After a lackluster experience at one of our local Lexus dealers, we turned to the internet and found the model and color combination we desired at Lexus of Chattanooga. So we made the 130 mile drive from Nashville to Chattanooga. Best decision ever! We were extremely fortunate to have Mr. Fred Fortson as our sales adviser. His knowledge of the brand he sells, his patience with our never ending questions and his professionalism are outstanding. From the extensive test drive to the "money talk", we never felt rushed nor pressured. This is how an automobile purchase should be! It seemed the willingness to accommodate carried over into the F & I Office with Marcus Jones as well. We arrived in Chattanooga with zero expectations and left with a beautiful 2016 GX460. We will be back! If you are in the market for a Lexus or any other car and you do not call Fred Fortson, first, you have done yourself a disservice!

My husband and I visited Lexus of Chattanooga on a whim,as I was unsatisfied with my current vehicle. We were promptly greeted by Fred Fortson. Unlike other car dealerships, we never felt pressured nor did we have to test drive the car with a sale person accompanying us. Fred Fortson suggested a vehicle for me that I absolutely fell in love with. He was not only knowledgeable but fun and cheerful as well. The entire experience was a pleasant one. I have owned 7 Lexus and this one is my 8th. I bought it online and met Fred Fortson on the phone and by facetime/ iphone. What a guy! He went out of his way to make certain all of my requests were met and did a fantastic job of getting me a deal, all the equipment I wanted and fantastic service. I had been looking for a 2013-2014 Lexus RX350 for six straight days on the internet, and had dealings with dealers in Smyrna Georgia, Knoxville, TN, Manchester, KY, Corbin, KY, St Petersburg, FL and Chattanooga, TN. No one in any of these locations was as professional, caring, or possessed the tremendous listening skills that Larry Holder and Nick Simmons at Lexus of Chattanooga displayed. The entire process was pleasant and painless. I bought the car I wanted at the price that I wanted and received the trade-in value of my car that I wanted.Owning the car less than 24 hours, I pulled out of my garage today to wash and wax it, and did not realize that the right rear passenger was open. I did $5,000.00 damage to the car and it will be at the body shop for two weeks. Needless to say, I am sick over the whole thing. Ashley Fletcher

The car I questioned about was actually at the used Toyota dealership. I was promptly contacted after inquiring about the vehicle on cars.com Sharon was very helpful and set me up with a salesperson for Saturday. It was easy to communicate with any questions I had for My salesperson Marquita via text message. The car was ready for us when we arrived and the dealership was VERY accommodating. I contacted Sharon Banks via the internet, and she and Marcus, the finance manager, had a great final deal done and accurately documented for my review in less than one day. Sharon and Larry Holder assisted a friend, who test drove the car for me, since I live out of town. Upon my arrival at the dealership, Sharon, Marcus and Larry Holder combined efforts to get the paper work done and the car delivered. Larry Holder even chauffeured me to the rental car return at the airport to drop off my rental car. Sharon Banks coordinated the whole deal! Fred met us at the door from the minute we got there and was very polite and professional! He showed us what we were looking for and was more than helpful in finding the color of vehicle we wanted. He stayed late to meet us to pick it up and showed us everything about the car. He was a joy to work with. I would highly recommend him to help you find the vehicle you are looking for. Was time to bring my car in for regular service. This was my first visit to Lexus of Chattanooga and I couldn't have had a better experience. Not only did I get a loaner car (I didn't expect to have a brand new Lexus to drive since I purchased my vehicle elsewhere) but they washed my car too! I dealt with Ryan Kennedy and his professionalism and courtesy blew me away. I have heard horror stories about dealerships being too costly and performing unneeded services, but he explained everything thoroughly and it was worth every penny. My only complaint would be that it seems like the dealership itself is lacking the luxury ammenities I would have expected, but I was told they are getting ready to renovate. Overall I felt that Ryan and the rest of the Lexus of Chattanooga staff went above and beyond to make me feel at home. I will be returning.

My husband and I went to Lexus of Chattanooga just to look and not really ready to buy . We first met Fred . He was so nice and very knowledgeable in every car we asked about . We had driven the infinity as well as the Mercedes and the Lexus was by far our front runner. After a few days and a little research we had decided on the Nx200t F Sport. So I gave Fred a call and he did everything he possibly could to locate The exact car that I wanted . So within just a few days the team at Lexus of Chattanooga had brought The car that I truly wanted . I truly love my new Lexus. I'm sure some people may like shopping for a new car. I am not one of those persons. However, Fred Fortson helped make the experience enjoyable. My husband and I were looking for a new 2016 Toyota Camry XLE with Parisian Night Pearl exterior and Ash Leather interior. After looking around the lot for several minutes and not seeing want we wanted we were headed to our car to go to another dealership. Before we reached our car Fred approached us. We told him what we wanted and it didn't appear that they had it. He asked if we had driven a 2016 Camry and since we had not we test drove an LE. Fred immediately started searching for the car we wanted. He didn't stop until he found it. I can't say enough good things about Fred Fortson. He really was so very accommodating making sure we got what we wanted. He was very patient showing me all the "bells and whistles" of my new dream car. This will be my third Toyota Camry and if Fred is still selling cars when I'm ready for my fourth Camry I'll seek him out.

