I had been at another dealership that I had frequented for over 20 years, trying to get a vehicle for over 3 months, without success. No feedback, no custom service. Then I went to Lexus of Thousand Oaks - a completely different experience. I was immediately greeted by friendly, knowledgeable staff. They were accommodating, and worked with me to get the exact car I wanted - within a week. I was delighted by the huge bow they put on the car when it arrived - I felt very special. I have a new dealership that I will return to and make referrals to in the future. I highly recommend this dealership, the sales personnel, management and financial staff - they are all top tier!

I had been looking since May for a new car for my wife. I researched several brands and ultimately selected Lexus as our go to choice. I then reached out to several dealerships for assistance. Greg Weiss with Lexus of Thousand Oaks was the first to respond to my initial contact among all of the dealerships that I had contacted and then again when I requested their best out the door price for the car that I was seeking to buy. Greg and his team won me over by persistently following up with me in a low key manner and then actively listening to me what I needed and wanted and finally delivering the car as specified at the price that I expected. I recommend and would use Greg Weiss again in dealing with a Lexus purchase or lease.

Went in yesterday and couldn't be happier with the results. I, being the poorly prepared, absent-minded person that I am forgot to contact the owner and tell him we were running a bit late . He was so helpful in setting us with Lora, despite the late arrival time of 1830 (they close at 1900). He had been in contact w/ the previous day because I had shown online interest. I ended up falling in love with a car, that was appropriately priced and decided to purchase it. The sales people (namely Lora) and finance employees (namely Holli) were so awesome and stayed after hours to help me through the process. Lora went above and beyond for us yesterday and I get the feeling that was not an unusual occurrence. Thank you Lora !

I picked up my new 2015 IS250 on Feb. 27, 2015 from Lexus of Thousand Oaks. I had emailed Grettel Perricone, Internet Business Manger, the Sunday before & we made arrangements for me to come in on Wednesday to see what we could work out. We sat down with Paul Vallis, Internet Business Manager, (Grettel was never far away) & we talked for a few minutes about what options & color I'd like, he said ok & walked away for a few minutes. As soon as he came back he told me what they could do for me & asked what I thought about it. I was shocked & so happy that I just sat there for a bit with the room spinning around me. If this sounds dramatic then my apologies but I'm just telling you how it went down. It was a very easy time for me. I test drove the car, Paul went with us & answered some of my questions along the way. We got back to the dealership, I met with Maryann Cord in finance, she is so awesome. Easy going, calm, nice. I felt comfortable the whole time I was signing away just being in her company. She is a real asset to the dealership. Finally we met with Julie Kobayashi, Vehicle Delivery Specialist, who is a walking book of knowledge when it comes to what these cars can do. It's astonishing. She went over the basics with me, not to overwhelm me too much! She is the sweetest! (I'm still learning little things everyday that I had no idea of the day before). Overall, my experience with Lexus of TO was a very positive one. I'm grateful for Grettel & her endless patience & kindness from Day 1. She has a very strong business presence about her, but at the same time she's truly caring of her customers. I can honestly say I recommend Lexus of TO to anyone with complete & total confidence that they too will leave feeling great.

Wow, and wow!! I found my second Lexus on the web and called Nick at 10 am on Sunday to ask if that car is still available. He said 'yes' and that was pretty much it! My husband and I got there, test drove it and negotiated for 10 minutes; got the best possible price, sat down for 20 minutes with Maryann, got our financing and drove off before you know it. This dealership is a hidden gem and I recommend it wholeheartedly to everyone who wants a hassle-free car purchase! No wonder this dealership is ranked among highest - top professionals and excellent prices. As long as I am a Lexus fan there will be no other dealership for me - hopefully other fans will read this review and visit them soon.

I called into the dealership knowing what I wanted. I asked for a lease quote by email and for a fast and easy purchase process. Paul and Omid worked together and gave me exactly what I asked for. I sent in my credit app via email and made an appointment to pick up the car. The car was ready to go when we arrived at the dealership. The price was right and even the paperwork process was relatively painless. I'd definitely use them again!

