The customer service is the best we have experienced. We had a few hiccups trying to get through the paperwork involved in buying a car. The sales people and the staff in finance were very supportive in helping us smooth out the details. We continue to be very impressed with the high level of support from Kuni Lexus in particular and Lexus in general. We have shared our experience with our friends and suspect that they will seriously consider Lexus when they are ready to look for another car.

I bought the car I traded for the RX 350 from Kuni Lexus 11 years ago. I loved the RX 330 but they don't make them anymore so purchased the RX 350. I'm sure once I get used to the new things on this vehicle I will love it as much as I did my old Lexus. I didn't even consider buying any thing but a Lexus this time. Lexus is a wonderfully made car.

I took the Lexus in for a factory recall, something to prevent a driver from hitting gas and brake at the same time. I also purchased all weather mats and some plastic studs for the engine cover. I live in Pueblo, so have my car serviced by a private a shop I have used for about 35 years.

It is always a good experience when we take one of our cars to Kuni Lexus for service. The customer is treated so nicely; called by name, all options explained, and offered a lovely lounge to wait, if that is your choice. You can take advantage of a loaner car or shuttle service if the service is going to take some time. Our cars have always been ready when the consultant said they would be and we find a shiny clean car waiting for us.

Just recently purchased a new vehicle from Kuni Lexus. I had done my research before going in like you should to find I had wasted my time. To be given a solid and very competitive price the first time around was refreshing. The experience was smooth and the employees made you feel like you were at home. Bill is a great consultant that will work with you in finding the right vehicle and ensuring all your objections are answered. Matt is also a great specialist in delivering the car and reviewing all the features that new cars come with these days. In 2007 we bought a GS350 from Kuni Lexus and that was a great experience. They did all of our service work and the vehicle lived up to its name. Yesterday we took delivery on an IS250 and the buying experience was the same. When I went in to buy the car I already did the research on what I should be able to get it for. They accepted the price I offered and it took about 1 hour to make the order. Michael Diaz was our salesman and he always greets you with a big smile. We've called him at least a thousand times while we were waiting for our car that was on order. The car was delivered almost to the day of the estimated date. Matthew Weber went over all the detailed operations of the equipment with my wife and I and he did an excellent job. He gave us some simple hints for the use of the voice command system. We experienced some minor difficulties with the final paperwork due to computer confusion but Zengi Wilson came to the rescue and we finally got out with our new car. We have had great service whenever we took our 2007 in and usually got a loaner if the service was going to take too long. For basic oil changes I always waited because they got it in according to the appointment and I never had to wait very long. All in all, Kuni has been exceptional as has Lexus.

We just purchased our first Lexus, a RX350. Working with sales consultant Tom Smith was the most pleasurable in our 50 years of purchasing vehicles. Tom worked with us to develop a special order that included all the features we wanted without overbuying on features that were not important to us. Complementing Tom's professionalism was the vehicle setup and customer education provided by Kalib Steele and Alan Paul. They were very knowledgeable, extremely thorough and very patient in helping a couple senior citizens grapple with a huge amount of information. We were referred to Kuni and Tom Smith by a long time repeat customer. Tom and all the folks there lived up to our expectations in every way.

I was convinced I would not want a Lexus...Then I met this team! We walked in just minutes before closing and were greeted by the Manager who offered us a wealth of information about the different models and quickly pointed us in the right direction for our needs. I was sold five minutes later! Michael Young then took over for a seamless and easy transaction. We were given absolute attention and felt appreciated from start to finish! Everyone stayed late for test driving, financing, detailing and delivery and we never once felt rushed! (Even though we felt awful since we thought we would just be browsing "rule out Lexus".). While my husband was in financing, I got the pleasure of getting familiarized with my car through Kalib. He was so much fun! He set everything up for me and made sure I knew how to work it all. What an exceptional experience! We bought an IS 250 from Michael Young at Kuni Lexus in Colorado Springs last night. Michael didn't sell us the car, we bought it from him. The honesty, sincerity and professionalism that Michael showed us was also displayed by each and every other person at this dealership. Jennifer Manier was great in helping us get everything set up in the car before we left. I would highly recommend everyone visiting Michael and Jennifer at this dealership!

