We worked with Mark Hernandez to get our new Lexus. Mark went above and beyond to get what we wanted, and was super honest and easy to communicate with. When we were waiting for delivery, he noticed that an accessory had not been installed and told us about it. We wouldn't have noticed had he not told us about it. This is definitely the best car buying experience we've ever had. The finance and delivery processes were also very smooth and efficient. Kudos to Lexus of Seattle!

We have owned Lexus cars since 2003 and have always had them serviced at Seattle Lexus. The service we receive has always been outstanding. Kevin Murphy has done an excellent job of working with his service consultants to assure they are professional and make guest feel welcome. Our service consultant, Tim Rebaldo is awesome and has never disappointed us. He keeps us informed throughout the service appointment as to progress and status. They fixed the hose that was recalled on my 08 RX 350 and they let me know what other things that need repair. They have a nice waiting area there and their loaner vehicle was nice. They're really far from where I live though. A Lexus dealership is needed in the North sound area.

Although we didn't have an appointment Roger took the time to get us started before he took his scheduled appointment. We were looking at both a certified return and a new vehicle. I started the day by taking my old car in for routine service. Out of curiosity, I asked what the trade-in value would be in order to get something newer, and I was put in contact with Roger to look at available car options. Roger was very professional and personable, and that made him a delight to work with. There was absolutely no pressure to get me to buy something out of my price range, let alone buy anything at all; you could tell that he truly wanted me to find the car that would work best for my family and lifestyle. This was my very first time buying a car with no experience at all. Roger was able to make everything simple and easy to understand. I felt right at home at Lexus. My entire experience at Lexus was great. Spend a few hours there during a Seahawks game and was able to comfortably watch the game while waiting. Everything was great until the end of the transaction where I sit down with finance to sign paper works. I just had a bad experience there. The gal I talked to made me feel ignorant and as well as belittle my parents. I just didn't feel good at the way she talked to me, her tone and choice of words. Other than that it was a wonderful experience that made me feel like part of the family

This is my third purchase from Lexus of Seattle and although I have always received excellent service, I think Roger Borrego tops them all. Roger was extremely accommodating to my busy schedule and made sure I got the best deal on my new car and on my trade-in. Lexus of Seattle!!I had been looking for a certified used GMC Terrain Denali. Going to CarFax.com I found a few Terrains but none that were a Denali except at Lexus of Seattle on 99 in Lynnwood. The online price was reasonable so I sent off a message expressing my interest. I really was skeptical and figured it would be a "bait and switch" tactic so I asked Pauline Ushigusa, Online Sales Executive, for some real time pictures so I didn't waste my time and gas. To my surprise she sent them. I set up an appointment for Labor Day morning. I arrived at 10:30 AM or so and noticed the vehicle sitting there waiting at the showroom entry...a nice touch. Pauline was there to meet me almost immediately. She is very friendly, kind and informative. No intimidation or pressure whatsoever. She pointed out a great waiting area as well as snacks, water, soda, and even a latte. From meeting her to the test drive to the negotiation process, challenging credit issues notwithstanding, the whole sales team, including: Pauline, Sales Manager Gabe Gallegos, and Finance Manager Jennifer Duffy went to bat and got the deal wrapped up in just a couple hours and I drove home in the exact car I wanted at a mutually fair price. I felt like I was their sole focus and that they had my back. I would highly recommend that sales team and Lexus of Seattle to anyone. Thank you!

When we decided to get a new car, we decided that we wouldn't do it unless we found exactly what we wanted. As soon as we drove onto the lot we were given the chance to walk around and look BEFORE behind hounded by an anxious salesman. It was so nice to not have aggressive people after you the minute your foot hits the pavement. The dealership is clean, everyone is friendly and you can tell that they have a real sense of pride in their brand and company. A free iced mocha and chocolate chip cookie sweetened the experience too!

I dare you to go to Bellevue and compare their price and service to Lexus of Seattle. The truth is that Lexus of Bellevue and Tacoma tend to load their vehicles with accessories and parts that you cannot physically remove, in which case they will convince you that you do indeed need the accessories (roof rack, clear bra, anti theft implant). This results in a higher price above the cost of the vehicle/vehicle options. This is not the case at Lexus of Seattle. A lot of the cars are stripped of those "optional" accessories and only added if you want them to be; in which point you can bargain certain creature comforts into the vehicle if possible. In short, the same vehicles in Bellevue are cheaper in Seattle.Lexus of Seattle makes the buying process easy and comfortable with generally laid back salesmen. I recommend asking for Travis to help you with your shopping experience. He sold my family 3 vehicles. We like him because he is real low pressure, young and really knows his stuff! You can also tell him that I sent you.

My wife and I went into Lexus of Seattle on a whim after leaving another Lexus dealer nearby, and a long day of car shopping prior to that. Due to how close the other dealer was to our house, we had never considered Lexus of Seattle, but since we were in the area, decided to stop in. Immediately Travis (in the pouring rain) came out and introduced himself to us, brought us inside, and offered us refreshments before asking us our budget, what we were in for, etc. A true breath of fresh air, considering some of the other dealers we had been to that day (not Lexus dealers).Once we were seated Travis very clearly walked us through the purchase procedure and our options as far as buying vs leasing, new vs used, etc. Every question we had, he had an answer for. Any concerns, he did his best to either expound further, or discuss other options. If he didn't know, he asked someone. He never said, "I think" or gave us a generic, vague, or just BS answer. Never did I feel he was trying to mislead us, or downplay our concerns.All in all our experience with Travis was incredibly positive. I would (and will) highly recommend him to any of my friends/family that are looking for a new (or used) car.