Omid Navid made this the most amazing car leasing experience we've ever had! He was able to give us a model with more features than we originally wanted at a price we were beyond happy with. The extra things he did were what really stood out- he installed our son's car seat in a matter of seconds, stayed until well past closing time to explain all features of the car, and even helped set up my Bluetooth, radio settings and navigation. He was friendly, funny and didn't try to pressure us on anything. My mom got her car from Omid and we came from Orange County to get ours from him as well. We would recommend him to anyone! Maryanne was very friendly and enjoyable as well.

The sales process was simple and fast - everyone was very pleasant to work with. My only feedback about the sale was that if Lexus is promoting that their RX 350 Sport runs on regular gasoline - that they inform the buyer that performance is significantly affected. When I asked Service about running the car on regular gasoline they informed that the manual suggests a higher octane.I brought my RX in for servicing - to add accessories and explained the lag at a dead stop and when pushing on the gas pedal the car took a second or more to respond - I received two different messages from two different service people - one said the transmission and engine could be adjusted - the second said that the car is learning and could NOT be adjusted. Either way the RX sometimes lags and now it jumps forward and quickly shifts it gears - very inconsistent for such an expensive vehicle.

My husband, Ron, and I went to just look at a new Lexus for him one Saturday. Omid greeted us with open arms and showed us a few cars. We drove one car but decided it wasn't quite right. Then Omid showed us the 2013 ES 300h Hybrid. We loved it. We then did our research as far as pricing and decided to purchase it through Omid. Philippe at Lexus of TO found a nice used car for us at a great price. I took the car by my mechanic, who felt the Lexus dealership had been particularly thorough in their inspection. The sale was quick because Philippe had the paperwork prepped. The price included a couple minor repairs. When I picked it up, not only was all work done well, the dealership had also detailed the car and filled it with gas. I am very pleased with the entire transaction.

Omid was very respectful and committed to working together with us throughout our car buying experience. Having had a not so great experience at one of the other dealerships, we decided to explore the Lexus dealership in Thousand Oaks. Omid greeted us with a smile and we immediately came to a mutual agreement both on price and other available options. We were not given any 'run around' and after deciding on purchasing the 2013 Lexus IS, my vehicle was ready for pick up on time. Omid also showed me all the features the car had to offer as well as all the safety features. Omid was very thorough and helpful, answering any questions i had about my new vehicle. On Saturday December 15, 2012, I leased my third Lexus from Lexus of Thousand Oaks, two of which I leased with Omid Navid. Mr. Navid is highly professional and knows his Lexus products thoroughly. I wanted to buy a Lexus, replacing currently owned Lexus 300, which I bought from this dealer in year 1999.Joey has been a sincere and friendly salesman. Our sales associate, Omid Navid, was extremely helpful in helping me find the car we wanted. OMID KNEW EXACTLY WHICH VEHICLE WE WERE INTERESTED IN AND TOOK US INTO THE SHOWROOM TO SHOW US THE SC430 - EVEN THOUGH IT WAS A 2009, OMID KNEW ALL THE SPECIFICATIONS AND POINTED OUT THE FEATURES OF THIS CAR. WHEN WE DECIDED TO ASK TO TEST DRIVE IT, OMID HIMSELF MOVED ALL THE OTHER CARS OUT OF THE WAY. NOTHING WAS A HASSLE FOR HIM. BY THE TIME WE FINISHED THE TEST DRIVE I KNEW WE WERE GOING TO PURCHASE THIS CAR AND TOGETHER WITH HIS SALES MANAGER WE HAD A DEAL WITHIN 30 MINUTES! Without a lot of high pressure salesmanship or too much back and forth, we were able to arrive at a fair price. We just bought a 2010 Lexus 250i SC with the hardtop convertible. We could not get the top to go down and since we had never owned a Lexus. We also did not understand how many of the controls worked. We pulled in on a Sunday and Lora introduced herself, which was very nice and friendly of her. Then she patiently explained all the controls and answered all of our question. She also demonstrated every feature (and wow are there a lot of them). All in all she took as much time as we needed (unbelievable customer service) and made sure we practiced what she taught. We walked away with a new appreciation of the Lexus and will buy one from her when the time comes to replace our SUV. All in all, Lora did a great job and it was overall a very positive experience.

