Make sure you read the invoice and approve your order before you sign for service. I did not read the invoice so I paid $150 extra for service I did not really need. Customer service was excellence. Thanks Don! Loaner was excellence. I will come again.

Todd the service manager refused my oil change on my car for his own personal reasons. Would of been nice if the lexus app would of known and scheduled my oil change elsewhere but I doubt Lexus would support such poor behavior. BITTER PARTY OF 1, your table is ready!

I Emailed the dealership requesting a lease quote on 2016 GS200t. They only had one in the inventory and Kevin Byram an internet sales manager gave an great quote. I followed with him multiple time as to the down payment and confirming the monthly rate. In addition I told him, I live much farther and wanted to confirm they would honor the price when I went to the dealer. Kevin was not working on the day I went to the dealership but he recommended one of his colleagues who would help us with the lease. In addition he mentioned all Emails were printed and handed to the colleague. After the test drive, I asked to get the paper work started and get the deal promised to me. The sales man disappeared for 45 minutes without anyone checking on us or providing an update. Finally Gary Twombley the director of internet sales came in an said he is not willing to honor the offer and it was a mistake. They argue the sales manager does not have the authority to offer deals to customers without directors approval At the end of the conversation he offered me a much higher price than other dealers which was a complete insult. Do yourself a favor and skip this dealer.

In August, 2016, my dad bought a new ES 350 from this dealership. Before my dad bought the car, he asked them whether this car was involved in any collision because the mileage was a bit high. They said no. However, after purchase, my dad found a Work Order inside the car stating that the car's bumper and reflectors were replaced in April, 2016. If my dad had known about these prior damages, he would not have bought the car.Lexus of Westminster lied to my dad in order to make a sale. They basically sold him a "new" car with prior damages and did not disclose this fact. They are not a trustworthy dealership.

5000 miles service was perfect. My wheels were free from scratch after tire rotation.10000 miles service was bad and my last visit at this location unless I have warranty service.Three of my wheels got bad large deep scratch, and even chip at the holes & edge to insert nuts. Obviously, they did not use right tool which were either short socket or long socket without protective plastic.It took me 4 phone calls before service manager was available to talk to me on the phone.Once I brought the car in, I believe I met service director and he agreed to have wheel specialist to fix them next week. The thing bothers and makes me unhappy still is his 2 additional comments.1. The scratches are expected to happen during tire rotation sometimes. I wonder if any customer would let his dealer to touch their cars if he says that to them. His team did not do a good job which damage Lexus reputation and he should find way to improve and fix it.2.He suggested that he will refuse to do any service relating to the wheels for me in the future. I wonder he is afraid that the wheel fix would not last or am I such a picky customer in which is he afraid to deal with. Well, his dealer already lost my trust and I would not let any dealer touch my car unless it is free service or warranty service since my best friend happens to be the best mechanic.

