I went in for an oil change, Danielle Walker was my service advisor. I was quoted 1 1/2 wait. Never was told how much oil change was. She asked me to sign and initial a paper without telling me what it was for. My mistake, I just signed. So, after 2 hours my car finally done. $71.01 for an oil change! Was disrespected while paying, more or less called a liar. I was a customer of Palm Beac Lexus until today. Never been treated that way in there.

My salesman, Ron Ryan, was attentive and listened to what I wanted. He only showed me cars that fit my specifications. He was thorough, answered all my questions, and did not pressure me. NOTE: Make sure the finance guy follows the terms you set with your salesman. Mine did not, so I told Ron, and he worked it out.

My wife has a Lexus RX330 and the dash is cracked and on recall, we'll it's been since Jan 2016 that we have been waiting on the new dash, it's now Oct 2016, ABSOLUTELY the worst customer service, we'll sir the part is on back order is not an answer. Lexus states best customer service, best luxury cars, what a joke! I can't believe I have to wait a YEAR for a part.

Good and bad experience. I started the process with a salesman who was extremely nice. It was recommended that I switch and work with the department that deals with "friends and family" but I wanted the salesman to get credit. That was my mistake. I felt like financing misled me on the "friends and family discount." My trade-in was devalued by $150 and I was then given $150 for the "friends and family discount". I received the same full dollar value when my car was appraised a month earlier. There was no line item for the discount.The car - wow! I was driving a 2004 Lexus GS before. Who knew how many changes could be made in such a short period of time? A beautiful, luxurious car that drives well and makes you feel safe.Jim Riter was helpful through the buying process.

Very nice Salesmen but, the process of buying a car is very upsetting because you never get one fare price unless you fight for it.Technology staff very informative, very helpful, but a phone call request was not returned.Car very pretty, and drives nicely. Would have liked a split back seat and automatic mirrors that can be closed from the inside.

This is about a new 2016 Lexus RX450h that I purchased from Lexus of Palm Beach in Florida. I placed the order 12/8/15 when this newly designed very popular model was in extremely high demand. Additionally, this was a custom order of optional equipment and this hybrid is made only in Japan. During the 7 month wait for the car, I'd called Ann & Mark who both assisted me with the purchase fairly rerularly and at times expressing my frustration with the long delay. They were both patient, courteous and as helpful as possible. They were also very fair with the sales price and even shipped the car to my summer address 1500 mi away after they received it, at Lexus' expense! They were wonderful and I'd never buy a Lexus anywhere else.

We wandered into the dealership unaware that we were there on the last weekend of a month long promotion. Therefore we were there hours on day 1 and the next day when we purchased. Our salesman was new but extremely courteous and pleasant. It wasWith a free afternoon of a 3 day w/e we drove to a Lexus dealer, unaware that we were at the end of a Lexus sales promotion. Our salesman was new and rather inexperienced, but he was very pleasant and courteous. He was also very respectful and did not get to that place where he treated us like buddies. That was refreshing and kept us engaged. The pressure was high to purchase that day From the finance person,but we resisted and returned the next day to seal the deal. This took many hours and we closed the place. We did not expect to leave with the car, that was a shock, and , in fact, we tried to put that off for 1 week as we were going away .Then at the end of the financial transaction we were hit with the "extended warranty". Now it's after 8 PM, we are hungry and tired, and we agreed to one of the options. The next morning I spoke to the finance officer and told him that I was going to be in with the extra car keys and that I was cancelling the extended warranty. He tried to talk me out of it,but couldn't. So, in assessing this transaction I would say that we were impressed with the inexperienced salesman, who, while inexperienced, was respectful, and the finance guy acted like a typical car salesman.

Lexus follows thru on repairs and recall services and their service personnel have been cordial. However, we have never had the car, or our previous Lexus in for repairs without them finding one or more additional items which they say need done. More than once we have found these repairs are not needed. Most recently, we took the car in, and they claimed the car was leaking oil. We keep the car in a garage and have never seen a drop of oil on the garage floor. How can a person trust an organization when we have this experience?

Love the car. This is my second RX.Had first RX for 12 years. Never had a car so long. When I traded last week the car had no noises, etc. car was perfect. I was so pleased with the RX that I bought another one.Drove German cars for 20 years before I tried Lexus. German cars maintenance is constant and expensive! Not the case with Lexus.Maintenance was excellent. Always had maintenance done at Lexus dealer. Very pleased. In my estimation you cannot beat Lexus. They win on all levels.

I have had my 3 Lexus ES sedans serviced at Palm Beach Lexus and ONLY USE Darrell Young as my Service Advisor. I'm an engineer and have worked on cars as a hobby, so when I take them for service, I want an advisor who knows about cars. Darrell is a former service technician and knows how they work, so he's not one who just writes down what I say and passes the work off to a technician to do it. He makes sure the work is done right and goes the extra mile to ensure I am completely satisfied. 4 years ago, after many years as a loyal customer at JM Lexus, I started having problems with their work quality. I switched to Palm Beach Lexus and have never had a problem and have never looked back.

We bought the CT 200h at Palm Beach Lexus. Our sales consultant was Horatio Edwards. We actually went there to test drive a sport version special edition model and fell in love with it. I'm not a big person and felt very comfortable driving it. We had no intention of purchasing a car that day as we were strongly interested in a totally different car that was going to be our next stop. Needless to say our plans did not materialize as we obtained a great price for the vehicle. Horatio was the consumate professional. At first I wondered about the other car I was interested in but after driving this vehicle for the last few days, I can say that it was definitely the right choice. Very happy with the purchase and the brand.

dealership great but the 2016 Rx350 I leased is VERY loud. vibration sound when it goes into 2nd and third gear when under 30 miles per hour. dealership said it is normal. Loudest luxury car I have ever had. Even passengers have said something about the sound. probably won't release if not fixed. It should not be this loud!

My sales representative was very responsive and assisted with expediting the purchase. The experience was mostly positive with the following exceptions:-Although I made if very clear from the beginning that I wanted to purchase the vehicle I was continuously being asked to send money before I was able to confirm that the vehicle was in good condition. Additionally I was asked several times to send the down payment we discussed prior to finalizing the paperwork. This was somewhat of a putoff.-My other complaint was that there were black scuff marks on the ceiling on the rear passenger side of the car. I really feel as though this is something that should have been noticed and cleaned up prior to shipping me the vehicle.

I purchased a 2016 Lexus RX 350 on 5/7/2016 . It started making a funny sound. Took the car to my local Lexus dealer on 5/13/2016. They advised the car had a bad motor . Wth . The customer service at palmbeach Lexus from Tony Sculski internet sales , Anne Lopatin internet director and the General manager Vivan walker all played a major role in making this purchase the worst experience of my life. I advise anyone reading this review to avoid doing business with Lexus of palm beach. This dealer from top to bottom wasted time and mislead my wife and I .. They didn't return phone calls emails or texts . Long story short they just had the nerve to say we are stuck with the car .we have to go threw the manufacturing company with no help from them .we are on our own wow..they advertise that they have good customer service sure until they get your money . In my opinion this dealership knew this car had a bad motor and sold it to us anyway because they do off-road and road test ..they knew or should have known either way they are negligent.. Please avoid this dealer.