I bought a pre-owned car from your dealership a few months back ago. Philippe Pasche helped me with my car purchase. All I can see is this man is amazing. I have never worked with someone so helpful and patient in buying a car before. He was beyond helpful, listened to my needs and concerns, and didn't give up on me. I say this because I am very picky. I had 2 cars before that were both lemons and had horrible customer service with my second car that was a lemon so I was very hesitant in buying a car. It took me months to finally decide on the car I wanted and he was understanding through it out. He really worked to help me get what I wanted and in the right price range. Philippe is the man and I will definitely be giving his name out to my other friends who are in the search of a car. Your facility was also amazing. They helped me right away (I noticed after I got home that my side mirror had damage) and had me bring the car in so they could fix it. They took my car right away, gave me a loaner, and fixed it as well as other scratches that were on it. I know that when you buy a pre-owned it won't be perfect, but Philippe as well as the service department went above and beyond to making it look new. I am so excited and proud to be of the Lexus family!

We went to our dealership to buy a part already ordered and just had to pick it up and pay for it. We arrived at the same time as another customer. Had to wait for other customer as he muscled his way in to the cashier's area. He was asking if his car was ready and the agent went in the back to search for a technician and arrived back to address this customer in what seemed to be 6 minutes. IT WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE, if the cashier asked "who was next?" as we all arrived at same time and were belly up to the window. While this was going on, another staff member asked if he could help. He immediately retrieved what we needed but was not able to ring us up. We had to wait for the more aggressive customer to be rung up first after his car was retrieved and then we were able to buy our part.Granted his revenue was greater w/repair than our 1 part, however, in the past, we serviced our lexus w/thousands of dollars worth of repairs. A better juggling of morning rush customers could be had i.e. asking who was next and allowing all employees who have behind-the-counter access to ring up a customer for parts. It was just annoying but not a deal breaker to visit this dealership again.

If it were not for him, we probably would not have purchased my new RX 350. Extremely poor service in both the Sales dept with Omid Navid. Delayed with pick up & delivery of car due to poor communication skills. Car had 2 of the tires installed improperly. Low level of Power Steering fluid. Car was not detailed - spots on seat, spots on dash, engine & battery dirty. Had to take car back for service & no loaner was provided. Service dept was busy making personal calls & did not honor my appointment. Car was completely out of adjustment when returned & floor mats were missing. Found them in trunk. We had a lease from this dealership and had a lot of questions about renewing the lease or a new car and he spent a lot of quality time with us on the phone finding information from us. I was pleasantly surprised, however, on my visit to Thousand Oaks Lexus. I would like to thank Steve for helping me with my car buying process. As I conveyed to him the features I am looking for in a car and my preferences, he thoroughly explained to me both the pros and cons of the options available. I recently visited the Thousand Oaks dealership looking for a CT Hybrid, and spoke with Hiro for a few minutes. He was very helpful with what I was looking for. I currently own a Toyota Prius and wanted to retain the good gas mileage of a hybrid, but wanted a little bit more luxury.I wasn't too specific about what I wanted with options on the car (I'm a big car guy so minor things don't bother me), but was left impressed with Hiro's attention to detail regarding what I was looking for in the car. I'll be honest, I wasn't specifically looking for the CT Hybrid (more window shopping than anything else), but I left the dealership with a very good experience after speaking with Hiro.I'm not a big fan of car salespersons, but am really impressed with Hiro and the service of Thousand Oaks Lexus. Hope I will return before the Lexus sales is over and pick up a car!