I reluctantly went to look at purchasing a new car, as I had previously had a bad experience with a very aggressive and high pressured salesman at a Volvo dealership. I was met by Roger who had a completely different approach. He was friendly, personable, informative and knowledgeable, without any pressure whatsoever. Dan Edland was who we dealt with and from him to the finance manager, the professionalism from everyone was so great. After paying top price for things like protection for door handles or for trunk sill protection, application of both areas looks wretched, with lots of adhesive bleeding from the area and outlining the protective area in black grunge. Kuni, perhaps you need to have someone who knows what they are doing apply these treatments?? When that friendly finance person pressures you --- just say no. Not worth it. My sense is that the dealership values profit over all else. Can not reccomend.

A rare occurrence with my Lexus ES 350 caused me to put Lexus of Seattle and their Service staff to the test. They went far above an beyond and provided a level of service un-paralleled. My initial reason for coming in was being towed in with an un-operational engine. They assured me they would do all they could. Kevin Murphy was the lead service individual on my experience and he kept me informed the entire way. Having an unresponsive engine ended up being a warranty issue with a third party provider and Kevin and the rest of the Lexus staff went the extra mile to fight for what they believed was just and to provide a overall great customer experience. In the end I walked out of this experience a very happy individual. A+ service folks.

My first experience with Lexus of Seattle was in 1996, when I bought my first brand new Lexus sedan. Then I came back in 1999 and purchased a new Lexus SUV. On July 10th, 2015, I decided to trade in my Lexus SUV for another new one because my old SUV has 217 thousand miles on it. It was sad to say good bye to my "old friend" but it was time to upgrade. I felt no pressure to buy a new car there. My salesman, Patrick explained all of those new gadgets (computer stuffs) came with my car clearly and thoroughly. He was very knowledgeable about his products. He was very attentive to our needs and so were the others at Lexus of Seattle. I have no hesitation to recommend this car dealership to anyone.

I had my 2007 IS serviced at this dealership this week, and the team there was really wonderful and pleasant to me. Kevin assisted me in the process as I had received a recall notice for my vehicle and set up my appt. They offered me a loaner car for a few hours (which was unexpected since I didn't purchase my car here years ago). Not only did they complete the recall work quickly, but they also washed and vacuumed my car and made it look brand new. I also received an unexpected check points list of service issues that they went over with me. I highly recommend this team. Thanks again for the work on my vehicle.

It has yet to be that I have taken my car with 70,000+ miles into the dealership for anything more than it's 3,000 mile check up and any applicable tweaks needed due to a 25,000, 50,000 or something similar, checkup. There was one recall that had to be done. Like everything else, it was done and completed on time. The only time that was not the case, it was due to a part that had to be shipped in from another part of the country. They gave me a loaner car which I was able to return the next day.From the person who answers the phone, to the person who greets me, and many times brings me a cup of coffee, to the nice young woman who prepares the lovely coffees and cookies to the service manager himself and everyone else in the service area, I could not ask for a nice group of people to trust my car to. I have never had to bring it back because something wasn't properly fixed the first time.

They then offered him a gift card to remedy the situation but said that we had to take down this review to receive it. Not only is that completely despicable that is just bad business practice and proof that this place is filled with poor leadership and poor ethical judgement all around. I have adjusted the review from 2 stars down to 1 star because of this ridiculously unethical practice. A friend and I went to look at a used car that they had advertised and decided to purchase the vehicle. The sales guy that we dealt with was very pushy in his sales tactics and when I asked to find a hill to test the car out on he said he didn't know where any hills were around there. (Seriously, you don't know where hills or how the roads are around your own dealership?) We decided to purchase the car after some more testing and the sales process felt extremely rushed. However after being rushed through the process we were left sitting there for over an hour waiting to get into finance without being told what was going on. Steven Chung our sales guy said he would be right back and then left us with no explanation and we saw him working with other customers. After going through finance the girl in the finance department put all the paperwork on a flash drive and then forgot to give it to us. The only helpful person there was a sales associate named Emir that apologized for the delay and was actually able to get us some help. The lack of service we received was inexcusable for a dealership of this caliber.

Arrived on site to look at the IS 250. Dan came out and asked if I had some questions. I asked him if they have any IS 250 with just the F-sport package, he told me no. I then asked him why would the lexus website allow me to build one if they don't make it. He said he didn't know and told me to research and come back, he gave me his card and left. He never let me look at the interior or sit inside the car. He spent about a minute with me and left. He probably didn't think I was a serious buyer. Worst customer service i've had at a dealership. I went to them instead of bellevue because of the high ratings online, but I guess all those ratings were BS. Wouldn't recommend.

Arrived on site and looked at began looking at he IS 250. Alex Lake came out a couple of minutes to let us know somebody will be out with us. About 15 minutes later Dan Edland came out and asked if we've any questions. I asked about they made the is 250 with just the f-sport package and no other packages on it. He said they didn't, they come with navigation. I asked him why the lexus website let me build a car with just the f-sport package. He told me he doesn't know and to research more about it and call him back when im done. He gave me his card and left. He didn't even let me look at the interior of the car or sit in it. Worst experience i've had at a dealership. It seemed like he didn't think I was a serious buyer so he didn't bother trying. I wouldn't recommend this dealership.

