This dealership lost my business a few years ago. They became less professional and harder to deal with for service. At the insistence of the service manager I gave them another chance last year. All employees met and exceeded my expectations and have continued to do so on all return visits for service.Now if the sales managers could just catch up it would be great. Still one of the most difficult places when trying to make a deal. I purchased an RX300 used from them in 2003 and was ready to purchase another this year. I ended up buying my current RX out of state this week because of the price. Lexus of Knoxville thinks too highly of their vehicles.Still a good place, especially for service.

I first had a 1999 ls400. Now i have a 2002 ls430. Not everyone that drives a lexus is rich but either way, you're treated with respect and fairness. Jamison and Harry in the service department are terrific! They listen!! They are also enthusiastic and knowledgeable. I trust them to be up front and honest. What they dont know, they go above and beyond to find out.

I'm really surprised at all the good ratings I see here. I was interested in buying a Lexus RC 300. Went into the dealership, it was very chaotic, lots of people. A saleswoman named Catherine came to help us and we told her which car we wanted to see. She didn't ask about color, features we wanted, she just went back and brought out an RC 200. When we told her it wasn't the car we wanted she seemed confused. She checked, they didn't have a 300 on sight, so we test-drove the 200. I asked her if there were features I needed to know about before we left for our drive and she said no. So no instruction on any features. Along the way I asked her about features in the car, she didn't seem to really care to explain or didn't know, not sure which. I have to note that she was very nice, she just didn't seem to know a whole lot about the car.After the test drive we were left standing for quite a while in the middle of the waiting room, no offer to sit, no offer of water. We were finally led back to a room where she left us with Daniel Flores to discuss price if we had the model of the car we wanted shipped in. We wanted the RC 300 ordered with the options that we wanted. We knew what that would cost. Instead he told us he could ship in one of two cars that were fully loaded with items we did not want. He didn't seem to hear that we were willing to place an order and wait for what we wanted.Ignoring that we wanted to order a car, Daniel immediately went into a "sales pitch" for all the additional cost of items we did not want that were added to the sticker price. The items were gap insurance, pinstripe, door/handle plastic adhesive to the car and $1200 to have a car sent from another dealer. (The car that had more options than we wanted.) We told him we didn't want these items and he said they "were a service that Lexus provides to it's customers and not optional." (BTW, he said we could decline any of these options, but we would still be charged for them.) The pin stripe wasn't something we wanted, but again, it was not optional. They actually add it when the car comes in to their lot. He wasn't listening to us. We were prepared to buy that car, which costs over 50K. We left and immediately went back to Audi where we were treated extremely well and with respect. I had heard of similar experiences from friends from this same dealer, but I really wanted that car. Now I get it. The service and treatment matters. I don't want the car that much!

We have purchased two vehicles from here in last 5 years. Our salesman is Daniel Flores. Daniel has taken care of all of our service needs since day one. He makes sure that your extremely satisfied with your service appointments and was very fair in negotiating the selling price of our vehicles. If for any reason you have an issue or concern, Daniel is right on top of it. The service department staff members are very courteous and the lender vehicle makes your service appointment go so much smoother. The waiting area is nicely decorated, comfortable and is stocked with refreshments, snacks and coffee. We will definitely be back in the near future for another vehicle from Lexus of Knoxville.

My wife and I just leased a 2014 Lexus 350 amnd this is the second car we have bought from Lexus of Knoxville. Both times we have worked with Robert Smith who is outstanding in the way he treats people. No pressure at all but just very helpful. I recently purchased my 4th Lexus from Lexus of Knoxville. I now have a 2014 Lexus ES350. A wonderful driving car. When seated in the car I am surrounded by everything I could possibly want. I allow myself a new car every 5 yrs. Lexus is the only car I have ever been able to keep 5 years without being bored after 3 yrs. Lexus of Knoxville always gives customers the red carpet treatment. Daniel Flores is my salesman. He always makes buying a car a pleasant experience. I was a little intimidated with all the new features my previous Lexus did not have. Paige Hughes set up my bluetooth phone and showed me how to use all the new features. Oh, and one of the perks of being a customer is free car washes whenever you would like one.