Arm rests! Basically thats why we got the 04 RX330. They were affixed to the front seats, and they werent on the Acura, BMW, Buick, and other SUVs. Those center consoles stay put when you move the seats; in the RX they follow each drivers preferred seat placement. And, it drove nicelylike a Lexus. Though disappointed in the lowball offer for a trade-in, the price we got for a new Lexus was very competitive, and that sealed the deal. We liked it so much 4 years later we got another, a 2008 RX350. From experience, I sold my Audi myself and got a good deal on both cars. Almost 11 years later the 04 still drove well, but I didnt want unexpected problems down the road. On a breezy, cold, snowy late afternoon I cleaned up my 04 and stopped in to see about a newer RX. The price for a 2012 RX350 was competitive and they offered a very fair trade-in for the 04. Had they not, Id have haggled more on their price (buying 2 previous cars from them didnt seem to have the impact I expected). Personal service from Mike Y and Zengi was excellent, even if I was the only customer in the showroom for 3 hours on a lousy weather night. They were very attentive and polite and personalall you would hope for in buying from a dealer. Patrick was superb in going over the differences in the 2012, and I was surprised at how many there were. These experiences will likely bring me back in a few more years. Hopefully some of these folks will still be there to continue the relationship. But, my wifes still not happy about the arm rests. Its the little things that count.

I wanted a new GX. My local dealer in Albuquerque was too busy to help, believe it or not. They couldn't even figure out what new GXs they had in stock. So I checked the rest of the region for the vehicle i wanted. Kuni Lexus had the vehicle I wanted so I contacted them. Michael in Sales got back to me right away. He started helping me with a new vehicle. He told me what he had in stock, and outlined each of their features. Amy jumped right in and helped value my trade-in. They both were great. With a few phone calls, and a few emails, we had the basic deal worked out. Later that day, I had a 10 minute talk with the sales manager, and we finalized the deal. He emailed me the build sheet and ALL the costs involved in the deal. When I drove up to Colo Springs the next day, I was charged exactly what I we agreed to. The service was great at the dealership. Their tech specialist spent time with me showing how everything worked. The sales manager spent plenty of time making sure the deal was going well, and that I was happy with the car, etc. I even met the general manager. Everyone was very friendly, and they had great facilities. My only complaint was with the Kuni Finance guy. I feel that he lied to me, and he defiantly stuck me with a bad rate, with a crappy company. I told him 4 times during closing that the rate he was quoting was too high. He kept saying "it is only a few dollars more a month. Its the best rate.". Instead, he should have gotten looked for a better rate. I suggested we call my bank, but he said they wouldn't work with him since he is out of state. This was 100% false. When I got back to Albuquerque. The first bank I called had the rate I told the finance guy about. It was 0.4% better than what the Finance guy said was his best rate. That is a $425 over the life of the loan. The local bank said they definitely would have setup the loan if the Finance guy had just called them. They said it could have been done over the phone in minutes. I now refer to the Kuni Finance guy as The Proctologist, for obvious reasons. I was provided a poor rate, at poor bank. This is only thing holding me back from not giving this dealership a 100% thumbs up. Now, I have to wait for my Registration to come in, then I have to re-finance. I have to take the extra time to finance again, and risk of the rates going up during the month that Registration is being completed. This really sours the rest of the positive experience I had. If you deal with Kuni Lexus, most of their people were very honest, and provided great service. It's a first class dealership, excluding the Proctologist. Buyer Beware, line up your own financing.

Just purchased my new Lexus a week ago and I have to say that I'm so happy I went with a Lexus and came to kuni of Lexus . At first I was going to buy a jeep and I had such a bad experience at the both jeep dealer in Colorado Springs , that I decided just to go visit this last place . Well third time is a charm because I met up with Cameron , best sales rep by the way . He was straight forward , he was polite , was not pushy , very pleasant . His customer service did it for both my husband and I . Than I spent some time with Jennifer that showed me all the tricks about my new car . That just topped it off . Most dealer will just give you your keys and there you go but at kuni , the service is AMAZING . The next day Amy called us just to check on us. For a dealer to take time and call after purchase WOW !!!!