Lexus of Westminster California boasts on their website that they are the only Lexus dealership in Orange County that has been awarded the prestigious Elite title. And they have won it for the past 11 years. I can't imagine why after the terrible ordeal I had with them.I received in the mail a recall letter to get my passenger airbag replaced. I had to wait two weeks for the appointment as it takes them two days to replace it. When they told me my car was ready, I always do a slow walk around the car looking for scratches or dents and make sure all the inside controls work. I found 12 problems to fix:1. The valve stem cover on one tire was very loose and would have fallen off.2. Navigation Display was in French not English.3. My front license plate is a custom personal plate from 50 years ago. Last Christmas my wife spent $100 getting it restored removing dents and new paint. Working on my car their mechanic scraped the paint off the six letters & numbers. It cost me $37 to get it repainted.4. My front license plate with the dealer Lexus frame was missing one black bolt cover. This happened when my plate was scraped.5. Neither the front or rear license plates and their frames were cleaned on the $240 detailing.6. A fuse box cover from under the dash right door was laying in my trunk.7. The right door would not unlock or lock with the key fobs.8. The right door seat memory controls were dead and the right door powered passenger seat made a beeping sound when adjusting it.9. My steering wheel was no longer horizontal when driving straight. It tilted 20 degrees to the left.10. When I drove away from the dealership two warning lights came on: VSC and VSC OFF. My manual says when they both come on it means Vehicle Stability Control has failed and to immediately go to dealer.11. Driving back to the dealership I stopped at a store to get a cold drink. When I walked back to my car I found the FOB had a dead battery as it would not unlock the car.12. When I started the car I could not release the parking brake because the mechanic did not reattach my hand release to foot parking brake mechanism! Waiting for the tow truck I had to stand in the hot 980 sun for over an hour to keep people from parking behind me as I had to get towed from the rear.My service advisor fixed all my problems and told me his boss, the service manager, said they would pay for a repaint of my custom license plate if I had a receipt. I have a hard copy of this in an email from him.I had the damaged plate repainted for $37 and brought it and my receipt and email to the dealer but my service advisor said to me that reviewing it that the scrapes did not warrant the dealer paying for it. I told him I have a photo of it right after they damaged it and do I have to contact your USA headquarters to say you are not honoring your word? I thought that honor was very big in Japan.He then took my painted plate and hard copies to his service manager. He returned and said within two weeks I will received a check in the mail for $37. I never received the check.The reason I bought two Lexus's was their reputation for exemplary service. But having to get towed back to the dealer right after picking up my car is really bad. And to discover 12 problems to fix when they said my car was ready. How do they rate their Elite award with bad service like that?

My experience was OK until I met Yui! His open heart and care for my father was unconditional! Yui offered us beverages and made us feel at home. He asked what type of vehicle we need but at the same time he wasn't pushing for a sale. After Yui's guidance we fell in love with CT-F, he didn't have the vehicle we wanted in stock so he personally went for the vehicle himself. Yui's upbeat attitude and customer service is world class! With this my next vehicle will be purchased at the Lexus of Westminster! Thank you Lexus and most of all Yui! Give that man a raise!!!

I went in to Lexus at Newport with my mom and the dealer was not friendly at all. I think he was looking down on us. But! When we went to Lexus Westminster, we were referred by Mr. Go, whom we spoke to on the phone. He introduced us to George and he was super friendly and knowledgeable! We sealed the deal and signed everything. My parents are very happy with their ES 300h!

Came into Lexus of Westminster to look around at the RC 350 F sport and the RCF. Was approached by Bobby who then had KJ help me out with all my questions. He took me to the back garage to show me all the models they had in stock. I found a car I was interested in. KJ was very very friendly and extremely helpful with all my questions. I told him I would be back to purchase it. I knew that there was a chance the car would be looked at and sold before I was able to return and it did happen. He tried his best to keep it for me. I was not upset. He immediately told me he was so sorry that it got sold, but I told him not to worry about it. This is where he was extremely helpful. He told me that Lexus was expecting another model coming brand new with no drivers ever in it. I was excited for 2 reasons. First, he was helping me out by going out of his way to do everything he can to help me find the car I was going to purchase. Secondly, the RC 350 F was BRAND NEW!!. I am so happy I had KJ to help me with everything! If you are planning to go into Lexus of Westminster look for KJ. He will help you with everything you need and you will walk away happy!!THANKS FOR EVERYTHING KJ!!

My wife and I purchased a 2015 Lexus IS F-Sport this weekend, we went to Lexus of Westminster to check out the car took it for a test drive and sat down to talk numbers. We were in and out of there in 90 minutes. The manager (Steve Kang) and salesperson (Carla Melean) made everything simple and easy. We agreed on the numbers got excellent price for our trade in and took the car home. This is one of the best, easiest and quickest car buying experience we have ever had. Their customer service is great, they made everything real simple, and quick. I would recommend Lexus of Westminster to anyone looking to buy a Lexus.

