a pleasure to work with. He had a good sense of humor and when it came to business it was all serious. I made a 4 hour trip from SC to purchase a vehicle from Lejeune and would recommend the same to anyone looking to purchase a new Honda!

Worked with another dealer, then went to Lejune Honda and got their offer. Went back to first dealer and was told "If that is their real deal, take it." Corresponded with wholesale store's car service. Talked with their "dealer." Was told again that the wholesale store's "dealer" could not beat it. Pretty good endorsement when two dealers say, they can't do better and one of them is through a wholesale store "car buying service." Bryan, our salesman, was very informative and spent lots of time explaining the vehicle's systems. Overall a very positive experience. Now if the service department can live up to this same standard....

I just recently traded my Xterra for a Titan on Christmas Eve, everyone was so nice and helpful! Kyle my salesman was awesome, he knew what he was talking about and did not make me feel pressured into anything, very personable, great service. I did feel bad about keeping them late on Christmas Eve but they were all super sweet and did not seem to mind. I would recommend anyone to come see Kyle for their next car, when I am ready to buy I will definitely be back!