My friend referred me to Steven after the great experience she had with him and I'm so glad she did! I currently drive an IS300 that my parents own, but was interested in upgrading to the IS350. I was referred to Steven from a friend. Even though I live over 60 miles away I still came to Lexus of Thousand Oaks for my IS 250. Steven immediately gave me the best price, which was considerably lower than the other dealerships that I have shopped at. It was such a good price that I was skeptical at first, but when I showed up to pick up my car Steve already had the paper work ready for me and the car waiting for me in front of the dealership. We saw a 2003 Lexus LS430 Ultra Luxury advertised on Autotrader from Thousand Oaks Lexus. I called the dealership and spoke with Steve. We worked the price of the car over the phone, and Steve pre-approved us for the car loan. Steve told us via e-mail the condition and servce history of the car. The next day, we came in, signed the sales contract and pickup the car. Three weeks later, when we came to service, Steve took care of us with the Service department and had all issues fixed under the "30 day Used Car Warranty. Steve was a pleasure to deal with and we will definately purchase another car from him again. And both Steve and the Service Department were very professional.

I have been a Lexus owner for quite a few years. My Husband and myself have leased 5 cars and purchased 2 vehicles. I am the primary person who drives the the vehicle, and takes care of all of the services. I would not want to go to any other dealer ever. Recently, I did have my car serviced at another dealer closer to where I presently live, (I moved from Agoura Hills to Pasadena), and it was a very draining and frustrating experience. I would never stray again from the Thousand Oaks for service. There is such a huge difference in the quality of service from other dealerships compared to Thousand Oaks. I have been to Van Nuys, Glendale, El Monte, and a dealership up in Pleaston Ca. Basically for simple things, such as nails in tires, or a new battery for my key. I also did have a service in El Monte. I will let you know that the entire Service Department in Thousand Oaks is outstanding. At each of these other dealerships, the personnel were some what marginal in customer service, and it showed with their lack of attention and the quality of service. My score of "5" all started with the service department. Chris Doria has been mainly responsible for handling all of my car services at this dealership. He is such a wonderful, friendly, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable service adviser. It has been always been a wonderful easy experience. He has always gone the "extra mile" for me. He is such an important and wonderful person for Lexus team. He has exemplified to me, and provided such excellent service, that the feeling of having a Lexus is truly wonderful experience. From Chris, when I needed a new car, after facing a very expensive repair on a car with lots of miles, and was approximately 5 years old, I asked him who should I see in the sales department. He referred me to Lora Baworouski. All of my stress was lifted, my problems went away, when Lora assisted me with a new vehicle. She is awesome, fantastic and extremely knowledgeable in all of the Lexus model's and products available.She has been a constant source of information. She is highly motivated to keeping in touch with her clients. Lora has been our Lexus sales consultant for over 10 years. She is always perceptive about what we want and when we want it. After having an unpleasant experience with another salesman while I was just looking, I went back and had the most wonderful experience with Steve (Hiro). I had met him the previous time and knew that I wanted to deal with him when I went back. He was honest, patient, not pushy, and really knew his cars and could answer all my questions. I've read the previous review regarding the 19 year old Lexus and had to speak up. If I had a 19 year old car and it never had a radiator flush it's going to be rusty and or full of crud. To take it to a dealer and have it flushed, on a 19 year old radiator is asking for trouble, for any vehicle. My personal expeience with the Service Department is completely the opposite. They have fixed things, that I knew my wife did accidently and told them. They not only fixed all of the items, but replaced a wheel and tire at NO Charge....We have since purchased 2 new Lexus vehicles. All because of the Great Service Department.

And, even though I was positive that I didn't want a black Lexus - that was ultimately what I purchased from you, because of Jason's great feedback and because he worked hard to negotiate a good price (and I love the car!). Jason also was able to get me an excellent price for this car, as I found out later. As a senior manager in Customer Service, I've heard many great things over the years about Lexus, and have tried to emulate some of these learning's with my own staff. But I tell you, hearing things second-hand is not as good as experiencing it yourself. Hang onto Jason -- he's one of the good ones.