I had a horrible experience with Lexus of Westminster this past weekend. My wife and I made a deal with the salesman Regie Daez, for an RX350. We were looking for a specific color combination and options that Regie stated was available at their "sister" store. He came with a promise of giving us a deal that was reasonable, options we wanted, and getting us the car the following morning. He pushed us to close on the deal today because the price will change on Monday due to the weekend sale. After running our credit and getting approved they said they could no longer get the car because it was sold and said they can give us the same deal on a different color combination without the options we wanted. Regie had me speak with a manager named Doug Cook who told me this is normal practice. His reasoning for not caring about the way Regie dealt with the situation was because he stated "we are here to make money." He gave my wife and I the cold shoulder and said good luck next time. I have bought multiple cars in my life yet have never been treated as poorly as I have at this dealership. This is the bait and switch tactic I have heard about but never experienced.

With no luck of finding a car we wanted locally, we decided to try the internet. After 2 weeks of looking, we found the perfect car at a great price, a 2010 RX 350, one owner, and 40k miles. This car was 4k cheaper than anything in Vegas and the internet with similar equipment. And because we got it from a Lexus dealer, it was Lexus certified and a finance rate under 3%. Let us give a big "Shout Out" and Thank You to Gary T at Lexus of Westminster! He stayed in contact with us every day, via multiple phone calls or texting. He even called us within 30 minutes after the car was delivered, just to see how we were doing and was anything wrong with the car. Needless to say, the delivery was fantastic, as was the driver Kevin. The car literally looked brand new, like it just came off the show room floor. We were very skeptical about buying a vehicle only from pictures, but Gary T put our minds at ease from the first conversation to the last. His attitude, communication and professionalism were "Second to None"! Next time we're in LA, we will definitely go by Lexus of Westminster and personally thank Gary T for a job well done!

I had been searching for certian model used car for quite a while, i had contacted a couple dealerships about cars they had advertised online and the follow up was very poor. After I saw the model I was looking for at Lexus of Westminster, I called and talked to Steven and everything was handled over the phone, he returned calls as he said he would and we worked out a deal. I had a two hour drive to pick up the car so I was hoping nothing was going to change when I arrived. Steven had told me he was not going to be there due to a previous appointment but he had Carla Melean take care of the final delivery. She was ready for me when i arrived was very informitive about the car and very pleasent to deal with. Everything that was promised over the phone was exactly what I received. I highly reccommend this dealership, next car I purchase they will be my first call.

I am looking to buy a 2013 Lexus GS350. I communicate with a few internet Lexus dealers. Lexus of Westminster stands out the best. The internet sales manager, Hung Tran, helps me get the car I want with no time, no pain, lowest price in town. Paperwork has done very quickly. He is very knowledgeable and polite to answer all questions with my satisfaction before I decide to get the car. He also helps to deliver the car to my home. He is happy to come back to my home again to set up the communication between the car and the garage opener and my cell phones and among other things that I have no experience with the new "toys" in the car. Mr. Hung Tran is the best. I enjoy my car. The services of Lexus of Westminster do not stop at the sales of the car.