Having a recent involvement in an accident that damaged 2 wheels and front end mechanisms on my 2013 ES350, I contacted Kevin Murphy who, as usual, was extremely helpful in arranging repairs, insurance details and in providing a loaner while my vehicle was in the shop. He was leaving on vacation but referred the case to Adam Hendry who did an outstanding job in following through on the repair process. When I picked up my vehicle everything had been completed as promised, the vehicle was in "new" condition and drives beautifully. My vehicle had been damaged when someone tried to break in. I was referred to the dealer and had a great experience. I was treated with courtesy at all times and the dealer's personnel showed respect for my time and needs. The loaner was an excellent vehicle and there was no hassle in obtaining it or returning. As for my car, the dealer noted a few other items that were needed and we had those done as well. When I picked up my car, I left with a cleaner car than the one I had brought in and one that I was confident has been well cared for.

Not only did he know exactly what we wanted from our phone call, but had the car parked in front for us to drive. He showed us all of the features and explained how each worked. I don't normally like dealerships and never take my car into them but from the time I bought my car at this one, I have been taking my car in for regular service appointments. The reservation system is good, the waiting area is great, the service managers keep appointments running on time (even on a busy Saturday) and are courteous. I was in for an oil change and regular maintenance but my car had a recall on it which I found out when I got there so the appointment took longer than expected but they kept me in the loop and even gave me a rewards card for the inconvenience. Going to the dealership for maintenance may be more expensive (they usually send me coupons though) than other places but the experience is great so I will continue to patronize this business.

Always friendly and supportive, they are comprehensive and very detailed. They always pursue all concerns that they find in their detailed comprehensive inspection - PLUS - THEY LOOK FOR WAYS TO COVER THE COSTS UNDER WARRANTY (saved me $1,300 that way - and I'll never have to worry about the strut leak again!). They wash and clean the car before returning it to you. They always provide complete service. They treat your car as it was your "baby". I needed some body work done and they were able to arrange it immediately - at a cost lower than my insurance deductible and estimate.Adam Hendry is an outstanding service coordinator. He's my new BFF! Sara Bakken is also a pleasure to work with!The brand new loaner car fleet (RX 350) is free and easy to use - no hassle at all!When I drive my car home after its service, I fall in love with my car all over again! At 75,000 miles on 2009 RX-250, I feel like I have a new car! They are fantastic!BTW - the personally prepared hot chocolate is fantastic and the fresh baked goods make it important to go to the lobby.

We were introduced to the service manager Kevin Murphy as well and he assured us that we would be taken care of effectively and efficiently.Price was a major concern to my wife and I and these folks negotiated a very fair deal with us. We had previously been to their competitor in Bellevue, Washington and the atmosphere in Lynnwood was much more comfortable to us. Bellevue is very opulent and it makes you wonder how much profit is in each car deal.I highly recommend these folks if you are in the market for a new Lexus. As a side note I have been driving my new ES350 for 2 days now and have never enjoyed driving as much as I am now and I come from owning 4 Acura's in my past.

I recently purchased a used 2008 Lexus Rx 350 at another (non-Lexus) dealership. There was still a recall out on it so I brought it in to Lexus of Seattle to have the recall worked. Also, one of my headlights had the condensation issue, which apparently was common on this model. The Lexus company has extended the warranty on the headlights, so it turns out mine were covered. Lexus of Seattle happily worked both of these items for me. Since the work would take > 2 hrs, the dealership offered me a loaner car. All of their loaner cars are nearly new, but the one we got was an IS 250 and was absolutely brand new (only 6 miles on the odometer)! Wow! When we got our car back, all the work was completed very satisfactorily. In addition, they performed a complete inspection of my car, which brings peace of mind and also gives an idea of what items may need addressing in the future. I highly recommend Lexus of Seattle service dept.

A few months ago I was looking for a used car for my daughter and happened to find a few we were interested in on the Lexus of Seattle website. My daughter and I went to their location in Lynnwood and were walking through the used car section and we met a young sales person named Tamir Lehrer. He showed us the cars we were interested in and let us take a couple of them for test drives. We ended up buying one of the cars that afternoon - a '07 Honda Civic. I've purchased several cars since I started driving over 35 years ago and I can easily say this was the most pleasant car buying experience I've ever had. I never felt pressured by Tamir or his sales manager or the finance person. The whole dealership was very hospitality minded: comfortable seating, fresh-baked cookies, an on-site barista to make us the coffee drinks of our choice, etc.

I needed a 15,000 mile standard service on my 350ES. I saw on online coupon for 20% off but on line I couldn't get an estimate so I called the service dept. They gave me the price estimate and booked the appointment for me giving me the 20% without having to go back and make the appointment online. The service took 1 hr which was less than the 1 1/2 hr. estimate. The waiting room is great with wifi and lattes. The service crew is very professional. They meet you at your car as you drive in and fully take care of you while you wait. The price quoted was the price I paid with no surprises.