My wife and I recently bought a new 2016 Lexus RX-350 from Lexus of Palm Beach. The entire experience, from the moment we walked in, was enjoyable which is not always the case when car shopping. The dealership itself is amazing; there's even a cafe staffed by a lady who makes complimentary pancakes and waffles fresh to order! Our salesman, Jim Riter, was a pleasure to deal with. He showed us several models, different colors and features, while being patient as we went back and forth between ourselves deciding which model was right for us. Once we made our decision, he moved us quickly through the buying process. We had a budget in mind and Jim, with some help from the sales director, Ann, was able to get us in the vehicle we really wanted and tweak the numbers until we were satisfied. We rate Lexus of Palm Beach and our new RX350 a perfect 5 out of 5 stars!!

Made an appointment with Holt Walker.I visited this dealer. The vehicle was advertised at a fair price and in great condition. Low mileage and could pass as new. Worked with Holt for the vehicle inspection, test drive and purchase. Holt was very personable and pleasant to deal with. Not a fan of the Finance Person (no finance needed) efforts to sell me extended warranties and ding protection, but after you say no enough times they get the point.Since buying the vehicle 9 months ago, it has been great. I recently traded in my Boxter on a Lexus RC 350 F Sport. I wanted a Lexus to begin with ((IS 350C) but I got distracted by the power of Porsche. Don't get me wrong, the Boxter was fun,fast and turned heads, but I never felt at home at Braman. I can't put my finger on why. During a recent service, Braman gave me a loner and I once again found myself at Lexus of Palm Beach. Gerard, or GP as he is referred to by his friends quickly met me outside with a no pressure, jovial, "let's have some fun looking at beautiful cars" attitude. He listened to my issues and concerns and helped steer me into what would work for my family "if" I decided it was time for a change. Once I saw the RC F I knew I wanted it, but in reality, couldn't afford it. The RC350 F Sport was the next best thing to being in an F and way more practical. GP told me from the get go the F was not what I was looking for but he just wanted to show me the awesomeness of it. He was correct, and someday I may have one, but he was dead on when he told me I would love the RC 350 F Sport. GP had an answer for every question I had and I felt like I was hanging out spending the day with my best friend from school who just happened to have the keys to a lot full of beautiful cars. When I decided to take the plunge, the general manager John was very nice and didn't try to nickel and dime me or try to pretend my 2014 Porsche with 5700 miles was not worthy of a good trade. The entire team at Lexus was awesome and easy to deal with. I will be back in a couple of years for an RX 350 SUV when my wife's car is ready to be laid to rest. Its a Toyota Tundra with 197,000 miles. I am expecting at least that mileage from my Lexus. Thank you GP!! You give great advice!! We will be looking for you when the Tundra finally gives out. One last note, the RC 350 F Sport is WAY more fun than the Boxter. I have no worries with it because I have the Lexus quality and reputation behind it. It is stunning in ultrasonic blue micra. It too turns heads and makes me smile everytime I see her. Get the 350 F Sport!!! NM

I bought a 2012 Lexus 460 on January 25, 2015. The sales manager refused to take a check, or a deposit to hold the car. We could only buy it by financing it. (More income for the dealer).After waiting for hours to meet with the finance man we were hastled to but various dealer add-ons. After repeatedly telling him "No" we were at last given the keys. He told us the title paperwork would be sent directly to the Alabama Motor Vehicles Department.A week before the temporary tag expired I called the finance man to ask for a second temporary tag. I was told it would be sent "overnight". It was not. The day after the tag expired I called him again. It would be " overnighted" he assured me. When I received it I saw a secretary waited 4 days after the first tag had expired to even send the replacement, and it was sent by 2 day ground shipping.Now the second temporary tag has expired. I called the Alabama State Motor Vehicles Department and was told they have no record of papers for that vehicle ever being sent.When I pay over $50,000 for a car I expect a better job of service from a dealership. The old phrase "sell ' em and forget 'em" was never more true. I have a car I can not drive because a dealer won't follow up with the paperwork.I plan to file complaints with the Florida Atty. General fraud office, Lexus, West Palm Beach BBB, Chamber of Commerce, Automobile Dealers Association, on every social media, and when I next visit West Palm I plan to hold a press conference with local media, and expose this group of slugs for what they are.

I've complained several times about setting my lights back to the position they were when i arrived for service, and yet last evening when i used my car to attend a function at the K of C . lo and behold no lights. so i had to fumble in the dark for the light switch so i could set the lights to to auto position. this may sounds like petty complaining ,but if you had to drive several blocks before you realized you had no lights. its pretty scary...........

We have bought cars at this dealership many times before. We have to say that this is the worst experience We have ever had.By the way We traded our 2013 Honda accord XLE and bought a 2015 sport GS 350. We intended to get a black color until the sellsman took me out for a test drive she accelerated so much on a new car I felt like I was on a racing track therefor, we switched to the white one instead. When we were at the signing desk with the financing lady we were called foolish by her because we denied the extra warranty and while we tried to finish all the paper work so we could go home we were there from 1:00pm until 9:30pm with two young kids (2and4yrs old) as we went out to our new car the sellsman had already tried to transfer some of our belongings from our old car to the new car. She left both of our car seats by the curb and the got rained on she did not even try to offer us anything to dry them then she left. This is not acceptable and very unprofessional we would not come back or recomand anyone to come to this dealership ever.

I was in Palm Beach on business and had realized I needed to replace my tires after running over a nail. Usman and his team came to my rescue. First, they had the tire in stock (it is a hard to find size) and reserved it for me. Second, the team allowed me to use a loaner car so I could complete my business while my car was being repaired. Third, they were honest in telling me the front tires had some more miles and did not need to be replaced (after I told them I would do whatever they told me I needed to do). And, fourth, their facilities are the best I have ever been in for waiting. Their waiting area is so pleasant you forget you are having car repairs done!