Lexus of Westminster and, more notably, Carla Melean in Internet Sales, is who you need to deal with if you're looking for the best pricing and superior customer service. I dealt with Internet Sales for six different Lexus dealerships and only two were upfront about pricing, Lexus of Westminster being one of them. All of the other dealerships danced around pricing and once I did get their prices, it was considerably higher than what Carla originally offered. She even showed me the dealer invoice comparing her offer to the invoice price. As a prudent shopper, I did not jump at the offer and continued to evaluate all of my other options. There was no need to do so. About a week and a half later, I worked with Carla and made a deal on a new CT200h.In addition to the amazing deal I got, Carla also provided outstanding service. Originally, I went in thinking that I did not need/want navigation, since my phone more than adequately does the job. So, when I came in for a test drive, she respected the fact and did not try to up-sell me or pressure me into getting a nav-equipped model. After checking out the non-nav model, my own curiosity wanted to check out the nav-equipped model. Carla let me check out the car and provided me space so I could evaluate it on my own. Again, no pressure or up-selling, which I greatly appreciated. When I did need her to go over the features of car, she was a product expert and explained everything in detail. You'd be surprised how many dealerships I went to and the salesperson did not know what they were selling. Needless to say, Carla sold me on the navigation without selling it to me. I hope that makes sense.Her exceptional service went beyond her product knowledge. She was the truest professional in every way. We probably emailed back and forth over twenty times and she always responded promptly. When I would call, I would be greeted with a smile. The day after I purchased my car, I noticed that the key gloves were missing. I gave her a call and she offered to have them mailed to me instead of me having to drive since I live and work a good distance away. Also, I called Lexus of Westminster's parts department this past Saturday afternoon and couldn't get through. I needed to get touch up paint since my front bumper has a small chip (haven't even had the car for two weeks :( ) and I wanted to fix it before I get my clear bra installed on Tuesday morning. There was no way for me to get to the dealership in time since I was at work and the parts department would already be closed by the time I got out. The parts department is closed on Sunday and I would not have been able to go to the dealership on Monday because of work. So, I call Carla and tell her my dilemma. Less than five minutes later, she calls me back telling me that she got me the touch up paint and that she'll leave it at the front counter so I can pick it up on Sunday. Clutch. I go in today to pick it up, no charge.If you're looking to purchase a Lexus, go to Lexus of Westminster and ask for Carla Melean. After I purchased my car from Carla, I received a letter from her stating that the purchase was just the beginning of the relationship. How true was that! I can tell you that Carla has made me a loyal customer and that I look forward to purchasing and having friends and family purchase cars from her in the future.Advice to Lexus of Westminster: Carla Melean is a keeper!

We made an appointment with Carla to test drive a Lexus ES 350. She was on time and very helpful. The dealership didn't have the color we were interested in stock, but Carla found us a car at another dealership and had it delivered to us that day. She made sure we knew the many features on the car before leaving. The finance department was also very efficient. Lexus of Westminster was recommended to us by a friend and they definitely met our expectations. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

I went to the Westminster dealership because my brand new RX350 was making a rattling sound when the AC was turned on. Mr. Don Gillilan, our service manager, didn't even bother to have it checked out by a mechanic and instead said: "It's normal for the vehicle to make this sound when the AC turns on" What a bunch of bull crap!! I took it to Lexus of Cerritos and they immediately told me there was a problem with the AC compressor. Lexus of Cerritos fixed the issue within 2 days and the service there was excellent and commendable! Don Gillilan however needs to provide better customer service instead of shrugging off concerned customers! I would never go back to that dealership again!!

Had a misunderstanding with a salesperson when I first stopped by. This explains my negative login name that I was unable to change. The manager helped me and gave me some nice people to work with. Bought a 2010 RX 350 today. Great deal. Love the SUV. I love Lexus. They make the best cars.

I wanted one of the new GX SUV's. I shopped at Tustin, Cerritos, and Newport. I finally bought at Westminster because Greg was so up front and honest with me. Other dealers kept quoting prices, then reniging when I got to the dealership. I got the run around other places. I love the car and was just in for my first service. Wow, what a great organization. Billy in service was super. I feel I have really found a home.

I recently bought a 2010 Lexus IS 250 from this dealer. After having a disappointing experience at Tustin Lexus, who backed out of 2 deals and tried to raise the price of the car I wanted and lower the cost of my trade, I went to Westminster. They gave me a great deal (they matched my first deal that Tustin backed out of) and treated me like royalty. I have no complaints about this dealership, with the exception that I had to wait too long to get in the finance office. However, they made me very comfortable during that time and offered to get me something to drink several times while I waited. I would definitely return to this dealer. I give them a two thumbs up!

I have purchased several vehicles in the past but never have had such a great experience as I had with Lexus of Westminster. Gina Silvestri was my salesperson, she was very professional and knowledgeable. I believe I got a fair price and exceptional service. I also found Andrea, the Sales Manager to be very helpful and kind. I would recommend anyone to this dealership.

Overall experience at this location, unfriendly service representative and I waited for almost 3 hours for just an oil change. Will never go there again. I have told friends, relatives, and coworkers to stay away from this location. I was so mad that I will probably never buy another Lexus again.