Short and sweet. Kuni Lexus of Colorado Springs is exceptional. They truly are a 5-Star class act not only in sales, but also in service. The Kuni Staff always go above and beyond each time I'm there. We did a lot of on-line and physical looking and research prior to purchasing our new ES-350. We always came back to the Lexus in our thinking. I just wish Kuni Lexus would relocated to the North side of Colorado Springs. Not an easy drive across town.

My husband and I just purchased a 2015 RX350 from Kuni Lexus and had an outstanding car buying experience. From Tom, our salesperson, to Matt, the young man who showed us how to work all of the sophisticated electronics, it was really fun. We couldn't have been treated any better. We got a good deal on our trade in of a Land Rover LR2 and got a fair price for the new car as well. We love the fact that when your car is serviced for over two hours or more, you get a loaner. We have owned Lexus in the past and really like this attention to detail for customers with busy lives. Sitting in a dealership waiting for a car is not my idea of a fun day. So make sure you check out this dealership if you're in the market for a Lexus. We felt no pressure the whole time we were there making it a great car buying experience.

I had the pleasure of working with a service advisor named Johnathon at Kuni Lexus in Colorado Springs, CO. When you own the best, you expect the best, and Johnathan was second to none! Recently purchased my first Lexus. Looked at BMW and Audi as well. The Lexus product is better IMO, but the team at Kuni Lexus made the decision even easier. Their attention to detail and customer service - without an overbearing sales process - was clearly superior to the competition. Kuni had a pre-owned vehicle just posted on a Monday on their website (trade-in from the weekend), I called to inquire about it and salesman Michael did a great job of finding out everything I wanted to know about it, He familiarized himself with the car quickly (it was a Volvo, not a Lexus) and was knowledgeable about the car's features and options. Drove down to the dealer with family, good dealer to bring young children to, and they made all efforts to meet my needs in looking over the car, test driving, answering additional questions, etc. Best of all, unlike other dealers I have dealt with, when I gave an offer, they listened to my reasoning behind it and we were able to negotiate a fair purchase price for the vehicle. Overall a positive experience buying a car from Kuni Lexus Colorado Springs and I would recommend and buy from them again.

I've bought cars from 5 different dealerships in Colorado Springs and this is the best one hands down! Zengi is the man! The service is genuine and they did not treat me like "just another sale". I literally visited the dealership at least 10 times over 3 months and they never once pressured me, got frustrated, or treated me like I was wasting their time. I can be a handful as a buyer and they showed great patience with me. They sincerely cared about me and making sure I got the right car. I look forward to my wife's lease to end in 2016 so we can return.

I recently bought a used RX 400h from Kuni Lexus of Colorado Springs. I drove from Arvada CO to make the purchase because they had what I was looking for and becasue of the customer service I received from Amy Fox over the phone in the weeks before I could make the drive to Colo Springs. Although she was unable to be there when I arrived to make the purchase everything was in place for my seamless purchase process. Melissa met us at the door and Mike Young handled the sale. The prep team did a great job making the adjustments I wanted so I could take delivery. Everyone at the dealership that day did all they could to keep us comfortable for our entire stay. I drove away with a huge smile on my face!

We did not go there to buy a new car but look at a preowned car. When we left we had bought a 2015 R450H with 2 miles on it. They were easy and nice to deal with. If you like to be pampered and treated like royalty they are the folks! And what was nice, they weren't phony nice. We were under no pressure. They all seemed to enjoy their jobs.

My wife and I purchased a white RX350 F-sport last Sept of 2013. Mark Coffin was our sales consultant at that time. As always Kim the manager always made us feel close and welcome like family. We never felt pressured in any way and they would do anything to make our experience at Kuni Lexus even better. For this year of 2014 we shopped around at Mercedez-Benz, BMW, Audi, Infiniti, and even Toyota. But after the experiences we had with each dealerships, we still ended up going back to Kuni Lexus!! We leased a Nebula Gray GS350 F-sport in the beginning of Aug of 2014. Mark was no longer there to help us but Michael Young treated us like family just like Mark did. Of course Kim helped us with the deal again and she went out of her way to get us the color combination of the car that we wanted. Oh and I want to add that the interior is the cabernet (red) color. Everyone at Kuni Lexus has gotten me to come back again and again. I will surely do business again with the Kuni Lexus family! Our next vehicle will be the GX!

