My experience with the Lexus of Huntsville staff was phenomenal! I had several things stacked against me as a buyer and had decided not to even purchase a car. I was encouraged to come in to the dealership because they felt certain they could help me out. Twenty-four hours later I had a great car at a very affordable price that meets all my needs. After searching for months I found the car that I wanted here. After my initial contact I was given to Kathey to help me in determining if this was the car I wanted and how I would see it. I was going to travel over 500 miles to test drive and see the car before committing to buying it. Kathey worked with me to get me the information I needed. She was in constant communication to make sure I had all I needed. Once I started the 9 hour drive down to see the car, Kathey stayed in contact to ensure me the car had not sold. Once there Kathey and the team made it easy to evaluate and test drive the car. I did decide to buy the car. The process of getting it ready and finalizing the documentation was easy and the staff was friendly. It was a great experience. I want to thank Kathey, Martha, Jason and the whole team for a great experience.

Love... Love this Lexus dealer! Everything moving really fast ! I called the sale Manager Hosea Willis to ask about the IS 350 2014 sport model! He offered to have his salesman to drop the car off for me to have a test drive, even I lived 2 and haft hour away! He gave me a good deal in the car and it turned out was the exact car we looking for. So we signed the paper on the spot, and the car is our in the matter of hours!Paul Bennett is very nice salesman who delivered the car to me, very patient and explained every thing to the exact!!!Finance paper was done very quickly also! I guess it help when you have good credit too!!!So I got my Lexus without even get out of the house!!!I will forever buy cars from Lexus of Huntsville from now on!!!! I have purchased numerous automobiles, both new and used, in the last eleven years from Lexus of Huntsville. My vehicles have been serviced, as required, by their outstanding Service Department. I view the management, sales, and service teams as my personal friends. When I enter the dealership, I am treated like family and I truly feel that I am at the home of a friend rather than auto dealership. Great dealership, didn't feel forced at all to buy. Service is VERY expensive at this dealership, but in return you do tend to get great customer service. Bought a used Lexus RX 350, Willie was helpful in showing us the features of the car. The price was on the higher side (this was the best one we found around), but customer service was great. Willie still keeps in touch with us and calls and how the car is doing. The salesperson also came to our house to program the garage door opener.

This is a fantastic dealership. We found our car over the internet, completed the deal on the phone, drove almost 400 miles, and the car was better then described. The entire process was easy, smooth, and enjoyable. The showroom is beautiful, fresh baked cookies and gourmet coffee available. If we only lived closer, we would service all our vehicles at this dealership.

My name is Steven and I'm and Army Officer currently stationed in Iraq. I've been looking at Lexus IS350's for a while now trying to find the right one. I happened across the exact IS350 I was looking for while surfing the internet one evening at the Lexus of Huntsville Dealership. Not only did the vehicle have all the bells and whistles I was looking for but it was also for the best price I'd seen throughout my past months of searching. I immediately called the dealership to see if it was even feasible to do a long distance purchase. I spoke to Dave Sales (their online sales representative) and he said that there wouldn't be any issues doing a long distance purchase, and he was right! I contacted my bank and had the check sent to the dealership and upon arrival the paperwork was immediately in the mail. Although it took a while for the paperwork to arrive (the delay in the paperwork was nothing to do with the dealership its just takes a while for any mail to reach me out in my isolated area), Dave was constantly in contact with me checking up on it. While I was waiting on the paperwork to arrive I got in contact with Robby Anderson (one of the Dealership's managers) to discuss shipping of the car. He was more than happy to assist me. He put me in contact with a great shipping company "guaranteedshippingnow.com" who offered me a great price to ship my car. Well my sister just received my car today and from what she told me I couldn't be happier.I highly recommended the Lexus Of Huntsville Dealership. Their prices and customer service are fantastic. I'd also like to thank Guaranteed Shipping for helping out! I can't wait to finish up this last month of my deployment so I can get back and drive my car!