I went to Steven to just inquire about buying a new is350 but pretty much decided on the spot that he was the guy I wanted to deal with. He didnt try to upsell or rush the process, he knew that I was just looking around at my options and he respected that. With that said, he was still super helpful even though I gave a lot of clear signals that I wasn't ready to buy on that day. After I did more of my homework, I decided to go with the is and knew that Steven was the person I wanted to speak with only. With the minimal amount of time spent on paperwork, I left the dealership feeling clean and excited to drive my new baby..not dirty and scummy like some of the other dealerships around. It was such a good experience having Steve to help me find my next new Lexus. The minute I got to the dealership, I was nervous about which salesperson was going to approach me. Being a female, you feel quite vulnerable at car dealerships. However, all that went out the window because of Steve. Unlike other salespeople that I've dealt with, he's not pushy or shows any manipulative manners just to meet his sales quota. I had a mystery problem with my 1999 Lexus not starting. Ianthe, Kevin and Lora all were extemely helpful (on multiple occasions), and stuck with me until the cause was identified and remedied. This is the first Lexus I've owned. I will eventually buy another Lexus from this dealership, not only because I like the car but even more because dealing with the people there has been such a pleasure. We had been looking for a used 2010 Lexus with low mileage, and Nick called us when it came in. We bought it the day we went into see it.We had a very positive experience with Nick from start to finish. When we picked up the car, he explained in detail every thing we needed to know about the Navigation system and the entire workings of the car. He set up my follow appointments and made sure I had a loaner car when I came in. I told him my sister might also be interested in the same year car as long as it had low mileage, and he called me immediately after locating a car that fit the criteria. I went in with her a few days later to look at the car, we made a deal.... and she drove off with the car. Nick was courteous, very knowledgeable and professional. I was also impressed with the service when I took the car in to get the gel coat applied. I will definitely consider purchasing another car from your dealership, and would hope that Nick is there to take care of us at the time. I understand Silver star also owns the Chevrolet dealer in Thousand Oaks, and my husband purchased a SSR truck there, and unfortunately he did not have the same experience as we had with Lexus.Their service department has not lived up to the standards one would expect, while Lexus does.

Lora spent a lot of time showing me how to use my car, without making me feel rushed or incompetent for not understanding something immediately. She was very patient, understood my concerns and really anticipated what I would need to enjoy using the car to the fullest extent possible. They may have a great sales team but their service department is another story... I recently received a radiator flush and refill from this dealer but as I got home, I noticed that the coolant sprayed all over my engine as I went to check the engine oil. When I took it back the them, they claimed that because it was a 19 year old Lexus, that they assumed it was a 19 year old radiator too. After some arguing, I made the point that when I came in to the dealer, I did not have this problem but when I left the dealer, I did and for them to look at it from a consumer's standpoint. He agreed to check the whole coolant system and by almost mid afternoon, they called to tell me that the radiator was leaking and the overflow tank was leaking. I asked if they were going to do anything and Mike Hummel, the Assistant Service Manager, simply said that I wasn't their fault and tried to accuse my car of having that preexisting condition. I know Lexus strives on "The Pursuit of Perfection," but after I got my car back for the coolant exchange, there were no notes of a leaking radiator at the seam or the overflow tank. It is the dealer's duty to notify me, the owner, of any preexisting condition of my vehicle before starting work and note it on the work order, especially in an OPEN AND OBVIOUS area of the engine, for liability reasons. Not to my surprise, there were no notes of a leaking radiator or leaking overflow tank when I checked the work order on the receipt they gave me and they gave me the car only to find out of this problem when I got home. After a call to the Lexus Customer Satisfaction hotline about my complaint, Alan Vollbrecht, the Service Manager, called me on my cell accusing my car of having a head gasket leak causing carbon to enter my coolant system and proposed that they do a engine block leak test for free. I asked when is a good time to bring in my car and he said anytime tomorrow. So, at 9 am, I promptly arrived at the service department with my car which was smoking by the time I arrived at the dealer. After a two and a half hour wait, Alan came back with the test results and wouldn't you know it? My car came came back passing the test with no leaks in the head gasket and no carbon in the coolant. I find it hard to believe that right after they worked on my car that the radiator started leaking just by coincidence. With this new information, Alan, said that they "could help me" and give me a %15 percent discount of a $1385 dollar estimate they gave me to repair this problem. I refused and filed a complaint to Lexus Customer Satisfaction and I am awaiting a call back from them. If it wasn't for Dale Allen, Chris Doria, Steve Leisenring, or Marty Yoakum, I would have had a much more unfavorable experience with Lexus of Thousand Oaks.

