Sold a family member a vehicle with a bad power steering pump, a leak, and a check engine light! I understand that the vehicles are sold "as is" but atleast have some decency in the cars you sell. Tried contacting them and they refused to do anything about it. Will tell everybody i know to stay away from this place

Bought a car today from Car Sales. It was a very pleasant experience. This was our second visit here and their excellent customer service is definitely consistent. All staff we encountered were really pleasant and helpful.

Called just now to seek information about a car they sold because the aftermarket sunroof flew off the vehicle. The gentleman that answered the phone said to call later because he didn't have time to write down my information and hung up on me. I cannot imagine a LESS helpful experience. Buyer beware, once you're off the lot you're up the river with these guys.

Very courteous and customer oriented. Did everything on line and pick truck numders were correct. Did not try to add ectra fees It was a pleasure doing business with Levis team.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! Buying a car from this lemon lot was one of the worst mistakes I’ve ever made. They sold me a 2012 BMW X5M knowing full well it had lots of serious issues, but they reset the fault codes so that my OBD scanner wouldn’t find them. The vehicle failed to pass an emissions test less than a week after I got it, but they refused to take the car back or help me in any way. They also conned me into buying an extended warranty, and lied to me about it applying to the issues already present in the car. I have already spent over $8K in repairs, the car is still in the shop one year later, and the $6K I paid for the extended warranty hasn’t covered a single thing yet. So far I’ve spent $18K (including tires) on top of the $24K that I paid for the car, and it’s still not drivable. Can’t believe how crooked these guys are. What a horrible, horrible experience.

I recently bought a 07 jeep srt8 from here and the second day that I got it the check engine light turned on , I took it back and they said it was a sensor and they switched it out then I got it back drove it for a couple hours and again the check anyone light turned on , this happened for about 4 times ! Check engine light kept turning on ! Wasted so much gas just going to the dealership for them to not even fix it properly , I wouldn't recommend this place , I have been needing a ride to work and school for about two weeks now because the jeep is at the dealer ship more than at my house this place sucks !

asked for info on a vehicle. never received a response from dealer. purchased a vehicle elsewhere. lost my business. poor customer service. vehicle has been on the lot for a long time too. makes ya wonder huh.

Overall I thought I was going to get a good car. When I went to test drive a car the acceleration needle gave out on me. Told them to fix it and when I went to go put down the down payment on the car and leave they never fixed the acceleration needle. Week after week I had trouble with the car. Engine light kept popping up and motor mounts melted off and Levi didn't want to fix any of it besides the acceleration needle. Great customer service before you buy the car but after Levi can care less about what happens to the car. Didn't even get a full tank of gas when I drove off the lot. Don't buy a car from here.

My boyfriend & I bought a truck from this place & I was suppose to be the co signer & my boyfriend was suppose to be the owner & while doing the paperwork Levi was having me sign everything first which everyone knows that means you are the owner not the co signer.I asked or told Levi you are doing the paperwork wrong & he assured me that I'm the co signer & we received the paperwork from the bank & sure enough I was the owner & not the co signer. I would NOT recommend this place at all & to make matters worse not even 3 months after owning the truck the engine went out on us , we called dealership & they stated they would have Levi call us back & of course no call back from this very unprofessional place.Sure they have a lot of cars that look nice but they all have problems with them some way or another.

I purchased a 2001 Toyota 4-runner from Levi's this week - I found everyone there very friendly and helpful. They had no objection to my taking the car to my mechanic to be checked out - even though we were gone over an hour! when we got back, I was out the door with my SUV in less than an hour! After I bought my Toyota from them, I read some bad reviews that they had received - looks to me like someone didn't have the car checked out before purchase and had problems - that's the buyer's responsibility as all purchases are clearly "as is." I would NEVER buy a used car without getting it checked out first! Overall, I am very pleased with my purchase and with Levi's.