My Dad is getting up in years and I thought that it was the right time for him to have a really nice car. We decided the right car for him was a Lexus CPO. Almost as good as a new car warranty, and if we found a clean low mileage example it should be in very nice condition. Dad had gone to dealership a few weeks before i arrived, Talked to a Salesman by the name of Larry Muirhead and came away with a pretty positive feeling that he would buy a car there and also trade in his car. A few days before i arrived, Larry followed up as promised, scheduled an appointment for us and we went on that day. Pricing on CPO cars at this dealership is what it is, no negotiating, which is fine by me. The first car he showed us was almost exactly what we were looking for. the "almost" part was that it was a fully optioned out model with a slightly higher price than we had indicated we were look at. I took only one minute to walk around this absolutely pristine vehicle to decide that the few extra dollars for this vehicle was actually something of a bargain as the same one had been going for a few thousand more. 23,000 one owner miles not a nick, scratch or wrinkle in the upholstery. As part of the certification process it brand new brake rotors and pads all around, and brand new Pirelli tires. Test ride revealed nothing to differentiate this from a brand new car. We decided that was the right car to buy. The only issue we faced, which had nothing to do with Larry, who truly bent over backwards to facilitate the purchase, was the dealing with the "manager" of the trade in function. They had quoted my dad a number when he was there previously, printed out the blue book range etc, and then at the time of the purchase threw out a number that was about 40 percent lower than that quote. He tried the whole song and dance routine, but I cut him off said, didn't need to hear it, and lets get to the bottom line. he wrote down two numbers, i picked a number dead in the middle and then he started hemming and hawing over like 700 bucks. My dad had had enough and stood up to leave, at which point they caved and said, Sir Welcome to the Lexus family we have a deal! My dad took this a little personally while I understand it is just business and that is what a negotiation entails. Everything else was smooth as a baby's bottom, and in just a few hours from start to end, we drove away in virtually a new car, with all the insurance, registration, license plate transfers etc all taken care of. As far as a car buying experience goes, the facilities are beautiful, you are treated with respect, and they folks know how to make your experience a one stop shopping event. I do want to make special mention that the salesman Larry, actually drove with us to the bank in the Lexus so my dad could get a bank check, as we were expecting to find a car, leave a deposit go tot he bank and come back that day or the next day. That is not how they do things at Lexus, and I am also OK with that as well, as people can be very indecisive and waste a lot of their time and cost them other sales. If you are thinking of getting a Lexus deal with Larry. I could not have asked for a nicer, more articulate and well polished (without being slick in any way) salesman.

I wanted to share my experience with the 2014 version of Lexus of Palm Beach. There was an issue with my Lexus that was bought there fourteen months ago, and I brought it to the attention of the General Manager. She was upstanding enough to ask me to come in to the dealership, and had Mr Don Arcaro help to deal with the problem. He realized that there had, indeed, been an issue with the sale of my vehicle last year, and managed to get me into the exact same vehicle without charging me anything beyond the normal mileage differential between cars! I am still amazed! He had a salesman, Ryan Evans, assist me with the particulars. Ryan was polite, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful throughout the streamlined process. Even though it was obvious that Ryan was not going to earn a penny from this "swap" of vehicles, he was a consummate gentleman, and more helpful than any car salesman that I have ever dealt with. The guy is a star. I can only give this dealership and these dealership employees the highest praise.

Previously I was negotiating a Lexus in Fort Pierce, Fl. When we got to the final acquisition I was told that because it was a pre-owned car they would give me a very good price. I did not find that to be the case and left the showroom very unhappy with that dealer. I then contacted Lexus of West Palm and found a dealer that was completely honest, did not play games and tried to give me all the details about the car that I was interested in. I dealt with 2 salespeople, Holt Walker and Benjamin Ishmael and both were wonderful. I would definitely recommend Lexus of West Palm.

After taking our Lexus ES 350 on its first long trip to New England and back, I have the following to report. Having been a satisfied Cadillac owner for most of the last 40 years, I am not easily impressed. I thought the following comments were significant when comparing all the many automobile choices out there. We drove approximately 3800 miles in two weeks. 1. The lumbar feature on seats permits me to say for the first time that my back never felt better, even after driving ten hours or more on a few of the days. 2. The drive over all types and conditions of roads was like floating on a cloud. 3. Because of the incredible engineering our Lexus is possibly shorter than some comparable cars. It was easy parking in some small parking spots. With the steering and turning radius it was simple to parallel park. 4. The design gave us more room on the interior which helped our comfort level. While the trunk space may be similar in total area to other cars, the more rectangular shape permitted us to load and unload easier and apparently get more luggage in the area. 5. We are continuing to be amazed at the electronics that anticipate our every move and look to protect us in many ways. 6. The down and up shifting feature worked great. While in the mountains it helped save our brakes. 7. We checked the gas mileage the first four or five tanks of gas and did experience about 30 miles per gallon on the highway. I don't usually write reviews online and I didn't purchase a car yet but I have to say that if you're looking for a Lexus you must go to Lexus of Palm Beach and ask for Jaclyn Miller. She made my visit to the dealership a very memorable and pleasurable experience and because of that I felt she deserved a great review. My experience with car buying has always been dreadful. But Jaclyn and Lexus of Palm Beach were amazing. I was there last Thursday and she gave me a lot of her time (even though I told her I wasn't buying a car today) and she took additional steps to ensure that my decision making process was well thought out. No high pressure sales tactics. Just professional and informative, not to mention stunningly beautiful. lol. Most importantly she was EXTREMELY knowledgeable about the cars I was interested in. Overall, I was really impressed and will definitely buy a car from her in the near future. Jaclyn has remained in contact with me through various forms of communication (text, email & phone) because I am always travelling. This girl is a huge asset to Lexus of Palm Beach and I highly recommend for others ask for her instead of walking in there without an appointment and talking to some idiot. Set up an appointment with Jaclyn and walk out informed and hopefully driving a new car. I know I will be.

Having driven a Lexus before, I thought I just needed to find which model and what all the new gadgets and upgrades were all about. Todd Parness did an awesome job of explaining, comparing and general major hand-holding through the whole selection process. And then, he did the same all over again with the buy or lease question! After driving a leased 2012 Lexus ES350 for approximately 30 months & enjoying everything about the car, & not having any problems with the vehicle, I decided it was time to replace that car with a new 2014 ES350. As a result of my contact with the "Costco Auto Program" I was directed to see your Internet Manager, Alex Quinones. When we visited your showroom, we saw the car we were interested in & Alex answered all our questions about the vehicle & he was extremely helpful. After we decided we wanted to lease that particular vehicle, I then sat down with your finance people & settled on all the details & numbers to close the deal. Drove an hour for an appointment to test drive a pre-owned Lexus. Waited 45 minutes for the salesperson and when he arrived, knew absolutely NOTHING about the vehicle. When discussing price, he could only reply that AutoNation sets the price, and it's completely "fixed" without negotiation. Little did he know the vehicle had already been "reduced" by $1000 (the price I wanted) which would have closed the deal... except the car was already being test driven. Within hours I went to another dealer and purchased the same vehicle, with lower mileage, at a lower price.

If you want to waste time, money, and get no where GO TO Lexus of Palm Beach! 3 trips and NOTHING after they said they could do something with my expired lease! NO NAMES will be used as I am not that type of person but this was a huge loss to Lexus to retain my business. I have had several Lexus vehicles and have been loyal to them NOT anymore due to West Palm Lexus. GOOD BYE Lexus of West Palm! I have been purchasing or leasing automobiles for over 40 years. I had previously leased 3 Lexus vehicles from dealers other than Lexus of Palm Beach (LPB). A friend who had purchased a Lexus vehicle from LPB referred me to Ms. Anne Lopatin, a sales executive at LPB. Anne returned my call promptly, LBP had the car I wanted (ES350), with all the options I wanted, and in the color combo my wife desired. The car was delivered in clean condition, and I was given a run through of its new features. My lease transaction was completed in about two hours of total time over two consecutive days. There was no dealer baloney at all. The price was right, and the transaction was as smooth as possible. My thanks to Ms. Lopatin and the dealership's finance executive. All in all, this lease could not have proceeded more smoothly or satisfactorily.

