I had a great experience with Garrett Johnson at Lexus of Chester Springs for the purchase of my 2018 Lexus RX. Garrett was very welcoming and pleasant throughout this entire process. I am a MD. resident but purchased from this dealership because their price was unmatched!! Garrett even checked in on my Mom and I during our drive up to purchase the vehicle. I would highly recommend Garrett and Lexus of Chester Springs to all of my family and friends.

EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE!! My husband and I were debating leasing/buying an RX350 and I reached out the Lexus of Chester Springs and my first encounter was with Michelle. She was excellent, very thorough and provided me with everything I asked for via email. We got on the phone with Michelle and Andrew to discuss trading our other vehicle and they made the process so seamless and easy. After some consideration we decided to move ahead with the purchase, we live about 1.5 hrs from the dealer so they were getting the car ready while we headed over. About half way there we decided to change the vehicle and choose another with different options. Michelle was great she reiterated she wanted us to be happy and they would clean and get ready whatever we wanted. Fast forward to our arrival at the dealer, we worked with S'ba and he was just as incredible, got everything moving and we were in and out of the dealer within the hour. I would recommend this dealer to anyone in the market for a new or used Lexus. ABSOLUTELY first class service. When we are ready to upgrade to a new Lexus we will only be coming back to Lexus of Chester Springs!

I would want to thank Michelle Perez for the superior job she did as the middle person when I was purchasing my new Lexus. I was over an hour away so I did not want to make the drive to Chester springs without a solid deal. She came thru 1000%. She is a very sweet person. I met her when I got to Chester springs and she is so friendly and warm it was my pleasure to meet her. She had Jake S. the salesman take over and go over everything with me. He is very knowledgeable when it comes to the Lexus vehicle. He went over everything that needed to go over and he has such a great personality. Thank you Jake S. I then went to do the Financing with Tom M and the entire process was excellent. I hope to do business again in the future. Thank you Lexus Of Chester Springs and especially Jake S and Michelle P.

I have been buying cars for 30 years and this was by far the most pleasant experience I've had in a car dealership. Debbie Burke is absolutely incredible. She made us feel like family from start to finish. Just absolutely genuine. I also can not say enough good things about Ben Weyant. Ben was super friendly and helpful. I normally leave a car dealership feeling dirty...This time I actually left feeling good about my car and my experience. BTW, I purchased a Lexus ES300 and I love it.