I went to Lexus of Westminster for a service on my IS 250. Best experience I've ever had. My consultant was very friendly and informative. I will definitely be returning & highly recommending this dealer. Prices were extremely competitive!! Only thing is they ran out of donuts by the time I got there so I had to settle for a bagel. Oh well, it's not that big of a deal so I'll come back earlier next time.

I went to Westminster to have my first service performed and met Jorge Buenrostro, a service advisor. He was helpful and patient with me as I had many questions concerning the use of my navigation system and bluetooth. The service was done in a timely manner and the car was nice and clean afterwards. JOrge went over my invoice with me and thanked me for my visit. All in all, a great experience!

I was shopping for a new IS460F. I went to several dealers and was quoted as high as $5000 over MSRP. (Newport Beach was the highest). Westminster had several to choose from and Kenji helpped me negotiate a nice discount from MSRP. Everyone was very nice. Their sales and service departments are brand new and a lovely place to shop. Plus I saved a bunch of money.I never felt pressured, nor did anyone try to sell me stuff I didn't want or need.

This dealership is filled with a bunch of incompetent OR lying individuals. The only person I thought was ok was Glen. Other than that, everyone else that I dealt with left me with a bad feeling.First, I was told online, by Marcel, that they had the specific car that I wanted in stock. When I got there, they could not locate the car and tried to deal with me on a different one. Strike 1 for incompetence.Next, Paul does does a dealer lookup of the car that I want and say there's only one other dealership that has it and miraculously they found it in their SECRET inventory, however, when I went to look at their SECRET inventory, no one could find it. Also, I found two other dealerships with it, rather than the 1 they were claiming. Lie confirmed. Strike 2 for deceit.Next, Marcel, the online person, responds to my email with sarcasm and blame, saying that I was not loyal just because I did not ask for him when I got in and that it's my fault I did not see the car because he would have found it (something his coworkers could not do). All he did was a stock check for me via email, I have no obligation to him. Strike 3 for bad customer service.I would avoid this place.

We got a Lexus SUV several years ago from Westminster and had a great buying experience. Our 2nd car was a BMW and we decided to replace it with a Lexus ES350. We also upgraded the SUV to the new RX350. Each time, the sales team was patient, informative and responsive with answers to our questions. No high pressure sales tactics or surprises. Bottom line is that we got the cars we wanted at a fair price with great service. Also, the showroom was very nice and has a lounge area with snacks, drinks and TV so our kids were happy while we car shopped. We will definitely go back.

Bought my 2001 Lexus RX here. They beat Longo on my trade in by a couple of hundred dollars. However, I got haggled in credit because I was paying cash, I was very upset, complained, got no where. I did go back for service due to convenience, service was fine, but the experience with credit dept. means I will NOT return to buy my next Lexus from this dealer. Unethical and unprofessional in handling me as a client. They plain lied about California Consumer Credit Laws!

Went to purchase a 2006 IS 250, and the price was good, but that's about it. Shawn never asked my wife and I what we did for a living, and really didn't seem interested in anything except selling the car. I mean, I know that's what these guys are supposed to do, but they are supposed to kiss your butt at least a little bit. Terrible customer service. And, they tried to rip me off on my trade (offered $7,000 when the Kelley Blue Book trade-in (wholesale) value was $11,515). I sent a harsh e-mail to him and his boss, and all his boss could say was ouch. Not only was that unprofessional, that was downright childish! Would NEVER return to this dealership.

I bought a 2002 GS430, it is a nice car.. though I like my GS400 better. I don't know about Maurice though, I don't think he can even afford a lexus, or Mercedes... or he just a hater. BTW.. I also had great experience at Lexus of Westminster besides Tustin Lexus. (My family all drives Mercedes and BMW, So I just want to be different). Lexus are nice luxury cars that will save you money (reliable), Mercedes and Bmw are nice, but too much problems with electrical parts with their car, and they are great luxury cars, especially the AMG and the M.