THEY CALLED ME BACK ALMOST IMMEDIATELY TO LET ME KNOW THAT THE CAR WAS NO LONGER AVAILABLE BUT THEY DID TAKE MY CONTACT INFO TO CALL ME IF ANOTHER ARNAGE CAME IN ON TRADE. My husband and I have been serving our 2006 GS 300 for three years , since we moved to Florida. The facility , Lexus of Palm Beach , is beautiful , clean, , organized , modern and very accommodating to their clients. They offer loaner cars if they know that your car needs extensive work. A week ago, the air- conditioning broke in our 8 year old Lexus. We didn't want to put in $2000.00 into our old car, even though we had thoroughly enjoyed driving our beautiful 2006 GS 300. The day we brought our car into the Lexus dealership, we met with Dave Matuchin.. To discuss a trade in value for our old Lexus. Dave told us our options, my husband and I discussed it and two days later we leased our new Lexus ES 350. He through in the pin striping on the car and treated us with kid gloves. Lexus of Palm Beach is extremely efficient .. From the paper work to the instruction on how everything works on the car.. My sales consultant, Todd Parness, was absolutely wonderful throughout the entire buying process. I had seen a certified Lexus ES 350 advertised on the internet. Todd answered all my questions, and I decided to make the trip from SC to FL to see the vehicle. I was not disappointed. Everybody I met at the dealership was courteous and helped make the whole buying process a pleasant experience. Justin, the financial person, was fast and efficient, but yet willing to answer any question. Todd was completely knowledgeable about the vehicle, courteous, honest, and worked hard to make it a win/win deal. After the sale was done, he took a lot more time to demonstrate all the technology that this Lexus offers, and has since called to follow up and ask if I had any questions. I love my car, Todd Parness, my salesman, was fantastic, and the dealership is beautiful! I am totally satisfied and hope to buy my next Lexus there, too!

This dealership looks nice, the salespeople are well dressed and speak well, but don't let that fool you. The salesman was unscrupulous, in my opinion, making misleading statements of facts - of costs related to my trade-in and lease in particular, and purposely omitted important information. For example, I was misled as to value of my trade-in and it was put up for sale within two days at more than twice the price! Salesman told me that they would only charge me what the state charges for license fees - way not true! I was charged for a return fee on the lease that was never discussed, even though I was clear that I wanted all charges discussed. An additional significant charge was added for a service that they knew I did not want (I think that is being reversed, but not yet certain). I should have known something was up when they did not send me to a Costco recommended sales person, as I had requested. Shame on me for having gone through with the "deal." They do this every day and, careful as I was, I was fooled. We have bought many new cars over the years and I have never experienced this level of what I consider to be unscrupulous behavior. I will never, never go there again.

My salesman, Tony Skulski was attentive, immediately responsive, knowledgeable and truly a pleasure to work with. I had been to another Lexus dealer previously and even though it was a bit further to drive for me from Boca, Palm Beach was able to provide a better value and made me feel like I was a special, VIP customer rather than one of many. Tony went above and beyond to ensure that I was comfortable in the RX, that everything was taken care of and continues to provide excellent follow-up and service. The Sales Manager, Cliff Beverly was wonderful as well and provided me with extremely simple pricing and options. He too made the process feel seamless and potentially the most pleasant car buying and delivery experience that I have had. The Finance Manager, Armando was as kind as could be as well. My experience with Lexus of Palm Beach and salesman Larry Muirhead was very positive. Although, I tried to buy a Lexus in Dade County, but was not pleased with the sales tactics. I also really appreciated that Larry stayed there late in the evening setting up my blue tooth and explaining the car. Larry emailed me several days after I had the car to follow up if there was any additional questions I had about the car. The car buying experience can be very intimidating, However Larry and the finance manager (forgot his name) were excellent to deal with.

Having driven a 1995 Lexus ES 300 for the last 8 years, I knew the brand to be reliable, comfortable, safe, responsive to various road conditions. So it had a generally excellent reputation, but although I wanted to replace it with a new(er) model, I was not sure whether or how I could make it happen. Laura Pedersen made it happen for me. She was knowledgeable--just the right combination of friendly and business-like but not pushy or overwhelming--and everything clicked into place. I am comforted by the familiarity of some of the technology on the car and adjusting slowly to the new. But the biggest comfort is knowing that Lexus has certified my car and will stand behind my decision to purchase it for another 3 years or 100,000 miles. Who knows? This time I might even upgrade in the same decade!

My buying experience at Lexus of Palm Beach was awesome from beginning to end! I first made an inquiry through the dealership website, in which Anne Lopatin followed up and contacted me. Anne was great! She took additional steps, for example taking additional pictures of the car as I requested, to ensure that my comfort level of buying online was well. In addition, the communication was exceptional as well. Anne remained in contact through various forms of communication as I am always on-the-go! I also had the pleasure to be in communication with Larry Muirhead as well. He provided transportation from the airport to the dealership. He made my visit to the dealership a very memorable experience! In addition, the financial manager, Armando, was exceptional! He provided various options for financing and maintaining my Lexus. In conclusion, the staff of Lexus of Palm Beach are exceptional! Anne, Larry, and Armando have displayed the epitome' of awesome customer service. I was pleasantly surprised and humbled to have been treated with first class service! I purchased my second vehicle at Lexus of Palm beach on 10/24/13. It was an overall great experience. I did most of the business end over the phone due to my schedule being pretty hectic. When I arrived they had all of my paper work ready and the whole transaction was pretty smooth. Aaron Lederman was very helpful, courteous and respectful of my time. The facilities were impeccable as always and the service I received was second to none.

I saw an ad for a '14 Lexus IS250 in the Sun-Sentinel but the dealer was in N. Miami, over an hour drive for me. I took the ad to my closest Lexus dealership in W. Palm Beach. I made an appt. with a salesperson who unfortunately couldn't meet with me because of illness. His partner Barry gave my wife and I a test drive, gave me a choice of 2 colors in stock (with the same equipment) and we sat down to discuss a lease. First Barry was very professional and knowledgeable. I appreciated the fact that he was a 'car guy' owning several cars himself. The negotiation was brief and I am very satisfied that I got a great deal on a great car. The IS250 really surprised me. It's a very good looking car and thoroughly 'modern' in the sense that it has many features that I wanted including blind side monitoring on both sides. The Nav is very intuitive and mouse-driven. Spoken commands work very well. The screen is bright, clear and auto-dims at dusk. Buff mag reviews weren't happy with the carryover 2.5 engine but I find it perfectly fine. My street racing days are long gone. Driver's seat: one of the best I've ever sat in, super comfortable, 10-way adjustable w/ lumbar support. I got a good deal on a very good car. I bought 2010 lexus es350 without even test drive or seeing the car. I got it shipped to Minnesota where I live. Overall the experience was good. Suzanne was very helpful. She was responsive to my questions and sent me pictures. There were no surprises when I received the car.