My experience was awesome at this dealership, and i loved it. I came in the beginning of September and told Fred my bday was the 25th and I would love to have a GS350 by then for my 30th Bday. Around the 23rd of September he called me up and said I have your car for you! He was surely right, I had no complaints whatsoever. The paperwork process was easy, everything was digital and I wasn't there all night like other times when buying a car. To top it off I requested that big red bow to take a picture with my new car, needless to say I got about 250 "likes" on Facebook!!!With my experience I think I will stay in the Lexus family :-)

If you are looking for a new Lexus Alfred Odister is your man! He is absolutely amazing at his job and found the perfect car for me! This was my first Lexus so I had many questions concerning the features of the car and the warranty. I found the sales staff and their finance person to be very courteous and knowleable. This is my 3rd Lexus RX 350 since 2009. The previous two RX 350's were purchased elsewhere. This was the first time I purchased at Lexus of Chattanooga but it won't be my last. Jim Taylor was nt sales person and he was ABSOLUTELY AWESOME! He was the PERFECT SALES PERSON! Jim was HONEST, EFFICIENT, TIMELY, INFORMATIVE and ACCOMMODATING! Did I mention he wasn't pushy? I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Jim Taylor to ANYONE AND EVERYONE!!! I am a firm believer that communication is the most important sales tool. Jim Taylor nailed it...COMMUNICATED...PROMISED AND DELIVERED!!!

I was greeted with respect upon entrance to the dealership. The salesman, Fred Fortson, was very knowledgeable about every vehicle I asked about. He was very professional and helped me through the total process of purchasing my vehicle. I told him what I wanted and he found it for me. I got the color I wanted, the price range I wanted and assisted me in understanding my vehicle. I wanted a black SUV (RX 350) only owned by one person. He is really a good Lexus salesman. He offered me beverages,coffee, water and other amenities offered at the dealership in Chattanooga. I had visited BMW, Audi, Cadillac, Infinity and Mercedes dealerships, but none could compare to Lexus. It was the vehicle, but overall it was the employees. Mr. Fortson is just great and very capable person. Nice personality and being a female we are hard to please. He was patient, answered all my questions and I left happy with my Lexus. I will encourage my friends to purchase one because of Mr. Fortson.

Lexus of Chattanooga's service department is fabulous! I am married to a shade-tree mechanic but decided to use the service department at Lexus of Chattanooga when I bought my first ES350. They always provide a loaner and scheduling service is a breeze. They are a bit more expensive than my shade-tree guy but well worth it (husband does not provide loaner and scheduling was always a problem!). And, John Cate takes excellent care of his customers! I am now in my third Lexus and their service department is what keeps bringing me back.

My wife went to Lexus of Chattanooga dealership with her 02 Lexus for a routine service that usually costs just under a $100. The service manager quoted $432 based on the autos mileage. There is nothing wrong with her auto. All she wanted was the usual service,oil and filter change, but the service manager would not relent. L of C has serviced this auto since we purchased new from the dealership. We will not be back.

Lexus dealers are supposed to provide service that is luxury in every way, but Lexus of Chattanooga goes beyond just doing what one might expect a luxury car sales and service dealership to do. They were all of the right things: friendly, honest, knowledgeable, helpful, and all other such. I have owned my car for nearly two years now, and I am still welcome any time to bring it in for a free trip through the car wash -- talk about service! During the first few months, I called back a number of times to ask questions about the vehicle's features. The young man who was my sales person had moved away, so I had no "my sales person" to ask. However, all of the other staff, both sales and service, were more than willing to take all of the time needed to answer my questions. I have had equally good attention in the service department. Appointments are kept on time, and repair estimates are correct both in cost and time required to complete the work. In my opinion, folks like these are why Lexus owners enjoy their vehicles so much.

The experience at Lexus of Chattanooga has been great. From the initial purchase through the routine servicing, the staff has been very helpful. Service Adviser John Cate has been extremely nice and helpful. A loaner car has been provided anytime the service takes over an hour.

Alfred Odister was the salesperson that assisted me during my adventure for a new car, I had been to several dealerships in the Chattanooga, TN. area, this dealership and the salesperson stood above any of the rest. I was treated with respect and great customer service. Alfred was not over bearing, he didnt push the sale, he let me test drive the car several times to make sure that this was the right car. I couldnt be happier with my decision to buy the Lexus 350is. I would recommend the dealership and Alfred to anyone that wanted to buy a Lexus or a Toyota. Thank you for the great experience.

This place was an absolute nightmare when it came to servicing my Lexus RX350. I have had better customer service at the post office. Their "Service Director" was truly one of the most lacking individuals when it came to service that I have ever experienced. It is unfortunate because when I purchased the car at the same location I could not have been happier. Never again-find another dealer and stay away even if you must drive to the another city or state.

Called and left message for someone in used sales to call. Wanted to trade and upgrade car. Did not have what I was looking for on lot. However, salesman said he knew someone w/ a car that was thinking about trading and would get back to me. 3 weeks later, I texted salesman to see if he had actually done what he said. He text back and said he did not have what I wanted on this lot. No other offers to see if they could get what I wanted. That was three months ago....haven't heard from salesman since. It's a shame that you have to beg salesmen to help sell you a car. REALLY!!!!!! I have to work in order to make a paycheck...guess they don't! To make matters worse, I took my lexus in to be serviced on a Tuesday. They said they were booked up. I called the next afternoon to make an appointment and they said they would not be able to do an oil change until Wed of the following week...again...REALLY!!!!!! who would let 3 mechanics be gone at once if your dept is in such demand.