I already had a pretty good idea what car I was looking for when arrived. They went above and beyond to find it, get it allocated, and on its way to my garage. The service is top notch and not forced. It's nice to work with folks who are knowledgeable and treat you the right way. This was one of the best experiences I ever had purchasing a new vehicle. Sales Staff was extremely knowledgeable and could not have been more helpful. At time of delivery there was not one function or accessory on the vehicle that we did not understand after the presentation. Follow up since we purchased the car has been excellent. The complete staff at Lexus of Knoxville could not be more helpful. Don't hesitate to do business here. When looking for a new Lexus I contacted three Dealers and Lexus of Knoxville had the best response so I traveled 100 miles from home to make the purchase.

WOW!! Service with a smile, professionalism to the 9's and great communication for 2 weeks! Awesome service from Michael Rodriguez!! Our car was giving us trouble on I-81 near Kingsport. Called the dealer and got Michael! From the first phone call to the last handshake two weeks later, we received impeccable service! He arranged a loaner car, rental car which the dealer paid for, and was on the phone with Lexus (main office) trying to assist us in getting what we needed done. AS it turned out, our Lexus needed new valves, rings, and pistons. Our car has over 170K miles and is 7 years old. Turned out that is was an issue with that model and the entire bill of many 1000's was paid for my Lexus. It took 7 business days for the parts to arrive and the car to be fixed. Once we arrived to pick up our baby, Michael said leave the rental car here and we'll take care of it! Totally seamless in every way! Wish we lived in Knoxville because I would definite give them all of our business!

I seen a 2013 Lexus LS460 on Cars.com and made a inquiry. The car had all the featured I wanted. I asked him to hold it because I was 1 week from returning home from Afghanistan. The salesmen held the car until I returned home. I flew in from Florida and he picked me up from the airport and less than 1 hour after I arrived I was on my home with my new car. I will buy my next car from here. The salesman also gave me a discount which I used to purchase my ticket. They also gave me my first full tank of gas. HAPPY! HAPPY! HAPPY1

I MADE AN OFFER ON THE 2012 RX 350 LEXUS OVER THE PHONE AND INTERNET. MR LOGAN WAS MORE THAN I EVER EXPECTED FROM A PERSON THAT WE HAD NEVER MET. HE IS OVER THE TOP AS FAR AS WE ARE CONCERNED. HE WORKED WITH US IN EVERY POSSIBLE WAY, AND WHEN IT CAME TO ME COMING AFTER THE CAR FROM HUNTSVILLE, AL., MY HUSBAND WAS OUT OF TOWN AND I COULD NOT GET ANYONE TO BRING ME TO PICK IT UP. I CALLED MR. LOGAN AND TOLD HIM TO CANCEL THE SALE SINCE I COULD NOT COME AFTER IT. IN LESS THAN AN HOUR HE CALLED ME AND HE DELIVERED IT TO MY DOOR THAT EVENING; FROM KNOXVILLE, TN TO HUNTSVILLE, AL IN LESS THAN 6 HRS. After taking my 07 Lexus IS350 in for an oil change on a Saturday, I also asked them to investigate a mild squeak in one wheel intermittently and not very bad. I was told I needed 2 rear rotors and a break job, as well as new tires. Tires still have life left and after they quoted me $1490 for 4 tires I said, UMM NO. I gave them approval to do the 2 rotors and brakes on the rear. They said they would have my car until sometime on Monday (too late on Saturday to finish it). Fine, they gave me a loaner. On Monday I picked up the car. The following morning I got the TPMS light, took my car back over and they indicated there is a very time consuming recall notice related to the timing and that they would need my vehicle for an entire day. I took my car back in today and was told during the first call that the recall was taken care of and that they were trying to diagnose the TPMS, that it was the computer module. When I reminded them that they had done my brakes and 12 hours later the TPMS light came on, this must be from them working on my brakes (having the wheels off the car). They insist that there is no way they could've caused the damage to the TPMS sensor, They now want $196+ to replace a sensor I believe they broke. No light for the six months I've owned the car, they service and now it's broken!!!!!!!! This is preposterous and ridiculous by Lexus of Knoxville, TN.After filing this complaint on Friday, my husband did speak with the service manager on Saturday. They offered the TPMS Sensor at cost, no labor. Around $70.... They apologized and assured us there is no way they could've damaged the sensor but are willing to replace at their cost to us to make us happy. They also offered a free oil change next and the 125,000 mile service free. Their customer service after complaining seems to be much better than my original 3 phone calls.