I recently leased a Lexus RX350 from Lexus of Seattle. I did a lot of shopping around for a luxury SUV (and even some non-luxury brands and models) before settling on this vehicle. To be perfectly honest, I didn't expect the RX350 to top my list of potential vehicles; although Lexus was the first to introduce the crossover to market, there are other car makers making seeming-innovations to the concept. In the end, three things sold me: the Lexus brand, the car itself, and the salesperson I worked with at Lexus of Seattle. Although I'm probably younger than their typical buyer, and dress a bit casually, I was taken seriously from the minute I walked in the door. Travis listened carefully to my description of what I was looking for and offered me his honest thoughts on which cars would meet those needs. He indulged me in several different test drives, regaled me with tales of Lexus' legendary quality, and after investing a couple of hours of his time, still let me walk away to think about it all. Absolutely no pressure. We kept in touch over the next two months, and when I was ready to buy, he was able to put together a good deal for me. The only reason for my four star rating on the buying process is that I was still at the dealership for five hours, even though I had not only chosen the exact car before arriving, but had also put a deposit down days before. I didn't need to be sold on the car--I already was! But, in all fairness (1) these cars have a slew of new and customizable technology in them that takes a good length of time to be educated about before you drive off, and (2) every other car-buying experience I've had has been an hours-long process, too, so perhaps that's unavoidable. With other dealerships, I can recall the long gauntlet of high-pressure sales pitches for extra services and warranties that accompanied the financing process; not so with Lexus of Seattle. There were exactly 4 additional packages offered, which took a grand total of 20 minutes to explain and when I declined once, that was the end of it. I appreciated that! My salesperson, Travis, stayed past closing to ensure everything went to my satisfaction, and even transferred all my belongings to the new car while I was in with the Finance Manager.

I own a 2003 RX 300 which I originally purchased new. I have been taking my Lexus to Lexus of Seattle for all repairs since the date of my original purchase. My car currently has 279,000 miles and continues to drive smoothly. My most recent visit (October, 2014) necessitated a bit more in maintenance and repair costs but Lexus of Seattle provided me with a number of cost savings and the repairs were excellent along with the care free provision of a loaner car. My service repair experiences have been so wonderful that I plan on purchasing my next new Lexus at this dealership. I'm hoping to purchase a Lexus NX crossover. But if my current Lexus continues to perform so well, it may still be a few years.

Mark Berentson is a very good representative of the Organization. He is knowledgeable and conscientious. I am not so sure of my 2007 RX350 now. At 101,000 a coil went out so all three coils were replaced. At 102.500,the armature died and left me stranded on a busy thoroughfare. I now I wonder what is next. Since 1984 I have had two cars, 220,000 on one and 160,000 on the other, with NEVER a problem. That is 380,000 with never a thought that the car was not reliable. I started driving in 1954 with many cars including being a traveling salesman covering the Pacific NW for six years. Never a problem. Now I wonder.

I never thought I will be writing a positive review for a car dealership, but here I am after happily driving my 2011 CPO Lexus RX 350 for a couple of weeks. While looking for a nice SUV I went to a lot of different dealerships and was really impressed by Lexus Of Seattle. The salesman I worked with - Tamir Lehrer was super friendly, knowledgeable and the most important to me - he never pressed me too hard into buying the car. That and the fact they had a really nice 2011 CPO Lexus RX 350 with the right price made my mind.The buying process was very quick, smooth and pleasant. Tamir walked me through all the steps while giving me a lot of valuable information and we had a really nice chat while waiting for other team members to do their work. The price negotiation was quick, smooth and without the usual gimmicks but I end up getting a nice price reduction. The financial part (I used a loan from my bank but Lexus of Seattle handled all of the paperwork) was also very quick and professionally done, they offered me various options and some extras but didn't try to up-sell stuff.After the sell was closed, I continued to receive nothing but an excellent service. There were some minor things with the car that had to be addressed (a missing cup holder I found after I left and some minor scratches they promised to fix) and once again Tamir was extremely helpful in taking care of everything while I waited in their nice office.I recommend Lexus of Seattle and especially Tamir Lehrer to everybody looking for a nice car buying experience.

On May 15,I came to the Dealer to take a look at IS 350 to replace my Audi, but Lexus doesn't make a wagon type with a flat bed, but I didn't want a SUB. So, Wayne showed me CT200h Hybrid. All of a sudden, it struck me that saving the environment is a great idea & I was willing to give up a bigger engine or a fast car. Toyota makes the best hybrids ! So, the decision was up to test drive. On 17th Tyrone took me to I-5 and local loads & I liked the performance.I wanted more trade-in on my low mileage Audi but I was happy with the Tyrone's offer.Now I am a proud owner of a Hybrid CT200h !!!

This is the 2nd vehicle I have purchased from this team in the past year. My first one was a 2011 Certified ISF that I purchased last July 2013. The experience was excellent and shocking as why don't other dealerships work like this?!! I had gone to a few other Lexus dealerships and got attitude from them. I felt with other dealerships they acted as if I was wasting their time! Tyrone, is so laid back but very attentive, and he listens to your needs and follows up on what you are looking for in a vehicle. Alex Lake, the manager, he is fantastic too, they make a great team. Sally in Finance, she is a force in helping you get through that pile of paperwork and trys to find you the best financing around, no matter how long it takes.Just the other day I was back, inquiring on a purchase for next year, the 2015 RCF, Alex and Tyrone were both again fantastic even though we were not there to purchase anything...I thought! But there in the parking lot was a 2013 F150 Raptor that someone had turned in as a trade and they gave me the opportunity to test drive it. They allowed me to test drive it- no blinking no asking someone if it was ok if we test drove the vehicle no if's; and's; or but's, just go for a test drive! I drove it but was thinking I needed 4 doors instead of 2, no pressure from Lexus of Seattle, just ok and hugs and goodbyes and the next day I decided to review some others down the road at another dealership in Renton. That was truly a mistake. The show floor was crowded, the salesman, even though he was told on several occasions that the "man" was not buying the truck, it was me, a "GIRL", he still insisted on talking to the "man" and eventually when trying to negotiate a price for a Raptor he brings around another truck, a F250 for the "man" to test drive. Then they wouldn't even talk about a deal, they wanted MSRP or nothing. So they got nothing! The next day I went back to Lexus of Seattle to the dream team of Tyrone Lawrence; Alex Lake; and Sally in finance and bought the 2013 Raptor even though it didnt have 4 doors! These people are truly a dream team and I will keep coming back to them no matter what I am in the market to buy!! Truly Fantastic people!!