My Lexus representative, Jeff Ogg, was truly a gem. He was patient and allowed me to take my time in deciding what car was best for me and my budget. He encouraged me to make the choice I thought best and supported my decision to purchase a CPO rather than a new vehicle. If Jeff did not have the answer to a question I posed, he armed himself with personnel who had expertise in that subject matter; i.e., finance, packaging information, etc. Justin, the financial expert, was very helpful in walking me through the financing process. Further, he offered me a better financing package than I already had prepared from my own credit union. In all, the experience made me feel like I am now part of the Lexus family.

This is the 2nd vehicle I have purchased from Lexus of Palm Beach and have used the dealership for all of my required service. I worked with Lou and Larry and found both to be very helpful in locating the vehicle with the options I desired. Once I arrived for my appointment, the overal process of viewing the vehicles that met my specifications, selecting and test driving the vehicle, having the vehicle prepped, signing the paperwork and receiving instructions on the operation of the Navigation system took about 3 hours. The service department has always met or exceeded expectations and all service has been fully explained prior to being done, even warranty work.

Negotiate for about two hours, made the deal. Got a great rate and the car. Advise, know what you want and where you want to be. They are not close to me, about fifty min. drive.

I purchased a Certified Used Lexus ES50 from this dealer. The purchase process was smooth and easy we were in and out of the dealer within 2 hours. We had problems when we took our car in for service because they were unable to see the warranty in the system. The dealer contacted Lexus of Palm Beach and immediately our salesman Scott Feller got involved and the issue was resolved. Often times after the sale a sales can careless, but Scott followed through promptly to ensue the issue was resolved. I will definitely purchase from this dealer again.

Purchased a new ES300h at the end of June. Dealership is immaculate and huge. Car is terrific and one quick service matter was dealt with effectively and efficiently. THE LOW RATING IS DUE TO THE BUYING EXPERIENCE ITSELF. FROM THE TIME WE MET SALESMAN UNTIL WE DROVE OUR CAR OUT WAS 8 HOURS -- AND WE STILL NEEDED TO RETURN FOR THEIR NEW CAR DELIVERY SPECIALIST TO SPEND OVER ANOTHER HOUR EXPLAINING THE TECHNOLOGY IN THE CAR, ETC. Everything was as promised and expected but they kept us waiting and waiting and waiting more at too many steps -- for car to be cleaned, for business office to sign paperwork, etc. LEXUS OF PALM BEACH NEEDS TO GET THEIR ACT TOGETHER!

We have driven Lexus automobiles since 1988; but after an emotional and unproductive experience at Lexus of Tampa Bay, we looked for an alternative dealership. I was interested in a particular color, year and features of a pre-owned LS430. The car I was interested in appeared on the dealer's web site while I was in Tampa visiting from Pensacola. From having watched all of the Florida Lexus dealers pre-owned inventory for about a month, I knew these vehicles usually sold in a few days. I called Jerry from Tampa, he held the vehicle until the next day, and we drove there, traded in my older Lexus LS400, and drove back to Pensacola in the "new" pre-owned vehicle. The certified pre-owned Lexus vehicle warranty to 100,000 miles or 3 years was a significant factor in my decision, plus the fact that the Lexus dealership prices were in line with most non-Lexus dealership prices which do not include the all inclusive Lexus warranty. While the dealership and I had some differences of opinion over the trade in value of my car and some add on items, I will say that Jerry and the dealership were willing to work with me on these issues and I believe we ended with a fair deal for both sides. You could not ask for a nicer person than Jerry with whom to deal, although I'm pretty sure he gets a lot of customers nicer than I was. The dealership is one of the nicest facilities I have seen, and certainly the largest. No complaints.

I have been a Lexus owner since 2004 when I purchased my LS. I recently purchased an HS250h and needed some warranty service. I went to JM Lexus with a friend of mine met with one of the assistant service managers. Basically he intimated that I didn't purchase my car from JM and didn't feel they were required to service it under the Lexus Warranty.So, yesterday I brought my Lexus in for warranty work at Palm Beach Lexus. I was introduced to Francesca Schintu. What a wonderful person! She made me feel comfortable and at ease. I really feel she will handle my problems.Francesca gave me a loaner car and told me she would call me when my car was ready.This morning, I noticed the rear tire of the loaner car was flat. I called Francesca's voice mail and it reported she was not in. I left her a message and within a few minutes Lexus of Palm Beach called to notify me that someone would come to change the tire.It amazes me to know that Francesca, on her day off, was still in touch with her company.Within a half hour Lew Fleischer, the road services technician, showed up and changed the tire. What can I say? The service was above and beyond.I feel Francesca and Lew are walking advertisements for Lexus of Palm Beach. Had some experience with the dealership from prior vehicle, but this was the first time purchasing from an internet ad. We went online and found exactly what my wife and I were looking for, a pristine 2010 White RX350 with lowMileage, garage kept. Tony called and immediately we felt at ease, after a discussion we purchased it based on its appearance, Carfax, the fact that it was originally purchased at Palm Beach Lexus and that it was Lexus certified for 3 years/100K.Flew in to West Palm Beach Airport and Tony picked me up. After paperwork and a good look I was heading north in 2 hours.Drove it back up to NJ in two days and it was a wonderful drive, much smoother than my 2003 RX 350. Thought I had a noise Underneath from 1200 miles at an average speed of 70 MPH ? I took it to Ray Catena Lexus in Monmouth NJ and theyimmediately gave my wife a loaner 2013 RX 350 for the day. Issue was a loose muffler fitting.We are very happy with this entire transaction and follow up at a dealership 1200 miles away

The service, friendliness and price were wonderful. We purchased 2 cars, used. One Lexus and one Mazda 6. So far the Lexus has been fine but with the 3 day of being able to return the car, we discovered it had an oil leak. Now not even 2 weeks it has to go back again as the fan motor doesn't shut off. Granted the car wasn't 30,000 dollars but it is for my daughter and was hoping for a little security knowing the car was decent. Hoping nothing else goes wrong. The people have been wonderful as far as taking the car in and I truly appreciate it. Eric was absolutely AWESOME!