When I was in search for a new Lexus, I knew immediately that I would go back to Lexus of Thousand Oaks. I was helped by Omid,(who coincidentally also sold me my first Lexus at this dealership 10 years ago) and my experience couldn't have been better. Having a newborn at home, it was hard to get to the dealership, so Omid went out of his way to bring all the necessary paperwork and documents to my house almost 30 miles away, and made my car buying experience such a pleasure. He explained everything to me straight forward and was so honest and helpful, and took his time to answer all my questions and did not make me feel rushed. He made sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase before I left the lot and on top of that-gave me an amazing deal on my dream car! I wish all car salesmen could be like him! I was curious to see the IS Convertible so I walked into Lexus of Thousand Oaks to look at one and met Mr Pasche. His product knowledge and professionalism was beyond my expectations. After spending a considerable amount of time with Phillipe we were able to come to an agreement and I purchased my ISC from Phillipe.Since my purchase I've had questions about my car on a few occassions called Phillpe and he has promptly returned my calls even on his day off. Phillipe has always responded with the information I needed and if he didn't have an immediate answer he did the research and got back to me with the info I wanted.I had to take my car back twice to have two adjustments and the service department has made it as painless as possible. The service staff was professional and efficient. They turned around my car in the time they quoted and each time the reapir was done correctly.I will refer as many of my friends and family to Phillipe in the future with full confidence that they will be treated with respect and honesty. He even came to our home to give a refresher course after we had driven our new vehicle for a few weeks. Now that's personal service! I have driven MBZ and BMW's for the past 20 years and will likely switch to Lexus when my current lease expires, in large part because of our experience with Charles and this incredible place to do business. This guy and this place is a 5 PLUS!

I have always received excellent service. I purchased a used car from Charles Shapiro almost 4 years ago and have been more than happy with it ever since. He got me an outstanding deal and continually helps to keep me informed and updated regarding my car as well as new cars that are becoming available. Charles, along with the service staff, are always friendly and attentive, always have a loaner car available to me, and always take care of my car needs. Many times they have gone the extra step to repair something little for no charge, and there has never been a time where I felt they tried to get me to fix something that wasn't broken. My only complaint is the price of the major services, but when you purchase a luxury car, you have to pay more for the maintenance. Not only would I recommend this dealership, especially Charles, but I have many times.

Brought a car there for servicing after buying the vehicle from another dealer. Was treated poorly. Never even offered a loaner car. Service rep was really rude. The rest of the place seemed ok. Guess you gotta buy your car from them to get treated like a "customer". By far the worst service representative I have ever had from any dealer. I personally will not go back due to that experience.

Have gone for both service and sales. Service dept. is GREAT - offer loaners all the time if needed. Only problem was when I bought my last RX 330. I called them up and tried to get a rare color combination and they said they couldnt get it - there wasnt one in the whole state apparently. I called up Vista Lexus and they got me the car I wanted in 15 minutes - from northern Cal - had the car w/in 3 days! Love T.O. Lexus but they were really lazy on that occassion - tried to talk me out of the color saying i wouldnt like it! (The color is flint mica w/ black int. fyi! - SWEET!)