The staff people that we worked, both initially and during negotiations, with we open and honest in their communication. Overall, they had a good, professional approach. We had been looking for a westcoast AWD Toyota Sienna for six months before we found one at Lexus of Seattle. We knew how in demand these vehicles can be, and so we had to act quickly. I bought a plane ticket to SeaTac and Kirby picked me up from the airport and took me to the dealership. This was incredibly helpful. The dealership worked hard to make sure the vehicle was ready for sale, even though they had barely taken it in as a used trade in. While I was waiting, Kirby made sure I got lunch since I was there without my own transportation. Getting through the paperwork was an absolute breeze, and they got me on my way as quickly as possible for my five hour drive home. Kirby has followed up on several occasions to make sure we are enjoying the vehicle. It couldn't be more perfect for our family, and we are very pleased with it. We will recommend Lexus of Seattle to anyone.

First call to ask about car was very informative. We then went and test drove; great experience showed all the bells and whistles but without a hard pressure sales. We then would get periodic follow-up calls not too many but enough to know they valued our interest in the car. We were having to make a decision to give up a different company's luxury sedan for our changed needs to an SUV. Five months later we were ready to make the change to a Lexus RX350. Went and drove car again and bought it. The purchase process went smoothly and now have a 1000 pages of manual to read to continue to enjoy our purchase even more!

My wife and I were looking for an SUV with three row seating. A family membor recommended that we drive an ACURA MDX. I found an ACURA MDX advertised from Lexus of Seattle. We already had another car lined up through a family member, but thought it was worth taking this one for a drive to compare (note: I had never driven an MDX before). Kirby came out to greet us and he was great! I had my kids and wife with me and my kids were eager to get home for lunch, so we didn't spend much time with Kirby in the beginning. I came back during the week for a test drive and got to know the car and got to know Kirby. I came back again with my wife and let her take the car for a drive. We went home to think it over. Later in the day I came back to the dealership to talk about pricing and financing. Finally, Lexus of Seattle was able to easily arrange financing, they were friendly to negotiate with and we drove off with a vehicle that we enjoy and continue to enjoy to this day! As you can see by my post, we took our time in buying this car and I appreciate the fact that Kirby didn't put a lot of pressure on us to make a same day decision. He truly respected the dynamics of my schedule and my family decision making process (no pressure). He is truly a classy individual and I would buy a car through him again.

We went in to look at the 2014 IS 250. We had previously ordered a new Mercedes from Lynnwood. They would not negotiate the price of the vehicle. I could not bring myself to pay full price. It was a good thing we did not buy it. The new IS250 AWD Fsport is incredible. It is a much nicer vehicle than the CLA250. We received amazing Serivce from Dan in sales, Jennifer in Finance, Dewey in Delivery,and Sean in Service. This is the best New car experience I have ever received. The car is just icing on the cake.

So, I had been looking around at used Lexuses (is that the plural of Lexus?) for a few weeks when I came across a beautiful Lexus SUV online at Lexus of Seattle (in Lynwood). There were some other used cars at those small, questionable dealerships that were a little bit less expensive, but I was hoping to get the confidence of buying a car backed by a reputable dealer. When I walked in, Tamir was very friendly and greeted me at the door. We looked at only cars in the price range we had discussed, and I did fall in love with the car I came in to see. I had been to a Honda dealership earlier that week and they tried to pressure me into looking at cars that were not what I wanted, or in my discussed price range by just focusing on the payment and how I could save money that way. That always feels very awkward. This was not the case at all at Lexus of Seattle. Even though I was buying a used car that was significantly less expensive than the new cars they had on the lot, I was treated with respect and thoroughly enjoyed the Lexus experience! If you have never had the Lexus experience, you are in for a treat. The cookies were perfectly baked and they had a full professional barista on hand (I had two coffees while waiting for my paperwork). It's definitely a lush facility!The other thing I thought was really cool, while I was waiting for the paperwork, Tamir stayed with me and kept me company. I thought this was such a nice touch, as you might think you would get moved over to a waiting area so that they could take another client (more commission) however this was a very nice personal touch to the car buying experience. My new (used) Lexus is amazing, in beautiful condition and such a treat to drive. I thought I couldn't afford a Lexus but after looking around and researching the longevity of these vehicles, I am very glad I made this decision. As I was working on my paperwork, Darren who is the used car manager did come over and go over everything they had checked on the car and gave me a printed report so I know what the status is on all of the mechanics of the vehicle. This is always a concern when buying a used car, and this was mostly the reason I came to Lexus of Seattle. You can tell that the entire team stands behind each new or used vehicle they sell, which will make me sleep better at night. If you are in the greater Seattle area and looking for a new or used car, this is a great place to go!