Salesman Claude Ledan allowed me to purchase my CT200H over the phone at the price I was looking to buy. My wife and I arrived to purchase the car in a rainstorm with a someone arriving at our car with an umbrella... Our salesman Claude Ledan! I leased an RX 350 for wife for Valentine's day. Our sales rep TJ made the process so smooth and really helped us get a great deal that I leased a GS 350 for myself. The level of service provided was second to none. The facility is nice as well with the fish tank and massage chairs in the waiting area. I found everyone at the dealership to be very friendly and helpful. My sale rep, Hamsa Masri, was very helpful and knowledgeable about the SUV I purchased. There was no high pressure sales tactics from the manager Cliff Beverly. He came in introduced himself and said that if there was anything he could help with please let him know. I was treated royally and would recommend Hamsa Masri to anyone who was looking for a new car. She goes out of her way to help. We had visited the dealership twice before we went in to purchase the car. The previous visits were typical of an initial visit at any dealer, they feel you out to determine how serious you are and provide the minimal help required. We were never treated as though our business would be appreciated. This should have been our clue to get out and find another Lexus dealer. We scheduled an appointment to go in and select and purchase a car in order for us to minimize our wait time at the dealer should our rep be busy. When we got there, we were sent to wait in our rep's cubicle while he finished up with other customers. When he came back (20 minutes later) we asked for their inventory of the color of car we wanted and one other color choice and navigation. We were told that it wasn't possible to narrow down the inventory without driving around the lot and looking around for the ones we would like to consider. We asked for access to the rep's computer to sort through the inventory while he went back to work with his other customers again and narrowed down the list of 77 to 5 cars. We then pulled the stock numbers for those 5 cars and asked our rep to pull the keys for those so that we could look and see if they had the options we wanted. He did and then drove us around their 22 acre lot having us push the remotes for the 5 cars to try and find the 5 we selected. We didn't find any of the 5 cars. We went back and he pulled 5 more keys for cars we had found by walking from car to car and looking if they had the navigation system we wanted and writing down those numbers. He pulled those keys and we started over. By the time we found the cars and picked the 2 of the 5 we were considering, it had been 2 hours. We had done all of the work, we were hot and unhappy. When we complained about the "lack of a system" for new car inventory, we were told by the rep "you should be me, I have to do this every day". Not a response that was going to pacify us at this point. Our sales negotiation took another hour, we waited for finance for 2 more hours. Once we started with the financing, it took another hour to get seated in the car. We had to sign a form saying that our rep was going to cover us on basic operation of the vehicle and amenities, most of which were not explained. The rep said he wasn't back in for another 2 days and we could come back and he would answer our questions. By then the dealership had been closed for an hour and he was ready to leave. We have bought luxury cars in the past, although not a Lexus, and have always felt appreciated, that our business was valued and that we would be treated well. This was NOT the case at Lexus of Palm Beach. I would not go back to this dealer nor would we recommend it to anyone in the market for a Lexus. We were so disgusted by the experience that we requested to return the car so that we could go and buy it again at JM Lexus, but were told that, even though we called within 24 hours of buying the car and it was AutoNation's policy that cars could be returned within 72 hours, the policy was only valid if the car was under $40,000, which ours was not.

My husband and I were looking for a Certified Pre Owned Lexus and Lexus of Palm Beach offered the best price for the specific car that we were looking for. We drove to their dealership which is located about 3 hours from our home. We were able to make our purchase and were on our way in about 4 hours from the time we arrived at the dealership. We were very please with our vehicle until 2 days later when the car would not start. This left us in quite a predicament since we were already running late. We were quite surprised that our "certified pre owned lexus" had already left us stranded after only 2 days. The salesperson assured us when we were at the dealership that these cars are thoroughly inspected. I personally have a hard time believing that myself. After the frustration of dealing with Roadside Assistance, we decided to go down to the local auto parts store and purchase a new battery since the battery in the car was already the second battery and it already had a bad cell. A Lexus 84 month battery that only get 24 months of usage. I understand that things happen, what I do not understand is that after writing an extensive e-mail detailing all of the facts to Mr. Bob Baldwin, Director of Customer Care, I did not even receive a response.BUYER BEWARE, they will be happy to see you a car but if anything happens, you are on your own. If you are okay with this type of service then by all means, use this dealership, otherwise look elsewhere.

Wow!Scott Feller was phenomenal! I had a bad experience at JM Lexus the previous day and Scott totally restored my faith in the Lexus customer experience. He treated me with the utmost courtesy and respect. He spent as much time as I needed - never felt rushed or pushed. He really listened to my needs and ajusted his approach accordingly, something sorely missing in today's world. His attention to detail also impressed me. My car battery had died, they very quickly informed me that road side service would be at my home in 1 hour. 30 minuter later the service man, Lew Fleischer, called to say there was a tie up on the highway and he might be a few minuter later. 20 minut6er later the dealer called to see if he had arrived and I told them he had called. They said they would check back.The service man was about 10 minutes late and promptly changed the batery, made sure everything was working, spoke with me and left. A few minutes after he left they called to check and I informed them he had been there, fixed the problem and was on his way.I was able to get in my car and leave within 1 1/2 hours after I called.I am very pleased with the service.

My car required road service today. Lew Fleischer came to my rescue. He was prompt, efficient, and results oriented. He had my car fixed in no time. The best part about Lew was that he educated me on certain aspects about my car that had not been explained to me before.(Please note that this car was NOT purchased at this dealership originally. The original dealership did not explain much of anything.) Additionally, Lew pointed out certain areas on my car that were in need of attention and even offered to assist me in making the appointment. If I ever own a dealership.... It is not very often that I am inclined to write a review. But...I just bought a new Lexus CT 200h Premium from Palm Beach Lexus this past Thursday evening and wanted to share my experience with other potential Lexus buyers. I first contacted Anne Lopitan via email on April 9, 2011. I wasn't able to do a deal at that time and surprisingly, Anne kept in casual contact with me over the past 6 months. She is the anti car salesperson. Never pushy and always friendly and kind. I've purchased 8 cars in my life and have never completed a purchase and felt very good about it. Well...Anne changed that. This lady could be selling used Pintos on the side of the road and I would still buy from her. It took two visits with her to close the deal thanks to her Sales Mgr. It was late in the evening and he apparently wanted to leave a deal on the table and go home and watch Dancing with the Stars. He was professional but I didn't appreciate him blowing me off after I worked all day and brought both of my cars in to trade and do a deal. Anne called me the next morning and promised that if I came back that evening, I would leave with a new Lexus and a smile on my face. She was right. She is the only reason I didn't go to JM or another Lexus dealer. Ask for this lady and you will be very, very happy. Thank you Anne! I love my CT 200h Prem!!!!!!

LIES LIES AND MORE LIES....I brought my car to Lexus for an A/C service that was explained as very complicated and involved removal of most of the drivers side dash. When I got the car back several of the dash parts were not reinstalled properly and the tach and fuel gauge were not working. Lexus didn't mention this and as I drove home I called Lexus and they said bring the car back when you can and we will fix the problem right away. I brought the car back a week later and after the shop forman and service advisor promised they would fix the problem right away I left in a loaner. Then the lies started...I was called by the service advisor and told that they couldn't have damaged the gauges as they were self contained and it was going to cost me money to have the gauges fixed. It was explained that the unit was self contained and would have to be ordered and calibrated to match mileage...a process that would take at least five days. After two days I was called and told the car was ready. I proceeded to the dealership and asked my service advisor how this could have happened and he became very sarcastic and said well I should have waited a couple days to call you then you would have had nothing to bitcyh about. I attempted to speak with the service manager but he wouldn't discuss the matter with me as he was hiding and unavailable. I then proceeded to pay for the repair and waited 30 minutes for my car....problem is they lost my key. I used a spare key and drove off only to find out my windows were not working. Its now been almost a week and the dealership still hasn't replaced the key and told me to reprogram the windows and that should fix the problem. This dealership is pathetic..the service advisor danny, the shop forman pat and the service manager are all liars...Ihave sworn off lexus and now refer to that brand as LOSER.