Our recent experience buying a CPO Lexus at Kuni was absolutely outstanding. Michael Young was our salesman and he and Ed Baur, as well as Kim during the closing process, were fantastic. No hard sales tactics, just honest, friendly service that we expect. There were no hard pushes either for extended warranties, protection plans, etc...I never once felt pressured in any way. WOW, this dealership offers a whole new feel for education, luxury product, atmosphere, price, and overall experience. You are treated with respect and the end game is based on what you need not pressuring you to spend more for a car. I went into the dealership to look at a recent traded in 08 Toyota Rav4 when I was there I was immediately greeted and treated with the utmost respect. The gentlemen that I was in contact with were all in great spirits and very friendly. The process was quick and as though they had nothing more important to do than help me to get the best out of everything they have to offer. After reading previous reviews I have to say that the viewpoints of the few are no comparison to the true experience. Only way to really know is to visit them yourself, make your own conclusion. I would recommend this dealership to friends, family, and anyone else wanting to buy a car with low pressure.

What a great car buying experience. We have owned six various models of Lexus vehicles purchased from various Lexus dealerships over the last twenty years. Each buying experience has being totally different. I can honestly say the sales staff at Kuni Lexus of Colorado Springs provided us with the best purchase experience of all the Colorado Lexus Dealerships. Kimberley Zacharias and her sales staff took the time, energy and effort to ensure our buying experience was something to remember. From the sale, financing through delivery, Kuni Lexus of Colorado Springs exceeded our expectations and did that with a qualified, knowledgeable and professional team. I requested more information on a Lexus vehicle and received no response from the dealership. I guess they didn't want my business. Poor customer service for a Lexus dealership. I will purchase my vehicle elsewhere.

I took my car in 3 weeks ago today to have some issues followed up on as a result of an accident that occurred in April before I moved to Colorado. The service representative was very helpful and friendly. He said he would call with an update that Friday and he did. That was the last I heard from him. I waited 2 weeks and called 3 times. My calls were never answered or returned. So last Saturday I drove up go Springs to get an answer. The nice Rep was off e but I spoke to a man who said he was the assistant to the service manager. He assured me that I would hear from him or Randy on Monday...but guess what? Here oft is three weeks to the day after I left my car there and still haven't heard from them. By the way, the assistant called the tech on the order while I was there, and he said he'd been waiting on an answer from me for 15 days. Really? How was I to know as I hadn't received a call from the original Rep or anyone else for that matter. All I wanted was the stereo fixed. It shuts off and shoots out. CDs while driving down the road. I'm not interested in any of the other $2000.00 in repairs I was told the car needs. I just want the stereo fixed. But apparently, that is too much to ask. I will not return.

I have called twice this morning. The phone just rings and no one answers or, after 50 rings, switches to busy. I thought that coustomer service was a service to keep coustomers happy so they would return. I have not been to your facility but, after this, I am not sure I will come. I am sure there are other places in the Springs that would like to have my business.

It's been nearly a year since we purchase our pre-owned vehicle from Zengi. We drove down from Denver to purchase our second Lexus. While there wasn't much room for negotiating as the price already very good, the overall experience was quite pleasant. The car has been a dream to drive with only the need for the regular maintenance. I would recommend Zengi and this dealership without hesitation.

After test driving a car at this dealership i emailed the internet sales manager and called a salesman and thought that i had made arrangements to take the car and get it checked out by my mechanic. When i called to arrange a pickup time I was told that the car had been sold that morning.

Bill at Kuni Lexus gave me a great headache free buying experience. They gave me the best trade in value and price on the car they had. I was coming from out of state and he even had the car fixed with some of the dents and dings I did not like within an hour of me seeing it.

Went to look at a used automobile and the overall experience was frustrating. The salesperson was rude and seemed annoyed that I wanted to test drive a vehicle. He would disappear and I would have to look for him just to ask him questions about the automobile. Keep sanity and avoid this dealership.