I went to this dealership to look at some used hatchbacks. I was skeptical about going to Lexus since I thought that the prices would be inflated, but they were competitive with the other dealerships I had visited. Tamir was great, he was very patient, personable and gave me a full walkthrough of both used cars I looked at (a VW Golf and a Honda Pilot) and answered all my questions. He also showed me the CT200, which was great because I didn't even know that Lexus had a hatchback style. I ended up holding off because I like the driving feel of Mazdas better, but Tamir said he'd keep an eye out for me and let me know if any came in. If they get any, I'll be returning for sure.

I rate Lexus of Seattle as the Cecil B.DeMille of car dealerships because they make such a production of customer satisfaction.My son had recommended them to me because of his positive experience there.You would have thought that my Lexus purchase was for a brand new top of the line vehicle because of the way they catered to me.Far from it:mine was a 13 year old but was in pristine condition. The salesman,Tyrone,was so very accommodating and helpful insteering me through all the hoops one needs to encounter in any car purchase. Then I was helped further with his manager,Darren,who helped to cement my deal. Later ,the financial specialist,Sally, handled all the paperwork that is necessary in any title transfer.She too had a great sense of humor. Now I am awaiting some special detailing on my car and Carol has arranged for that with evena loaner vehicle. i just can't rave enough about this dealership and all of the participants in making my purchase a memorable one.

I have been going to Lexus of Seattle since they opened, across the street, in 1989. I actually took videos of the original site being built. I have had three (3) different cars, all a Lexus, that I have had serviced at Lexus of Seattle. I bought two (2) of those cars new from Lexus of Seattle.I have seen quite a few personnel come and go and some stay on. The experience has always been superb and the atmosphere is always friendly. Chris was put in a tough situation by helping us search for the car we wanted. Not only because we were very specific to what we wanted but because we don't have the best credit. I was looking for a great used car that was reliable and perfect for commuting. I found this car at Lexus of Seattle. Not only did I find the car of my dreams, but the service I experienced was amazing. Tyrone, the sales executive who walked me through this process, came to pick me up. Once he heard I was going to take the bus up there he insisted on coming to pick me up. He drove all the way down from Lynnwood in the pouring rain and rush hour traffic, easily a 45 minute drive. On the drive up he talked to me about how he had owned the car I was going to look at, Nissan Sentra, and loved it. Tyrone and I discussed our time as students at UW, and his experience as a UW football player.Once at the dealership I feel in love with the car and simply had to have it! The test drive was straightforward with no pressure from Tyrone, instead our light conversation continued. This gave me a feel of what it would be like to drive this car with a friend. When we sat down to discuss buying the car Tyrone genuinely listened, which is easier said than done, and was honest with me through the whole process. He connected with me his finance department, who was also great and worked quickly to get me my car. Buying with Tyrone at Lexus of Seattle was hands down one of the best hospitality-service-sales experiences I have ever had. Thank you Tyrone!

Internet buyers take caution. I was an internet buyer living many miles away. I had agreed on a purchase price for a vehicle from this dealer and had started the paperwork, emailing and faxing back and forth. While I was waiting for them to send me the Bill of Sale to sign, they sold the car to someone else. At about 8:00pm CDT my salesperson told me they would send me a Bill of Sale to sign and send back . The next morning about 8:00 am CDT there was no Bill of Sale in my email to sign. I send an email questioning what had happened, salesperson called and said they had sold the vehicle after she left for the evening. A manager called me, and during the conversation admitted that had I physically been in the dealership and at the same stage in the paperwork, they would not have sold the car to someone else. The dealership had stated "That the car is not sold until we have the funds". I was not going to wire money to an account when I had no documentation confirming the purchase price and stating I was buying this vehicle. Rather than taking responsibilty for their mis-handling (to put it mildly) of this transaction, they tried to hide behind, "Well we didn't have the funds". It was as if I was in the dealership waiting for them to bring me the Bill of Sale to sign, and then come to me, and take the other paperwork out of my hands and say, "Sorry, we sold it someone else".

I've purchased my LS-460 brand new at Lexus of Seattle back in December of 2006, when the car has been just launched after the LS-430 was discontinued. The sales process was absolutely high level, low pressure. They let me take my time, and even gave me their thick LS-460 book/catalog of swatches, colors and specs to take home so I could look at it at my own pace. Needless to say, I came back and bought the car. Their service department is top notch, Kevin is THE man there, always professional, always took care of my car in a timely manner. The few recalls the LS-460 had, were taken care of quickly and so far, 8 years later, I have had ZERO problems or issues with the car and with Lexus of Seattle. I only wish all dealers had the work ethics and professionalism like these guys do. I've been searching for a brand new domestic pick up truck for my company and so far the domestic brand dealers have been absolutely ZERO stars in all aspects. So kudos for Lexus of Seattle for their consistency and professionalism throughout the last 8 years. Keep up the good work.

It was 5:30 on a Sunday afternoon and my wife and I pull into Lexus of Seattle in a vehicle from another dealership just down the street. Right out front was a new RX 350. I stayed in the other car while she got in and looked at it. As soon as she was in the car I could tell this was the one. She was approached by Ken Balser one of the salesman at the dealership. We all introduced ourselves and said we needed to return the car we were driving back to the other dealer. So 10 minutes later we return and didn't see the RX out front. Having sold cars for 10 years all I could think is uh oh...........Again Ken was there to greet us. Ken had moved the Rx into the service drive to warm it up and get it out of the weather. This is different I thought. So we go on a demo drive and I chose to sit in the backseat. I could tell she was enjoying driving the RX and Ken was right there answering her questions and showing her the car. After the demo we go inside to look at the numbers. The RX was on sale and we got a fair price for our trade. Easy the way it should be. I purchased a couple of accessories from Jennifer(finance mgr) A few days later I bring the car back into the service drive to have the items installed. I had just opened my door and was greeted by a nice lady who asked me if I wanted a mocha. WOW My service advisor is Kevin and did an awesome job in orhestrating the installation of my accessories and also a couple of my concerns. For us, not only were our expectations met, but exceeded. We are very happy/lucky to be customers of Lexus of Seattle.