The battery in my 2009 Lexus RX350 died for the third time so I called roadside assistance and Lew from Palm Beach Lexus came to help me. He replaced the battery that was installed in October 2010 (although the battery had a date of October 2009) and unfortunately he could not explain why my batteries keep dying. The service was good, he finished quickly so I could get to work and he was very friendly.

Fantastic Roadside Assistance. Our car was loaded with our clothing and luggage and were were ready to depart for a long weekend trip. At 9:15 AM, we got into our car and it did not start - just a click, click, click sound. I called Lexus of Palm Beach service and they connected me directly to Lew Fleischer, their Road Service Technician. Lew was servicing another customer about 25 miles away. I told him of our problem and he said that he would be at our home in 1-1/4 to 1-1/2 hours and that he had the correct replacement battery with him.He arrived in exactly 1-1/4 hours, installed the replacement battery and tested the operation of our vehicle as well as all the electronics that might have been disrupted during the time the battery was disconnected. He was extremely friendly and explained what he was doing to correct our problem. We thanked him and Lew left our home at 10:45.We were on our way by 10:50 and arrived at our destination about 1 hour later than planned. Our weekend trip was a success thanks to the terrific service from Lew as well as Lexus of Palm Beach.

My car went dead in the garage. My wife suggested that I call AAA. I remembered that Lexus has a similar service. I called and within 25 minutes Lew Fleischer was there replacing my dead battery with a brand new one. Under warranty and no charge. Lew was courteous, knowledgeable and quick. Changed my battery pointed out some helpful tips on how not to drain my battery. Explained why it happened and that it was all fixed. Total time at my home 27 mins. Lew is my new love!!! I have been driving only Lexus vehicles during the past 20 years, and have established very good working relationships with 2 dealerships, Lexus of Palm Beach and Lexus of Norwood, largely due to the integrity of the two employees with whom I have had the pleasure of working. Bill Powers of Lexus of Palm Beach is one of them. I have been traveling yearly between Florida and Massachusetts for the past 7 years). My previous Lexus RX 330 was purchased from Lexus of Palm Beach, and the four of the five before that from Lexus of Norwood. Twenty years of goodwill built up with these two Lexus dealerships was shattered with the purchase of my current Lexus RX 450h from JM Lexus. Were it not for the straightforwardness and honest service provided by Bill Powers (as well as Mark Forcucci of Lexus of Norwood), my next vehicle would definitely be of another make. But I am still mulling it over, so don't rule out this possibility yet.

Anne was completely honest. There was no pressure from her to buy, she really knew all of the Lexus models and she especially knows hybrids; she drives a Lexus hybrid and couldn't say enough good things about her overall fuel savings. After a test drive in my new CT200h, I bought her! Anne knew there were no special break in requirements for the engine, she demonstrated all of the computer menus and uploaded my phone's contacts before I drove off of the lot. Anne made me feel comfortable during the process and I love that I can call her anytime for questions and she will help me and not just ignore my calls and emails. I even recommended my parents go by and see her, as they're in the market for a new car. I also went into the dealership to have door guards installed and while waiting for Anne to bring my car around I saw how courteous and professional all of the service personnel are (from porters to managers). Bill and Anne are clearly assets to the Lexus of Palm Beach dealership and I look forward to continuing a relationship with them through servicing my vehicle there and sending friends and family to them for new purchases.

I brought my vehicle in for the first service and was greater in their drive by the valets. They asked for my name and then brought my advisor right out to me at the car. We went over a few questions I had about my car, and then went into his office for the paperwork. Very quick and professional. The advisor told me about some of the features they had available in the dealer and I took advantage of the computers they have for you to use. I was able to actually work and make phone calls while my car was being serviced, great feature, no time lost from working. When my car was dne the same advisor reviewed my invoice which was nice and walked me to my car. I've never had service like this before, I think I will be staying with Lexus for a long time.

Mr. Baldwin was extremely helpful when I came to the service center. I had a flat tire and I had no idea how to fix it, and when someone came to help me fix it, the cap for the rim broke. Upon arriving at the service center I was immediately approached by a service man and he showed me to Mr. Baldwin upon my request. Mr. Baldwin attentively listened as I explained the situation to him and he immediately called a Lexus Roadside Assistance vehicle to my car waiting a few blocks away. When I came back my vehicle, the Roadside Assistance car was waiting for me and he plugged the hole in my tire and made it safe for me to drive to the dealership to get my car appropriately fixed. I was told it would take only an hour, which it did and when I received my vehicle it was washed and the spare tire was put on. Mr. Baldwin also told me that the service men checked the fluids and functionality of my car. Overall I had a wonderful experience for being in such a stressful situation.

I've been to many Lexus dealerships for service. Lexus of Palm Beach has by far the best service representatives I've ever met. Bill had Javier come out to my home to replace my battery for me today. Both went above and beyond. I will always stay with this dealership for all of my auto needs and hopefully always get these two employees.

Just entering the PB Lexus dealer the receptionist was friendly--I was told by JM Lexus of Margate, that there would be a one or two month wait for a red ES350 2011 Lexus-- When I met my charming sales person, Anne Lopatin, she amazed me by saying that she would try to find it--Their price was originally sent to me on line, and it was a lot better than JM's original price-- Within 6 hours after my visit to PB Lexus, Anne called me to tell me she had found the car for me--I have gone for coaching on my Nav system and each time, Anne has been very generous with her time and very patient-- My experience at PB Lexus was wonderful-- Everyone I had dealings with was polite and caring--What a contrast between PB Lexus and JM Lexus-- I am ever so greatful that things turned out this way in the end

I recently purchased my second new IS250 in 2 years from Lexus of Palm Beach. My first purchase was seamless and they really went the extra mile to make sure I was completely happy and comfortable, which I had never experienced before when buying a car before. I'm so used to being pressured and pushed around, or just the opposite, ignored....sometimes I still attribute it to me being a woman, but who knows. What I do know is that this dealership couldn't be more different than that and my sales associate Suzanne was so sweet and knowledgable. When I returned for my most recent purchase it was just as easy and I felt just as cared for as my first time around...I love the consistent treatment! I dealt with familiar faces, which is always nice. I was worried I wouldn't be able to trade in my lease early and get in a 2011 (I drive so many miles), but somehow between the nice guy who looked at my trade (Donny), and Cliff Beverly, the manager who helped me, they were confident they could help me and get the numbers to work, and they did! I love my new car! I have also serviced my vehicle for basic maintenance and stop in for car washes now and then (I love that perk, and they always do a fabulous job!), and everyone I've encountered in the service department have been very kind and done great work, so I don't agree with the negative reviews below. Had I read all the reviews before my first purchase here, I may have been swayed and not given this dealersip a chance, which would have been a bad decision on my part. I'm happy I didn't and was able to experience for myself how helpful, friendly, and caring the staff are....I am a customer for life! I would highly recommend this dealership for sales and service.