I typically don't write reviews but I felt this expience warranted one. I worked exclusively with Logan Waggoner and it was truly an amazing experience to witness. I've never purchased a car over the Internet, site unseen before. Logan provided me with the info/pictures I needed to be comfortable with this since I am located in Atlanta. The process from start to finish was only 3 days. The response was prompt and professional. Logan went above and beyond to deliver the vehicle to me half way in north Georgia. Signing paper work on the tailgate and the knowledge transfer of the truck was something I've never done but very much like the kitchen table given this was a pickup. Thanks again for all your efforts on this guys!

The whole experience was personable, professional, and easy from beginning to end. I drove six hour from home to buy my Lexus ES 350. The drive was well worth it! My local dealer did not have the car I wanted so I did an online search of dealerships in three states. Logan Waggoner from Lexus of Knoxville emailed me back the next morning. I was told he didn't have the car I wanted but they had found one in another state and could have it in a few days. I was given a great price and great service. I started the process of buying a car on a Monday. By Thursday I drove my new car home. Three of the other dealerships hadn' t even responded yet. Logan was right on top of things from beginning to end. Everyone in the dealership was super friendly and super helpful. I highly recommend Logan Waggoner and Lexus of Knoxville when buying your next car.

I would recommend this dealership. Our sales consultant and other sales and service personnel that we encountered were very professional and sensitive to our requests for information about the vehicle we were interested in. The purchase process was efficient and not stressful. We felt that the purchase price for the Lexus 350 RX was fair and the delivery of the vehicle was flawless. We would work with Jason again.

I recently bought a 2013 RX350 from Lexus of Knoxville, my salesman was Phil Raines, he knew exactly what vehicle I was looking for and was very helpful. Phil has contacted me several times since the purchase to see if everything was Ok with the vehicle and if he could help. Before this vehicle I owned a 2007 RX350 that I also bought at Lexus of Knoxville so I was familiar with the car. The only reason I bought Lexus was due to it's Customer Service. I recently went to LEXUS OF KNOXVILLE as I had Low Tire warning on 2nd November 2011. I met with Scott Brewer Service Consultant and he told me that I need to replace my all the 4 Tires due to Wear & Tear, I asked him give me a quote and within 20 Mins he gave me a Quote Which are as Follows:1) $880 For Dunlop Tires 2) $1200 For Michelin Tires Pilot Sport ASI asked him if he could check whether I was covered for replacements as I had Road Hazard Warranty for my Tires with Fidelity, So he called and verified with Fidelity that everything was covered including parts, labor and Alignment. I was scheduled for the service next week. My wife called him the very next day to reconfirm the appointment and recheck that we won't be charged a Dime. Next week we called to reschedule the appointment and was told that Scott Brewer no longer worked with them And I would be working with Eric henceforth. So I spoke with Eric and explained the whole scenario to him; he told me that he would check the details out and give me a call back. He never called so I called him the next day. Eric spoke very rudely to me saying that they were not doing charity and I would not be able to get the tires for free.The whole thing wasn't about money but about the customer service. If I speak to one service tech and am given a price quote, it must be honored by the company. Most astonishing part of the whole situation is that We Called the Dealer Twice and Reconfirmed everything but in the end they backed off from their own commitment So I had to call the Corporate and get them involve in this matter. I would NEVER RECOMMEND LEXUS OF KNOXVILLE to anyone for their service or for buying a car from them. This is my worst ever experience with the LEXUS Brand & its customer Service.

This dealership is incredible. Everything from Salesmanship to Service. I own a BMW and Lexus...and let me tell you there is a world of difference between the reliability of the car and the expertise of the service department. Lexus of Knoxville set the standard for doing what's "right". On top of that, everything was very convenient. An excellent lounge with wi-fi so individuals can perform work if desired and convenient snacks and beverages. When my car exited the shop; it was very clean and the service dept gave an excellent review of work performed. No further issues; all maintenance was correct and detailed. If you work and actually perform daily tasks, this is the route to g. Get a Lexus. If your time is not important and you like to spend time without your car, get a BMW.