I went out to Lexus of Seattle on a Sunday afternoon to look at a Pre-owned 4-door Lexus sedan. I was given Patrick to help me. I looked at three cars and chose the 2009 tungsten silver Lexus IS 250. He asked me if I wanted to drive it and since it was getting late, I said I would come back first thing on Tuesday morning which I did. I spent most of the day first test driving it and then the necessary paper work to purchase it. Patrick and I connected immediately and I enjoyed working with him. Everyone I dealt with was so helpful and professional. I have now owned the car for almost 2 weeks and enjoy driving it very much. There was no pressure to buy, it was definitely my choice. It was a very positive experience.

For me it was a relax atmosphere yet professional. I especially liked the fact that they didn't keep us waiting. We told him we were here to test drive an ES. He copied our license, got the keys, explained some things about the car and off we went. When questions were asked, he answered them, he new about the ES. Another experience we had with a different dealership when we asked questions was, "I don't know but I'll get back to you." That's unacceptable in our book. Know your product. I don't usually give "5's" but in this case it was well deserved. Thanks!

Wow! Lexus of Seattle did a great job and we left with an awesome new 2011 RX350. They were low pressure, friendly and fully transparent throughout the entire process. When I wanted to know the buy rates on the money factor & residual, they actually showed my the bulletin issued by Lexus Financial showing their exact costs. They were even willing to disclose and discuss the dealer holdbacks and other costs most dealers try to hide.However, what realy makes these guys stand out far and beyond any other car dealer I have dealt with is their eithcs and integrity. During the lease process they made a mistake on their side by representing I was eligible for a certain customer incentive program. When it was discovered late in the process (i.e. we had 2 documents left to sign) that I was not eligible as they had initially thought, they looked at the facts, acknowledged their mistake (never once trying to blame it on me) and then still closed the deal even though it clearly was no longer a profitable one for them.Most car deals would have just said too bad and pulled the deal without a second thought.It is very rare to experience a dealership or salespeople with this much integrity and professionalism. I will be a customer for life.

I've had the pleasure of working with Corry Burrows of the Service department, both at Lexus of Seattle. Weve purchased several vehicles from this dealership and have always brought them back here for our servicing needs. Ive worked with Cory from Day 1 of my new car purchase until now. Cory has always been a tremendous help in answering all my questions during each visit and goes to great lengths to research and provide explanations for those things that are not immediately known. Even when there are no apparent answers, I have noticed that Cory continues to search for alternative solutions to address my question and educate me on possible options even after Ive left the dealership.There have been numerous times in which certain problems with the car have caused great concerns to me, but Cory has always been patient and meticulous in getting the problem fixed correctly and timely. In fact, I dont believe I have ever received an incorrect estimate from Cory with respected to time or cost. Of course, it is certainly understandable that some problems are more costly to fix than others. Thus, when it comes to paying for work to be done on my vehicle, Cory has always made sure I am aware of all my choices and he was always able to provide alternative options, even if I choose not to perform the fix at this dealership; he always gives thorough explanation of each and every scenario so that I may weigh my possible options.Ive come to depend on his help with everything related to my vehicle. Cory willingly provides answers from the biggest issue to the smallest concerns. We had a minor brake squeakand thought a simple blow-out of accumulated pad dust would solve the problem. CORY, instead, replaced the brakes onwarranty! "Safety first," he says. I had been dealing with a rogue tire and the tire company for at least a month. The tire was out of balance and the problem couldn't be solved. The tire dealer even said there was probably something wrong with the car and not the tire. Kevin spoke to the tire manager, described the problem and did not take NO for an answer. Lexus of Seattle, by far has been the best experiences I have had in automobile purchasing. Matt Schwenke, my sales person is a true professional, in every aspect. The person I see most often is Adam Hendry in Service, I see him every 5000 miles for my service. I don't think it gets any better than Adam. That might be an unfair statement to make, as I only work with him. His professionalism is beyond expectations. Always has gone the extra mile. Once again I received the top notch care I have always expected at Lexus of Seattle. My car started making strange noises and would not accelerate. I got it home and called Lexus late on a Saturday afternoon. Cory answered my call and arranged immediately to have a tow truck come by my house. By late Monday afternoon, the problem had been diagnosed, quoted and ultimatley repaired within a reasonable amount. My concern regarding getting to Lynnwood was not an issue since they provide the greatest service of all....they come and get you! Sweet Sarah arrived and got me to my car safe and sound. I feel very confident taking my RX330 for service at Lexus of Seattle. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming--lattes, cookies, cold drinks, computer access, and loaner cars. My experience with the service received is excellent and completed in the estimated time, And I drive home in a freshly washed car! Cory Burrows was very easy to work with. He listened well and explained clearly what service was done and why, and he was very personable. I have been to other dealers who made me feel invisible, so I truly appreciate the treatment at Lexus of Seattle. I love my car and the service we receive!