I was very reluctant to get the needed work, a design recall, done at this location after reading all the negativity in many of the reviews of this dealership. I was pleasantly surprised to be met with friendliness, cordiality and care. Mr. Athar was professional, quick, pleasant, thorough and kept on top of the repair being done.The red flag(s) went up when I learned they were going to do a full inspection of the vehicle. I thought I was going to be subjected to a high-pressure hustle for extra work at high dealership prices. That did not happen!The client waiting room is luxurious, kept immaculately clean with ample (leather chairs) seating and TVs for viewing. There are complimentary snacks (bagels, cream cheese, danish) available as well as endless coffee and bottled water - nothing less than what one would expect from Lexus.The needed repair/upgrade was accomplsihed at a bit longer than the quoted time but I didn't mind given the amenities of the facility I was waiting in.I looked in at the service area, it was well lit and well ventilated; it may be the cleanest repair facility I have ever seen! The repair technicians, they were not the usual dirt under the fingernails "greese monkeys" I have come to expect, they appeared to be professionals - I was very pleased.Another nice feature was that when all work was completed the car was vacuumed and washed - a really nice touch.I have no hesitancy in recommending this dealership.

I went back yesterday with my wife to buy our FOURTH Lexus vehicle, third RX 350 for my wife, and we have always been very please with the friendliness and welcoming attitude of everyone, to the great advise provided by Ms. Lopatil, to the GREAT SERVICE second to none we receive from Mr. Powers when we come for service, which is at the same time very affordable. They've treated us with respect and with attention to our needs, while allowing us to get relaxed for few minutes in the waiting area while they service our vehicles either watching the news, sports or just getting a massage in the back chairs.

Suzanne is great to deal with. I bought a used LS460 online. She promptly answered all emails, both before and after the sale, and returned all calls. Everything she said was honest, professional, and true. She has intregity and you can trust what she says. The price was competitive, about $1500 above the auction resellers like Texas Direct, but you get the 100000 mile or 3 year certified warranty which makes the extra cost worth it. The only concerns I have, which have nothing to do with Suzanne, relate to a loose driver side exterior mirror, the permanent car tag which has not arrived after 8 weeks, and a $495 appearance package that was represented to repair or repaint future environmental paint damage. I purchased the appearance package because I had environmental paint damage on a previous Lexus which can only be repaired by repainting. After reading the contract I find that repainting is true for new cars but they are not obligated to repaint environmental paint damage on cars purchased used. I would not have purchased the appearance package had I known that future environmental paint damage to the LS460 that required repainting would not be covered by repainting.

I no longer take my 2007 RX 350 to Lexus of Palm Beach for service. They insist you have a specific service advisor to check you in and facilitate your service. If the advisor you are scheduled with is busy, you just have to cool your heels, no one else can check you in. I waited 45 minutes in the lounge just to be checked in. After 30 minutes I inquired why the long wait, and they said my advisor was doing a test drive or some excuse. Then after the "check in" they begin your service. I don't care if I have a dedicated advisor just for me, just give me the next advisor available. People just want to get in and out on their way.I also find their prices to be outrageous for service. My family in Dallas who go to Sewell Lexus pay far less for the same services. I now get my car serviced at Toyota for a fraction of the price.

Long story short.. I bought a 60,000 ISc 350.. took it to get windows tinted and they scratched the window.. had to remove the window and they dented the door.. after that they ruined the floor plate.. and then I have 3 scratches on it that look ike long straight precise lines.. on roof.. I cant take ti back cuz lord knows what will happed to it.. needless to say theSales Mgr Cliff. said it was "my fault. cuz i took it there.. the cant own up to it.. they refuse to do anything but fix what they ruin then ruin somehting else.. i would be VERY weary of taking any car there.. and i bought it there 2 weeks before.. less than 500 miles. great.. 3 scratches. a dent in the door the door taken apart, the tint removed and redone. and ITS MY FAULT???? all this happened while it was in the service there.. all in the first 2 weeks of ownership...Once they sell you the car they could care less about it. or YOU.I feel jipped.. ive cried. and ilost sleep.. ive yet to enjy this car due to dealers shenanigans... NEVER have I been treated so badly by a dealer..

Yesterday myy father purchased a CPO Lexus ES 350 yesterday from your dealership. He drove 230 miles from Tampa to purchase this car. Car was previously inspected by a friend on Tuesday who is knowledgeable about cars. He brought a vibration problem and paint issues to the sales persons attention. We were told it was corrected. When he arrived to pick up car- paint problem on cover still evident- large ding in right rear door and needed detail. Sales rep said it was a used car- could not fix bumper cover as damage was in the paint and no one there on Saturday to fix the ding. He was nice enough to get the interior detailed. After driving 230 miles to get this car, he agreed to accept the cosmetic issues. On the way home last night- vibration in the rear returned. Fed up at this point.. Decided to excercise 3 day right to return.. only to be told by Sales Manager Rod Reese that mileage was over by 110 miles, so the Dealership will not take the car back. My father even offered to have the car trailered back to Dealership at his expense to avoid additional miles. We understand that by the letter of the law, the the dealership is in the right- but does not sound like the right thing to do. We had heard of Lexus reputation of Exceptional Service.. Not seeing it so far..

Customer service when I wanted to buy a used car from them was absolutely horrendous. Promised call backs never came amongst other things. If it was this bad trying to buy a car from them I can't even fathom if I had actually bought one and then had a problem with it. I would not consider buying from this dealer regardless of the price.

These guys are as cocky as it gets; so full of themselves. They were rude, disrespectful and arrogant. Do NOT go to them. Even the sales manager didn't act on some of the outrageous comments that were made to my wife and I. I would bring my story to a local paper, but I'm not going to waste my time on these jokers. Another customer LOST!

I purchased a "certified" Lexus at Lexus of Palm Beach 12/08. Within the year I have had numerous problems that should have been taken care of during the inspection or certification. The radio got hot after 10 minutes of driving, the AC unit had to be replaced, wires were left exposed that set the indicator lights off whenever it felt like it and the new tires were subpar. I purchased a "certified" Lexus. The tires should be on a 1974 Deawoo. Another Lexus dealership that serviced my car, explained what they do for certified cars.and they did the minimum. Lexus of Palm Beach did below the minimum. I think they went to the ford dealership and borrowed there parts and tires and installed it on my car. No Joke! 12/09

This is my best experience buying a car ever.I went in to buy a Used Lexus and was treated as if I was buying one of their Top Dollar New models.The salesman, Edwin Caban, took the time to answer any questions and gave me NO Pressure to purchase any vehicle.I drove the LS and the GS models and after serious thought, I bought a like new GS300 for a total price inside of my budget without any need for negotiation.I did all my research before hand and had my finances in order before I went car shopping.After checking 5 other dealerships and 2 private sellers, I was fed up with the BS and was so relieved when I reached Lexus of Palm Beach...Normally I will remove any advertising off my vehicle but I proudly wear the Lexus of Palm Beach License Plate Frame...