They treat you well here. Loaners are free, the waiting room is comfy, free lattes, etc., home made cookies, movies played while you wait. They also normally wash my care when I have it serviced. They seem pretty competent and I have never been disappointed.

Kevin Murphy, service writer, is the hands down winner at this dealership. He is knowledgable, punctual, personable, professional and always reasonable. I return for non warranty work, despite the outreageous prices, because I know that it will be done correctly. We recently hit a curb in the snow in our 2009 Lexus RX350. It was not driveable and quite traumatic to do damage to a vehicle with 18000 miles and a vehicle we take great care of. I called Lexus of Seattle on Monday and they offered a loaner vehicle even before we were able to get the vehicle towed in due to the steep hill where we live, the tow truck could not get in to pick it up. Lexus of Seattle even sent their shuttle to pick me up the day before Thanksgiving. Considering the time of year to be without a vehicle, this is truly above and beyond the call to offer this to us. Great thanks to Diane and John Willoughby in service along with Cory Burrows keeping us constantly informed on progress with repairs and our insurance company. We really appreciate this outstanding service and professional demeanor. It is just this kind of quality professional service that makes the customer return. Lexus of Seattle gets "it" and we will be passing our positive experience to others as well as Lexus. The purchase experience of our 2009 RX350 was equally pleasant along with all the interaction with the service and sales departments on scheduled services and visits to the dealership since.We will be recommending Lexus of Seattle to all we encounter.

High end luxury cars are pretty similar these days so when it comes right down to it, it's the on-going service that makes for a great or less than great experience for a car owner. Working with Adam Hendry has made owning my 2008 GS350AWD a great experience. He is friendly, patient, responsive to calls and e-mails and very thorough. He does things like going the extra mile to keep me updated if a service call needs to take longer than expected. If I am waiting on-site, he will personally come out to let me know what's happening or if I'm using a loaner car, he'll call me. The fact that loaner cars are available is a huge plus, too, since there isn't a Lexus that's convenient to my home or office. Also, in this day and age of less than satisfying customer service, being able to work with someone directly who really understands what customer loyalty is all about is a real plus!

Lexus of Seattle embodies what you would expext from a luxury brand dealership; from the available work space while you wait to the quality loaner for longer services. The service department has been great to work with on both of the cars that I have had. I have taken them there for all routine service as well as warranty or insurance covered work and could not have been more impressed with how well my cars have been cared for.

I have been dealing with the service department at Lexus of Seattle for about a year now and I am very impressed with there outstanding customer service and knowledge. I have had two different vehicles both Lexus and I love the fact that they take the time to exlpain everything that has been done or needs to be done. I also like the fact that Adam Hendry is at the touch of a button. If I have any concerns or even just need an oil change I can e-mail him and it is taken care of immediatley. I bought my second Lexus based on the fact that I had John Willoughby and Adam Hendry in the service department at Lexus of Seattle. Thank you both for all of your help.

The service department at Lexus of Seattle, specifically Adam Hendry, has suppassed all expecations of what a dealership would do. They preformed all my requests quickly and thoroughly without question. That is why I buy Lexus automobiles. I would recommend Lexus of Seattle and its service department to anyone.

Outstanding service in every respect. Our salesperson, David, was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful, without being pushy or aggressive. He made a fantastic first impression on our initial visit and called afterward to thank us for visiting and to ask if we had further questions. These simple acts of kindness and courtesy really set him apart from other car salespeople we've encountered, and we got the distinct impression that this was the result not only of David's personality but also of the culture of Lexus of Seattle. We took the financial services manager at her word when she stressed the importance of word of mouth recommendations and repeat customers. We really came away with the feeling that we'll be happy to revisit the dealership, whether for a service visit or to eventually purchase our next car.

I went to this dealership to test drive an RX 350. I called in the morning to arrange a time with Jennifer and left her a message, and she never returned my phone call. When I called back, she sounded annoyed and said that they would just have one of the salesman help me. I then arrived and asked for her and she did not come to greet me and the first salesman to approach me was the one that ended up helping me. He was helpful but standoffish and was directive and not engaging. I felt as though I was judged as my friend and I, both professional business people in our mid-30's, and appear younger than our age, arrived wearing our saturday clothes - casual & in blue jeans.When it came to pricing, prior to my visit I had been told I would be offered $500 over invoice. The price quoted during my visit was actually 2,000 over invoice compared to the KBB invoice price. I also discussed trading in my Honda Accord, which they only offered me $5500 for (Low KBB value for fair condition is $8700. It is in excellent condition, which equates to a KBB value of $10,600)I was prepared to pay cash for this car, regardless of the trade in.Overall, from a customer service standpoint, it did not appear that this dealership wanted my business, and as a result they will not get my business.

I bought my 2003 is300 from Lexus of Seattle in March of 2003. It was the first high end car dealer, that treated me like a human being. I went to bmw of bellevue which treated me well, but the employees of seattle did what it took to get my business (Price #1 factor). <br><br>I had a problem w/ the clutch, and they replaced it without question and gave me a nice rx330 w/ 100 miles to drive while it was being fixed. I know it's not the dealerships fault the clutch had issues, but I never doubted their ability to fix it, or was disapointed by the quality of service.<br><br>The one small complaint that I have about this dealership, is after service they make to many follow up calls. I am on of those people that no news from me is good news. Sometimes they I had 3-4 messages on the machine after coming back into town. Some people may actually appreciate this I however didn't.<br><br>
